Newbie question; and I assume the answer is no.
Can you find Stellar Tera type pokemon in raid dens? Are Tera type pokemon randomly generated in the terrarium or are they fixed spawns?
How do you get more stellar Tera shards anyway? Do you get Tera shards from beating wild Tera pokemon as well as raid den mons?
I wasn’t ever really paying attention to drops from wild Tera Pokemon, so I genuinely don’t know.
How would you farm stellar Tera shards anyway?
Sorry for throwing so many questions in the pokemon tags btw~~~ did a cursory quick search and only got how the Tera type works. Could always be looking in the wrong spots tho~~~
I’ll keep digging ~~~

Zhongli as a lover is the whole package. Case in point -
Photographic memory:
He remembers you saying how much you liked sweets, so on dates, he always takes you to places like bakeries and confectioneries. New ice cream parlor just opened? You're his first thought. And on fancier outings, he makes sure in advance that the dessert spread will be to your liking.
You'd once mentioned to Zhongli, in passing, about some obscure little dolls you once saw on a pamphlet. The doll collection was from a small creator, and was set to be released in eight months. You'd thought they looked pretty neat, but you'd definitely forget about them in a few months even before their official release since you no longer have that pamphlet.
Guess what? On release day a long time later, Zhongli presents the dolls to you, having been first in line to procure them.
Attention to detail:
He can tell by even the slightest of changes in your gait, perhaps a slower walk, or a slight frown of suppressed discomfort, that your new shoes are giving you shoebite. So he takes you into the nearest shoe store and buys you some nice new comfier ones (that still go with your carefully-styled outfit). When you two get home, he'll also massage your feet with his gentle hands, kissing the bruises as he does so (his smile growing as he registers how flustered you become at that).
Emotional stability:
Zhongli is pretty much your rock, pun possibly intended, when it comes to challenging situations. Whether you need a shoulder to cry on, somebody to vent to, or simply a catalyst to help you through a difficult time, Zhongli has it all.
Any disagreements you two may have never escalate because he catches himself in time to defuse the situation. It's always you and him versus the problem, not you versus him. His communication and reasoning skills are on point.
Conversationalist:
There's never a time when Zhongli runs out of things to talk about with you. He can go on for hours about anything under the sun, and there's always a story ready on his tongue for whenever you might want to hear it. Your nights are decorated with his tales, your dreams mirroring Zhongli's narrations like they were the script and you're a part of the play.
Zhongli only prefers to share fun things with you, so that you wouldn't get bored - but you always tell him how you'd attentively listen to him go on about even laundry.
All-around Adaptability:
Zhongli can do it all - whether it's being the big spoon, little spoon, sunshine, sunshine protector, the calm one, the lovesick puppy, the brains, the brawn, the one who encourages you to take risks or the one who keeps you from doing rash things. This god is multifaceted like gold, and he chooses to shine on you.
Never shall Celestia find a lover like him again.

Not So Stellar
---
"You're saying, that this Teratype only grants boost on different moves only once, and it doesn't change my defensive typing at all...
Nah, I want my Ice Tera back." - Starburst, in dismay.
Disappointed Luxio aside, this is actually a fun little mini project, albeit it took time to finish. In fact it's been a while since I last did an art project that's not MtLu, comm or collab. It might as well be a continuation of the Derp Cats with Derp Crowns, with this being the derpiest Tera Jewel ever (correct me if I'm wrong). Not the hardest to redraw however.

You can support me via [Ko-fi] and/or [Patreon] Tips are much appreciated.

