Everything has already been scraped, including the account you haven't been able to access since 2015. Yes even the private, locked sideblogs of all your old art. Did you glaze it? did you nightshade it? in 2015? can you log in and check? no? Opted in.

This also includes any writing, creative or otherwise, posted to Tumblr. Did you nightshade the poetry and fanfiction you posted to Tumblr on your old account in 2018? why not? not a plan-aheader huh? Opted in!

It's opt in by default and by design. People who left Tumblr ages ago will likely not hear about this and won't know to regain account access and opt out. People who have died won't be able to log in and opt out. People who deleted past accounts or sideblogs won't be able to log in and opt out. I'm sorry because I love this place too, but genuinely the decisions being made here are business decisions being put into place by a company trying to squeeze the last drops of blood out of a stone. Tumblr is not your friend. Staff is not your friend. Automattic is not your friend. The CEO has hopefully PROVEN he is not anyone's friend. This is a business first and a product that they are selling, not to you and me, but to advertisers and partners. Tumblr will ensure that Tumblr users see their ads and supply them data.

Frankly I do not trust this company or this website and I cannot in good faith just believe that they're going to look at my opt out checkbox and say "okay! ^_^ we will remove everything Dama has ever said or done from our AI scrape. we promise to do it!" and then actually do it. They already have the data. They can just claim that whatever is produced through machine learning based in part off of my data is unrelated, came from other sources, etc. I do not have trust in this website. I don't see how anyone could at this point.

I feel like I'm watching a trainwreck from the inside and no one wants to get out of their seats and try hopping off into the safe grassy field. Wait, they say. Let's see if the train just climbs back onto the tracks, they say. The fire and explosions are all part of the process, they say. Eventually people will stop panicking or dying and it'll be a smooth ride, they say. Just look at how bright the horizon is.

Transformers Prime COMPLETED!

Enjoyed this show far more than I thought it would. Even if some points kinda slowed the pacing down I still felt that pretty much all aspects were excellent.

As for the film, I'll be honest I got Digimon film vibes from it. Largely due to the stakes being higher, the very noticeable bump in animation/art/rendering quality, etc. Though I will admit, the ending was kinda sad. Even if I know Optimus gets better-

All this said, yea. I def recommend this one.

For the future, I'm definitely planning to get around to watching the successor series, Robots in Disguise (2015) in the next few days or so if I can. (I only remember having seen a few episodes when it aired in the early mornings on Cartoon Network as I got ready for school in this timeframe. Didn't think about it much though.)

Still have yet to properly finish the TFP videogame as well, but I'm still considering on switching from the 3DS version to the Wii U version for improved visibility + right stick camera controls.

And... maybe because I'm that morbidly curious about it, I'll take one for my friends and watch Galvatron's Revenge in full, just to see how much of a trainwreck it is... but definitely not for a while lmao

Now I am getting into 457 hell, I have a serious question. How have I not found a Hannigram reincarnated as 457 fic yet?

I mean, when you think about it, there are so many parallels here.

Both have a pair where one is a clever monster trying to mentally break down the other, initally for their own amusement. Both have a refined character fixating on the trainwreck character. Both featured the trainwreck character being forced to witness someone important to them die in what was a strange suicide. Both have the trainwreck character being mentally changed by the refined character, bot have a lot of murders and last but not least, both have an important character development in 2015 (The hannigram cliff dive happened and In-Ho won his game, in the same year)

It almost writes itself (or I will have to write it)

As for some canes blogs, I gotchu!! I'm definitely missing some people bc this is off the top of my head, but on my blog who I'm following is public and I follow lots of other good canes blogs from there if you wanna give that a look :) but make sure to definitely check out @smileysvech @pyotrkochetkov @callsign-denmark @human-trainwreck

The canes aren't super flashy, they don't have huge, generation-altering talent like McDavid or MacKinnon, but that doesn't mean we aren't full of talent, and obviously I'm biased but we get closer and closer every year to having a team that can win the cup. Most of their success can be attributed to smart decisions about managing draft picks, and also our head coach Brind'Amour who was on the team when they won the cup for the first time in 05

I'll start with Aho since you seem to already know a bit about him—he joined the canes in 2015 and was a superstar once he found his footing, and tbh if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have had a good foundation to get out of the "dark ages" LOL he's very introverted but he's no less passionate and he cares a lot about the game, probably takes playoff losses the hardest tbh. His most popular nicknames by both his teammates and the fans are fishy and seabass, and he also just got married to his high school sweetheart over the past summer in Finland! Right now he's alternate captain but a bunch of us are hoping he'll be named captain after Staal retires, because it's been said numerous times that this is now aho's team

