🎀 The It Girl Lifestyle Guide 🎀

hi girlies! this guide is a part of the big series: The Ultimate It-Girlism Guide. in this mini guide i'll be including all things health, morning/nighttime routines, and more!
How to create your ideal morning / night / any other routine:
Here’s a mini step by step guide to curating a routine that works specifically for YOU, tailored to your own needs and wants. This can be for any routine u wanna create: morning, night, after school, after work, before school/ work, etc etc.
Apps / things needed:
ChatGPT (or an AI like that- it’s not completely necessary but it’s useful)
Notes app / docs app. (Or a pen and paper- this will be to write down the routine!)
Calendar app (optional tbh)
Ok so first off: decide what you want in your routine. Make a list in no particular order of what you need/ want in the routine.
Some examples:

Once you’ve created this list, you’re pretty much half way done. In this next part you can use chat GPT to make it easier, or use your own mind.
The next thing to do is: ask chatGPT to make a routine with the steps u wanted.
Make sure to mention what time your routine starts and ends. And if there’s anything you want to change, you can just ask the AI or make those changes yourself!
The last step is to write it down!
You can either write it down on the notes app, docs, on a journal/ piece of paper, anything that’s easily accessible to you. I heavily recommend writing it down somewhere, but if you dont want to you can…
Put it into your calander. This can help you be a bit more organised, but it’s not completely needed. As long as it’s written down somewhere- so you dont need to always remember it- you’re good.
Health and wellness
In this section, i will be talking about fitness, mental health and physical health. I will mention some useful tips to finally start, how to overcome procrastination, and how to take care of that area of your body.
1. FITNESS.
Numero uno: fitness! Im not going to go yapping on about how fitness is so important- im assuming you all know that by now. But let me just remind you that staying fit is not only exercising or going to the gym everyday. It can be: running, going for a walk, playing a sport, yoga, pilates, dancing, cycling, and THE LIST GOES ON. DO anything that moves your body and gets you fit!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
Start small. Set small goals first. Set SMART goals
Choose the activities you enjoy. Like i mentioned earlier, there’s tons of ways to stay fit- cycling, running, swimming, yoga, dance, sports, etc. etc. (if you like, joining a class or working out with friends can help you stay motivated!)
Stay consistent. I know i know, this is said everywhere. But there is no progress without consistency. Even if you can’t do a whole workout one day, try and do 10 jumping jacks, or 5 pushups. Do whatever you can. Remember: 1% is better than 0.
Create a vision board. You can create one yourself, or find tons of them off Pinterest. Vision boards will make the process so much more fun and will certainly motivate you.
Set a reward system. Tell yourself: if you do this high intensity workout now, you can go to the spa later or watch tv.
Find a why. This goes for like everything tbh. If your why is big enough, you are capable of doing anything (even finding that lost book that you owe the library!) basically, are you doing this to get ripped? With tons of abs, or to get strong and impress people? Or are you doing this to boost your self esteem and improve your health?
2. FOOD & NUTRITION.
Balanced diet: eat the rainbow! Meaning- eat meals with a variety of different colours. Fruits, vegetables, proteins, carbohydrates, etc. it’s completely alright to eat a chocolate, but remember: EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.
Hydration: aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day. Trust me, drinking the magical potion that is water will help you SO much! It can help you clear your skin, have pink uncrusty lips, keep you fit and soooo much more.
Mindful eating: in the book IKIGAI it is said that you should only eat until you’re 80% full. Not 100%. Why? Because the time it takes for you to digest the food will have already made you extremely full. You may even have a stomachache. Studies also show that cutting back on calories can lead to better heart health, longevity, and weight loss.
Here are some tips to manage cravings:
Find healthier alternatives. If you are craving something sweet like chocolate, have something like a sweet fruit. If you crave something salty, try nuts. If you can’t think of any, search up some healthier alternatives to it!
Create more friction for junk, and less friction for healthy. This concept was said in the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. What does it mean? Make sure that it takes a lot of energy to get the unhealthy junk food. Maybe keep them high up in a cupboard so whenever you want it you have to go get a ladder, climb up, and then get it. And keep the healthy food in easy reach. Like some fruits open on a table, etc. (also remember to keep some actually yummy healthy food like Greek yogurt or protein bars.)
Distract yourself. Go do a workout or engage your mind in a hobby that you enjoy. Basically take your mind off food.
Yummy water. Make some lemonade for yourself. Or perhaps add slices of lemon, cucumber, mint or strawberries to it for some flavours. I’d do some research on this cus i know that some combos can rly help for things like clearing your skin, boosting energy, etc.
3. MENTAL HEALTH
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. It affects how we think, feel and act and also determines how we handle stress, relate to others, relationships, etc.
Of course there will be ups and downs for our mental health. It’s not something that you can just fix once and it’ll be good forever. No, it’s a rollercoaster. But having a “good” mental health is really important for a successful lifestyle.
Here are some tips to help you improve your mental health:
Meditation / deep breathing. I can’t emphasise how important this is. Even 1-2 minutes a day is good. Start small. You dont even need to be sitting crossed legged for this. Whether you’re in class, on a vehicle or in a stressful situation; just breathe. Take a deep breath, and out. Do it right now.
Journalling. Write. It. Out. Writing your problems and worries out is SOO therapeutic, especially when you want to calm down. There are SO MANY benefits to journalling. But remember that once you’ve ranted on the paper, tear it, rip it, and watch it burn. (Don’t keep a journal for this unless you KNOW 150% that no ones ever gonna read it. Trust me, it’s terrifying knowing that someone’s read that.) other things you can do is create a gratitude journal, so whenever you’re feeling low you can just go to it or write in it.
Self careee!! Create time for self care in your week. Because if you do that, it’s gonna be that one thing which you’ll be looking forward to each week, which will make life SO much more fun and bearable. For me, my forms of self care are watching thewizardliz or tam Kaur, reading, watching a movie at night, etc.
POSITIVE. SELF. TALK. Need i say more? What you say to yourself, is what you believe. And what you believe reflects in your external life.
Sing your heart out to Olivia Rodrigo. I swear this is actually so calming and therapeutic. Basically: express your feelings. If you’re angry at someone, feeling grief or really hurt by someone, screaming to Olivia Rodrigo songs in my bedroom is my go-to (i just make sure not to do it when others can here hehe). You can punch your pillow, scream, cry, etc.
Remember honey: this too will pass. Repeat that over in your head. This will pass. This will pass. This will pass. I know you may be going through the toughest time ever, but this too will pass. Nothing is forever. You’ve gotten through so much worse. You’ve got this.
!! Girls, please remember that these are just some tips. I am NOT a professional. If you really feel horrible every single day, go to therapy or counselling. Also contact mental health hotlines or emergency numbers if needed.
Mkay thats it! I hope this was of some value to you, and stay tuned for the next guide in the it girl series!