🧩-Spot. 🎵- Well and Spring by Crying
Spot is a mon who mostly eats seafood, and often goes out to hunt for her favorites. She makes sure to keep her eyes peeled when she travels up and down beaches in Paldea, and quickly speeds through the water to catch when she sets her sights on. Her favorites to hunt for include Magikarp, Alolomola, Lumineon, and, if she can find, fight and fully subdue it, Gyarados. Spot does prefer to cook it first, but she doesn't mind if that doesn't happen.
Her tera type is something that proves to be quite powerful the longer that she manages to hold it for. That turns out to be rather dangerous, as the longer that she attempts to hold the Stellar tera type when it's active, the more of a risk it poses to her mind and body.
Spot currently has no interest in romance, but she might try it when she gets older.
--
After looking at the song lyrics, they do make me think about scenes of Spot and Wo while they traveled into the Area Zero catacombs.
Spot wasn't seen until Wo and the humans that he had chosen to accompany had made it into the deepest parts. Wo turned after hearing a sound, and saw that Spot had followed behind him and the group.
They ended up arguing. Wo said to Spot that the place that they were in was dangerous. Spot waited until she managed to shout back to him that she had never seen the outside world, and that she was worried about him. As she calmed down, and as she tried not to cry out of frustration, she said that, as soon as everything was over in the catacombs, that she would head back to the Terarium.
Wo, feeling guilty about what had happened, said that she could stay with him and the group, and that he would help to keep her safe. Spot's eyes went starry as she accepted his offer, before both mons went to catch up with the humans.
Much later on, as they fought Terapagos, Wo would end up becoming too tired to continue, leading to Spot taking his place. Spot, as she stood in front of the gigantic crystal turtle, takes some time to think about what to do. Her train of thought is derailed by one of the turtle's attacks, which she dodges.
At the right time, she activates her tera. The reveal of her having the Stellar tera type amazes both Wo and the humans. After some regular attacks back and forth between herself and Terapagos, Spot would finish the fight with a powerful Tera Blast.
Wo carries Spot out of there as Terapagos makes the place shake with its rage following being defeated. After leaving, the group and mons and humans quickly make their way back to the Terarium.

