I like to re-post my houses that didn't sell, but it's so unusual to find one that finally sold. This is one ugly house and I came across it again. It's in Burlington, CO, has 3bds, 3ba, and it sold for $298K.

The layout is kind of weird. I guess you could call it open concept, but it's kind of of sideways. The kitchen and living room are parallel to one another.

It's definitely supposed to be the living room b/c look at where the fireplace is.

The space is very large and dark, even with the lights on overhead. What an expanse of old carpet to replace.

I have never seen a kitchen with 6 stools around the island/counter. The kitchen's dated, but I think that it can be worked with. Definitely change out the hardware.

On the other side of this very tall brick planter is a knotty pine dining room.

Here's a family room. The owners put a flatscreen on the hearth, but that's a stone fireplace wall with niches. The stone is dated mid-century era.

They sprung for a cool tub, but the bath is carpeted.

The primary bedroom is sizeable.

The other 2 bedrooms are clad in dark paneling. The house has a weird vibe. I want to air it out, brighten it up, and tear out the rugs. It's so creepy, I thought those were orbs at first, but they seem to be stuck to the wall.

I bet you never expected an old bowling alley, did you? I don't know if it still works. Isn't the lane supposed to be shiny? This one looks very dull, almost like carpet.

There's a large patio in the back.

It has a single car garage, but a large driveway.

But then, there's another garage behind that one, it appears to be on the sidewalk and to get in, would require jumping the curb.

Just looking up weird houses and found a house plush I want.

I always I find weird or ugly houses interesting and the interior being a little off.

I wonder what the lure body will look like.

If I finally draw all my infected realtor house oc's these might be new ones.

The monster house just a person with a lot of hair but is like a normal human or just has a beard while looking wolfman like with a cartoon house with chimney fungmammal.

If the instrument house had a theme be like.

I image the lurebody playing on a piano while the house flesh body tries to capture the buyer.

I can imagine the shoe house lure realtor being a shoe maker on the side and kicking other Realtors in the shin if they get close to a buyer they want.

Shoemaker elves would be this Realtor's fungmammal shape.

The airplane house lure would be female looking with disheveled clothes like this Realtors lure was in a crashed plane.

The parasite fungmammal is a Silky anteater and doesn't want to be a parasite one but is a glitched mutualism one.

He used to be a Falseperson but after being fired and angry changed into a parasite one then gave up being humanoid.

When she gets a buyer in the crashed plane house body will make the plane body move like it is flying but is in place then act like the plane is nose diving by the gases from the house.

Thinking about making a infected Realtor based of bear and have him be the main singer of the Nosy Neighbors band with Jack Black as the voice canon.

This infected Realtor having a thicc male body type Realtor that is nice and doesn't eat people.

This 1989 fixer upper in Belton, Missouri is so weird. According to the description, it's ahead of its time b/c it has a "living roof" and straw bale insulated walls. Per the seller, it provides excellent insulation and saves energy costs. 2bd, 2ba, $141,900.

Here, there's chicken wire containing the living roof.

Looks like it kinda got washed away some, on the main roof.

The living room's not terrible.

I don't know what this room is, but it appears to be the primary bedroom. This home is so confusing. There's another front entrance door in here, too.

It looks like they started to put glass bottles in the wall, then changed their minds.

Off this room is one of two baths.

Odd place for the sink, behind the toilet.

Then, off to the side is a walk-in closet with some exposed wiring and weird lighting.

What is that exposed exhaust pipe. Don't even know what this room is.

In this lower level room there are walls with lots of odd pieces of wood. This has to be a family/rec room.

Bedroom #2 is down here in the basement.

And, this is bathroom #2.

This is weird, b/c the kitchen is in the basement. They took all the appliances, but there aren't many cabinets and no exhaust hood or dishwasher.

The exterior definitely needs work.

And, the garage is looking dilapidated, also.

Apparently someone bought the .34 acre property.
