so hellena taylor almost definitely misrepresented her situation with platinum and this has definitely harmed discussions on wage pay for voice actors. this is honestly a really heavy blow but this does not change the fact that voice actors are still being mistreated in the industry: Mob Psycho 100s english voice for Mob isn't going to be returning because Crunchyroll refused to sit down with Union representatives , and the voice actor for Breath of the Wild's Revali said he made more from voicing a character in an indie game than his roles in Breath of the Wild. I encourage you all to read into the way voice actors are treated and to not let this incident paint over this industry wide problem.

more than anything, more than even his death panel, this is what hurt the most out of the entire chapter.
forget gojo's adopted son and daughter, megumi and tsumiki who he raised, forget him saving yuuta and yuuji from execution because the elders were rigid and too set in their ways to see the potential and innocene in them, forget his dream of fostering a generation of strong jujutsu sorcerers who will surpass him, who he wants to help and to protect from going through the same violence he went through during his childhood, forget "no one should be allowed to take their youth away from them", forget about him wanting to reset that crappy jujutsu world, forget about it all...
no, in gojo's very last moments, gege wants you to remember gojo as a battle maniac freak who died with no regrets. gege spends gojo's last moments telling us a total amount of nothing about his dreams for the children who just watched him die, who are now left to fight sukuna (WHO NOW HAS A POWER UP MIND YOU.....) uraume and kenjaku and the merger curse, who are now about to get split in half bc not even yuuta is on gojo's level...
gege spends gojo's last moments solidifying that he is a freak who loves the thrill of the battle more than anything. the rest of his character development past hidden inventory arc is not as important to him. that's what gege decided to focus on in his last moments.
what an awful way to conclude the character arc of your third protagonist. writers out there: don't ever do this shit.

You know what’s funny? How I can say that I headcanon a character as somewhere on the ace spectrum and/or aro spectrum, and within minutes I am being treated as if I am somehow very unintelligent and know nothing of the world.

Ghost Cora AU where he’s actually been following Law around ever since he died but nobody has been able to see him, so all he’s able to do is watch Law get hurt and suffer in silence. UNTIL, miraculously, the battle of Dressrosa ends, and for some strange reason—through some supernatural bullshit or maybe just fate—one person is finally able to see him.
Law is sitting on the deck of the Yonta Maria watching everyone party when Luffy comes trotting over to him. And Luffy plops down beside him and says, “I’ve been meaning to ask, Torao, but who’s that really tall blonde guy with the funny makeup that’s been following you around?”
And Law’s just like

DC x DP Prompt *30*
If anyone would ask Bruce how he could have known, he would tell them that it is obvious. Phantom - the new part-time member of the Young Justice - who seemed to be forever young and their new engineer Danny Fenton who is in his early twenties have perfectly fitting schedules. When Fenton is working in the Watchtower, Phantom will be unavailable for the Young Justice and vice versa. Also, the pranks started after both of these figures appeared. Of course one could argue that they could just be related or somehow knew each other otherwise, but the pranks that were pulled on all of the mentors of the Young Justice were only possible with Phantom Powers. And because of the new Ghost Shield the young hero wouldn't be able to just fly into the Watchtower and had to use the Zeta-Tube, what would mean that they should be able to look at the logs. But Phantom never entered the Watchtower while the pranks were under way. And as soon as his team really needed him, Fenton would make an excuse to leave work early.
What he wouldn't tell anyone, is that he saw how Fenton had transformed himself into Phantom, shortly before the Flash got up to run for a snack, just to fall down because his ankles had been cuffed together.
And maybe he helped him from time to time, with a well timed question to distract his fellow heros. Because the motive became clear really fast. Everytime someone got pranked, that someone had done something to ignite the wrath of the younger heros.
All of that also meant two things.
First of all, as soon as Danny was at work, Batman would be extra aware of his surroundings. The pranks never worked on him, which meant he had to dodge more attempts for the rest of the day.
And secondly: He should talk to Tim, after he found out how he had put his foot in his mouth this time, since he just saw his spoon move in his coffee mug without anyone's involvement. He just let his (probably salty) coffee go cold, brooding. Maybe he should go home early today and spend some quality time with his son...