hihi !! kinda a specific request i apologize- can i get a pre-terapagos confrontation kieran having beef with the readers ‘raidon please? (also if possible i wanna claim 🧃as an anon emoji)
"So...you're a legendary too, huh? Brought here from the past/future?"
"Agia.."
"I bet [y/n] loves parading you around. Everyone in the damn school can't stop talking about you....if only I had a Pokémon like that."
"Agiii?"
"No, not you. I want one like Terapagos..assuming it even exists."
Overhearing the obvious beef Kieran had with your 'raidon made you frown a little, especially as you, him, Carmine, and Briar were supposed to be enjoying a picnic right now.
Exploring Area Zero's underdepths became quite exhausting, so you suggested taking a small break from the Terapagos hunt. There weren't many safe spots down here, but after you eventually defeated a Garganacl with a mysterious tera type, you settled for the small island where a beautiful crystalline tree stood.
Apparently, the type was coined "Stellar" by Professor Sada/Turo, and it wasn't anything like the ones you've seen on Paldea's surface.
Its crown was certainly beautiful to look at, yet the lights were blinding as your Pokémon shattered it into pieces.
Carmine and Briar didn't get the chance to see it, and neither did Kieran...not that he really cared to begin with. But they all came over after you called out to them, before (mostly) everyone agreed to a picnic.
But even as you finished splitting up a sandwich, Briar was documenting some more stuff in her book, and Carmine was cleaning off the ceramic cup Sinistcha was in...all you could do was look at the boy who was still sitting alone by the water. He only took a bag of chips from the table, albeit scarcely munching on them.
This whole time, he was still sulking over you beating him back at the academy...so much so he didn't let any of his Pokémon out.
You didn't know whether that was because he felt like "punishing" them for losing, or that he simply didn't want them buddying-up with the ones who defeated them, being fully convinced you two are enemies and rivals. Nothing else.
He's still resentful of you...but isn't being as loud about it as before.
For whatever reason, though, your 'raidon decided to forgo drooling over the sandwich you were crafting in favor of keeping him company. But he didn't really seem to understand or care too much.
If anything, he couldn't stand to look at it.
Back in Kitakami, Kieran was stunned that something like an ancestor/robotic copy of Cyclizar could even exist in the first place. Watching you drive it around the land and fly on its back was the coolest thing in the world, and while you offered..he was far too scared to try it for himself...
Now?
To him, it's just another Legendary you could brag about.
Another Legendary that chose you and not him.
Just like-
"Giiiaoooo?"
"What the..? No. You can't have this. It's mine." He scowled, trying to push back the 'raidon's snout as it tried grabbing at his snack. "Go away, dumb lizard."
"Hey. Watch what you say to [Koraidon/Miraidon]."
Tensing, Kieran looked up to see you approaching him. Although he didn't move from his spot even as you sat down next to him, his brows still furrowed with annoyance and disgust.
"But that's what it is...a dumb lizard begging for scraps." He scoffed, watching as your companion rested its head across your lap, your hand on top of it. "Can you even call that a "Legendary?" I bet I can train it better.."
"We've..already taken care of that, but thank you." You huffed, shifting your gaze to the Carbink that were hovering nearby, before glancing back at him. "I left you half a sandwich if you're hungry."
He blinked, at first a bit surprised by your kind gesture. But he just shook his head, refusing to let his guard down. "Just give it to your 'raidon. I don't need it...b-but thanks anyways." He quickly added, seemingly flustered as he grabbed a rock and skipped it along the water.
Both you and the 'raidon seemed to notice this, smiling a little. It seems his politeness hasn't totally gone down the drain just yet. "You're welcome."
"So you told us the professor managed to bring two of 'em into the present, right?"
"Yeah."
"...well, where's the second one?"
Your smile faded a bit, and that was all that he needed to know.
'It's not fair...why do they get to have two?'
"...I see, of course. What a stupid question for me to ask." His shoulders became slumped. "I don't get what's so special about you, [y/n]. You can catch any Pokémon you want..even ones that shouldn't even be here in the first place." Once again, he was directing his frustrations at your 'raidon, who just chuffed at his remark.
"Agiiaaaa.."
"Shhh, easy.." You soothed, petting its head, before you frowned at the boy who was holding onto so much hatred and envy for you, wishing things didn't have to be this way. "Kieran, I swear there's nothing "special" about me. You think I'm some "Pokémon magnet", but that's not true. You don't know what-"
"I'm ready to go. Here, [Koraidon/Miraidon]. Since you want them so badly." Without warning, he threw down the bag of chips in front of the 'raidon's face, getting up and storming back to the picnic table.
Briar and Carmine wondered what was going on, although the latter hoped that you would've snapped her brother out of this "funk" of his by now, seeing as you went over to talk to him.
Instead he seemed even more pissed off, insisting upon packing up and continuing further down. You just let your 'raidon eat the chips and listened in on the siblings' conversation.
"Jeez, there's no race to get to Terapagos, Kiki. If it's been down here for 2 million years..I doubt it's going anywhere."
"Well we should get a move on anyways. Getting too relaxed here. I wanna see it--no, I need to see it." You heard him mutter under his breath, seeing the way his fists clenched.
Despite them being literally two feet away, Briar was still off in her own little world, writing down more stuff in her journal. And she was more than ready to jump up and continue the journey if it meant seeing Terapagos for herself, too.
If anything, you, Carmine, and Kieran all felt like the adults here..making sure she didn't rush into an unknown section of the winding caverns the moment you cleared them of crystals.
"Agii.."
Looking back at your 'raidon, you noticed that it also upset by Kieran's attitude--especially when it was just trying to cheer him up and be nice.
"Don't worry about him, bud. You did nothing wrong, he's just...lashing out." You cradled its head, touching noses affectionately. "Yknow, Arven kinda acted the same way when we first met him, didn't he?"
The Legendary nodded.
"And he eventually came around to liking you. So...I'm sure Kieran will, too. He just needs more time."
"Agias!"

