god i need my tits played with so badly. to feel my nipples pinched, kneaded, and sucked until i feel em grow hard and wet in someone’s mouth. i’d treat em like they were giving me head, holding their head down for a few seconds before pulling it back to see that dazed look, all while cooing in their ear about how good they’re taking me, how they make mommy feel good every time their tongue rolls and flicks over my nipple and their teeth graze against it as they suck. i could probably come close to cumming from that alone.

Geology of Natural Disasters and How to write them into your fictional universe.
So, you want to write about a natural disaster to advance your plot and torture your players/characters even more? Let me tell you how, accurately.
I feel like unless it is a volcano, natural disasters are a pretty slept on plot drivers, and some of them are really cool and unique! Today, I will talk to you about land slides, earthquakes (And earthquake related disasters), and volcanoes.
Landslides: Probably one I see the least in stories, but one that would be incredibly interesting to write into a plot where they believe in curses. Landslides can happen along ocean bluffs, slightly hilly areas, and highly mountainous areas, this means it is something that can happen in most landscapes. But what can trigger a landslide? Mostly all you need to trigger a landslide could be just abnormally large amounts of rain, excessive deforestation (with a little bit of rain), or an earthquake. If you don't want to use deforestation or an earthquake as a catalyst, a really cool indicator that the land is slipping and may be prone to a collapse is J hooked trees.
This indicates that there is soil creeping slowly over time, and it may lead to a major landslide.
2. Earthquakes: Probably one of the easiest things to write, earthquakes can happen anywhere, but they are most common in places that are tectonically active areas. There are about three types of environments you can expect earthquakes to be common. The first is just rugged mountains, if your landscape looks like this, you should write in earthquakes. Associated hazards could be landslides, avalanches, and large falling rocks.
The next landscape could be a thin mountain range, next to the ocean, very scenic, but very dangerous. Essentially, I am describing a subduction zone environment.
Earthquakes in these areas could equal a couple different associated disasters. Scenario one: A very large earthquake happens, and the ocean begins to recede. This is a tsunami, enough said. If you are writing a tsunami though, please, please, do not write it as a large wave, thank you. Also, a common way people are hurt by tsunami's are from them going into the ocean because they don't understand a tsunami is going to happen.
Scenario two: A large earthquake happens, your characters are in a valley and suddenly the ground begins to liquify as the ground shakes, once the shaking stops, the ground becomes solid like nothing ever happened, except everything has suddenly sunk into the now hard ground. This is called liquefaction and it typically happens in areas that have loose dirt or lots of saturated soil.
Scenario three: There are a lot of small earthquakes, they do not cause a lot of damage, but you begin to notice that one of the isolated mountains has a plume rising. Earthquakes can indicate lava moving underground and the filling of magma chambers.
The next environment that can host lots of earthquakes would be regions that have a lot of really deep valleys and small mountain ranges (not cone volcanoes), but overall seems pretty flat.
This indicates a transform fault like the San Andreas. If you want to hint at there being earthquakes in the area, you can show fence posts that are suddenly several feet out of line at a dilapidated farm or something similar.
(These earthquakes are different because they are cased from sideways movement, not an up-and-down movement this hint can only be used for this environment). Volcanoes would not be found here, but liquefaction and landslides could still occur here.
4. Volcanoes: If you thought earthquakes had a lot of information, volcanoes do too. First you have to ask yourself, what kind of volcano you want to have, what kind of eruption style? So lets break down the kind of eruptions you can have and what their landscapes look like. Hawaiian Shield volcano: This will produce a smooth fast lava, the landscape typically is pretty flat, but there will be small cones and the rocks can have a ropey or jagged texture and the rocks will be almost exclusively black to dark red.
Stratovolcanoes: These will be solitary mountains, typically, that look like perfect cones (Picture shown in earthquake section). These will have large ash cloud eruptions and pyroclastic flows, they may have some lava, but typically most damage is done from the pyroclastic flows (think Pompeii). Some hints of these, other than describing the cone features (which can be hidden by other mountains), would be to talk about petrified wood! Trees can get fossilized in the ash and I imagine it would be very strange to find this rock that clearly looks to be a piece of wood, but its a rock. Subcategory- Calderas: Used to be a large stratovolcano, but they erupt so explosively that the entire cone collapses and creates a basin.
There are a lot of kinds of volcanoes out there, so forgive me for just putting an infographic and then talking to you about these really rare types of eruptions that I feel like people should know about.
Okay lets talk about blue lava (kind of) and black lava
You will notice the lava is still red in the middle of this image, during the day these would look like a normal eruption, but at night the burning sulfur would make it appear blue. Some cool features other than this, would be that any water in the area would become very acidic and burn the skin due to sulfuric acid. This would again be really cool if you are trying to describe a 'cursed' land.
Black lava: This happens only in the east African rift I believe, but it is a carbonatite lava, but if you are writing in a rift valley (where the continent is tearing apart to form a new ocean) this might be a cool feature. The lava will cool white and will quickly erode, it makes for a very alien landscape!