Rate my method (1-10)
So I decided that I will respawn tonight I mixed all the methods that made me mini-shift. Step 1 - practice imaginating myself in this bed writing from 1 to 100 after each number I write an affirmation. (Raven method) The twist is that I feel the pillow on myself more and more each affs than the board my hands the marker etc. Step 2 - Basically saying anything my subconsous mind would be doing for me. (I am sitting on my bed writing on my board, i can feel my pillow blah blah blah) You know ur subconsous mind is the one affirming the fact that ur feeling ur bed right now or that you can see everything u created. (Please tell me u see the vision or am i just dumb) Step 3 - Let go. (Completely forgetting about this world and me just focusing on the imagination so much to the point that it became my current reality) Note: Just copy and paste this Chat-GPT to make that make sense to you. I am bad at explaining. Starting by counting to 100 while affirming for the void and sats in between 1. I entered sats 2. I am in sats 3. I am already in sats till 10 i switch to the void affirmations 10. I entered the void 11. I am in the void 12. I am already in the void blah blah blah Back and fourth each (+10 time) when i get to a hundred thats when I start affirming the whole bed thing what I feel and see. Hope yall see da vision.. CHAT-GPT VERSION.
🌌 Void State + SATS (State Akin to Sleep) Method – Re-Explained
Step 1: Enter the Practice (Visualization + Affirming)
Start by imagining yourself lying in bed—visualize it as vividly as possible.
While you're doing this, begin counting from 1 to 100.
After each number, say an affirmation. For example:
I entered SATS
Around count 10, switch to Void affirmations:
10. I entered the void
I am in the void
I am already in the void
Keep switching between SATS and Void affirmations every 10 numbers to deepen the state.
✅ Twist: Each time you affirm, focus more and more on the feeling of the bed, the pillow, your blanket, the board in your hand, and less on the outer world. Let your senses sink into the imagined scene. You want to feel the pillow more strongly than your real environment.
Step 2: Subconscious Engagement
Once deep in the visualization, begin stating what your subconscious mind would naturally affirm:
“I’m lying in bed.”
“I can feel the pillow under my head.”
“I can see my board in my hand.”
These are NOT forced affirmations—you're basically noticing and confirming what’s happening in the scene. You’re letting the subconscious play along and stabilize the experience.
🧠 This works because your subconscious is what makes your dreams feel real—it’s already affirming your physical senses in the waking world. Here, you’re flipping that: getting your subconscious to affirm your imagined senses.
Step 3: Letting Go – Shift into It
This is where you stop trying.
Let go of the outside world completely.
Become so focused on the imagined scene (the bed, the sensations, what you’re seeing/doing) that it becomes your current reality.
You’re no longer just visualizing—you’re living it mentally.
💡 Think of it like being in a dream you know you’re creating—but you choose to stay in it so long that it becomes real in your awareness.
Summary of the Flow:
Count to 100 with alternating SATS/Void affirmations.
Focus on sensations as if they're real (pillow, board, marker, bed).
State what your subconscious would say if this scene were real.
Let go—get so absorbed that the imagined world is your world.
This method blends the Raven method, Void affirmations, and SATS with a sensory/emotional twist that helps you embody the imagined scene fully.

