example of how to use slang I just made up:
person 1: *sits in room on couch*
person 2: *walks in* "what's clinging?"
person 1: "nothing much, hbu, how's it clinging?"
person 2: "alot, actually."
(In this scenario my new word, 'clinging' is used as replacement for 'up' in 'whats up' like 'whats going on' or 'going'/'whats happening' on 'hows it clinging' (hows it going)

words english badly needs, Channukah edition
Ambidreidelous: able to spin a dreidel equally well clockwise or counterclockwise. Example sentence: "I have discovered that I am not ambidreidelous."
Channuconfusion: Goy confusion and misunderstandings of Channukah. Example sentence: "Mary was so Channuconfused, she said dreidel was gambling!"
Channukah: Goy understanding of Channukah. When spoken, the "Ch" is pronounced as in "church" or "cheese". Closely related to Channuconfusion. Example sentence: "Mom, I can't go to school today, we're 'learning' about Channukah and I won't be able to stand it."
Channukemphasis: Channukah being overly emphasized or implied to be more important than it is. Example sentence: "It's classic Channukemphasis - Rachel's school 'taught' about Jewish holidays, which apparently means Channukah, Channukah, Channukah, with the token word about Yom Kippur or Shabbat."
Christmecca: When people of other religions try to claim or appropriate Channukah. Example sentence: "Why are the goyim always Christmeccing? Aren't their holidays enough?"
Christmissed: When "teaching" or "celebrating" or "honoring" the token Hannukah thing, getting the date wrong because they assumed it would be near Christmas. Example sentence: "They included a little menorah by their giant Christmas tree, but they Christmissed--Channukah ended last week."
Christmurge: The urge, when someone says/implies Channukah is the Jewish Christmas, to mention how the Channukah spirit is killing those who try to destroy us (or similar). Example sentence: "Oh, you think that's the strongest Christmurge anyone's ever felt, do you now, you innocent little child?"
Countfusion: Confusion when trying to calculate Channukah-related things because it starts at night. Example sentence: "Sorry I'm late, I kept getting countfused about Channukah."
Transliteranxiety: Worrying about how to transliterate Channukah. Example sentence: "It takes me twice as long to write a post about Channukah as it should because of transliteranxiety."
EDIT: @hyperpotamianarch has suggested the following word:
Transliterhate: hating how Hebrew is latinized. Can apply for transliteration between any two languages. Example sentence: "the name James really lights up my transliterhate, could you believe it's somehow supposed to be יעקב?"

Komorebi — sunlight filtering through the leaves
1 min read
There’s a Japanese word called komorebi, which describes the sunlight filtering through the leaves of trees—the soft glow, the way light and shadow intertwine, creating dancing patterns on the ground. It’s nature’s quiet poetry, a moment of stillness wrapped in golden light.
This emotion has carved itself into my soul—how life, like komorebi, is made of shifting light and passing moments. Some days, the world feels heavy, shadows stretching long, but then a break in the leaves lets the sun in, and suddenly, everything is golden again. It reminds me that even in the darkest spaces, there are slivers of light waiting to find us. We just have to notice them.

It just occurred to me that the phrase "Neo-Nostalgia" is not an actual popular phrase that most people know. It's a phrase that I made up, in my head, and have been using to describe that "trendy" feeling of nostalgia younger people get towards eras they were never apart of. IE, 1920s, 1950s, 1970s, 1980s, etc.
I just had this realization because I learned the real word for that concept. It's "Anemoia."
I kinda like my own better. The real word gives me "anonymous" or "anemia" vibes, but I guess I'll start using it, regardless. 😵💫

The Neogic Life (New Logic. New Culture. New World.)
Neogic [noun/adjective]
Pronunciation: nee-o-jik
IPA: /ˈniː.o.dʒɪk/
Main definition -
Neogic refers to a method, mindset, thought process, or worldview that is rooted in fresh, untraditional, non-conforming logic — typically influenced by modern culture, rapid change, digital consciousness, or futuristic perspectives.
It describes thinking not bound by legacy systems, old societal norms, or classical ways — and instead driven by innovation, adaptability, originality, or individual evolution.
Simplified definition -
Neogic means new-world logic — ways of thinking or solving that break from old traditions and embrace fresh, modern, independent approaches.
Usage examples -
“That solution wasn’t just smart — it was neogic. No textbook would’ve taught that.”
“We need neogic thinking if we want to survive this chaotic decade.”
“Her design was driven by neogic instincts — not trend reports.”
“Rejecting both capitalism and minimalism, he followed a neogic path of his own.”
“It’s a neogic age. Logic isn’t what it used to be — and that’s a good thing.”
Examples of what can be referred to as "Neogic” -
A Gen-Z entrepreneur launching a startup by ignoring traditional business rules.
An artist mixing AI with hand-drawn sketches to create new aesthetics.
A student building a self-taught, custom curriculum outside the education system.
A public speaker promoting emotional freedom over formal etiquette in communication.
Philosophies that prioritize mental health, inclusivity, decentralization, and innovation.
Additional info -
Word Type :
Noun: Neogic is the future
Adjective: A neogic idea, neogic energy, neogic culture
Adjective use (primary) -

Meaning: Describes something that reflects or follows “new-world logic” or untraditional innovation.
examples -
A neogic solution to climate change.
Her fashion sense is so neogic.
It’s a neogic mindset — bold, unfiltered, free.
This use feels instinctive, smooth, and natural — perfect for creative culture, self-branding, futuristic discussions, etc.
Noun use (secondary, but realistic) -
This works when you treat “Neogic” as a concept, philosophy, or belief system.
examples -
He doesn’t believe in tradition anymore — only Neogic.
Neogic is what drives today’s most disruptive thinkers.
They built an entire movement around Neogic.
Here, it’s more ideological — like a movement, school of thought, or personal belief.
Other forms -
Neogically (adverb) — She thinks neogically, not traditionally.
Neogician (noun) — A thinker who lives by neogic principles.
Neogicist (noun) — Like a futurist, but more grounded in neogic design or ideas.
Origin & Timestamp -
Term, originally by @usernameisaryan, 17.
All word variations — neogically, neogician, neogicist — were created as part of a modern linguistic and cultural movement.
This post serves as the first timestamped record of the term and its intended philosophy.
Any future usage should credit this origin. Neogic is more than a word — it’s a mindset.

Insults from my Dad we should start using against bigots:
1) Cocktoboggan. Being around this person is about as much fun as riding a sled made of iron dicks down a bumpy snow hill (we are from the very snowy Midwest).
I.E. "Why would I invite you to my party? You're a real cocktoboggan."
2) Jackwagon. In short: an idiot.
I.E. "He both parks and votes like a jackwagon, so I don't expect much."
3) Dickweasel. Someone sneaky and malicious, also usually smarmy or overly nice to cover it up.
I.E. "Working with Jeremy is a nightmare because he's always looking for things to report, that absolute dickweasel."
Happy Friday, everyone.
