I'm gonna be 100% real with you in that this is an entirely earnest question and not meant to be me throwing shade or being obtuse in any way.
Osiris is Jewish? I missed this in lore somewhere probably?
Yep! In the opening cutscene to Curse of Osiris, Osiris briefly curses in a non-English language when trying to arrange the cubes. The language spoken is Hebrew! This is due to his voice actor, Oded Fehr, who is Jewish and from Israel and naturally speaks Hebrew. Here's my other post about it!
If it had been just his VA being Jewish, we could speculate about it, but Osiris speaking Hebrew is canon due to this cutscene; they let Oded say this and also kept the line in. This makes him Egyptian Jewish and canonically speaking at least three languages: English, Hebrew (cutscene) and Arabic (the word "sagira" is Arabic for "little one"). Here's also a link to the old Curse of Osiris reveal stream where the devs said that "really early on we made a commitment, we wanted to make sure he was Middle Eastern and he's actually even voiced by Oded Fehr." This shows that his heritage and little details surrounding him are very much relevant.
A lot of Destiny storytelling about heritage is told through names and languages as little details to pick up on. For example, Elsie Bray is very much heavily implied to be Muslim. Back with Beyond Light lore, we got a lot of details about the Bray family, including Sylvie Bray, the mother of Elsie, Willa and Alton. She was shown speaking English and French (+ a single Italian word), and Elsie was shown replying to her using French and the specifically Muslim term "inshallah" which is Arabic. This is repeated in Lightfall's Collector's Edition in Elsie's booklet, showing that Elsie followed the same faith as her mother, or at least honored it:
"Oh daughter," Mom squeezes me tight "You can't make them love you, inshallah. You have to let go."— The horror consumed her as easily as the Stasis. She felt like a frightened child cast loose in the wind. Alone. Every assertion of control met by a temper tantrum in the face of a hurricane…. "Inshallah." She half-remembered her mother's words, and let go.
Words hadn't saved her, or her mother's faith.
Adding this mostly to show how details about names and languages are used to tell us information without having to spell it out directly, but rather to add to the storytelling. This means that these details about Osiris aren't just random, or at least their outcome isn't, now that it's been allowed to become canon through one of the most important cutscenes.

If the cult tragic event didn't happen to the 10 year old twins and they were allowed to grow up normally, would there have been arranged marriages for both boys? Which twin was Lizzie meant to marry?
Had Lizzie treated each twin boy the same, or differently?
Marriage arrangements
There possibly would have been an arranged marriage for both, but since our earl wasn't expected to inherit, there wouldn't be as much expectation for him to marry. If they'd had a daughter, there would have been more pressure to marry her off. They might have arranged a marriage between their daughter and Edward.
If Madam Red had borne a daughter, as she'd hoped, that daughter could have ended up betrothed to our earl, even though there would be a nearly ten year age gap. But I'm sure they could find someone much closer to our earl's age to match him with, if they wanted to arrange a marriage for him. The only thing is, the way Madam Red obsesses over Vincent, she might plead for them to have our earl wait until her own daughter was old enough to marry him.
Lizzie was meant to marry real Ciel, since he's the older twin, the original heir intended to become earl and watchdog.
She treated (and treats, technically) real Ciel as her betrothed. Our earl, she treats more like a brother or friend. Of course, right now she's angry with our earl and also angry with herself for not being able to tell them apart when our earl was pretending to be real Ciel.
This weird arrangement of marriages between cousins reminds me of the comparison I did between Black Butler and the Egyptian myth about Thoth helping the goddess Nut bear her five children: Osiris, Set/Seth, Horus (the elder), Isis, and Nepthys -- the siblings intermarry and have affairs, leading to Set/Seth killing Osiris, Isis getting Osiris resurrected, etc. Except here, we have Rachel giving us real Ciel (Osiris) and our earl (Set/Seth), Francis/Frances giving us Edward (Horus the elder) and Lizzie (Isis), and Madam Red was trying to have a daughter (Nephthys). Let's not forget that mysterious Osiris group mentioned by Rian Stoker. That might be how Undertaker was introduced by Druitt to Stoker in the first place....