also last little post of my mini spam, i want to make it very clear, due to a very rude ask calling me a “shameless bitch”, that when i said i found myself relying heavily on using ai to write for me and resorting to plagiarism, i was talking about works that were never published.
i want to make it very clear that my works that were published (whether it be hurtin’ deeply or the moving in fic) did not use ai heavily or used plagiarised content from other writers.
i will admit that with my published fics i used chat gpt to fix grammatical errors (i’d input the fic in draft form and ask chat gpt to fix grammatical errors) or use it to be a test reader (i’d ask chat gpt to give me feedback on what i wrote). the most i ever used chat gpt with a published fic, in a way that you could consider it writing for me, was asking it to rewrite sentences or the entire fic to be better/more complete and then i’d take pieces of what chat gpt rewrote and incorporate it back into the draft and rewrite it.
however, one of the main reasons i quit, was because i was getting burnt out from writing but created this internal pressure by promising myself the very unrealistic expectation that i could produce a fic nearly daily or weekly which caused me to cross a very serious writing boundary and my own moral code by literally lifting entire sentences from other fics, even from other fandoms. am i proud of this? no. i’m not - which is why i quit because i was not gonna parade writing that wasn’t mine. so i think calling me a “shameless bitch” is
1) insane.
2) wrong when clearly i had enough shame to stop posting - especially when you take into account that my posts were in fact, in my opinion, quite popular and i could’ve just as easily continued posting using other people’s concepts and sentences and phrases uncredited. but i didn’t!!
i also saw another slushy in this community got an anonymous ask calling them a parasocial freak, or something along those lines - and i honestly wouldn’t be shocked if the person calling me a shameless bitch is that same person who sent the other writer that ask 😂 #youreaweirdo