Could you review Astral form terapagos
Tumblr media
When this form first came out and I was looking at a small thumbnail of it, I was like "what the hell am I looking at?". And now that it's been more properly shown to us, I... still don't know what the hell I'm looking at, at least in terms of visuals. This thing is just such a mess, with entirely too many things going on that make it nearly impossible to discerning what's happening.
Conceptually, it's based on turtles all the way down, which is kind of funny (mostly because I really like saying "turtles all the way down"). It does kind of fit with SV's plot basically being a bootstrap paradox inside of several other bootstrap paradoxes. And I do really like the idea of it sitting on top of that dome, which looks like the earth as shown when held by the World Turtle and also kind of looks like a turtle shell in and of itself. The dark navy color also makes it pop against Terapagos' primarily turquoise base.
Tumblr media
However, everything beyond that is really kind of a mess. The type symbols floating around the base are just so unnecessary, given that they're already on Terapagos' shell and they only clutter an already cluttered design more. The bottom base also has two weird little points it sits on, which I'm not sure I understand. They can't be turtle legs because there's only two of them, and they make it seem like the entire thing should fall over.
Similar to the base, the tera crown jewel on Terapagos' back has a bunch of colored diamonds for the types, which once again, feels redundant. Perhaps they did it to keep the type idea present when Pokemon other than Terapagos' use the Stellar type... except when that happens the ring of type symbols around the base still appear, so it's redundant either way.
Tumblr media
And speaking of that jewel, the little Terapagos' shaped gem is just... really silly? And makes the design more of a mess, because it makes it hard to even tell which one's the Pokemon. Like I said, it's turtles all the way down, but I feel like the base looking like a turtle shell was more than enough to get that across. It's also particularly silly because it sticks around when other Pokemon become stellar types, thus making it go from silly but meaningful to completely nonsensical.
Tumblr media
(I also have to point out the above render doesn't have any crystal effects. It's even HARDER to discern anything about the design with the crystal effects. The entire thing just becomes visual white noise at a glance.)
Tumblr media
What's weird is that this sketch of stellar-form Terapagos, which is effectively concept art, shows a much cleaner design. No type symbols around the base, no tiny Terapagos-shaped gem, just a clean, easy-to-read design with a smaller tera symbol floating at the top. Not sure why they felt the need to add so much Stuff(TM) to it, but something like this would've read a lot better while still keeping the same concepts present.

Let's talk about Ogerpon!
I have several headcanon ideas for this little creature and you all get to suffer with me. Pure speculation and noncanon ideas follow. Most of these were developed with the considerable help of @the-starkindler!
Tumblr media
adorable face, 10/10 no notes (drawing by @funakounasoul, thank you love!)
Let's start with a big one: The Ogerpon living on Oni Mountain is not the only member of her species. She is a member of a rare, Hoenn-based species. In the wild, they use tree bark to protect their faces, and -- being Grass-type Pokemon -- they can manipulate said bark into a useful shape. Imagine like, the Koroks from Breath of the Wild, only instead of leaves they use tree bark! This is also why the Ogerpon of Oni Mountain can carry her Teal Mask (and others) around -- she makes it smaller to carry under her cloak.
What if Ogerpons were like Deerlings and had different seasonal appearances? The Ogerpon of Oni Mountain would almost certainly be a summer variant.
Does this mean the Ogerpon of Oni Mountain is special? Sure it does. The masks made for her with shards of Tera crystals are wooden, allowing her to manipulate them just like her wild counterparts would their bark masks, but we already know that Tera crystals have some wild effects on just about anything they come into contact with. So, in theory the Ogerpon of the Teal Mask/Indigo Disk is the strongest of her kind, based entirely on her extra weapons in the form of the special masks.
Ivy Cudgel, though, is a move they all share. Don't go cutting any trees in their home forest down or you'll get to see the power of their Big Bonkin' Sticks firsthand.
Their home forest is probably limited to a small, difficult to access part of Hoenn, likely in the neighborhood of Ever Grande. Basically the Poke-equivalent of Okinawa.
One could probably make more masks like the four Oggy has and give Ogerpons even MORE type options. I would bet the craftsmanship of the masks has to be absolutely stellar though, and of course getting Tera crystals to work with might be tricky for the average person.
LOOK HOW CUTE SHE IS. L O O K
Bonus from @funakounasoul

