Inderomantic (Inde -Indecisive)

This is a flag + term redesign purely for myself, I genuinely could NOT stand the name or flag and it didn't flow with the rest of my identity, so this is for me. You all may use it too

The original term is Xumromantic, this flag is the same exact definition, check it out.

This term is exclusive to neurodivergent people. It was specifically coined with people with anxiety disorders, OCD, and OCPD in mind. The term implaromantic exists for neurotypical people who relate to this experience and don't want to appropriate.

・Saying that I support mspec gays/lesbians because it’s not my place to judge other people’s identities just because I may not fully understand them.

・Asking if there’s a word for nonbinary people who are exclusively/only attracted to other nonbinary people.

・Being specifically Half-Asian and queer.

・Writing books about exclusively queer men/non-women, mostly to cope with trauma stuff (apparently if your writing doesn't consist of a trillion sapphics, two gay fathers that get three seconds of screentime, and the occasionally non-human nonbinary person, it's automatically bad writing???? i was in my local town centre today, a very diverse and accepting place that hosts pride every year, to go in one of my favourite film merch shops. i was just looking through the tiny pride section - the flag and he/him, she/they, they/them, etc pronoun badges - the usual that they've been selling for a while. then i spot some new badges. neopronouns. neopronouns!! there was xe/xim, ze/zir, per/pers and a handful more! not even in a pride-focused store!! you can't even FATHOM my happiness

Nexus Aroace / Nexelic: A term for someone who knows they are on the aroace spectrum, but doesn’t know where exactly on it they are, due to neurodivergence and/or something similar (for example, plurality).

Someone who uses this label may have a lack of understanding of how romantic and sexual attraction works at all, and may have a hard time feeling “just right” with a specific label or experience. As such, someone with this label may, for instance...

Feel as though they have a cluster of different pieces of labels

aka me, a bisexual nonbinary mass of flesh, testing my gaydar

Aang: pansexual, goes by he/they, assumes everyone is pan unless given an indication otherwise, audibly gasped when Tenzin came out as straight, constantly argues with Katara over which flag (bi or pan) is prettier

Katara: bisexual and demisexual, she/her, came out to Aang while they were engaged by saying "Aang... I like boys and girls" and to this day has not gotten over the fact that he responded, "yeah ofc, doesn't everyone?", only identifies as bi because she doesn't like the pan flag's yellow

Sokka: bisexual, Zuko was his bi awakening, deals with some internalized biphobia poor bby but works through it eventually, bonded a lot with Katara over their sexuality crises

Suki: they/she but still considers themself cis, aggressively bisexual and poly-questioning, takes offense to being called an ally, she and Sokka facepainted each other's cheeks with the bi flag for their first pride parade and it is still one of their most cherished memories <3

Toph: goes by she/they mainly, doesn't care a ton about labels but identifies as ace and pan, knows every gay bar in the United Republic and drags Sokka to them often (Suki highly encourages this), uses neopronouns when they feel like it

Zuko: bisexual, so so so much internalized homophobia from the Fire Nation but he also works through it, comes out to Mai first after a few months of internal and her response is just "cool," had a gender crisis for a while there but is 99% sure he is cis... probably

Mai: queer but doesn't want to put a specific label on it, Ty Lee sees auras but Mai sees Gay^TM and is as a result never surprised when ppl come out, holes herself up in the palace every pride month (bc Zuko did declare it to be a thing after the war) bc of all the colors

Azula: thought she was bi at first but realizes she was a lesbian in denial when she gets the healing arc she deserved, calls everyone into the royal meeting room to say, "I am a lesbian" and the resounding response is "Yes aren't you and Ty Lee dating???", also takes offense to be calling an ally after she accepts her sexuality, spirits help you if you make a bigoted comment in her presence bc she is the embodiment of queer wrath

Ty Lee: lesbian, goes by she/her but is fine with any pronouns, claims to have a gaydar through auras but everyone knows that Mai helps her out, helps Azula come to terms with her sexuality and they are the most adorable gfs after Azula's healing arc,talks to Bosco abt her girl problems (and he is always very understanding)

These Magical Kids were requested by Anonymous and were first seen in this sketchbook post!

Rosboy and Azurgirl are terms and flags coined by @neopronouns describing a feminine boy/someone who considers themself male but has a significant connection to femininity and a masculine girl/someone who considers themself a girl but has a significant connection to masculinity!

Both of these Kids share a Circus theme- specifically, the Rosboy Kid has a Tightrope Walker/Trapeze Theme while the Azurgirl Kid has a Ringleader/Magician theme! Rosboy uses He/They Pronouns while Azurgirl uses She/He Pronouns!

Azurgirl’s name is Carolina, after a shade of blue! She can summon ropes made of light, which are usually used by her partner to tightrope or trapeze. It takes a lot of trust!

Rosboy’s name is Schauss, after a shade of pink! He can disappear and reappear somewhere else- he usually does this at Carolina’s direction, so he’s essentially a Magician’s Assistant. Their favorite trick to do together is to appear in locked boxes and kick it open.

Carolina’s Magical Girl weapon is a pair of handcuffs that are inescapable unless Carolina likes you, while Schauss’s Magical Boy Weapon is a tiny parasol that will inexplicably allow the holder to float downwards.

A useless fact about this pair is that their relationship is completely unexplainable. They met in college. They’ve known each other their entire lives. They’re in love. They’re best friends. They’re awkward. They’re flirty with each other. It’s all over. Common consensus is that they’re crushing on each other but think the flirting the other one is doing is just a bit and don’t want to say anything in case it ruins their friendship.

Wanna talk a little about the Cloudstrider we got confirmed is nonbinary by today's post (plus NB flag):

This hasn't been specified yet, but the press kit has some information on them and more photos. Important to note is that this is an actual character, not a concept or a representative for all Cloudstriders. Their name is Nimbus!

We don't know what pronouns they'll be using yet, so I'm using they/them here. It would be really cool for them to use some neopronouns. The above image but bigger:

This means that as far as we know, only this specific character is nonbinary, not all Cloudstriders. Obviously this is a subject that can change, but since this is a specific named character, it's safest to assume that only they are NB, and not all Cloudstriders as a rule.

I really liked their design from the start and was intrigued by how Bungie approached to the visual representation of gender. They clearly avoided a lot of traditionally strictly masculine/feminine features. It made me immediately excited about the possibility that Neomuna will feature more characters that are visibly trans.

erosentian comes from eros, a greek word for love, and sentient, combining the concepts of love/attraction and nonhuman sentience! the erosentien symbol i created is based on the nonhuman symbol, created by @nonanthropy​ here!

if you want, for coining specific terms under this umbrella, you can use the suffix -erosen!

important disclaimer- 

there are some people who use nonhumanity/alterhumanity in bad faith as a guise to say their zoophilic actions are okay. while that is not super common and not at all the fault of those who are actually nonhuman and simply wish to exist, it still is imperative for me to note that this term is NOT that. it is not about using alterhumanity to excuse animal abuse, but rather a term for acknowledging those whose orientations and nonhumanity/alterhumanity are linked!