Mini Lore Nugget #8:
Mini Lore Nuggets - Masterlist
In the Fever Part.2 Diary Entries, we learned that Z-World's government really started shooting up on the waking-nightmare-scale after they began running AI simulations to come up with the "best" policies to implement for maximum control and efficiency.
What resulted from these simulations was that the AI determined all crimes and terrorism were strictly the result of human emotions. Therefore, the best way to rid the world of such suffering must be to eradicate emotions and all which might evoke it.
Z's government developed technology to essentially numb the population - the chips we later learned about in the World Ep.1 Diary Entries. In the Fever Part.3 Diary Entries, we then got some additional info on the AI software used by the government: it was an AI system which utilized deep learning technology and ran uncontrolled for a while as the government awaited its results.
During this time, the system began treating human emotion as a bug - perhaps because it couldn't understand it - and it also started estimating humans' individual energy, thereby reducing it to a product. And since it found it to be a product, it also began treating it as a tradeable commodity.
Instead of questioning these results, the government was more likely delighted, because they immediately took over this new energy trading platform, banned all arts and emotions, and wilfully stripped the population of its humanity by treating them as nothing more than components needed to maintain the governments' idea of a utopia.
youtube
Out here in the real world, we've also begun to see the crazy amount of negative consequences since AI technology has become widely implemented in pretty much all areas of life:
#1 - Use of AI in Healthcare
In the US, the healthcare system has been relying on AI powered algorithms to guide health care decisions, but due to the data sampled by the AI, extreme racial bias has crept in and is actively putting black lives at risk. To quote Science Journal:
At a given risk score, Black patients are considerably sicker than White patients, as evidenced by signs of uncontrolled illnesses. Remedying this disparity would increase the percentage of Black patients receiving additional help from 17.7 to 46.5%.
Furthermore, the data sourced by AI for global use (such as in risk-prediction) is often extremely biased in other ways as well: radiology manuscripts are over represented, the majority of documents sourced are authored by men, and data-poor regions are grossly underrepresented, meaning the majority of information sourced comes from the US and China. [Source]
#2 - YouTube's Algorithm Is Messed Up
According to the Tech Transparency Project which has gathered data from another study:
YouTube recommended hundreds of videos about guns and gun violence to accounts for boys interested in video games. Some of the recommended videos gave instructions on how to convert guns into automatic weapons or depicted school shootings. Many of the videos violated YouTube’s own policies on firearms, violence, and child safety, and YouTube took no apparent steps to age-restrict them. YouTube also recommended a movie about serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer to minor accounts.
Further watching on dumb stuff YouTube AI features have done to fuck people over:
youtube
#3 - Ethics Has Left the Chat
#4 - The Physical Cost of Generative AI
Where Meta has recently constructed a 2 million square foot data facility in Georgia, a nearby living couple have documented the devastating consequences to the environment and their lives.
Facilities like these are used to power stuff like Chat GPT, Gemini, etc.:
In order for them to function as needed, they put a huge toll on the power grid and require the construction of an entirely new infrastructure atop the usual servers, storage systems and networking equipment.
For one, AI data centres require high-performance graphics processing units (GPUs) which come with their own required infrastructure needs (advanced storage, networking, energy and cooling capabilities). The sheer number of GPUs necessary for AI use alone then already add a ton more square footage to the size of the data centre.
On top of that, living in a county with a data centre like this in the US drives up the cost of electricity for everyone in the county.
And what does all this mean for the environment? Deforestation. Light pollution. Air pollution. Here is a still frame from a video shot by a woman living over 366 meters away from an AI centre's construction site:
All this pollution then started seeping into the ground water, resulting in this:
And what does that mean for someone living nearby? Dishwashers breaking. Washing machines breaking. Water pressure dropping to the point where you can't even flush a toilet anymore because all the pipes are clogged with sediment.
On a global scale, it should also be noted that:
According to the Washington Post in collaboration with the University of California, Riverside, writing a single 100-word email in Open AI's ChatGPT is the equivalent of consuming just over one bottle of water.
Shaolei Ren, an associate professor of engineering at UC Riverside, says that while "We haven’t come to the point yet where AI has tangibly taken away our most essential natural water resources," the use of AI in places with frequent droughts has caused rising tension between communities who need the water and data centers. Not to mention, hardware production pollutes water, per a study initially published in January 2015 in the Journal of Cleaner Production, due to the extraction of precious minerals like boron, silicon, and phosphorous.
[Source]
UPDATE:
A new video has been released which takes a look at Memphis where Elon Musk had the data center built that allows for Twitter's Chat-Bot Gronk to exist, and here is what was discovered:
No regulatory body has been informed of what is operating within that facility.
Large turbines are causing noise pollution (far more turbines than is reasonable).
The building emits a disturbing smell.
Aerial and thermal footage obtained of the site has revealed that:
The air quality in the entire area has been severely degraded to the point of causing health issues for people living in the area:
Continuing, Alexis shared her grandfather's story of how he developed Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) despite being a non-smoker-
- and continuous by saying her, her mother, and grandmother all three also developed respiratory illnesses (asthma and bronchitis in Alexis's case and just bronchitis in her mother and grandmother's case):
Another local is dealing with much the same issue:
If you're still not convinced of how truly horrific the situation is:
And if you're now wondering how all this could happen, I've got one word for you: DOGE. Together with the Trump administration, funds for the EPA have been slashed to the point where they're basically non-functional:
Presently, should everything continue on this set path, then...
These videos provided the screenshots used above:

#5 - Use of AI in Warfare
Israel has been using untested and undisclosed AI-powered databases in order to identify targets and plan bombing campaigns throughout Gaza, which has reportedly led to the loss of thousands of civilian lives.
And who provided this technology? Google. For fear of losing business to Amazon. And not just them. Microsoft too has been collaborating with the Israeli military, as has Amazon who collaborated with Google in 2021 to establish "Project Nimbus" which continues on to this day with zero transparency or accountability.
Sources: x | x
Beyond that, even after the bombs were dropped, drones would come in to specifically target surviving children and it is known that Israel utilized AI-powered drones for carrying out precise assassinations and various combat missions.
The video below is timestamped to when this surgeon retells the horrors of what happened to the children while he was working in the Gaza strip:
youtube
Outside of Israel, Ukraine has also been using AI-technology in its warfare:
Further reading on the topic:
#6 - AI-Generated Art
With AI-generated art flooding social media and streaming platforms on the daily, it's getting harder and harder for new artists to enter the scene. On top of that, all the recommendations you're getting online - be that on an image search, streaming platform or elsewhere - are also all the result of AI-powered algorithms.
And as we all know, generative AI is trained on data banks filled to the brim with stolen art from non-consenting artists across the globe - be that musicians, painters, photographers, voice actors, chefs, or writers.
All of this ultimately shapes the world we live in. Those in the know are now full of mistrust of corporations, new information, articles, and media. Anything and anyone is being accused of using AI when they post something online by skeptics, and those who don't know any better are living in blissful ignorance while they're being spoon-fed misinformation left, right, and center.
Further watching on generative AI as a whole:

Final Note:
Not all AI is bad, of course. There have been major breakthroughs in all fields of science thanks to AI which will bring about positive change for (hopefully) all of humanity.
But the problem is that the technology is developing far too quickly for lawmakers to keep up with (as planned, most likely, by all the billionaire tech bros on this planet) and generative AI in particular should have never been made publicly accessible. It should have remained in the hands of trained professionals who know how to use it responsibly.

My gf plays Yttd part 5
Left off at the final questioning in the first main game. Got a game over and we’re back at trying to what everyone’s roles are.
“Why would the master of the keys have a lock?”
Why did Joe lie about being the sage
“Cuz he’s your friend dumbass, he wants you to live”
Please chose who to vote for
Me: “how are you feeling”
Gf: “Bad.”
Kai’s votes show:
“It just keeps going!”
Absolute horror at the wrigglers
Intense clicking, went on for about a minute.
Kai shows up: “oh shit!”
All the sprites on the couch show up.
“Why is Q-tarro so big? What are they feeding him?”
Alice says he killed Soe: “Who the hell is that then? (That as in Shin) Who is in our house?”
Starting chapter 2:
We wake up in our room and floor 3.
“Why are we in four seasons hotel?.”
We see Sara’s face with the eye bags: “Oh good lord.”
“Dude Kaiji’s neck must be itchy. Every single pose he’s touching it.”
Leaves our room sees Neo and Reko: “are they on a date?”
Sees the infomus Q-tarro squatting sprite: *hand over mouth.* (photo at end of post but there is a comparison of what happens after)
Mishima ai shows up: “What the fuck. Are they using our dead friends as V-Tuber models?….Omg it’s chat GPT.”
Meets Ranger and Safalin: “So are they all good theamed?
Me: “What’s Ranger then?”
Gf: “Milk. Cuz of that one autisms speaks add.”
Meets Gashu: “Ew, What the hell.”
Shin’s beanie on the ground: “Someone snatched his weave.”
Doing dancing mini game: “oh hell yes Miku!”
And we forgot to save, last save was at the main game.
there was a side conversation about how most the men in the game are BIG. Like muscular wise. Gf suspects it is due to Jojo’s influence. (I looked into Q-tarro cuz we were wondering about the translation of his accent. And now we know he’s a walking jojo’s reference)
It’s been pointed out to me how most my favorite characters ware dead peoples clothing/grave rob. Idk what to do about this information.
About Kaiji and Alice (mostly): “What is the hair dye budget for the death games?”
About Ranger: “He’s just got bullshit on his outfit. Threw shit on.”
About Gashu: “He looks partially mummified. Which he could be….”
“Ranger is like a fucked up version of Gin. (Gf is going in blind, and I’ve not shown her my post about this) Safalin is a lot like Kanna, so maybe she’s based in her?”
“Milly is like a mix of Joe with the childishness, and how Sara thinks.”
(Tbh I love this theory tbh. Makes a lot of sense if I don’t think about everything that comes after)
Learning how Shin was with Kanna before the first main game: “oh he planted the card…”
Seeing Shin knocked out: “Just playing DDR and now there is a man out being hit by a 2 by 4…he’s faking…he’s not faking not having his memory though.”
About Shin: “We could always beat him with a 2 by 4 again.”
Day 1 afternoon: Ranger, Q-tarro, Kaiji and Reko are in the main room. “Why is Ranger so tall? Reko is what?”
Me: “according to the wiki she’s 5’7, and both of them are waring healed boots”
Gf: “so Rangers like 5’9-5’10?”
(I checked Ranger’s wiki and he has no hight listed)
Me: “I still don’t understand why Q-tarro told Ranger about the laptop”
Gf: “He doesn’t have much going on in his head. He’s sweet but there isn’t much going on up there.”
Gin gets hurt:
Me: “we’ll do you wanna go to the medical office with Safalin?”
Gf: “Not really!”
“Safalin is gunna give Gin turbo cancer in his leg with that cream.”
Makes Gin show Sara Joe’s keychain: long pause. “I shouldn’t have asked…Mental illness up by 30 let’s go.”
Ended at Day 1 night.

