Request: OMG!! Your story of the LOV with a Mogwai was so adorable I loved it. 😍 may I please request one with the pro heroes? I honestly wouldn’t trust Fat gum with the gremlin or Hawks It would’ve been a disaster if one of them broke the rules? But that would be hilarious for the rest of us.🤣 AND OMG, can you imagine the chaos if the heroes (Shota, Fatgum Mirko, Hawks,) had to deal with a Mogwai? Oh my gosh, And they would look to S/O and reader just says “don’t look at me, I warned you about what was gonna happen so technically this is all on you?”😂 they had no idea what they were in for.🤣 AND I’m a little bit curious about how the pro heroes would deal with a gremlin on their side (I guarantee, fat gum, would break the rules by giving him snacks after midnight🤣) but my gosh, Reader did try to warn them, but my goodness just thinking about it makes my head hurt?😂 AND I loved the story about the villains with a Mogwai I thought was adorable😍 but can you imagine the chaos, that the heroes would have had to deal with if they got a Mogwai? they would think it’s cute and adorable but then Reader warned them, and now they have a gremlin on their hands?😂

🐛 Second best at listening to what you said, mostly because he was too lazy to do anything about it and second because his ability made it easy to get rid of him when something happened. 🐛 He was definitely too lazy to break the rules but that didn’t mean that he stopped the little trouble makers from doing it by himself. He has actually watched him from the sleeping bag as he climbed the cupboards and stole food. 🐛 He didn’t mind having the little one around especially after Eri came to live with you, he helped her feel more at ease. 🐛 Just know that if anything ever goes wrong he’s never going to admit that he had anything to do with it or that there was even a problem in the first place.

You had just gone to the shop to grab some things for dinner, you had left Mogwai at home because he was in even more trouble when you had to take him to a shopping center or food market. Aizawa was sitting on the sofa watching Eri on the floor as she practiced reading with the little creature.

Honestly Shota looked away for what felt like a second before Eri gasped, he glanced back to see that she had knocked over the cup of water that she had been drinking from. In all honesty he should have moved it the moment that the little gremlin shuffled over to sit with her but he had been too comfortable on the sofa to actually move and stop the problem before it happened. “Shota… You were supposed to be watching them.” He heard you say from the door as it closed behind you. “You can’t even see them yet, there’s nothing wrong.” Shota grumbled as he activated your quirk, eliminating the problem before you could see it. “You know that I can feel when there’s something going on with him right?” You asked as you walked through the living room and into the kitchen, catching the small giggle from Eri as she stood from where she had been sitting and followed you. “It wasn't Aizawa’s fault, I knocked over the water.” She said and you smiled at her. “Thank you for your honesty, don’t worry everything is fine.” You said as you waved your hand the little Mogwai appeared again and climbed onto her shoulder. “See no problem.” Aizawa said from where he was leaning against the door frame. “Yeah because you would never lie to me.” You rolled your eyes as you started packing everything, and Aizawa walked over to the sink putting the cup in there. “Don’t be like that.” He said softly. “Help me cook and I’ll let it go.” You said. “Fine.” He answered moving over to the sink to wash his hands while you unpacked everything.

Taishiro Toyomitsu

🍭 Third best because you know that he wanted to follow every rule and for the most part he did, there was only one that he struggled with. 🍭 Mogwai realised that he could get food from Tai really easily and that didn’t change after the 12:00am mark since he was often up for a midnight snack or something. Partly because he feels bad and partly because he forgot what you said. 🍭 There’s obviously no way of hiding what he’s done and he never tries to, instead he’ll gently wake you and ask you to fix it. 🍭 It became a routine if either one of you ended up staying at the others apartment.

Taishiro was up again to get a midnight snack and he promised himself that he wasn’t going to wake you up because he wasn’t going to feed the little Mogwai. For the most part he did well, he told him no and quickly ate the snack he had gotten for himself unfortunately in it’s attempts to get to his snack the Mogwai ended up falling in the sink. “Oh no.” Taishiro breathed as he watched the second Mogwai appear. “Stop doing that! We were supposed to let them sleep.”