Seth Jarvis is in his third year playing for us I believe. We got him as a draft pick actually, from Toronto and developed him on our AHL team before his talent was too great to keep him down. He's probably the most energetic, happy go-lucky guy we have on our team and not to mention insanely talented. He also lived with Aho and his gf-now-wife for a bit when he first started playing here, and because he's so close to fishy and our other finns he's been dubbed as the "honorary finn" 😅 also honorable mention: he is a shit driver and when moving out of aho's house, he backed up into a pole right in front of them LMAO he keeps the older guys on their toes and is probably closest to kk (another finn), svechy, and also drury and neci :') RIP

Andrei svechnikov, who is in my pfp along with jarvis, is my favorite player personally right next to slavin. He's from russia and an absolute sweetheart to the fans and his teammates, also very close to jarvis and the other younger guys, but was prolly closest to neci (again RIP). There's actually a pregame tradition where martinook will shout svech's name at the top of his lungs before they walk down the tunnel bc it helped with his nerves when he first started playing, you should look up videos bc it's hilarious LOL he's a beast on the ice when he chooses to be physical and was the first in the league to score a lacrosse goal back in 2020—he also takes the most penalties out of everyone on our team...

Our current captain is j. staal, who doesn't score all the time but he definitely comes in clutch when he has to. Our other alternates are martinook and slavin (both who have so many funny stories but for time I won't include those here), and imo slavin is the most underrated defenseman in the league bc without him we'd be cooked. Every player on our team is so important and contributes in different ways but I think this would actually turn into a fanfic if I wrote about every single guy, so if there's anything else about certain guys you'd love to know about then feel free to ask 😭

We have one of the closest team dynamics in my humble opinion and in every video of the guys, whether it's after a game or after practice or even getting off the plane, you won't ever see someone not smiling. I hope Mikko feels very welcome here and helps soften the blow 🫶

A Business Proposal

A little while ago, I posted an interest poll for a series I'm planning. Since many of you responded that you were at least curious, I come today with... limited information. Limited, because the novel version of this series is currently being read by a literary agent.

But I've always felt that this story was too big to be contained in book format. Under a traditional publisher, I would lose the rights to my own property, so if they didn't want to see more of it, that's that for myself and the characters and the readers who fall in love with the characters. Self-publishing is harder. It needs to be a collaborative effort between writer and readers if it's going to succeed. Thus, I turn to the only audience I have with my "business proposal."

Working Title: Trainwrecks Length of Series: 8 seasons Length of Seasons: 24 episodes, 12 main and 12 bonus, posted biweekly. (Each season will last three months.) Episode Length: 1000-2000 words Setting: Seattle, Washington and its surrounding towns, between the years 2004-2015 Genre: Contemporary, YA to New Adult

Trainwrecks follows a diverse group of six best friends from high school to their mid-twenties, with all the romance, heartache, college and career decisions, and confusion that entails. Our main cast:

A bubbly, fat Puerto Rican girl with a passion for art and matchmaking (Ages: 14-25)

Her adopted, Argentinian brother, who is adept at music and pretty much nothing else (Ages: 16-27)

Their childhood best friend, an Asian/British/American guy who hides years of trauma behind a flamboyant and overbearing personality (Ages: 19-30)

His ill-tempered younger sister, who has just moved back to the United States from London after their parents divorced fifteen years ago (Ages: 14-25)

An equally bad-tempered Hawaiian/French guy with a love of photography and a hatred of bullies (Ages: 14-25)

The coolest, most beautiful Chinese girl you'll ever meet, who is fighting a sex addiction after a history of abuse (Ages: 16-27)

Main episodes will be written in story format. Bonus episodes will be in epistolary format: MSN chats, text messages, letters, blog posts, and eventually Twitter posts. Y'know, cuz Twitter didn't exist in 2004.

The main series (8 seasons, 24 episodes each) will be completely free to read and delivered directly to your email inbox. There will be character artwork, a bio page to keep track of everyone, a tie-in Tumblr account for memes, Spotify playlists for each character, and helpful things like family trees and relationship charts as well. Each season will have its own key artwork---cover art, if you will.

In addition to the completely free story, there will be extra content for paid subscribers and Patreon patrons, including but not limited to:

Side stories

Back stories

Character and universe development notes

Entire AUs with different relationships or different genres

Money raised will either go towards paying artists or towards my student loans. And if the series gets really popular, I intend to launch a Kickstarter for physical copies that will include all the artwork and maybe some bonus items as well.

Disclaimer: I am not telling you you can't enjoy these movies, or judging your taste if you loved them. This is literally just me being a hater about movies that happen to bug me personally for various reasons.