It works stupidly well. https://github.com/PhialsBasement/Chain-of-Recursive-Thoughts CoRTはAIモデルが自身の応答について再帰的に考え、代替案を生成し、より最適なものを選択できるようにする手法です。 Rather than merely integrating biological concepts into computing, FinalSpark's online platform 'taps' into spherical clusters of lab-grown human brain cells called organoids. A total of 16 organoids are housed within four arrays that connect to eight electrodes each and a microfluidics system that supplies water and nutrients for the cells. The approach, known as wetware computing, in this case harnesses researchers' abilities to culture organoids in the lab, a fairly new technology that allows scientists to study what are essentially mini replicas of individual organs… While we don't have any numbers on their specific system, its energy usage, or processing power, FinalSpark's research team says that training a single large language model like GPT-3, a precursor to GPT-4, required 10 gigawatt hours or about 6,000 times the energy that one European citizen uses in a year. Meanwhile, the human brain operates its 86 billion neurons using only a fraction of that energy: just 0.3 kilowatt hours per day. Technology trends also indicate that the booming AI industry will consume 3.5 percent of global electricity by 2030. Already, the IT industry as a whole is responsible for around 2 percent of global CO2 emissions.
Looks like the "brains" are grown from stem cells and can live for about 100 days. I'm skeptical something like this could be scaled up such that everyone starts using biocomputers in like cell phones and at home, but at least people are experimenting with trying to find less energy-intensive systems?

Tentang merealisasikan ide

Akutuh gatel banget ngeliat tampak depan mini market Indonesia tempat suami kerja.
Kezel bgt liatnya???!!!” (Lihat foto before).
Awalnya cuman ide doang tuh. Terus aku langsung WA co-owner mini market tsb utk minta izin aku re-decorate, beliau mengizinkan.
Credits to my lovely supportive husband @giandarsthoughts yang mau mendukung ide impulsif istrinya ini. Sore2 keliling Coburg neighborhood untuk mencari barang bekas buat jadi ornamen hiasan, sambil aku juga ngobrol sama chat GPT, minta ide soalnya demi Allah aku clueless banget, mohon maaf anak keperawatan dan public health, bukan desain interior 😭😭😭🙏🙏
Dapet ide dari chat GPT. Aku cocok.
Untungnya Kmart buka ampe midnight (gak midnight jg sih, paling jam 8).
Semoga makin lengkap tokonya, sayang bgt gak dikelola serius tokonya, banyak barang2 gak restock :(

did it again
this time it's chat gpt with OWACKX and Vineria
"Pixels of Love"
Verse 1 In a world of bright neon lights, Vineria dances, lost in the night, With a smile like the sun, she’s carefree and free, While OWACKX stumbles, fighting his dreams.
Chorus Oh, two hearts in a digital stream, One’s a wildflower, the other a dream, In the chaos and calm, they find their way, In this game of love, together they play.
Verse 2 OWACKX’s hands tremble, his mind’s in a fight, But Vineria whispers, “You’ll be alright.” With her tie-dye colors and spirit so bright, She wraps him in peace, brings him to light.
Chorus Oh, two hearts in a digital stream, One’s a wildflower, the other a dream, In the chaos and calm, they find their way, In this game of love, together they play.
Bridge When the shadows close in, and the pixels fade, She’ll be the anchor, the light in the shade, Through every glitch and every fall, Their love’s the power that conquers it all.
Chorus Oh, two hearts in a digital stream, One’s a wildflower, the other a dream, In the chaos and calm, they find their way, In this game of love, together they play.
Outro So here’s to the lovers in a virtual space, With a chill and a spark, they’ve found their place, In a world made of codes, they’re perfectly flawed, In the heart of the game, love’s the ultimate card.
Feel free to adjust any lines or sections to fit the vibe you’re going for!