How good of dads would o14 be?
OHOHOHOHOOO
Saint would probably be the best like, in the most general sense of what a good dad is? Eccentric and kind, with quirks that the kid would come to love when they get older
Osiris… I feel like he'd be the parent the kid would be more inclined to go to for… the sad personal matters? Not that Saint would be terrible at it, no no, but I don’t Know I feel like there's something ‘special’ about Osiris that makes him an even better fit for that?
Together, the perfect pair! Serious yet quirky and experienced!

3, 14, and 28 for O14 on the ship asks? 👀
FUCK YEAH BIRD GRANDPA HOURS
3. What was their first impression of each other?
-If I had to guess from the scene where they meet in Pigeon and the Phoenix, Saint's first impression of Osiris was that he was a lost bird who needed a friend, and Osiris's first impression of Saint was 'holy shit, beefy.' And honestly, I feel like I personally can't come up with anything better than that because it's so on point for them both kjdsfhg
4. Do they enjoy PDA, or are they more private with affection?
-I feel like both of them are quite private people by nature, but that they're starting to warm up to PDA now that neither of them have to worry about keeping up appearances anymore
28. Who’s the better chef? Do they cook for the other?
-Osiris has the better technical skill, but good fucking luck getting him in the kitchen lmfaooo. He's more than content to just dump milk into a cereal bag and go, if he even eats at all. He's got all these old Middle Eastern recipes from a variety of countries and cultures tucked away in the back of his head and has all the muscle memory needed to eyeball what's required, but he only ever cooks for other people, not for himself.
Saint, however, is a very enthusiastic cook even if he's not always the best at it, so he's usually the one who cooks in their day-to-day life. When Osiris cooks, it's typically because he's doing it for Saint, or because there's people over- like Ikora, Crow, or the Young Wolf- that he feels responsibility for. His love language is all about taking care of people, so that's one of the opportunities he has to show it, and since it comes about so infrequently, he tends to pounce on it when he can.
As for when Saint and Osiris both want to give each other a romantic dinner, however, then they usually argue over who gets to do it before settling either for cooking together or for one of them to teach/read out the recipe to one while the other does the actual cooking. Which, yes, has lead to many a distraction and a tripped fire alarm in the past

Mighty Osiris expert, I must ask of you:
How do I characterize his actions, specifically how he acts to those he's close to? Would he show affection to someone who isn't Saint? If so...how?
Sorry if any of this sounds stupid or offensive.
Not offensive at all! And honestly I think it depends on the Kind of relationship he has with them. He's not Very affectionate but he Is touchy with those he's comfortable with. (The way he constantly initiates contact with Saint or how he held Sagira. And while Ikora initiated a hug he didn't pull back or stand there awkwardly with his arms down and hugged her back.)
With Ikora he's honest for the most part even if it ends up hurting her feelings which seems to be a theme with his relations, if not still cloistered especially when it comes to matters of the heart. Another good example is how he interacts with Saladin, it's clear they have a lot of history together because of the time he spent with the Iron Lords, and there's a sort of mundanity to their friendship. There's a lot of that with him.
Despite all of his intensity and passion, underneath it all there is a... simplicity to him. He drinks tea at the same time every day. He hates when people's intentions are obfuscated. He extends invites to his friends (like Ana) for dinner. There is a quiet domesticity he has that he often hides whether it be because of his fear of letting others in or if it's an unconscious decision he picked up due to his experiences is hard to say.
He won't go out of his way to state his own true feelings, and they're more like something you have to learn to read through what he's Not saying (read between the margins!) Or even through his body language — which he's much more expressive than he probably realizes (or even wants if his Go To Stance is "arms folded like he's standing in the back of the club disagreeing with the music".)
A lot of this, of course, is my interpretation so I'm not like The Word Of God on this.

Did you read the lore entry with Saint and Osiris?
I did. Cried instantly. I love their conversation. It's still not on Ishtar, here it is in full:

The seasonal lore book is called Rites of Passage. I need to show the lore book page art:
Tumblr media
The symbols in the corners: in top row, regular Eris symbol and Hive!Eris symbol. On the bottom, Saint's symbol and Osiris's symbol. I am begging. For this lore book to finally have a conversation between Eris and Osiris. Please. They are besties. They have not spoken to each other in over 3 years. This is unreasonable. Please.