(despite what this list suggests, I watch a lot of movies that aren't cgi-heavy blockbusters, but having a specific interest in movie adaptations of comic books means I watch a lot of really terrible cgi-heavy blockbusters)

Anti-propoganda below the cut

Spawn: this movie hurts to look it. One of the single most visually unpleasant experiences of my life, and I'm including recovering from major surgery in that.

Batman v Superman: the entire plot hinges on people believing Superman shot a man to death with a gun. A less significant but unavoidable plot point involves Lex Luthor giving someone a jar of his own piss as a death threat. Compared to that, the Martha thing barely registers as stupid.

Cats: is it as bad as the viral reviews claimed? Sadly no. Did I almost strain a muscle trying not to laugh too loudly at how terrible it was when I saw it in the cinema? Absolutely.

Fantastic Beasts: none of the FB movies could reasonably be described as good, but the third one really lends credence to the JKR black mould poisoning theory.

The King's Man: they very clearly ran out of filming time/locations due to covid, and then for some reason instead of shelving what cannot have been a particularly expensive production, they decided to edit together what little footage they had and release it as one of the most fascinatingly incoherent movies of the last decade.

Last Airbender: the very rare movie that actually is as bad as the negative hype, this may have the worst use of cgi superpowers in all of cinema.

Fant4stic: if you don't have depression, but want to know what it feels like, watch this movie. That utter emptiness you're now feeling? That's what depression feel like. You don't feel bad, necessarily. You just feel nothing.

Transformers: none of the bayformers movies are good, but Last Knight is the only one which just straight up doesn't make sense. It's like someone took the strawman 'terrible soulless entirely CGI blockbuster' movie people use in tumblr arguments about hollywood, and decided to actually make it.

Black Adam: I feel bad about how terrible this film is, because it was a genuine passion project, and it has a great cast, but it also has the worst colour-grading and some of the worst editting I've ever seen. If a group of untallented first year film students got trapped in purgatory with dwayne johnson, pierce brosnan, and manual editting equipment from the 1930s, and had to make a superhero film in order to escape, this is the film they'd make.

TMNT: this film just makes me irrationally angry. It feels like a bad youtube skit about 'what if michael bay made an animated kids movie' but it's real and it cost $150 million

Flash: this was going to be a 10 option poll, but then I remembered this movie includes CGI christopher reeve, against the express wishes of christopher reeve, and WB went ahead and released it after Ezra Miller was arrested for kidnapping, and then it had the gall to also be a terrible film in almost every way.

Well, I felt really existensial yesterday. For multiple reasons. One reason is that I feel shocked that the March Break is already almost over, but the more important thing (for this post) is that I seem to have lost the copies of The Sims 4 that I owned. To be fair, the last time I used it was definitely prior to 2020 and COVID. I think I acquired it around 2015/2016, though. And since I was so bad at it (and so bad with tech that I never figured out how to mod the game to meet my standards), I must've given up on it. And now me and my dad have lost it.

We've lost it, and our basement (the only place we seem to think it could be) is so cluttered that we may never find it. And even if we do find it, it might be too late. Because i may be bored of it by the time we get to it, and that's so annoying. At this rate, it feels simpler just to buy the godforsaken thing over again. But the only way to do that quickly is to buy it online, and that means getting it only digitally. So I don't know what to do here. But i'm annoyed. Incredibly annoyed, and frustrated beyond belief. We may never find this damned thing, and then we'll have combed out messy house all for nothing. This is a travesty, a trainwreck and a disaster all wrapped up in one.

This is set in 2016 at the Belgium Grand Prix.

In 2016 Nico Rosberg was still the FIA Formula 1 Grid Pack's Pack Omega with Pack Alpha Lewis. Which is...going...to tear itself apart.

When Max came to the grid in 2015 him and Carlos had a little pup pile, and they forcibly brought Nico Hulkenberg into their fold cause Max knew him from before, and they needed a pack elder. Any pack elder.

Now that Max is with Red Bull, Daniel has been hanging out in their little corner more often.

Daniel is an omega, the rest of them are alphas. So when Max "adopts" Esteban (because they know each other well (F3), and Max wouldn't wish slipping through the cracks of the pack structure on anybody) (Max and Esteban are both aware that this is an "adoption" and they both kind of hate it), Max brings him over to his little pile as opposed to the clusterfuck that is Nico and Lewis trying to be good for the pack on an individual level while fucking hating each other. As such, Daniel is accidently sort of Pack Omega of Max's Pup Pile, but he's got no clue what he's doing.
