Soulmate Song

After a long day at his work, Dick starts walking back to his apartment humming his soulmate song. A large man that looks vaguely like Clark shows up and starts calling him "Dan" and telling him that he shouldn't wander off in a new city without letting him know. There was also something about "changing appearances" in the lecture too, but he wasn't able to get a word in edgewise. So, he just stood there letting the man fuss over him.

After a while, another guy shows up whistling his soulmate song! The new guy was just as tall and broad shouldered as the first but with wavy silver hair that he had in a low ponytail. The first guy called him Dan and quickly realized what had happened. He'd been mistaken for his soulmate. How did that happen?

As he starts trying to talk to the guy, the two men apologize and disappear.

Now, Dick had to find his soulmate before he leaves Bludhaven.

Raven: ... Thank you Tai. You do deserve it. I do need to help heal and repair what I've hurt and broke. That's why Ruby and Yang are as strong as they are. They had you and Summer.

Tai: Yeah, but for a while, None of us were strong without you. But I think, Even with as strong as any of us are alone, We're all stronger together.

Raven: *Raven Smiles. It's small and Soft, nearly imperceptible, but you don't fall in love with her without being able to find it.*

This anime is by far my favourite of the season. Scrap that - of the year so far! I am absolutely in love with this fuzzy, warm and absolutely hilarious anime~

Upon the completion of episode 1, I went onto tumblr straight away to share this warm fuzzy feel with fellow fans... but alas! almost nothing aside from screenshots and gifs. No analysis! No thoughts! No opinions! Nothing! How very disappointing. So I just wanted to tell the world how much I adore this anime. A giant cat that does all the household chores, cooking, cleaning, sewing, grocery shopping. Hell the cat doesn't even talk! And you get a cute floof ball to cuddle when the weather goes cold. This should be reality. Just saying.

And....

Is no one going to talk about the adorkable relationship between Saku and her gorgeous boss??!?!?!?!?! No? Just me? Alright then...just me and my feels...

This anime just ticks all the boxes for me. Slice of life, cat, beer, adult life, a bit of romance, a gorgeous love interest and food...lots and lots of food...

So now who wants to ride a long this wild fluffy ride with me? I binged read the manga afterwards and my heart just soared to new heights ~~

I'm so excited to see you playing the other Yakuza games! I've always been curious over what you would think of other characters through the series so this is awesome! You get to see baby!Daigo, the 30 year old emo before he gets into the suit lol

GOD I love how age works in this fucking series, Daigo is considered super young and inexperienced when he's in his 30s and Ichiban the man in his 40s is treated as a young up-and-comer with his whole life ahead of him. And they're both right! When you're 30 or 40 you can still have no idea what the fuck you're doing and you DO have your whole life ahead of you.
