I will always humanize the rowdy ruff boys. I feel like often times fandom and moreso the show itself removes the human pieces of them. It’s so often unexplored that these boys are just kids. They get nervous, they get frustrated, they get excited, they deserve to have moments of vulnerability.

And honestly, what about them makes them villains? As children they are obviously hurting people and damaging the city. They steal and seem to do whatever they want with very little remorse. However they are also children. They came into the world with no parent to properly guide them (the evil monkey who hates humans and canonically doesn’t care about them does not count) (neither does satan)

They are at an age where self control and the knowledge of right and wrong isn’t exactly learned yet. If you have any kid superpowers like that they would absolutely end up hurting people, some kids are different and would either feel bad or feel nothing because they are still learning empathy. This does not mean the child is a lost cause or does not hold any value as a living being.

These are kids, not creatures, not animals, and the powderpuff girls also destroyed the city when they were new to the world. It was more on accident but they didn’t understand the gravity of it until later when everyone was angry at them. This does not make them monsters.

The boys at least deserve some kind of real chance to grow up, to have someone take care of them and teach them how to exist in the world. I cannot imagine them growing up to be on dimensional evil assholes who just want to rule the world. They are going to be very damaged, very unhappy and confused as to why that is the case. Why would someone with so much power feel so lost and displaced in the world? Why would it even matter how they grew up without parents, it wasn’t like their lives were at risk over it? I wish those kids would have had someone to take care of them, a chance at a real childhood.

I will not be giving that to them tho. Instead they will get the blender.
