its not fucking KOSA censorship to ask the majority white fanbase to question why the majority white creators of a MASSIVE fucking franchise have an obsession with showing very specific kinds of racial violence and dehumanization against Black people, particularly Black men. but yeah. whatever. enjoy your franchise slop whitey

life has become so much better since deciding to consume media with unbridled joy. i don’t care if people think it’s cringe, i don’t care if there are flaws. i can simultaneously acknowledge these faults while loving and consuming media that brings me joy.

"Walter White would never" Walter White helped the cops catch his own criminal alter ego because they were about to blame his crimes on the wrong guy, and he couldn't stomach the thought of someone else taking credit for all the terrible things he did. That's the beauty of Walter White as a character, at least from the perspective of transformative fandom: he would. He's such a ridiculous man that literally nothing is out of character for him, provided you can contrive some circumstance where doing so would serve his ego.

can i just say the weird standard people try and hold queer romcoms(and queer media but) in general is so weird
its always "its too juvenile" and "its too wholesome" but then its "this is too sexualised" and apparently queer ppl having sex scenes is automatically "fetishizing". Always "too corny" "too angsty" and dont get me started on people who act like something has to be bad representation just because they didn't like it
"its cringey" it is a fucking romcom bro. like half of the appeal of a romcom is the kinda cringey fun of it all . not your thing? fine go watch something that is,not being the audience for something is fine but god stop acting like one romcom is gonna dismantle the movement for queer rights.

you take for granted the violence perpetrated against Black bodies in media and culture because you have and your parents have and your grandparents have and your great grandparents have been taught that this is the norm. that it is a non issue. and it has been this way for centuries. the only problem you have now is that Black people are mad about it and challenging this norm. sorry

i keep seeing ppl talking about how theyre ugly sobbing over that shitty pirate show. do you not have shame to care more about a racist antiblack TV show glorifying slave owners, written by a zionist racist supporter of genocide. that you have more tears to shed for that blight on the human race than you do for the millions of palestinians going through horrors unimaginable. where's your ugly sobbing for them?

Over 1000 people murdered because Israel bombed a HOSPITAL and proceeded to defend it by first lying and saying it was a Hamas misfire and then secondly outright admitting that they told them to evacuate then continued to destroy it anyway yet the media and stupid fucks online will insist this is a “war on both sides.”

The funny thing about Walter White's "I did it for me, I liked it, I was good at it" confession is that he is, to all visible evidence, disastrously incompetent at literally every part of the job other than the chemical synthesis, and at no point whatsoever is he visibly enjoying himself.

i’d like to read about non-white aro experiences (as well as experiences of aro people from outside the US and UK). i don’t think there are enough explicitly non-white conversations about aromanticism. i remember seeing a demographic poll a long time ago, with a majority of aromantic tumblr identifying as white, but non-white aros exist!
i want to hear from people who can’t/won’t come out because of cultural expectations or language barriers. people who use different words to describe their aromanticism. people who experience isolation from the aro community because they aren’t white (enough). i want to hear about aromanticism from new angles!
of course, no one is ever obligated to reveal their ethnicity or race online. but if anyone has seen writing on diverse aro experiences or if they want to share their own experiences, i’d like to read about other perspectives! (pls send stuff my way)
