There is so much they could’ve done with the void stiles storyline on TW , like could’ve made stiles a spark and that could’ve been the reason void chose him. There was just so many directions they could’ve gone with that storyline and I’ll forever be sad they didn’t.

If Eli did grow up with Stiles as his other parent, then he would have lived his own version of Spy x Family.

Derek Hale: his Dad

- To the public, was a wanted criminal, now someone that occasionally helps the Sheriff and a mechanic

- To the supernatural world and people in the know, born wolf who can do a full shift, and later a true alpha

Stiles Stilinski: his Tata

- To the public, the Sheriff's kid who used to cause mischief, now does who knows what outside of the town sometimes

- To the supernatural world and his coworkers, the insane FBI agent, and maybe something other too???

Just rewatched 02x08 Raving and it is truly so unhinged of the writers to set up magic!Stiles and not pull through with it.

I mean, they really did set that up, that's not something delusional fans fully made up themselves, they had the damn druid be extra cryptic and make it sound like only Stiles could do this and use such weirdly phrased advise that really makes your alarm bells ring and then they have Stiles run out of mountain ash with a significant way to go and give himself a pep talk about belief and imagination and he confidently strides along while producing mountain ash out of thin air.

He had no mountain ash anymore. It's not even that he still had some left but not enough and he believed that it would last and the container just never ran out - that would somehow still feel different.

No, the writers chose to have him fully run out of mountain ash and magically produce it in his hands, not even in the bag that had carried the original mountain ash. He just magically makes mountain ash appear.

And when he has to break the circle to let Derek in to save Scott it is a near magical gust of wind that breaks the circle, like again Stiles willed it to break.

None of this is random. None of this is just easily explained with something rooted in the plot. The only explanation the writers leave you with is magic.

And then they never bring it up again and never let Stiles perform magic again and how do you do that. How do you introduce something so tantalizing in such an obvious manner and then just forget that you set that up and never pull through with it.

Crossover fics (not usually a crossover fan but I have a soft spot for TW/Avengers and TW/Criminal Minds)

Stiles being sent to live with his uncle (usually Coulson) and getting semi adopted by the Avengers

The BAU being called to investigate one of the events in Beacon Hills

Stiles joining the BAU and being very casual about the weirdness in his life and then not knowing if he's joking or not

au where after the nogistune, something's wrong with stiles. not "possessed by a demon and setting serial killers loose on purpose" kind of wrong, but in a "something's missing that I never knew was there kind of way" like realizing that your vision is juuust slightly out of focus

Stiles used to be a proper spark. now, most of what he has are illusions and mountain ash, and he can't use illusions without a full blown panic attack.

stiles used to have some proper firepower. these days... well he does what he always has, and makes the best of what he has.

Stiles' Guide to Raising A Were-Baby and Surviving High School

Summary :

Stiles is pushed out of Hale's pack because he is human. Still being the petty and overly prepared guy he is sets out to make his home a fortress. Stiles did not expect however for his plans of making a fortress and conducting his own money making scheme by becoming an accidental parent(in a way that wasn't warned about in SexEd). And to top it all off that baby is a werewolf that may or may not be hunted by hunters and completely bonded to him to an insane level. Stiles will stay out of supernatural dealing when he is cold and dead basically.

It's one of those Stiles gets kicked out of the pack fics with a twist. The original twist wasn't a baby werewolf but you know what we roll with it. This story features Baker Stiles, Pack Mom Stiles, Spark Stiles, and BAMF Stiles. Also it's eventual Sterek.

I've planned for 24 chapters but that plan always changes for me sooo. Expect the unexpected ig.

Imagine stiles thinking he’s just good at manifesting things.

Like he doesn’t want to go to class so he wishes class was canceled so then there’s bad weather, when there shouldn’t be, or the fire alarm breaks and keeps going off. Or the teacher had to cancel class for like a meeting.

He’d say that he needs to get groceries and someone would accidentally deliver food to his door and let him keep it and it’s his exact order too.

He’d go thrifting and find all kinds of cool clothes and vintage stuff he wanted.

Like if he buys a mystery figurine he’d say I hope it’s …(which ever one he wants) and he gets it and it keeps happening if he has a bunch of them.

But it’s actually all part of his spark and anytime he wishes or manifests anything his spark is making it happen.

The reason no one asks him out is because he thinks no one wants to ask him out and is accidentally wishing it, and then…

So after the nogitsune stiles battles with depression and anxiety and he has no one to help him because one he is slowly bing pushed out of the mccall pack two he is hiding that he is struggling. He use’s his magic to hid his scent from the wolf, but Peter realise what’s going on and is set on helping stiles get better.

It starts out by Peter inviting stiles over to his den to study all of the books he owns so stiles can make his beatrairy. Slowly Peter works his way into stiles’s heart giving him gifts off books, ingredients for spell’s, jewelry and providing him with food and comfort. It took stiles 3 months to realise Peter was courting him

I can honestly say this is one of the best 'breaking-up then making up' fics I've read in a hot minute. Stiles is perfectly portrayed as the powerful ball of guilt and good intentions that he is and Derek finally gets something good like he deserves. No notes. Absolutely incredible!!

Just took a nap, and had an.. interesting dream?

Like I was on tumblr and came across a post that was a deleted scene? a one-time scene? Of Stiles using magic to enchant Derek’s watch. They were at what looked like one of the picnic tables that's outside the school. The camera shot was to the side, so you see Stiles on the left and Derek to the right. I think it was season 2 since this was a buzz cut Stiles, and I think one of the betas (isaac?) came by a second before the spell was complete. (The camera is now just on Stiles, mainly on his face) The way Stiles did magic was that he held the watch in his hand, held up close to his lips, and whispered the incantation into the watch. I think the spell was gonna be one of protection? Idk I remember thinking 'dealing with Gerard' in my dream. I also think his eyes flashed gold, yk, like Merlin, since I keep thinking about the two.

[EDIT] and it was literally just like the normal posts I see that are like "oh, it's so sad that we didn't get more magic Stiles" or "I can't believe the writers didn't expand on Stiles and his spark more"