Anyway as always, this is supposed to be an introductive guide for the basics of writing geology to create cool landscapes/features into dnd or fictional universes, if you are a geologist please understand my oversimplification of tectonics, I didn't want people to run away.

I've been thinking a lot about friendship. I'm trying to move away from immediate communication and general constant availability as much as I can given that it has a disastrous effect on my well being. However, that has lead me to reconsider how I approach friendships. Given the dominance of instant communication, it seems inevitable that much of our friendship is measured by response-times and general availability. I don't have clear definite new metrics to judge friendships, especially given that I have been considering whether I'd consider any of my presumed friendships as such, but it's been a good exercise to reconsider what I value in friendship, what I offer in friendship and what I require in a friendship.

pitstop practice (Carlos/Oscar, 800 words)
Oscar has been naked in Carlos’s bathroom more times he can count, but there’s something particularly humbling about squeezing back into his running shorts. He’s never thought about the lighting in here as aggressive before, but the image of his reflection squirming back into the lycra, damp with cold sweat, will haunt him until his dying breath.
Still, at least he’s taken care of his—problem.
He has twelve kilometres left on his route so he should be home—to his own apartment—within the hour, iced coffee in hand with any luck. Then he can text Carlos and come back over later, hopefully. He’d seen this new place on TikTok last night—seafood—that might be nice.
He’s honestly not paying much attention as he dries his hands and reaches for his phone on the counter, thumbing through to restart his running playlist. No use pulling a hamstring by going straight back into the fast songs, best to restart the playlist and let his muscles warm up again to a slower beat. If he pulls something from going out too hard, Carlos will never let him hear the end of it, he’s always going on about adequate preparation, the loser.
If there’s a smile on his face, well, he’s alone in Carlos’s apartment, so who’s to know?
Alone in Carlos’s apartment, that is, except for the person who tackles him as he leaves the bathroom.
There’s a moment before he hits the ground when he worries that he left the front door unlocked for someone to follow him in. Surely the doorman wouldn’t just let anyone in though, isn’t that the whole point of these fancy apartments? Then he lands with a groan, grateful for the ugly bedroom carpet—perhaps the most charitable thought he’s ever had about Carlos's décor.
He’s tense for a few seconds, disoriented and braced for a second blow.
It's his body that catches on first, his muscles relaxing a few seconds before his brain can process the smell and the feeling of the body on top of him.
“Carlos,” he groans, a different tone to the usual, “what the fuck? What was that for?”
Carlos—his face inches from Oscar’s—has the decency to look sheepish.
“I, ah, thought you were a burglar,” he says.
Oscar treats Carlos to a particularly flat stare. “Why would I be a burglar?”
“I got home and somebody was here, I didn’t think—I mean you never—you used your key.”
Oscar won’t let himself attribute the note creeping into Carlos’s voice to wonder.
“I’ve used the key before,” he says. His hand twitches where it’s pinned under Carlos, instinctively reaching to rub the back of his neck. Wonderful, they’re going to have this conversation under full eye contact.
Carlos scoffs, the drama queen. “Yes, you use your key when we are together. Not by yourself.”
That’s not true. Except, if Oscar’s being honest, maybe it is—he hasn’t really thought of it like that. They’re together a lot, is the thing. And Oscar can’t get enough, is the other thing. He has to catch himself from calling sometimes when he’s away at the factory, or even just back at his own apartment a few streets over. Carlos likes him—Oscar is neither the idiot nor the masochist that he’d have to be to keep this up if he thought otherwise. But Oscar is supposed to be chill and clawing his way further into Carlos’s limited alone time, in the few days they don’t see each other, doesn't seem very easy-going. He doesn't want to be the one to fuck this up, is all.
“I thought,” he starts, but he doesn’t really know what he thought, can’t arrange the words into anything that makes sense here in the light of day, with Carlos staring down at him, expression open despite the topic. “I guess I didn’t want to impose.”
“You have been inside me three times this week, I buy your disgusting protein balls, I think we are past imposing. I gave you a key. I want you here.”
Oscar gamely focuses on what they’re actually talking about. “I know. I mean, I maybe didn’t know. Fuck” — he can feel now that he’s blushing — “I want to be here.”
Carlos smiles. “Good,” he says, pushing back up to standing and helping Oscar up, “I am going to make an omelette for lunch, if you are hungry?”
“I would but I can’t stay now, I have to finish my run, I’m only halfway through. I’ll come back later?”
Carlos looks puzzled. “Why would you come to my apartment halfway—” he stops, his eyebrows furrowing as he takes a long look at Oscar, and sniffs.
Oh no.
“Did you use your key for the first time to take a shit in my apartment?”
#this stemmed from me misreading a different prompt but it was such a brain worm that i had to write it#look i'm a few weeks away from a marathon so i am deeply familiar with all the public bathrooms in my area#carcar#f1 rpf#my fic

I get this impression that House of the Dragon doesn't get that "named" heirs aren't really the norm in Westeros. If it were that easy for someone to just give everything to their favorite child, Randall Tarly wouldn't have needed to force Sam to go to the Wall and Tywin could have simply chosen Cersei over Tyrion as heir of Casterly Rock.
