Okay you guys are allowed to tell me I'm wrong for this but I am going to tell you something that I think:

I don't think that we should be making Welcome Home Aus or like. theories. (looking at you MatPat)

I'm not against aus or fan theories: I actually really fucking love that stuff. However-- I hate it in this instance. Because Welcome Home hasn't even concluded chapter one, really. We Know Nothing. We know NOTHING.

I understand that like. aus and theories are going to persist; theories are part of interacting with continous media and such. HOWEVER. Please God Damn It Can We Fucking Realize That We Know Nothing. Stop making mafia aus! ! ! ! Jesus Christ we don't even know what is like. the themes. We don't even know what's coming. How can we in good concious make aus or theories that become excepted as fanon if not mistaken for canon?

Like. I'm so glad that Clown has recieved a lot of support for Welcome Home, but we've already seen that the boom was incredibly overwhelming and just. watching from the sidelines I'm a little confused about what there is to theorize or au? Like we have so little. Can we wait a little before we start saying what's going on with Wally Darling. Please.

Okay so controversial topics about the new Fiona and Cake episode. Children avert your eyes I might be on the wrong side of history here.

Did anyone bat an eye when we were shipping sandersides together? Those were all just peices of Thomas so whether you like it or not thst was just Thomas x Thomas shipping.

Would you, or would you not, kiss a clone of yourself? It's an entirely FICTIONAL thing that humans have no way to replicate, and so the internet has asked this question for a long ass time. This isn't something that could happen, so fictionally, would you kiss a clone of yourself? Because the awnser for me is that I think I would, because it sounds like a very healing self love learning process.

What caused us to think makeouts or romantic relationships with an alternate version or clone of OURSELVES was morally wrong? What about it is wrong??? Like /gen I am struggling to find a reason why it's wrong and would love if someone could give me the run down on the opposite side of this argument. Is it egotistical? Yes absolutely. Is it weird? YES. BECAUSE ITS A FICTIONAL THING THATLL NEVER HAPPEN. But is it wrong and deserving of being cussed out and ridiculed? I think not!!!

Do I think the internet may have trauma regarding the onceler and sans aus and its causeing everyone to overreact and lose their bloody minds? Yes. Yes I do.

Hot take, I like the federation lore streams. I love the insights and lives of the NPC’s, because it makes them that much realer to me.

Of course, don’t get me wrong, I’m really confused why they won’t let people on the server and in fact, think they really should get on that before the end of the year, I’m just saying I like the lore streams too.

I want the rp-ing with the members, I want that interaction and development of their characters and for everyone to meet the new eggs and see how their dynamic clashes together, but I also want to see inside the minds of the people running this operation and see how their lives are as well.

I’m selfish I want both lmao.

Even though the plot seems to be getting rushed on both ends, with the islanders being MIA for so long and Elena previously never being mentioned before until now, I still want both of these things to be here by new year.

Hopefully we get the rest of the islanders back before Christmas, and more intel on why Elena exist now and why she’s important but I hope everyone gets what they want and the stories wrap back around nicely. :)

Hey! As a nonbinary person who uses (primarily) gendered pronouns, I actually adore that Frank is nonbinary and uses he/him pronouns. After all, nonbinary doesn't mean agender or uses they/them pronouns. But...do people in the fandom actually understand that I wonder? If they do...why do I see some changing Frank's pronouns to they/them?

Well no, I know why of course! It's well intentioned trying to respect his gender identity and/or classic 'my faves get my pronouns' silly fandom behaviour, but the former at least shows a bit of a wider understanding issue we have of nonbinarism.

In other words, it feels like some people are assigning him 'they/them' because of the belief that those are like, THE nonbinary pronouns and using them makes Frank more 'actually nonbinary' or something? And I'm like oh God not again...like this isn't the first time I've seen this happen and I really do think it's by accident not intent but it doesn't make it less exorsexist?

It makes me as a nonbinary person who does not use 'they/them' feel like y'all think we don't exist or aren't truly nonbinary at least. Again, completely by accident and not intent.

The solution ofc is to just try and tailor my fandom experience to avoid it (which tbf is probably going to be easy because it's likely not being done by as many people as I feel it is) but if it spreads fandom wide it becomes nigh impossible and doesn't remove the inherent problem of not challenging if people understand that binary pronoun user + nonbinary gender identity is acceptable (as well as him being both nonbinary and gay meaning into men).

Anyway please don't leave hate or nasty comments I'm just one nonbinary person venting my personal frustration with a slight tiny issue.

I am deciding to stop making welcome home content until the current drama dies down Because, I am getting stressed due to all of these pedophiles entering my spaces.. I was groomed by pedophiles in the undertale fandom and to see this gives me PTSD. (Yes, I may be an adult now and can fend for myself, but trauma is trauma and if I see something simliar, I need to step away from my mental stability. ya'll should too, if you have PTSD like me.) Not to make anyone feel bad!, just wanting to let ya'll know, if you followed me for welcome home content. I feel bad for clown, seeing all of these pedophiles being found in his community.. especially knowing that this is a passion project that he's dreamt of making for the longest time. This whole ordeal terrifies me. I also want to state, this post is not to fuel fires, or drama more. I am just stepping away, for my mental health.
