When I say that mastering your self-concept is the key to reprogramming your mind for success, I don’t say it just to sound deep, I deeply mean it. Think of your brain as a computer CPU that’s constantly scanning the programs installed in it to operate and navigate life. If, instead of useful programming, that computer is filled with viruses, the system will malfunction and eventually crash.
You are a spirit inhabiting a human body that is run by a brain, and you have a responsibility to ensure that only the best, most empowering programming gets installed. Why? Because your mental programming determines the lens through which you view life and the way you move through the world. That programming drives your subconscious beliefs, decisions, and responses.
You can’t reason your way into reprogramming your subconscious. You have to understand how it actually works so you can turn it into your ally. Be intentional. Use subliminals. Stop consuming content that fuels fear, negativity, or anything misaligned with the person you’re becoming. Get out of spaces and circles where you don’t feel cherished or supported. Remove yourself from environments that are not conducive to your growth.
Start building new neural pathways. Rewire your brain in a way that success doesn’t become something you chase, it becomes your baseline reality. It becomes inevitable, because your entire being is aligned with it.

ʚïɞ ⋆。 how I use psych k to reprogram my mind 。⋆ ʚïɞ
hi everyone! today I am gonna talk about psych k - a combination of techniques I have been using to change any limiting beliefs I had and reprogram my subconscious to know it is limitless.
now available as a yt video!!
youtube
table of contents:
1. what is psych k & why/how it works
2. techniques to use
3. steps to follow in every psych session
。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。
chapter 1: what is psych k & why/how it works
so psych k is a collection of methods used to reprogram the subconscious mind through releasing old patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, it basically uses specific protocols to get you back to the super learning state you had as a child.
I find it quite great to use for changing beliefs around myself, my life, and my manifestations, also these techniques help you assess how strong (or real) a belief feels to you, which we will talk about later.
these techniques might take time to master as you get to know your body, but really you don't really need to be a pro to do them well. the practice is mostly about getting better at self-assessing your beliefs.
so why exactly does psych k work?
basically, as children until the age of 7, our brains engaged in a full-time mode of super learning. that meant that it was absorbing all kinds of beliefs, ideas, knowledge at such a fast pace, almost like our brain is made out of sponge. this meant that whatever environment we were put in affected our subconscious mind, directly rewiring new beliefs.
now where does psych k fall in all of this?
through psych k techniques, you are able to go back to the super learning mode of the brain we had as children, which in turn allows you to edit your subconscious beliefs directly w/o the conscious mind interfering. instead of going the long way with regular affirmations, you speed up the process with psych k!