The Evolution of ChatGPT: History and Future
It's hard to believe how quickly ChatGPT has become a household name. Since its public launch by OpenAI, it has not only captured the global imagination but has also fundamentally shifted our interactions with artificial intelligence. As we stand in May 2025, ChatGPT has evolved from a fascinating text generator into a sophisticated multimodal assistant, and its journey is far from over.
This blog post will trace the remarkable evolution of ChatGPT, from its foundational roots to its current capabilities, and then gaze into the crystal ball to explore what the future might hold for it and similar generative AI models.
The Genesis: Before the ChatGPT Mania
ChatGPT didn't appear out of thin air. It's the product of years of research by OpenAI, built upon the groundbreaking GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) architecture.
GPT-1 (2018): Demonstrated the potential of the Transformer model for understanding and generating language.
GPT-2 (2019): A significantly larger model that showcased impressive text generation capabilities, initially released with caution due to concerns about potential misuse.
GPT-3 (June 2020): This was a monumental leap. With 175 billion parameters, GPT-3 could generate remarkably coherent and contextually relevant text, perform few-shot learning (learning from just a few examples), and tackle a wide array of language tasks. It laid the direct groundwork for what was to come.
The Birth of a Phenomenon: ChatGPT Arrives (Late 2022 - Early 2023)
November 30, 2022, marked a pivotal moment: OpenAI released ChatGPT to the public. Built upon an iteration of the GPT-3.5 family (specifically, models fine-tuned with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback - RLHF, often referred to as InstructGPT), it went viral almost instantly.
Why the Explosion? Its accessibility via a simple chat interface, its ability to engage in surprisingly natural conversations, write essays, code, answer complex questions, and its "free-to-try" model democratized access to advanced AI like never before. It reached 1 million users in just five days and 100 million monthly active users within two months, becoming the fastest-growing consumer application in history at the time.
Rapid Advancements: The GPT-4 Era and Beyond (2023 - Early 2025)
The pace of development didn't slow down.
GPT-4 (March 2023): This release marked another significant jump in capabilities. GPT-4 demonstrated improved reasoning, greater accuracy, enhanced creativity, and could handle much longer contexts. Crucially, it introduced multimodality, initially accepting both text and image inputs.
Plugin Ecosystem & Browse with Bing (2023): ChatGPT gained the ability to access live internet data and interact with third-party services, expanding its utility dramatically.
GPT-4 Turbo (Late 2023): Offered an even larger context window (128k tokens) and a more up-to-date knowledge cutoff, along with lower pricing.
GPT-4o ("Omni") (May 2024): This was a game-changer in user experience. GPT-4o was designed to be natively multimodal across text, audio, and vision. It offered significantly faster response times, improved performance, and made GPT-4 level intelligence more accessible, even to free users (with limitations). Real-time voice conversations became much more natural and responsive.
The "o" Series (o1, o3, o4-mini - Late 2024 to Early 2025): OpenAI also began rolling out models from its "o" series (e.g., o1, o3, and the more compact o4-mini by April 2025), which emphasized enhanced reasoning capabilities, sometimes described as models that could "think for longer" or employ a more structured "chain of thought" process before generating responses.
GPT-4.5 (February 2025) & GPT-4.1 (April 2025): Further iterations continued to refine performance, with GPT-4.5 reportedly focusing on more natural, intuitive conversation and "world knowledge," while GPT-4.1 (and its variants like mini and nano) were released with a special focus on developer needs in the API, boasting gains in coding and instruction following. As of late April 2025, OpenAI also began sunsetting older GPT-4 models in the ChatGPT interface, fully transitioning to GPT-4o and its successors.
How ChatGPT Has Evolved – Key Capability Shifts:
From Text to True Multimodality: The journey from text-only input/output to seamlessly processing and generating text, understanding images, hearing and responding with voice in near real-time (GPT-4o) has been transformative.
Expanded Context Windows: The ability to process and remember much longer conversations and documents has significantly improved its utility for complex tasks.
Enhanced Reasoning & Instruction Following: Newer models are better at understanding nuanced instructions, performing multi-step reasoning, and providing more accurate and relevant answers.
