Yes, please lets talk more about Patrivan. I am so fond of them, I was more into Patrick since season 4 but Iván truly grew on me. He is so sweet and from the first meet you can see how Patrick‘s heart is involved. After all that mess with Cruz and Ari (🤬🤬🤬) he finally is where he belongs, has a loving loyal boyfriend and I hoped so much Patrick gets the chance to move forward and leave all the traumatic events behind. But as you said, it’s Élite and after the trailer I‘m so anxious, particularly that Patrick will die and then there’s that accident with Iván and what the fuck has Patrick done that makes Iván blame him. 😢

On the one hand I can’t wait for the new season, on the other I don’t want it to come if they break them up or have them/one die. 🥺

All true. Elite's editors obviously spent time trying to make the trailer as ominous as possible. But I gave it some thought and re-watched the previous seasons' trailers - particularly S5. And I think my hopes have risen - at least by some degree. Most of the relevant scenes of the last season weren't in the trailer, and the ones that were were vague at best. So, I'm assuming it's the same story with S6. I think Elite is doing a brilliant misdirect that it's hard not to fall for it.

But after all that, I am still anxious. And rightfully so. In the end, Elite is still evil and a ship breaker. They don't know what the heck 'endgame' is if it slapped them in the face. But I can't wait for the next season, too. There are threads from the previous season that still need stitching, and I am looking forward for them. Like Benjamin at prison, the sim card that possibly killed Samu, Patrick's guilt for breaking their family apart, the Blanco siblings facing criticisms at school, the aftermath of Benjamin's arrest to the school, the new Director and how he could be Nico's dad. Made that up just now, but yeah, we'll be seeing a new school director, so. They're definitely going to play a part in the whole thing. And so many more.

I guess the wisest thing for me to do is avoid Twitter because the Patrivans from that site fed me all this dread in the first place (I shouldn't have gone. I almost forgot I even had Twitter). Whether they break them up (which is highly likely) or kill Patrick (also possible and really fucked up), we'll just cross our fingers for now and hope, not for the best, but for the lesser of many evils. Then we'll see on the 18th.

I was listening to that song "Space is Cool" that a fan made with Markiplier videos (what can I say, the music is really good).

And it reminded me of Danny, who's also so very in love with space.

And now I'm getting a clear mental picture of Danny full-on GUSHING about Space, in a sort of Outside POV thing.

Like, a Danny who's going to Uni in somewhere like Gotham or Star City, and got into the Astronomy club. And their "recruitment video" is just the cute freshman who adores space and will take any chance he gets to gush about it.

There's a lot of shots zoomed in on his pupils doing the cat thing of going from slits to big pools of black (like a black hole at the center of a galaxy) and his freckles start glowing in constellation patterns.

They go on an outing to the nearest Observatory, make it a sleepover thing, and sleepy Danny stretches and howls like a star, flops onto the nearest classmate and Club Member, and starts purring whenever they pet him.

He may be a meta, but they'll be damned if anyone blabbers to Batman about it.

Cue one Conner Kent coming to Gotham to tour their University, to pick where he wants to go when it's his turn next year, and find himself sitting next to Danny when he goes off on a rant about some deep space scans that caught images of Krypton before the explosion.

When asked about his opinion on the Supers, Danny, who's gotten so used to casual affections being directed towards him in the form of head scratches and hugs (they make Danny purr and light up in all kinds of patterns, so the club members do it as often as they can), pats him on the head and quietly praises Superboy for all the important work he does, and how his cloned little sister has always seen him as a mark that being a clone means nothing in the grand scheme of things, and it's who you are that counts.

Conner goes back to his parents in happy tears and with an invitation to attend Gotham U if he so chooses.

I really do think everything is going to work out, so much care has been put into this project, both by creators and admins, a restructure is disruptive short term but so incredibly necessary for the long term continuation of the server. It’s clear everyone working on the project believes in what they’re doing, and it’s unambiguously a good thing that going forward everyone will be fairly compensated for their efforts.

SO. Thinkin of This AU/Thread of ideas. Y'know, Halfa Jason adopting the entire liminal class. That one.

But what if, Dragon. Because I am in fact weak to dragon AUs. And I could draw them, but instead have scrys beneath the keep reading bit.

So, Ghosts are Dragons sort of AU. Which means that the people in Crime Alley debate on whether local dad Peter (Who is totally with Red Hood they're sure) & the kids are dragon-based metas, or in fact straight up dragons disguised as humans.

Jason isn't exactly oblivious about this per se, but like, dude also has 13 kids ranging from 4 to 6 who are also both very powerful and also traumatized from the whole GIW experiments going on. So. He's understandable more than a bit Distracted.