“Babe.” You heard your boyfriend's voice and groaned. “What did you do this time?” You asked “you fed him again didn’t you?” “No I actually didn’t.” He answered, that made you open your eyes, you glanced at him and you couldn’t help the giggle. “You got him wet?” You asked. “He tried to steal the snack but he fell in the sink.” He explained scratching the back of his head. “I was trying to make sure that we didn’t wake you.” “Aww don’t worry, it’s an easy fix,” you said, concentrating on your ability and bringing the number back down to 1 little monster for you both to deal with. “Did you get your snack?” “Yeah.” Tai answered as he settled back into bed and pulled you into his chest. “Good, get some rest Tai.” You said softly. “You too sweets.” He said burying his face in your shoulder.

🐇 Okay so let's be honest she is probably the best out of the bunch when it comes to listening AND carrying them out. 🐇 Rumi has never really wanted a pet or anything akin to it so it’s very much your responsibility, about the only thing that she does is cuddle it. 🐇 The little Mogwai will try and get her to break the rules but she’s not easily manipulated. 🐇 No matter what he asks for she just tells him “ask the carer.”

Rumi was sitting in the living room, she could hear you in the kitchen but her attention was drawn away from the TV to look down at the small creature sitting at her feet. “What?” She asked, it made a noise putting out it’s little paws, she raised an eyebrow before looking at the clock. “Ask the carer.” She answered as you glanced towards the kitchen, the little mogwai made a noise similar to a grumbling child before she picked him up and walked towards the kitchen. “Your child wants something.” Rumi said placing the little creature on the countertop next to you, you glanced at it before looking at her. “Happen to know what he wants?” You asked. “Don’t know, he just stuck his little hands out at me.” She answered. “He wants a snack.” You muttered as you again looked at the clock “Uh huh.” She grunted as you pointed to the small container on the other counter. “Those are his, he can have one.” You said as you continued washing the dishes. Rumi walked over to the container choosing one of the little treats and handing it to the Mogwai on the counter who sat down munching on the treat that he had been given. “You know it’s not that bad having him around.” She said softly as she wrapped an arm around your waist holding you to her chest. “I'm glad that you think so.” You said softly as you started drying off your hands. “Come on, we can all watch a movie or somethin’.” Mirko said as she pulled you back towards the living room scooping up your little Mogwai as she went, insistent on a sort of family time before she headed back to work the next morning.

🪶 The worst, 0/10 because he didn’t even listen to you when you told him what the rules were. He looked like he was listening but trust me he wasn’t. 🪶 Literally uses it to get back at you when you have little arguments, or if he really didn’t want to have the argument at hand. 🪶 90% of the time he didn’t cause too much trouble because he worked so much but in the 10% of time that he was home it was chaos. 🪶 He was never the one that had to deal with the incidents that occurred after his reckless behaviour.

You should have known that this would happen, you had left the room to go to the toilet, you had literally been gone for 5 minutes, 10 at most but the carnage that you were looking at made it seem like you had been gone all day. Your eyes moved to your boyfriend where he was sleeping on the sofa, from what you could see his foot had knocked the cup over where the Mogwai had been curled up and now there was a large number of the creatures littering the large living room, so many that you had to be careful where you stood. “What the hell Keigo!?” You asked as you looked at them, he jumped out of his sleep looking around. “What are you yelling about?” He asked. “You wet Mogwai.” You sighed and he looked at you blankly. “Is that one of the rules?” He asked. “Yes!” You answered. “God there are so many rules.” He grumbled relaxingly back into the chair. “There are 3 rules!” You said holding up the same number of fingers “don’t get him wet. Don’t feed him after midnight. Do not shine a bright light on him. Easy.” “What happens if you shine a bright light on him?” He asked. “Don’t you dare, if you kill him because of your curiosity, the world will be needing a new No.2 hero.” You warned him. “Uh huh, fix it and come over here.” He muttered, lifting his hand towards you. “Tch.” You grunted before fixing the problem that he made before walking over to him, you flicked his nose “if I have to tell you one more time, I won’t be staying here again.” “Alright baby.” He mumbled wrapping himself around you as if that would stop you from leaving, you just rolled your eyes and snuggled deciding you have this conversation when he was more awake.