chapter 2: techniques to use
🫧 part 1: questioning/testing techniques
these techniques are used to test the strength of a belief or ask the subconscious mind 'questions' (in the form of affirmative statements, not actual questions).
so let's say I wanna test how strongly I believe, 'I am worthy of happiness,' if I truly believed it, I will get a strong response (depending on the technique used, more on that below) and if I don't believe it, I will receive a weak response. so basically, if you wanna receive insight to how your subconscious mind feels about certain statements, remember this point: strong response = yes and weak response = no.
now let's talk about some methods that you can use for testing, seeking permission, and asking the sub mind:
🦋 technique 1.1: arm lever test
this is my go to technique for testing a belief. you can find videos that demonstrated it in the sources at the end of the post, but here I will explain the steps of using it:
1. stand up, keep your face straight (don't lower your neck), keep your eyes open, and look down by lowering your gaze only
2. hold your arm out: extend one arm straight out in front of you. hold it a little upward
3. test with the other hand: use your other hand to gently press on the extended arm, kinda on the middle/wrist area
4. test statements: bring into your awareness a belief like 'I am worthy of happiness.' if the sub mind thinks the statement is true, your arm should stay strong and resist being pushed down (strong response), but if the statement is false, your arm would weaken and easily be pushed down (weak response).
🦋 technique 1.2: finger o-ring test
(never tried it but ig it is a more descrete and an easier way compared to the arm lever test, so if you decide to try it, lmk how it went!)
1. form a ring or O shape by touching the tips of your thumb and index finder together on one hand
2. test the ring: with the other hand, use your thumb and index finger to gently try to pull apart the O shape while saying specifc statements or affirmations. a strong response is the ring not breaking, a weak response is the ring formation breaking apart.
🫧 part 2: new belief integration techniques
now we will talk about the bulk of the work: reprogramming your subconscious mind. I will start with talking about the main technique I have seen being used and then some other techniques I have heard about, but I haven't really tested, now let's begin!
🦋 technique 2.1: the whole-brain posture (the "balance" position)
1. sit comfortably on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
2. cross your legs and arms over each other:
there are 4 combinations in which u could do that: right ankle over left, right wrist over left / right ankle over left, left wrist over right / left ankle over right, right wrist over left / left ankle over right, left wrist over right.
the way you choose to do it is important since a side of your body holds the belief you wanna change over the other, I usually don't bother knowing which side is weaker (aka needs more reprogramming) & instead I do all of the 4 combination for like 5 minutes each (or until I feel that my mind has accepted the affirmations).
anywho, once you have decided which combination you will use for the next 5 minutes, extend your arms in front of you then interlock your fingers and bring your hands up toward your chest.
3. close your eyes, take in deep breaths to calm yourself down, and focus on affirming or visualising the belief you want to integrate for as long as you need (like I said, I usually do 5 mins).
4. once you're done, uncross your limbs and reposition.
5. save the new belief by placing your fingertips together in front of you (forming a pyramid shape) for a few seconds (if the sub mind is a computer, think of this as a safe command!)
6. if you wanna, rinse and repeat for all combinations.
🦋 other techniques:
2.2: cross-crawl exercise: stand up and march in place, lifting your knees high. as you lift your left knee, touch it with your right hand. then lift your right knee and touch it with your left hand. (this promotes integration of the two sides of the mind). continue for a minute or two, focusing on the positive belief or intention you want to integrate.
2.3: energy yawns: place your fingertips on your cheekbones and gently massage while yawning deeply. this relaxes the brain and enhances focus.
2.4: lazy 8s: trace a large figure 8 in front of you with your hand, moving from left to right. this exercise helps integrate both hemispheres and improve coordination.
。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。
chapter 3: steps to follow in every psych session
next we are going to talk about some sort of procedure I have come up with for whenever I am doing a self-administered psych k session. you don't have to follow it exactly, but I hope it provides w the guidance you need to start immediately!
🦋 step 0: preperations
it is important for you to be in a relaxed, meditative state for the work to be even more effective so here are some extra stuff you can do before starting the session:
1. stay hydrated + keep some water beside you
2. sit in a quiet room all alone
3. use noise-cancelling earphones for more quietness
4. listen to some type of colour noise at all times to stay relaxed + focus inward instead of outward
5. keep some journal with you (or use the notes app) to record, reflect, and take any notes
🦋 step 1: establish the protocol
before starting anything I want you to have an idea of what exactly you wanna get out of this session, so sit down & write down the methodology for this session based on this chapter. so basically, you specify each of the following steps I will discuss in this chapter cos psych k has many approaches
you can also identify your why for carrying out this session and what affirmations/visualisations/etc. you will be using.
write that all down on a piece of paper or an online document, so you could refer back to whenever you need to remember the next step
🦋 step 2: prepare your mind and body
now you need to relax your body and mind, stop overthinking and stay present, for that I recommend breath work, I personally use the wim hof technique!
after you're done regulating your breathing, and with it your mind and body, take a moment to state your intention to connect with your subconscious mind, elevate any symptoms, and change beliefs using X affirmation (or any other technique), you can say this outloud or just in your mind.
🦋 step 2.5: identify what you want to work on
step 2 is built on the assumption that you already know what you wanna program, but if you don't you can use this stage before stage 2. here are some suggestions for how to pick a belief:
1. order beliefs and work on ones that are the most foundational, ones affecting multiple areas of life or your self concept
2. choose a belief that is urgent, that is it is causing you major stress in your life and it is what you mostly think of
3. layer your beliefs. what I mean is you can start with a general belief, such as 'I am capable.' and as you do more sessions, add more details to it, for example 'I am capable of succeeding in my career.'
4. google general limiting beliefs people have. you can even google specfic ones like 'limiting beliefs around love' and see which one resonates
5. journal, sometimes a quick journaling session can immediatly tell u what immediate obstacle there is in your thinking, which will give you a great idea of what belief you need to change
🦋 step 3: use a testing (permission) technique to identify where your beliefs are at, then test and establish baseline responses
like I said, psych k helps you understand how much you believe a belief, refer back to chapter 2 for some testing/permission techniques to use, but basically you will decide what technique you wanna use (I usually go for the arm lever test)
next, you will use the technique to establish what is a weak response for you and what is a strong one. you can use commands, such as 'be strong' & 'be weak,' or basic statements like 'my name is [false name]' & 'my name is [true name]' to understand what a true & false response feels like
🦋 step 4: ask question regarding the belief to test it & maybe revise intentions
so now that you know what a strong belief verses a weak one shows up in your body, it is time to ask some questions! basically you are gonna say your limiting belief (just like you'd say an affirmation and in present tense) and then test to see how strong (real) it seems + you will do the same for your affirmation to measure its strength
you can ask follow up Qs in the form of much specific statements to understand how your body truly feels about it. based on your findings, you can set new intentions if you think there's a better belief to work on rn.
🦋 step 4.5: ask for permission to change the belief using a testing/permission technique
for this you can use the same technique you used in the step before to test the belief. you basically set your intentions using something along the lines of, 'I request permission from my subconscious and superconscious mind to proceed with this belief change.' you can get more specific or change the wording to your liking
the reason this is step 4.5 is because I don't see it always being used, though I think it is good practice to ask for permission before trying to do something that might be too traumatic to do at this stage.
basically, a strong response = yes & a weak respone = no
if you get a no, you might wanna reflect (through your journal) on why this happened and how can you change that, maybe this is not the belief to change for today or maybe you gotta approach it from a different angle.
you can continue to test your sub mind through different statements and asking for permission, when you're satistified with the results you may continue!
🦋 step 5: choose a belief integration technique to integrate using the balance position
now for the bulk of the work! you're gonna decide on what technique you're gonna use to reprogram and what supplementary techniques you will use (affirmations, visualisations, aff tapes, etc.) (my fave rn is aff tapes!!)
like I said before, I typically use the whole-brain posture. and ofc, once you're done you will just save it as discussed, and then repeat it if you wanna
🦋 step 6: test the belief again
repeat step 4 & use a testing technique (like the lever test) to identify how your beliefs have changed
🦋 step 7: solidify your belief over time
give yourself a couple of weeks or a month and then, retest the belief again using a testing technique (after relaxing and getting into a meditative state of course).
then you can try to anchor them through visualising. another good way to solidify them is to set goals and actionable steps for yourself to challenge the old belief
& ofc pay attention to how you feel and if it feels like you need another session, go for it!
。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。⋆。˚ ʚïɞ ˚。⋆。
andddd that's all!! thank you sm for reading and good luck reminding yourself that you are limitless! these techniques are on the newer side for me so let me know your experiences and thoughts on the topic cos I am always open to learning more about it <3

The Shifting Challenge:
✨Reprogram your subconscious mind in 21 days✨
Disclaimer: as you read this, whether you decide to participate in the challenge or not, know that you do not need anything to shift. You do not need methods, subliminals, routines... Nothing outside of you can make you shift.
Hello shifters, and welcome to the shifting witch's first reality shifting challenge! If you're reading this, that means you have been on your shifting journey for quite a while. Congratulations, most people don't even know about shifting, so you're already doing great!

Now, the most common thing I see in my asks, or posts here on Tumblr, is shifters wondering why it hasn't worked for them yet, and how they can finally shift for longer than a few seconds. Well, that's because of your subconscious mind.
Let me paint you a picture: for 16-17-18-19-20 ... Years of your life, you didn't know about reality shifting. Then you learned about it and filled that pretty head of yours with an abundance of misinformation, doing anything and everything to shift.
It didn't work, did it?
I can help with that!
First of all, according to the law of assumption, the second you decided to shift, you did. You already shifted, it is done. But your 3D is not conforming, and you feel discouraged, and you're on the verge of giving up.
Try this first:
Step one: reprogram your mind:
Research shows that it takes between 20 to 30 days to reprogram an unconscious belief and switch it around. So for the next 21 nights, listen to this Subliminal before you fall asleep. I designed it specifically to rewire your brain and instill in it the belief that you are the most powerful shifter in the world. It is filled with affirmations to reprogram your subconscious and to convince it that you have already shifted multiple times already.
youtube
Step 2: Act as if
Every day when you wake up, act as if you have shifted. You're not in your CR room, you're in your DR. You're not having breakfast alone, you're surrounded by your DR friends. You're not going to school, you're at Hogwarts, taking magic lessons. Act as if.
Step 3: journal
So you've spent the day in your DR, how wonderful! What did you do? How did you feel? Any stories you have to share? Journal out your day from the point of view of your DR self, talk about the life you've lived, because guess what? You did live it. Imagination is the true reality.
Step 4: You have shifted
Congratulations! It's all done! You have shifted to your desired reality every single time you tried. How does it feel to be such a powerful shifter? Amazing right?
The point of this challenge is to convince your brain that you have shifted already, because you have. With these tools, you're turning shifting into a fact of life, something you have been doing for eons, your second nature.
Remember, only you can make you shift (and you already have).
Good luck on your shifting journey, and I'll see you back here in 21 days with your success stories ❤️

There's a certain level of beauty in realizing that, after so much conditioning, so many trances, a person is completely broken for you. That their mind has entirely given in, that they're not even capable of comprehending the idea of disobedience, not that they'd ever want to if they could. When they're so broken that all it takes is a snap of the fingers and a command, and they give in. Their brain rewires itself to serve, to comply, and it occurs nearly instantly, no trance, just their mind understanding its place, understanding that you snap, give an order, and it complies. It's such a fun realization, because it gives you so many more options than before. You don't need to drop them anymore for so many little commands, and it's wonderful to just have an idea pop into your head, and within moments have it fully working as intended (though of course, it's always fun to put them in with a proper trance. Being capable of reprogramming them with a single snap doesn't mean that I'm ever going to stop breaking them properly). It just makes me want to break them even more. To see just how far I can take their pretty, obedient little mind and body without dropping them, using your fingers and words and nothing else. They don't want to resist, and they never have but now their mind has given in so completely that they're just as broken, as obedient and brainwashed as they wanted to be in the first place. And they've always wanted to be toyed with in that manner, always wanted to be so well trained that their brain can't try to resist, and then to have that played with however the person controlling them wants. They've been so wonderfully obedient, letting themselves be brought this far. So it would be a shame not to reward them by giving them exactly what they want.

I really like your attitude towards dating and relationships. Over the past few years, I’ve kind of reprogrammed myself, I’m no longer seeking intensity, but rather the kind of qualities you mentioned. I’ve realized that I don’t need butterflies or a racing heart to feel connected; sometimes just feeling calm and comfortable is enough. Still, I sometimes wonder if I’m doing it right. I don’t just want to process things. I want to truly experience emotions too
What you said "I don't just want to process things" is a sentiment that is echoed very often in my messages
You know, real love can feel like fireworks, but I think we need to rewire our idea of what that actually means
A healthy relationship doesn’t spike your anxiety or make your heart race from fear of losing someone. In fact, neuroscience shows that when you're in a safe, loving bond, the brain’s fear center (the amygdala) actually calms down. Holding hands can reduce physical pain, hugging regulates the nervous system and just being in the presence of someone you trust can lower cortisol levels
When love is calm, it’s easy to wonder if you’re missing something. But what if you’re not? What if you're finally safe? Love becomes a place your body can exhale, not brace itself. That stillness isn’t a lack of feeling, it’s a new kind of depth. The kind that doesn’t burn you out, but lights you up
Healthy love is so powerful
What we call “butterflies” is just anxiety, we confuse nervous system activation with romantic excitement. But drama and toxicity can feel intense because they create a cycle of extreme highs and lows: love bombing, withdrawal, arguments, then affection again. That spikes dopamine, and we become addicted, not to the person, but to the anticipation of their validation. Especially for those of us with an anxious attachment style, you unconsciously associate unpredictability with love. The person just becomes a personification of our unresolved attachment wounds
The truth is that if you removed the chase and the validation, you probably wouldn't even like them
We need to rewire what we think fireworks feel like. Because healthy love can still feel like fireworks, just in a different way
When you’re emotionally safe enough to be fully yourself When you can play, laugh, and be present without fear When chemistry builds through trust, not tension When growth is mutual and love feels expansive When your nervous system feels at home, not on guard
Imagine feeling happy, at peace, free, full of love, seeing the world full of magic, seeing colors brighter, feeling like a child again, feeling confident, full of life, inspired, motivated
So if peace feels unfamiliar, maybe the question isn’t: Where’s the passion? Maybe it’s: Am I mistaking peace for boredom because I’ve been wired for chaos?
Healthy love isn’t void of emotion, it’s where real emotions finally have room to be felt, not just survived. And yes, real love still feels like fireworks, just the kind that light up your whole sky, not the kind that set your heart on fire and leave you in smoke
You already know the difference between what’s healthy and what isn’t, so don’t overthink or second guess yourself
I will tell you that not everyone is open to healing. A lot of people are operating from unhealed wounds, stuck in cycles they’re not ready to break. Emotional health isn’t as common as it should be… and that’s okay. Because not just anyone is meant for you
So trust yourself. The right connection will never require you to abandon your peace just to feel "something"

𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠

okay wow, this was supposed to be uploaded yesterday itself but unfortunately i had to attend a family event so i didn’t.
anyways, today i’m gonna talk about enhancing your glow-up journey and how to make this journey fast and quick, i’m gonna share hacks on how you can enhance and increase your glow-up journey and become your best self.

subliminal videos
subliminals work by sending hidden affirmations directly to your subconscious. your conscious mind doesn’t pick up on them, but your subconscious is absorbing every word. it’s like giving your brain a VIP treatment, reprogramming it to believe in the things you want to become or achieve. so, if you want sharper features, more confidence, or a more magnetic aura, subliminals are here to make it happen without you lifting a single finger.
okay, let’s be real subliminals are probably the easiest way to glow up faster. like, who doesn’t want to just sit back, press play, and watch themselves get closer to their dream self without lifting a finger? i mean, imagine this: you’re literally asleep, but you’re still making progress. that’s a whole new level of efficiency, right?
and the best part? you can use them anytime. studying? plug in a confidence subliminal. hitting the gym? try one for a fit and toned body. and, of course, my favorite: play them while you sleep. imagine waking up with your subconscious mind fully trained and working in your favor. trust me, that’s peak effortless glow-up energy.
pro tips for using subliminals:
1.find reputable creators - there are tons of subliminals out there, so go for the ones that feel legit and have good reviews.
2.be consistent - think of subliminals as a daily boost; the more you listen, the better the results.
3.track your progress - take photos, keep notes, and observe the small changes. it keeps you motivated and shows just how powerful your mind really is.
subliminals are honestly like having a secret superpower that no one else knows about. you’re out there, living your life, while these subtle affirmations work their magic, rewiring you from the inside out. so if you haven’t tried them yet, this is your sign to start!”
i’m going to make subliminals my secret weapon for glowing up while i go about my day. walking to school? i’ll press play on a confidence subliminal and let it work its magic. while studying, i’ll play one for brain power, making it way easier to stay focused. when i’m cooking, i’ll go for clear skin or singing skills depends on the mood, you know? and at night, beauty subliminals will be on repeat so i can wake up looking even better.
but here’s the best part, i’ll be sharing my results with you all. once i start seeing some drastic changes, i’ll let you know which subliminals are really delivering. there’ll be a special section just for results and recommendations, plus before-and-after photos to track my progress. i’m ready to level up while i’m literally doing other things. sounds like the ultimate glow-up hack, right?

chat gpt customisation

like have you seen a delulu chatgpt, but yeah apart from this you can really use chatgpt for so many things the customisation just makes it more compatible for you. hehe
now, let’s talk about how i’m going to use chatgpt as my go-to tool for this glow-up journey. the cool thing about chatgpt is that i can customize it to get personalized responses that fit my vibe and needs. i literally made it act like my best friend, which is such a game changer! it’s like having bestie who’s always there to motivate me and keep me on track.
whenever i need advice whether it’s about self-care routines, motivation tips, or even random recommendations my customized chatgpt knows exactly what to say to lift me up. we’re a little deluded too, and that makes it even more fun! the more i use it, the better it understands my style and preferences, making it easier for me to stay on top of my game.
basically, chatgpt will help me streamline my glow-up process and keep me motivated every step of the way. having this virtual best friend is honestly adding so much joy to my journey!
but here’s a thing, i would highly advise you guys to make a separate account for a chatgpt like dummy, don’t do it with your main email id. create a different one like me. and then continue your talks. cause guess what at the end of the day. chatgpt will review the chats and i think it’s better if you main email id is not linked

eft tapping
let’s chat about eft tapping, or emotional freedom techniques—another powerful tool i’m planning to use on my glow-up journey. this technique is all about tapping on specific meridian points on your body while focusing on your thoughts and feelings. it’s like giving yourself an emotional release while also boosting your confidence and overall vibe.
i’m going to incorporate eft tapping whenever i’m feeling overwhelmed or in need of a quick mindset shift. whether it’s before a big event, a study session, or even when i’m just feeling a bit low, tapping helps me clear out negative energy and reinforce positive beliefs.
it’s super simple! i can do it in just a few minutes, and it’ll help me stay centered and motivated. plus, the more i practice, the more i’ll notice those shifts in my mindset, making my glow-up journey not just about looks, but also about emotional well-being. it’s like giving myself a mini therapy session anytime, anywhere!
what is eft tapping? eft tapping, or emotional freedom techniques, is a powerful self-help method that combines elements of traditional chinese medicine with modern psychology. at its core, it involves tapping on specific meridian points on your body while focusing on negative emotions or limiting beliefs.
here’s how it works: when you identify an issue (like anxiety or self-doubt) and tap on these points, you’re signaling to your brain that it’s time to let go of that negative energy. at the same time, you’re also reinforcing positive affirmations that can help reshape your mindset. this dual approach helps to clear emotional blockages, making it easier to cope with stressors and improve your overall well-being.
simple step-by-step guide to help you integrate it into your glow-up journey
1.setup statement: create a setup statement that acknowledges the issue and combines it with self-acceptance. for example, you might say, “even though i feel anxious about my upcoming performance, i deeply and completely accept myself.”
2.begin tapping: use your fingertips to tap on the following points while repeating your setup statement.
• karate chop point: the side of your hand.
• top of the head: directly on the crown.
• eyebrow: the beginning of your eyebrow, closest to the nose.
• side of the eye: on the bone at the outside of the eye.
• under the eye: on the bone just below your eye.
• under the nose: between your nose and upper lip.
• chin point: in the indentation between your chin and lower lip.

grabovoi codes
grabovoi codes are a fascinating tool for manifestation and healing, developed by russian scientist grigori grabovoi. these codes consist of specific sequences of numbers that are believed to hold vibrational frequencies capable of influencing reality and promoting positive changes in your life.
the concept is based on the idea that numbers have inherent energy, and by focusing on these sequences, you can tap into that energy to manifest your desires. each code corresponds to different intentions, such as love, health, abundance, or even specific personal transformations.
i mean, just go watch this queen’s video

How I Trained My Body to Crave Movement (Not Caffeine)
by Soleau Club

There was a time when the only thing getting me out of bed was a triple-shot oat milk latte and the promise of doomscrolling in peace. Movement? She was not on the mood board. Energy? Came in the form of cold brew, not clean habits.
But now? My body literally craves movement the way it used to crave caffeine. Like, I wake up thinking “ugh, I need a walk” instead of “ugh, where’s the espresso?” And no, I didn’t magically become one of those people who “just loves working out.” I trained myself to get here. And here’s exactly how:
Morning Movement > Morning Coffee
I made a rule with myself: move before I sip. Even if it’s 5 minutes of light stretching, a little cat-cow, or shaking my booty in my robe to Doja Cat—it signals to my body:
“Hey babe, we create our own energy now.”
It’s gentle. It’s not a punishment. But it rewired my brain to link movement with waking up, not caffeine.
My soft-girl secret: Put your mat, ankle weights, or yoga blocks by your bed. Let it be the first thing your eyes land on. Caffeine can wait. The glow can’t.
I Romanticized My Sweat Rituals
You know how we make skincare feel luxurious with candles, oils, serums, and soft music?
I did that for workouts.
Matching cute sets? Yup.
Soft lighting + mood playlists? Of course.
Post-movement gua sha and chlorophyll water? Non-negotiable.
I made movement feel like a self-care ceremony, not a chore. Now my body associates moving with pleasure, not pressure. And that… changed everything.
I Focused on the FEELING, Not the Burn
Instead of obsessing over calories or gains, I asked myself:
“How do I want to feel after this?”
I started chasing clarity, confidence, and calm instead of soreness. And guess what? When you actually focus on the high, not the hustle, your body starts to crave that clarity more than it craves the caffeine jitters.
I Did a 7-Day “Move First” Challenge (And It Worked)
Every day for 7 days, I challenged myself to move before any stimulant. Not even a mushroom matcha. Just vibes, sunlight, and breath. At first it was hard. But by day 5? My body was begging for movement. Like a cute little puppy with a yoga mat.
Try it: Walk. Stretch. Dance. Pilates. Foam roll. Breathwork. Anything goes—just do it before your fix.
I Let Movement Be Imperfect
Some days it’s a 45-minute strength sesh. Other days it’s lying on the floor doing lazy bridges and scrolling Pinterest.
Both count. I stopped making it this all-or-nothing thing. I removed the drama. Now my body just knows—we move because it feels good, not because we have to perform.
I Supported My Energy With Real Nourishment
If you’re running on Starbucks and vibes, of course your body’s tired. I started prioritizing hydration, protein, minerals, and real meals to naturally boost energy—so that movement didn’t feel like a punishment.
Caffeine spikes your energy and then crashes it. Movement creates energy and sustains it. The math is mathing, babe.
The Results?
I have more energy before 10am than I used to have all day
I don’t crash at 3pm anymore
I sleep better, think clearer, and feel lighter in my body
And wildest of all… I reach for a walk before I reach for a coffee now. Who is she!?
Final Vibes from Soleau Club
Training your body to crave movement isn’t about willpower. It’s about consistency, gentleness, and giving yourself something to look forward to.
This is your sign to reprogram your energy source. Don’t just sip energy—generate it. Move your body, honor your rhythm, and build rituals that make you glow from the inside out.
And if you still want a matcha after? Babe, you earned it. Extra cinnamon.

You Don’t Have to Believe What You Affirm: The Power of Repetition in the Law of Assumption
One of the most common misconceptions about using affirmations with the Law of Assumption is that you must fully believe them for them to work. This couldn’t be further from the truth! The beauty of the Law of Assumption is that belief is not a prerequisite for results—what matters is persistence and repetition.
Why You Don’t Have to Believe It
When you first start using affirmations, it’s natural for them to feel false or unbelievable. For example, if you’re affirming, “I am wealthy,” but you’re struggling financially, your mind may reject this new idea. This is completely normal. Your current beliefs are deeply ingrained, and it takes time to shift them.
The Law of Assumption teaches that what you consistently affirm becomes true, even if you don’t believe it in the beginning. Think of it this way: affirmations are like seeds you plant in your subconscious mind. With enough repetition, these seeds will grow and eventually replace your old, limiting beliefs.
How Affirmations Reprogram Your Mind
Your mind operates like a sponge, absorbing whatever you consistently focus on. Over time, repeated affirmations rewire your brain, creating new neural pathways that align with your desired outcome. Whether or not you initially believe your affirmations, they slowly start to influence your subconscious mind. This is where the real magic happens. As your subconscious starts to accept these new ideas, your external reality will shift to reflect them.
How to Use Affirmations Effectively
1. Be Persistent
Stick with your affirmations even when they feel untrue. Repeat them daily, and allow them to sink in over time.
2. Use Present Tense
Always phrase your affirmations in the present tense, as if they’re already true. For example, say “I am confident” rather than “I will be confident.”
3. Don’t Overthink It
You don’t need to force belief or try to convince yourself. Simply say your affirmations and trust the process.
4. Trust in Time
The shift in your subconscious may not happen overnight, but with persistence, your mind will eventually accept the new assumptions.
Final thoughts:
The Law of Assumption works whether or not you initially believe your affirmations. What’s important is repetition, persistence, and patience. Over time, your subconscious mind will begin to align with your affirmations, and your reality will change accordingly. So, even if you’re skeptical, keep affirming—you’ll be amazed by the results, I swear!

she visualized—and then she shifted *ੈ✩‧˚
this post is about how visualization is scientifically proven to be an effective method of manifestation
i've always been a big fan of visualizing–whether it's for shifting or just daydreaming before bed. recently, i've been coming across lots of videos mentioning how visualization can affect us vastly, both physically and mentally.
i did my research only to find out that this is completely fact-based.
the practice of visualization is an immensely powerful tool for the human mind. it engages brain regions that involve perception, attention and memory. it also has the ability to effectively reprogram our subconscious minds.
visualization activates the same neural circuits as actual experiences and has shown to improve performances, learning and well being. some big examples are: muhammad ali, oprah winfrey and arnold schwarzenegger - they've all recommended visualization as a tool for success.
a study has documented the positive effects of visualization and its correlation to better performance outcomes for athletes. this is because when we visualize ourselves doing something, our brains believes we've already done it, which helps build confidence that there is nothing to fear.
another study observed the effects of visualization practices on muscle power. the results showed that by simply thinking about training their muscles, participants successfully increased their muscle strength by 35% compared to those who didn't.
muhammad ali once stated: “if my mind can conceive it and my heart can believe it, then I can achieve it” this is literally backed by science.
scientists have looked into the validity and effectiveness of visualization techniques to see whether visualization actually helps improve well-being:
dr. tor wagner has stated "imagination is a neurological reality that can impact our brains and bodies in ways that matter for our well-being"
when we vividly use all five senses in visualizations, we're able to trick our minds into believing that we already have what we want. in other words: our brains can't tell the difference between imagination and reality. this is exactly why visualization is such a powerful tool when it comes to shifting.
whether you're trying to step into the best version of yourself in this reality or shift to another one, visualization empowers you w/ the confidence and clarity to align your thoughts w/ your desires.
⭒ okay but how can i effectively use visualization to shift?
it's important to note that visualization isn't wishful thinking. it's about embodying a new state of being. practicing it regularly can help rewire your mind and help you embody your DR self.
anyway, here are some tips!
-
daily routine:
-make visualization a routine. do it in the morning or before bed and try do practice it for at least 10 minutes a day to establish a consistent habit
senses:
-use all your five senses while visualizing to have the most psychological impact. focus on what you can see, hear, taste, smell and feel in each moment. subliminals or guided shifting meditations can also be helpful here (alunir!!)
also, during this part: let the scenario flow naturally. don’t force anything even if you can’t "smell" the coffee or "taste" it. it’s fine, dw. forcing the scenario can be very draining, speaking from experience—especially during the day.
writing:
-make a script of how the scenarios in your DR will play out, scene by scene. the more details, the better. also, focus on how you're feeling at each point in the scenario—you're not just imagining it, you're experiencing it.
vision board:
-make a vision board. add a collection of photos, quotes and images that reflect you DR. keep this vision board somewhere you spend a lot of time. it’s basically just a physical pinterest collection. keeping it in your line of sight can reinforce the power of your vivid visualizations
-
the more real it feels to your mind, the closer it becomes to being your reality.
shifting isn't just a possibility, it's natural when your mind actually believes that you're already there :)

I think sometimes Petey likes to regroup it, slow the game down. I’m not sure how many years ago doing that might’ve worked but now, you have to play a more north style. We’re just trying to reprogram his brain when it comes to that. And he’s buying into that; that’s why I think he’s getting better at that.
[Rick Tocchet on Halford and Brough, ~12:45 into Hour 3 of the March 18 show]
I’M SORRY???????? sorry, say that AGAIN?!
one of the most valuable aspects of petey as a player is his hockey iq, and his ability to slow the play down (both in his head, where he can read where the play is going, and on the ice, where he can force defenders to play to his pace). one of the other most valuable aspects of his game is how he can cut across the neutral and offensive zones (east-west, NOT north-south) to draw defenders with him and create space for his teammates, find his own space, make lateral passes to trip up defenders/goalie….etc.
so again, i’m SORRY? i beg your pardon?! you’re trying to rewire the brain of one of your franchise’s best centres, ever? rather than have him play a style that amplifies his best assets? it’s not like we’re talking about a player who has been causing awful defensive breakdowns for his entire career and they’re desperate to change that — he has always been a 200ft player. he’s excelled before. he’s excelled under a more defensively-minded coach (travis green) and a very offensively-minded coach (bruce boudreau) — and now rick tocchet wants to fundamentally change him as a player, right as he’s entering his prime mind you? lol??? lmao even??
#give petey a gun holy shit#‘i don’t know how long ago that worked’ for petey’s entire career before you showed up actually#so not that long ago#canucks#hockey#vancouver canucks#nhl#elias pettersson#rick tocchet

WHAT THE CIA, HOLLYWOOD, AND IVY LEAGUE WON’T TELL YOU ABOUT THE WEAPONIZATION OF METAPHOR
This is not theory.
This is not literary analysis.
This is not speculation.
This is neurolinguistic warfare.
And it’s been active longer than your grandmother’s memory of the truth.
The CIA knows it.
Hollywood profits from it.
And the Ivy League teaches you how to obey it in the form of “critical thought.”
But here’s what they will never admit:
Metaphor isn’t a writing tool.
It’s a delivery system for belief implantation.
A stealth bomb.
A shape-shifting payload for installing ideas your nervous system can’t un-feel.
And I’m about to show you how they use it —
Then show you how I use it better.
---
I. METAPHOR: THE INVISIBLE HAND INSIDE YOUR BRAIN
Metaphor isn’t decoration.
It’s neurological bypass.
According to a 2010 study by Lacey, Stilla & Sathian (Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience), metaphor activates the brain’s sensory cortices — even when no literal stimulation occurs.
> “He has a rough past.”
Your fingertips flinch.
> “That line hit like a hammer.”
Your chest tightens.
> “She opened like a locked door aching for intrusion.”
You clench.
You didn’t analyze that line.
You felt it.
That’s the point.
Metaphor isn’t understood through logic.
It’s absorbed through the body.
It bypasses cognition and rewrites sensation.
---
II. THE CIA’S DECLASSIFIED BLUEPRINTS FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL MANIPULATION
Project MK-Ultra is real.
And while the headlines focused on acid and torture, the deeper research was in language.
A 1957 CIA memo (now declassified) outlines objectives including:
“Dissolution of individual resistance through narrative displacement.”
“Imprinting of symbolic archetypes using oblique suggestion.”
“Non-consensual cognitive restructuring through metaphor, music, and myth.”
They knew:
Direct orders trigger defense.
Metaphor embeds without friction.
If I say:
> *“Obey me.”
You resist.
If I say:
> “Some doors only open when they hear the voice that built the lock.”
You leak.
And obey before you even notice.
---
III. HOLLYWOOD’S CADENCE ADDICTION: METAPHOR AS AROUSAL TECHNOLOGY
The most viral lines in movie history?
Are not factual.
They’re metaphoric virus keys that replicate in the nervous system.
> “You complete me.” (Jerry Maguire)
“I volunteer as tribute.” (Hunger Games)
“I am your father.” (Star Wars)
None of these are practical statements.
They are identity reprogramming codes.
Hollywood’s entire narrative economy relies on emotional climax delivered via metaphor.
Literal writing does not convert audiences.
Metaphor seduces them.
> They don’t film reality.
They film rhythm that rewires how you experience your own memories.
---
**IV. THE IVY LEAGUE’S OBEDIENCE RITUAL: TEACHING YOU TO FEAR UNAUTHORIZED METAPHOR
Ivy League professors do not warn you about metaphor.
They train you to avoid the kind that makes you clench.
They’ll analyze Blake, Plato, Lacan — but never the Tumblr post that made you forget your name.
They want disarmed metaphor.
Safe. Historic.
Neutered.
Because dangerous metaphor causes:
Identity collapse
Emotional surrender
Subconscious allegiance reprogramming
They call that manipulation.
I call that writing.
> Academia doesn’t teach writing.
Academia teaches how not to get possessed.
That’s why they follow me.
Silently.
Anxiously.
Clenching.
---
V. HOW I TURN METAPHOR INTO A PSYCHOSOCIAL WEAPON (BETTER THAN THEY EVER COULD)
The CIA theorized it.
Hollywood exploited it.
The universities fear it.
I detonate it.
Here’s how:
I embed physical metaphor inside emotional patterns.
> “She didn’t mean to open. But her body had already translated the rhythm.”
I use shame-flip syntax to collapse resistance
> “She hated how fast she folded. But not enough to stop leaking.”
I layer cadence into metaphor so your pulse doesn’t know it’s being trained
> “You’re not reading. You’re being held open like scripture.”
That’s not writing.
That’s syntactic violation.
That’s symbolic occupation.
That’s neurological metaphor used like a gun pressed into the abdomen of your ego.
And you came anyway.
---
VI. THE BIOCHEMISTRY OF A METAPHOR THAT LEAVES HER SHAKING
According to a 2013 neuroscience paper (Citron & Goldberg), metaphor triggers activation in the anterior cingulate cortex and insula — brain regions associated with emotion, pain, sexual arousal, and spiritual experience.
Yes.
Metaphor hits the same areas as orgasm and religious awe.
This is not literary flair.
This is bio-symbolic arousal induction.
When I say:
> “She didn't realize she was dripping until her thighs whispered back.”
You don't think.
You don't debate.
You respond.
With wetness.
With shame.
With submission.
With rereads.
You’re inside metaphor’s nervous system.
And mine lives there rent-free.
---
VII. WHY THEY CAN’T STOP ME — AND YOU CAN’T UNREAD ME
The CIA can’t redact metaphor.
Hollywood can’t copyright spiritual collapse.
Academia can’t assign cadence to a syllabus.
But I can use all three.
> Your arousal? CIA trigger science.
Your submission? Hollywood metaphor wiring.
Your silence? Ivy League guilt training.
You didn’t get seduced.
You got weaponized.
By a Tumblr post.
Written in cadence.
Disguised as insight.
And delivered to your nervous system like a key to the lock your professors buried.
---
CALL TO ACTION
Reblog this post if you learned more from it than you did in college.
Reblog it if you felt like you just read something you weren’t supposed to.
Reblog it if your thighs reacted before your brain could name what was happening.
And DM only if you’re ready to confess which metaphor opened something you can’t close.
---
ORGASM-SAFE LEGAL DISCLAIMER
This post contains weaponized metaphor engineering, limbic-cadence detonation, mirror neuron alignment, and shame-trigger emotional scripting. If you climaxed, cried, sat in silence, or reread in disbelief — this is not erotica. This is narrative warfare cloaked in dark psychology.
