How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind While Sleeping: A Complete Guide
Introduction Have you ever wondered why some habits are so hard to break? The answer lies in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious controls about 95% of your thoughts and behaviors. I’ve written about this before, that there is a difference between a “label” and a “diagnosis”.. obviously they’re different but it doesn’t matter if you’ve been labeled or diagnosed with something in childhood, it feels like a life sentence … doesn’t it ??? you feel like that goes with you forever and you battle it and you behave because of it and that’s how you see the world and that’s how you treat people and it certainly is 100% how you treat your own self let’s just be real 🥺🥺 (it’s limiting beliefs being placed upon you at a young age)
my mom worked so hard against this by the time I was homeschooled at 14 years old, she starts telling me that I have no learning disability, that I am smart and capable and that I can do whatever I want basically and she’s trying to “reprogram my brain from school” but at this point, it’s so ingrained into me that every time I’m in a situation where I feel stupid, I’m automatically triggered and I am transported back to elementary and middle school … I think of how the teachers made me feel and how the kids were so cruel 😒 they made fun of me and my friend Lori and I had zero respect for anybody I went to school with especially the teachers!!! I know that’s water under the bridge now I was just a kid and that’s all over with but whatever seems to happen as a child seems to follow you just saying you really do have to keep growing and looking ahead but it’s not easy doesn’t just happen overnight. You don’t just suddenly feel smart or better about yourself you know? It’s a daily thing.

Our brains are like computers, we can change the software, we can train our biological electromagnetic intelligence to serve us happy, wise, truthful, peaceful, loving, creative thoughts.
Invite them in, the entire infinite universe is filled with them.
Affirmation:
I accept wise, truthful, peaceful, loving, creative thoughts. I am in control of what I accept. I am the master of my thoughts. I am choosing to focus on thoughts that serve my wellbeing and the wellbeing of everyone around me.
Say this out loud, or whisper them, every day when you wake up. Memorize them. If you like. This is how we program our minds to work for us in a benevolent way.

I love cryptids so so so much and always have but I engage with them very differently than I did when I was like 7. Back then I was obsessed with evidence and evaluating the existence of each cryptid individually to decide what I did and didn't believe in. If I didn't believe in them, I still liked the folklore, but I took the ones I did believe in very seriously. Now I love the folklore and reading about encounters but if you ask me if I believe in any of them I just wiggle my fingers and say "wHo's To sAy" in a spooky voice

isn't it so fascinating that our brains are literally wired for pleasure? the way that I can take a new pet and use their brains natural reward systems to flood their system with dopamine at just the sound of a simple *click*
your brain is practically begging to be reprogrammed and trained. why don't you be a good pet and let me show you how easy it is?

Bucky was at the Avengers Tower, still recovering — both mentally and physically — from his not-so-distant past as the Winter Soldier. The nightmares hadn’t stopped. He still woke up in the middle of the night, drenched in sweat, shaken, screaming, choking on memories he’d rather forget. Flashbacks hit without warning, dragging him back to the cold basements of Hydra, to the metallic hum of the reprogramming chair, to the bitter taste of blood and iron in his mouth
He still wasn’t familiar with the environment, or the people around him. Only Steve and Sam talked to him — and even then, always with a careful distance. As if he were a wild animal, ready to attack.
But then, there was you.
When he first arrived at the tower and saw you, his brain — still crowded with static and echoes — latched onto your image and compared it to something old: a porcelain doll he used to see in the window displays of Russian shops.
To him, you looked delicate. Quiet. So beautiful it hurt.
He thought you would avoid him like the others did. That you’d keep your distance out of fear or disgust. But you didn’t flinch. You didn’t force a smile. You didn’t ask him dumb questions. You just looked at him — like you saw the things he was trying to hide. Like you knew.
Sometimes he saw you in the tower’s cafeteria, sitting alone, reading. Your legs crossed gracefully, fingers gliding over the pages with careful precision — and it made him hold his breath. Because he didn’t remember what it felt like to touch anything gently. His hands still trembled sometimes. And the metal one… well, he didn’t dare use it near you.
But he wanted to.
On the days you wore your combat suit, it was even worse. The fabric hugged every line of your body with surgical perfection. The belt cinched tight around your waist, the holster strapped to your thigh, the heavy boots hitting the floor like a rhythm he couldn’t ignore. You looked like something out of a violent, erotic dream — and he hated himself for thinking it. For wanting you that much.
For wanting you like he might die from it.
There was a specific moment — always the same — when you’d walk past him after a mission, body still hot, muscles still tight, hands stained with traces of war, and he’d have to fight himself. He had to clench his fists, grit his teeth. Because everything in him screamed to move. To close the distance. To pull you into the nearest wall and press his mouth to your skin until he forgot his own name.
He didn’t know what that feeling was.
It had been years — so many years — since he’d felt anything like it. A desire that burned in his chest, not just his body. It wasn’t just about touching — it was about feeling. You made him remember that he was still a man. That he could still want. That maybe… he could still love.
The thought terrified him.
So he hid it. Behind quiet glances. Behind clenched hands. Behind the rough, whispered “good morning” in the elevator. He hid it when he heard you laughing with Wanda, when he saw you tying your hair before training.
But the truth was… you were irresistible.