Piles of reports sat across their desk, calendar open with vague scribbles of appointments across the dates, sticky notes strewn across the surface and stuck along every clear space they had. Their workspace was an absolute mess, but they hardly get to take the chance tidy it up, seeing as their boss always has something new for them to do or has something to say—it usually turned out to be the latter; Today was no exception.

“No,” they drawled out, turning their attention to the mixed-up files he had now messed up, “I’ve got about 4 more reports to type up. Speaking of reports, once I straighten these out, you need to look over them and sign them.”

“Oh yeah? Piece of cake. Speaking of which, why don’t we go get one?” Their glare shot him down and he waved his hands in defense, “Alright alright. How many are there?”

“27.”

“27!” he was in shock, leaning against the office wall dramatically, “How are there so many?”

“You keep refusing to read them!” They cried, groaning and ignoring his antics to continue typing, “Please take them and go work, for once?”

“But it’s lunch time!” he whined, now leaning across their desk once again, “What do you say you and I go grab a bite to eat, I’m starving!”

“Then starve,” their eyes held a burning irritation for the man at the moment.  

“Harsh!” he yelled, slowly slinking off of their desk to pout on the floor.

It’s not as though they weren’t interested in the big goofball—quite the opposite, really. Everything about him was absolutely charming, and under different circumstances, they’d jump at the opportunity to grab lunch with him—if only he’d do his damn work! They’d have more time to mess around and enjoy time with him, but no, they’re forced to do the work he doesn’t want to and that takes away from their time together, it’s only understandable that they’d be irritated at his antics.  

They sat there another few hours, finishing off the reports that needed to be typed while their giant of a boss took up residence on the floor in front of their desk, holding the finished ones above him, reading them as though they were comic books. He cycled through emotions as he re-lived recent battles, making little comments here and there that actually ended up being more endearing to (Y/n) than annoying. Once they finished their typing, they stretched out their back and took a peek at the man beyond their desk—co-workers had walked by a few times to give them a sympathetic look and a soft smile to their boss, even Amajiki had stopped by to nervously ask how the two of you were fairing.  

“Hey,” they stood and grabbed their coat, “You still starving down there?”

“S’that an actual question? Of course I am!” he moved to get to his feet as quickly as possible, “Ya finally up to get lunch together?”

“Sure,” they could feel how brightly he was beaming at their answer, “But I’m trusting you to pick a great place.”

Taishiro’s panic had his stomach churning in an uneasy motion as his mind tracks back over every conversation that the two of you have had, drawing up blank for any problems that might have occurred during them. Eventually the guilt and panic get the better of him, taking it upon himself to find out what is going on with you, swearing he wouldn’t take silence as an answer.

Taishiro was silent as he walked into the bedroom that the two of you shared in the apartment, squinting his eyes in the dark besides knowing it wouldn’t help him to see any better. He opened his mouth to call out to you when the soft sound of a broken sob pulled his attention to the bed, whatever words he had been going to say dying in his throat. His stomach pitched and rolled as he listened to you, your soft sobs making their way to his ears; making his heart ached for you. The sounds of your heart-wrenching sobs only instilled determination into his cause, he was determined he wasn’t going to let you just brush it off this time around! Taishiro wasn’t stupid though, he knew that he would have to be delicate about the situation and not upset you more than you already were.

“(Name)…” He tested stiffly as he shut the bedroom door behind him, his eyes trained on the bed where he knew you would be. “Can we talk, babe?”

