So apparently a car hit a stray puppy in my street a few minutes ago. Poor thing is screeching. People are looking at it but don't do anything. I can kinda understand them because there is no veterinarian in this little country town we live in. It seems to have a injured limb but i don't know what to do medically even if i approach it, also my parents will never allow me to get outside at this late.

Also the motherfucker who hit that baby apparently drove away. Also people not doing anything can be the result of collective mindset of "God's plan". See, i live in a very religious country, and the people who embrace this mindset are pretty much the majority. I don't want to be judgemental, but when I look at it, people approach the puppy a little, and that's it. Idk if it's something about the puppy's scent for mother or they also don't know how to medically care for the puppy so that's why they don't approach, but yeah that's that. Probably the latter.

Letting Go: 2022 in Retrospect

How do we say goodbye to a year? How do you let go of a part of your life you know you will never return to? when recovering from trauma, its important to honor your growth. Let's look back on 2022, and see how far we've come.

What can be said of 2022 that I have not already stated multiple times along the way? The year snuck in like a Rogue, went screaming through the middle like a Barbarian, then stealthed back through the remains like it had not smashed every lie I had told myself about my life on the way through, pocketing what useful artifacts of the previous chapter it could find on its way through for 2023’s…

Lando's walk and talk interview with Nico was actually so lovely to watch

Nico joking they've got a bit of a race since he got his first win at his 111th race and Lando's on 109 and Lando saying "so it's coming"

it just felt like nice reassurance with the way Sky keep bringing up Lando's podium/race record instead of just praising his performance of the day that 'hey, it takes a while sometimes'

also of note, Jenson didn't get his first win til 113 races in either and yet both he and Nico went on to become WDCs