spoilers for geeta's club room dialogue below the cut!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
NARANJA EXCHANGE STUDENT KIERAN!! NARANJA EXCHANGE STUDENT KIERAN!!!! pls invite him to come paldea, geeta!!
okay, but this interaction does make me wanna talk about an idea i had for older!kieran. like i mentioned before, they carry on the family tradition of mask carving, but i also like the idea of them becoming a member of the elite four.
i imagine he'd end up moving to paldea in his 20's so he can be closer to florian, who just got appointed to be the region's resident pokémon professor. ( the two have been in a very committed relationship for a while at that point. ) geeta stepped down from her champion position not too long after nemona graduated from school and gladly took up the role, but she still serves as the league's chairwoman and definitely would jump at the chance to recruit kieran. after all, she came highly recommended by both florian and juliana ( who also agreed to join the league once she finishes up with getting her teaching license. )
kieran would probably be reluctant to accept the offer, with what happened with the bb league lingering in the back of his mind, but getting to take on strong trainers on a regular basis again does sound pretty fun. i think what finally gets her to agree to join the league is geeta telling her about this exchange with florian, which immediately twisted her arm bc her boyfriend is her biggest weak point. i'm not sure what type kieran would specialize in, though. i feel it'd be cool if he had a mixed type team with a stellar tera type hydrapple.
also, since the league seems to have a dress code that requires business attire, i think that kieran would either wear one of those cool street fashion outfits that mixes elements of a kimono with a business suit or just a full-on kimono while they're working.

Indigo Disk Datamines- Huge Spoilers
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hydrapple. Gouging Fire. Iron Boulder. Pecharunt.
I fucking Adore Hydrapple. It has the Gigantamax face (without the apple slice on top), and the extra heads pull into the sides with the eyes resembling leaves. That is clean. I wasn't sure if I should be expecting anything extravagant given all the hype from the riddler, but this works well. The apple impaled on the main head's horn is a nice touch. It seems you can evolve Dipplin into it with a TM move called Dragon Cheer, which settles something I was concerned about for months. The heads are referred to as "Syrpents" and it seems nothing is left of the apple aside from the syrup. It's Grass/Dragon like the rest of its evolutionary family, I don't know why the riddler lied about that.
I was not expecting a Ceratopsian for Gouging Fire, the crest is very impressive. wym it and Raging Bolt are shiny locked though?
I love the cyan on shiny Terapagos, it fits very well. The 19th tera type is called Stellar and boosts all moves once per type per battle, aside from in tera raids where there's no limitation.
I'm not in love with Pecharunt's name, but I do respect the wordplay on "petulant". It's very fitting the pokemon itself is the peach's pit. It's a little cutie and I like its color scheme. I actually like its shiny more than I do the Loyal Three's. Its corrupting power works via mochi it generates, kind of like that one Devil Fruit in One Piece.

A squid from the wheel!
--
Spot is a reclusive Malamar from the Coastal Biome in the Terarium. Even though she has the psychic powers that other squids can have, she doesn't use them for malicious purposes. Her psychic powers are mainly used for carrying things around and helping people get things down from high places.
Her moveset is mainly built around her ability and her tera type - Superpower, Night Slash, Tera Blast, Topsy-Turvy. Spot's ability is Contrary, and she has the 'Stellar' tera type. Moves that she also knows include Thief, Protect, Foul Play, Skill Swap, Rock Slide, Helping Hand, Lunge, Knock Off and Disable.
She doesn't know where she was originally from, but there are some signs pointing to her region of origin being Kalos - she is a species of Pokemon that is usually found there, she has a big liking for seafood, and she gets very curious when the region gets mentioned.
Upon being accepted as Ogerpon's older sibling, Spot did get emotional. After seeing her being that way, Ogerpon and Pink pulled her into a hug and helped to dry her tears. The three siblings make sure to keep together as they go about their days, making sure to support each other as they explore the region and fight wild mons.
Much like Wo-Chien, Spot has a dislike towards Bug-types. She has been working to make herself less afraid of them, and she has tried to do the same for Wo, but it's harder to help him, due to the snail having a bigger fear of them.

Pretty cool how the anime and games lined up in terms of release this week!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We got the Indigo Disk, with its full Terapagos story, at the same time as Terastal Form Terapagos debuting in the anime! Honestly, it's smaller than I was expecting (especially in-game, although it's hard to get a scale in the anime since it was never fully in frame with any of the humans).
Plus, we may have gotten some clues about what's going on with Rayquaza:
Tumblr media
One of the weirder mysteries is why it always looks like it's Terastalized without seeming to change type. Now with the Indigo Disk, we can make the strong assumption that it's a Stellar Tera Type (made clearer by the rainbow effect surrounding it), tying it even closer to Terapagos.