You stiffened in shock as you heard his voice, it had been a while since the two of you had actually spoken but even you could pick the note of panic and fear in his voice. You sniffled as you moved to sit up in the bed slowly, curling up into a ball in the corner of the bed and pressing your back firmly against the wall as you hid your face against your knees. You weren’t particularly in the mood for talking in that moment but you knew that Taishiro was starting to get worried about you, the sound of his voice and the pain in it was enough to give that away to anyone. The last thing you had actually wanted to do was make your boyfriend worry about you in such a manner.

“Y-Yeah, I suppose…” You croaked as you lifted your head, rubbing the sleeve of your oversized jumper under your eyes. It was actually Taishiro’s jumper, you had been wearing it for a while now and it no longer smelled like him.

Taishiro pouted as he made his way over to the bed, placing his hand down against the soft covers that hadn’t been disturbed in a while. He had been giving you your room and sleeping on the couch at nights, the last thing he wanted to do was disturb you when he had to wake early for work. He didn’t like how broken your voice sounded, how unsure you sounded to even allow him to be in the same room as you. He sighed heavily as he sat down on the edge of the bed, his back to you as he looked down at the darkness of the room. What could he say? What was he supposed to be talking to you about when he didn’t know what you wanted to say?

“Taishiro, I’m sorry. You must have been so worried about me, none of this is your fault though. It was nothing that you did.” You assured as you scooted closer to his body. I’ve got you in my life and now I don’t even want to think about what it would be like if you weren’t in it.” He confessed as he leaned down towards you, pressing his forehead against yours gently.

You smiled as you closed your eyes, taking in the way his skin smelled of Takoyaki. I have to get this off my chest cuz damn if no one wants to say it, I will! We all know how shitty Quirk society is when it comes to mutation quirks, being quirkless, subtle quirks, or quirks that are just perceived as evil. So I’d like to request hc’s of Shoji, Shinsou, Aizawa, and Fatgum with an s/o that hates people that judge quirks or try to let the bullshit slide.

For example, Shoji’s s/o dislikes Pony from Class 1-B for how she insulted Shoji’s appearance despite not knowing him at all, so she tends to keep a stone face or glare on anyone like that unless they apologize. Would deadass say “He’s not the monster here, you are.”

Shinsou’s s/o would openly call people cowards/idiots for antagonizing Shinsou’s quirk when it could be used for interrogating villains and subtletly get information from enemy sources, so she’s more than happy to defend him and others like him.

And Aizawa’s/Fatgum’s s/o just openly points out the bullshit ethics of the society for how no one should be discriminated or ranked for their quirk since they can’t help being born with whatever quirk they have and even calls out pro-hero’s that holds the whole “flashy quirk >” mindset *cough*Endeavor*cough* since it could demotivate and make others insecure about being a hero or even using their quirks at all.

This was long but quirk discrimination got me heated and I rarely see anyone talk about it or do hc’s about it.

I feel you. I hate this so much too especially because so many people have or may have suffered in the show because of this! I was actually just talking about this with one of my friends earlier lol.

Let’s just start off by saying that anybody who has the audacity to call Shoji a monster can catch not just his your, but my hands as well. This man is so strong, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well to not let the blatant discrimination turn him away from wanting to be a hero. (Absolutely no hate to those who did go down that path because of it though, they still valid)

Shoji can, for the most part, handle himself in these situations. While they hurt, he grew up having to deal with it and is sadly used to it

But the first time you went off on someone for judging him, it made him fall deeper in love 

“How dare you!” The cafeteria chatter and traffic in the mall seemed to freeze in time as your voice carried out. In front of you was a rather tall man who could have been considered attractive if not for his ugly words. Mezo stood behind you, looking at you in shock at how angry you had become. 

“Mezo is an amazing hero, and even better person, and you have the absolute nerve to insult him because of how he looks?” 

The man started to sweat underneath your heavy gaze, as well as the whispers that started to grow around you two. Mezo decided to step in and placed a hand on your shoulder. 

“Darling, it’s okay.”

“No it’s not.” You sent him a brief smile before turning you glare onto the stranger. “You’re not the monster here, he is.” 