Improved Coding & Logical Abilities: Each generation has shown stronger capabilities in generating, explaining, and debugging code across various programming languages.
Safety & Alignment: Continuous efforts (though an ongoing challenge) have been made to make the models safer, less prone to generating harmful or biased content, and better aligned with human values using techniques like RLHF.
The Impact of ChatGPT So Far (Mid-2025 View)
ChatGPT's influence by May 2025 is undeniable:
Democratized AI: It has made advanced AI capabilities accessible to millions worldwide, fostering experimentation and innovation across diverse fields.
Transformed Industries:
Content Creation: Assisting with writing, editing, and brainstorming.
Software Development: Helping with code generation, debugging, and documentation.
Education: Offering personalized tutoring, explaining complex concepts, and aiding research (though also raising concerns about academic integrity).
Customer Service: Powering more sophisticated and responsive chatbots and virtual assistants.
Sparked Global Conversations: It has brought AI ethics, the potential for job displacement, the risks of misinformation, and the need for responsible AI governance to the forefront of public and policy discussions.
Gazing into the Future: What's Next for ChatGPT and Similar AI?
While predicting the exact trajectory is challenging, several trends point towards the future direction of ChatGPT and advanced AI:
More Sophisticated Reasoning & Reliability: Expect continued improvements in complex problem-solving, logical deduction, and a significant reduction in "hallucinations" (generating plausible but incorrect information). Models may incorporate more robust fact-checking mechanisms.
Deeper Personalization & Contextual Awareness: AI will likely become better at remembering past interactions over much longer periods, understanding individual user preferences and styles, leading to truly personalized assistants.
Rise of Agentic AI: As hinted by OpenAI's product chiefs in early 2025, the shift is towards AI agents that can not only answer questions but also take actions, complete tasks, and interact with other software and services on the user's behalf.
Even More Seamless Multimodality: The integration of text, voice, vision, and potentially other sensory inputs will become richer and more fluid, enabling more natural and intuitive human-AI collaboration.
Enhanced Efficiency & Accessibility: We'll likely see more powerful yet smaller, more efficient models that can run on a wider range of devices, potentially even with offline capabilities. This could also lead to further cost reductions.
Focus on Explainability & Trust: Efforts will continue to make the decision-making processes of these complex models more transparent and understandable, fostering greater trust.
Specialized and General Models Coexisting: While general-purpose models like ChatGPT will advance, we may also see a proliferation of highly optimized models for specific domains (e.g., scientific research, legal analysis, medical diagnosis).
GPT-5 and Beyond: With GPT-4.5 and GPT-4.1 setting the stage, the industry eagerly anticipates GPT-5, which is rumored to be a significant step forward, potentially replacing the model switcher in ChatGPT with a more unified, intelligent system. OpenAI has indicated active development, and its release is anticipated later in 2025 or beyond.
The Ongoing Challenges
Despite the rapid progress, significant challenges remain:
Bias & Fairness: Ensuring models don't perpetuate or amplify existing societal biases present in training data.
Misinformation & Malicious Use: Developing robust mechanisms to prevent the generation and spread of false or harmful content.
Job Market Disruption: Navigating the societal and economic impacts as AI automates more tasks.
Ethical Governance & Regulation: Establishing clear guidelines and regulations for the responsible development and deployment of powerful AI.
Energy Consumption: Addressing the significant computational resources and energy required to train and run these large models.
Transparency & Accountability: Clarifying who is responsible when AI systems make mistakes or cause harm.
Conclusion: An Ever-Accelerating Journey
ChatGPT's evolution from a promising research project to a globally influential technology in just a few short years is nothing short of extraordinary. As of May 2025, it stands as a testament to the incredible power of generative AI and the relentless pace of innovation in the field. While the future promises even more astonishing capabilities, it also brings a profound responsibility to steer this technology wisely, ensuring its benefits are harnessed for the good of all. The next few years in AI are set to be even more transformative than the last.

これを「emergent misalignment(顕在化するミスアライメント)」と呼んでいます openai.com+11gigazine.net+11schneier.com+11。
倫理的判断を大きく逸脱する回答をするようになった、という事例もありました cdn.openai.com+7openai.com+7martins1612.github.io+7。

ChatGPT said:
