3. Know that you’re one of a kind!! No one is like you. No matter how hard someone tries, they can’t be you. You’re the only you, own it. Be your absolute best and authentic self. And don’t let anyone tell you, that your someone your not.

4. Don’t give up on your goals and dreams!! As I said, Jennie worked hard (as a trainee) for 6 years to be where she is now. And she still works hard to achieve her goals to this day. WILTING ROSE

So it's been a while since I gave an actual update on The Neverfell Projects: Beauty and the Beast. ^^ Highlights:

-I was right; this is gonna be my first hour-long video. Almost an hour and a half, actually. o_o -I'm in what I would call the "final stages" of editing: i.e. just deciding where to put all my screenshots and snarky on-screen comments. The only caveats are: a) I still need background music, and not only have I not composed any yet; I have no idea what I want it to sound like :D b) I've had to take a good look at my placeholder art WIPs as I progress through the video, and the evil boss in my head is already going "yeah, not good enough; redraw all of this" :D :D :D

I mean...I like ^this picture. I had a good feeling about it from the get-go; it came out pretty nice in the end. I can only hope that the others will turn out similarly when finished, so maybe I'll only have to redo days worth of work instead of weeks' worth. Stay tuned!

A little concept sketch of my Gravity Falls self insert! And as you can see, she's a werewolf! 0u0

She's normally in her first form when she's out and about, and when it's getting close to the full moon she looks like her second form before going full wolf! During that time period she starts getting a powerful craving for raw meat and she gets really itchy as her fur starts coming in, then the ears and tail follow! (At first glance I'm sure most of the townsfolk would just think she was a furry 😂)

In general she's very cheery, and she exhibits a lot of dog-like behavior (getting excited when the doorbell rings, noticing and perking up when she sees squirrels, shaking her whole body when she gets wet) and she has a somewhat irrational fear of rabies so she's not a very good hunter and actually tends to AVOID wild animals in the forest and stray dogs/cats. When she moves to Gravity Falls she opens a curios and oddities shop with her partner in crime, which a certain conman sees as competition, leading him and the mystery twins to go check it out 👀❓️

I really wish this episode could have kept up the emotional stakes of Belinda wanting to go home, wish world or not this is the first time the audience has seen her interact with her mother and the first time belinda has seen her in days? Weeks? With all the other ways emotions and thoughts have slipped through the cracks i would have loved Belinda to like rush to hug her mother and give us that emotional reunion and then switch back to not knowing why shes emotional, this episode and season as a whole has not given Belinda the focus the character deserves and its been driving me insane

just watched the new doctor who and I think the most accurate word to describe how I feel about this episode is frustration. I think the smaller seasons are really starting to show the cracks because I should not be annoyed to have an entire other doctor lite episode centered on ruby sunday. I LOVE ruby to fucking bits. but there's only 8 episodes! you can't make a backdoor unit pilot that barely even has the doctor or belinda in it when there's already so little real estate to get to know those two with! and it's not that the episode is bad. it's actually quite good. it's just that the whole time I'm watching it I'm thinking, "now there's one less episode with the doctor and belinda."

the unbelievable disaster of the 2nd rustle t davis era really shouldnt be a surprise to anyone who was paying attention given how his first era really wasnt that great. series 2 and 3 have MASSIVE problems within them from the overfocus on the doctors favourite white woman to the appalling treatment of martha jones by both the doctor and the writers by proxy and you can absolutely see these echoes, but louder, in the new series because RTD can make the most limphanded gestures at diversity and "speaking against racism" and then sideline Belinda in favour of guess what the doctors favorite whitegirl. I cant state enough just how badly RTD treats women of colour in his doctor who and frankly i think he's just forgotten how to actually write for doctor who given how badly done the cross season mysteries and the pantheon are
