"No" is a complete sentence; it does not require any further information. If you say no to someone, and they refuse to accept it until you elaborate on why you are telling them no, they are in the wrong: you set a boundary, and they are violating it.

Why do ppl look so shocked when you flat out tell them NO? Like no anger or nothing, just no. They always end up asking some dumb question to the affect of “Why this attitude? Where is this coming from??” It’s coming from me, deep down in my spirit, sincerely telling you fuck that. Respectfully.
