I recall saying this before, but it bears repeating:

There could be a billion trans people in the world and it still wouldn't be a bad thing because being trans is not a bad thing. Even if the rate of people discovering they are trans is "disproportionate" to trends from decades ago, that is not a bad thing. In fact, it's a natural consequence for there being more trans people being able to stay alive, and, overall, being able to live in a slightly more tolerant world. You'd only see that as a bad thing if you actively didn't want trans people to either live or live a life that facilitates wellness.

Now Dan is no coward. He’s not.

But this stupid child body does have an effect on his reactions to things and honestly it’s a horrible thing that’s too small and too weak for him to use all his abilities. He could barely manage a fireball if he concentrated, yet everything caught fire with a mere outburst! His control was utterly gone, and a tantrum resulted in having to wear a stupid child leash backpack.

It wasn’t like he was really a child, and it wasn’t like he’d get lost or some stupid shit that Danny would insist. Ugh, this isn’t even fair, technically he was older than him yet was stuck in a smaller body that he kept tripping over!

Urgh, he’s even insisting on rewarding ‘good behavior’ and shit- must have talked to Jazz or something- because… Oh. No he wants the constellation bear, give! His star bear now, no takes back and, urgh, stupid baby body!

Well, on the other hand, it’s utterly hilarious how much Danny sputters whenever he calls him Mom, not to mention strangers’ utter befuddlement. He ignores how Danny seems to be trying his best to live up ro the title.

But! As he was saying, he’s no coward! He’s also not an idiot though, and having no control over his powers isn’t exactly a good thing. It’s really not a good thing when there’s a murderous-looking hero that he thinks he might have maimed in the future- which they apparently remember- staring down at him. So, he has to call in the big guns to fix this.

“Mom, there’s a creepy fruitloop staring at me!” “There’s WHAT?!” Hah. Take that hero he doesn’t remember the name of.

Hh sorry, they have lots of story stuff planned out but it's all just rattling around in my head, there's no comic, written fiction, lore depository or anything substantial that I could direct you to. I mostly just design characters for my own enjoyment and then put them in little imaginary situations because it's a fun and inspiring thing to do.

#pokemon #pokemon mystery dungeon #cacturne #nuzleaf #breloom #not tagging the other 2 its literally pngs #keith #luwel #mike #this is pre-luwels-retirement btw (you know when that happens bc he changes coats)#(he has a black/green coat when hes still in the team bc its just what the team wears)#the RTA have an annual(? maybe) “event” wherein like. teams get put through tests #to determine if they deserve to keep their current rescue rank or not #(it only applies to a certain rank or higher)#you get like. monitored and stuff. youre put through situations to test u and all that #it's not the best system in the world by any means because some of the RTA will deliberately screw you over #like sometims you are pushed to your absolute LIMITS as a means to prove a point and thats wht happens 2 the guys #they reach a certain point and then have to deal w/ a volcanic rescue which is deliberately set up for them to fail #specifically as a means to be like Well that's what you get for beign 3 grass types #it is. challenging. they reach the rescue. a deliberately-placed like. trap or whatever is there #and it's mutually agreed for mike to take the rescue away to safety bc that's the priority #the other 2 still have to complete the exploration....................... tags r long i cant say any more

modern family is all fun and games until you get to the scenes where you burst into tears because the once-vaguely homophobic dad now refers to his son's husband as family, and also the academically gifted daughter realizes that her dorky, clumsy dad was always really proud of her and just never surprised because he just assumed she could do anything, and also the eldest daughter who eloped comes crawling back to her parents' room and whispers that she still wants her parents to be present for her wedding, and also the anxious queer lawyer character admits that he was terrified that his husband would just leave him alone with their baby daughter, and also that the once-vaguely grouchy dad looks at his stepson and tells him that what makes a family is who sticks around, not who you're blood-related to and anyways what was i saying

the more that i try to kill the part of me that cringes the more i realise that the people i know in my real life are sometimes. just boring and negative . and sad to be honest. why is anything new or different or enjoyable cringe to some of you.