Hitoshi Shinso 

He’s used to people referring to him as a villain the second they know what his quirk is and by the time we the audience meet him, he’s accepted it

He’s fallen into such a deep pit of insecurity, it’s a wonder he even managed to accept that you weren’t afraid of him, let alone have romantic interest him 

The first time he saw you jump to his, or any other person that's like him, defense he was in shock.

"Are you fucking kidding me?" Hitoshi stopped and stared at you in shock.

A small villain had tried to keep the restaurant hostage for some reason or another and had a woman at gun point as he talked to the police outside. While currently not on duty, Hitoshi still had his licence and controlled the villain to safely return the woman to her family and turn himself in. He tried to go comfort the woman and see if he needed anything, only for her to scream at him for having such a villainous quirk. Naturally, he was upset but he was willing and ready to move on from the unfortunately common situation and just go back to his lunch date with you. Seemed like you had other plans.

"This man just saved you, and you want to call him a villain? How much of a child do you have to be to think that someone's quirk determines what they become. Hitoshi is a wonderful hero, and his so called 'villainous' quirk has helped save hundreds of people!"

Hitoshi took your hand and started pulling you away from the woman, as you were getting closer.

"Calm down, it's fine. I'm used to it."

"Well you shouldn't be! It's people like this that create the villains in this society. Not everyone is as stubborn as you, hearing that you're going to be a villain based on nothing but something you can't control would break someone enough and have then actually turn into a villain!"

You looked at the woman in absolute rage and disgust.

"I hope you're proud of yourself."

Shota Aizawa

He someone who not only grew up with a non flashy quirk, but also is a hero without a flashy quirk. Barely anyone knows who he is because of that, as well as his underground career. While that's a good thing, all things considered, he was and is still a victim of hero society's discrimination

Shota doesn't like UA's entrance exam because it's impractical, and we know he knows that the bias allows for talented potential heroes to slip through because they're not flashy or physically strong. He would have first hand knowledge of this since it almost happened to him.

You, on the other hand, weren't a hero. At least not one like him. You helped people like him know that they're still able to become heroes, no matter what other may say about their quirks and he loved you for it.

"He might not have a strong physical quirk that allows for flashy moves to appeal to an audience, but that doesn't mean he isn't useful, or powerful."

You two were on a date when a fan, if you could even call him that, had walked up to Shota and started asking questions. All was okay until he asked if he ever felt bad for not being as powerful or useful as someone like All Might or Endeavor.

"His own person with his own accomplishments that you probably never even heard about because the media didn't care enough. He's worth so much more than a fancy quirk and a camera ready smile. Now, go back to whatever you were doing, we are busy."

Fatgum/Toyomitsu Taishiro 

Toyomitsu has a quirk that, on the surface, doesn’t seem very useful for hero work. I imagine that he was made very aware of that growing up, and even as he debuted as a hero.

Not to mention that his quirk, when activated, makes body shape turn into an almost oval, vague snowman shape so that might have set some people off. For such a friendly guy, that would have been a cause for insecurity at one point seeing as he genuinely wants people to be happy.

You were someone who never saw him like that and held him through tougher nights when the media got too harsh on him. You were even someone not afraid to get in front of a reporter’s camera and tear them a new one.

“What kind of a ridiculous question is that?” 

It was a few weeks after his debut and some people were still mocking him for his quirk. On the surface, fat absorption didn’t seem like much and for someone who doesn’t know Toyo- excuse me- Fatgum (he’s a hero now, you thought proudly), it might even seem useless. But you knew better, and you thought that it was about time others did too. 

“Just because Fatgum’s quirk isn’t flashy and destructive, it doesn’t mean he should feel inadequate next to someone who does have one like that, and I don’t appreciate you insinuating that he should.” 

The reporter recoiled slightly, and tried to stutter out a response.

"Fatgum is already an amazing hero, and he's only going to get better. So you can take your prejudice and find a new job because clearly being a reporter is not a good field for you!"
