19. Rain at Night

Race: Tabaxi

Class: Champion Fighter

Identity: Cis woman, she/her/hers/herself

Age: 29

The right hand of her father, deputy of the Night Battalion in Driftwood Landing.

She's the oldest of the three Night children, and the pride and joy of her father, Thunder - hence why her name is the most similar to his, while her siblings have names more associated with the night.

Rain is similar to her father in all aspects apart from her personality, being far more peaceful and kind. Some say that her heart is the only thing that she got from her mother, but then again, no one knows what her mother used to be.

When they were younger, she would give piggyback rides to Twilight and Daydream constantly, and still picks up Twilight and carries him around. He's learned to just go limp and let her do whatever, lest she start crying from not being able to help him out.

Despite her gentleness, the residents of their district and opposing battalions know not to get on her bad side. Her greatsword isn't just for show, and she takes great care of it.

She still believes that Daydream is following her true calling, learning all she can about magic at school. She refuses to believe anything she's been told otherwise. Her little sister is safe, and happy, and alive.

favorite hobby when I'm driving is to catch someone trying to climb up my back bumper while I'm going a completely reasonable speed and just slowly take my foot off the gas. you seem upset, brother. why don't we slow down and enjoy the view awhile