If we look at the history Westeros borrows from, the concept of "naming" heirs wasn't really a thing in medieval England. Landed gentry didn't have direct say over the order of succession until the Statute of Wills in 1540. Before then, land and subsequent titles could only be inherited through agnatic primogeniture.
Agnatic primogeniture prioritized the living, eldest, trueborn son. Claims can only be passed on patrilineally. This means that a grandaughter can inherit a claim of her grandfather's titles through her father, but a grandson cannot be given the same through his mother. However, if his mother finally does have land and titles under her own name (not under her father's), only then does her son and other children enter the line of succession.
The reason it was like this was because it kept land and titles under one family. Daughters are less preferred because when they are married, they become part of their husband's family — meaning that any titles they receive will be inherited through a new line. This wouldn't be an ideal situation because it gives two families claims to the titles. The more claimants there are, the more unstable the hold the owner has.
In other words, agnatic primogeniture was practiced for stability. Because back in the day, titles weren't just property or land. They came with governorship over a people, so a stable and predictable transfer of titles was necessary to avoid civil conflicts and questions of legitimacy.
A landed lord or lady wasn't given the right to designate heirs for a few reasons:
Most of them were vassals who oversaw the land in the name of someone higher up. It technically isn't even theirs to give away (see: feudal land tenure).
The wishes of a human being are less predictable than having a determined line of succession based on birth order. What if he becomes incapable of declaring an heir either through illness or disability? What if he's captured and a bad actor forces him to name this person heir under threat of violence?
People died unexpectedly all time. This was before germ theory and modern medicine — child mortality was extremely high. With no refrigeration technology, a single poor harvest could mean dying from starvation. Bandits, cutthroats, and raiders were a constant threat. They could not afford to rely on a person choosing a different heir every time the old heir drops dead, because the landed lord/lady could die just as suddenly.
Even 21st century families stab each other in the back over who gets grandma's house — so imagine having an uncertain line of succession in the middle ages over a life-defining lordship and without a modern-day court system to mediate.
Going back to HotD, whenever Targaryens did go against the established line of succession, they could only have done it by consolidating the support of their vassals. Only royalty seemed to have the power to bend agnatic primogeniture, but even then they were beholden to it.
When Jaehaerys I ascended the throne over Aerea, it was mainly because there were those who saw Maegor the Cruel's act of disinheriting Jaehaerys as null and void. This restored Jaehaerys place in the line of succession above Aerea.
And when Rhaenys was passed over for Baelon, Jaehaerys had to convene his lords and offer compelling reasons as to why — her young age, her lack of an heir, her Velaryon last name, etc. It wasn't a given that just because she was a woman that she was ineligible. If he was doing it purely out of misogyny, he still had to legally justify his misogyny in order to strip away her rights.
Even after consolidating support, the book mentions Jaehaerys I and Viserys I's respective hold on the crown was still weakened. Even though their claims were backed by reasons cosigned by a powerful majority, they still had to ensure the security of their rule through other means. There were people who doubted their right to rule, and those people had to be placated with gifts (by Viserys) or intimidated into submission (by Jaehaerys).
So we come to Viserys I who never gave his vassals a reason why Rhaenyra should supercede his three sons other than, "I said so." Had he convened with his lords and maybe made the argument that a first marriage takes precendence over a second one, then maybe he could have set a new precedent and gathered support.
But no, he didn't. He relied on the power of his own words and the lords' personal oaths — oaths that he didn't exactly plan how he would enforce posthumously.
And the Realm did not choose to adopt a different succession law after Jaehaerys's designation of Baelon in 92 AC or the Council of Harrenhal choosing Viserys on 101 AC. If those two events did change anything, it was that now women were exempt from the line of succession for the crown and only the crown. It did not set the precedence that monarchs could freely choose heirs. It did not upend the whole system; it only made a tweak, as most lawful policy-changes do, by carving out at an exception. It was a committee, not a revolution.
Before and after the Dance, no other monarch, lord, or lady "declared" an heir that went against agnatic primogeniture, save for Dornish who have cognatic (equal-gender) primogeniture instead. Ramsay had to get rid of Roose Bolton's living trueborn son AND be legitimized by the crown in order to be recognized as heir (only a crowned monarch can legitimize baseborn children which is another world-building pillar a lot of people miss). Randall basically had to force Sam to abdicate because he wanted his younger brother to inherit instead. And of course, Tywin despite his intense hatred of Tyrion is forced to acknowledge him as his heir.
The rigidity of the line of succession is a major and constant source of conflict in the series, so it baffles me that people really thought that characters could just freely choose their heirs. That's why we have a civil war. It wasn't a misunderstanding. It's the expected consequences of someone carelessly going against a foundational tenent of the society they inhabit.
#long post#a song of ice and fire#house of the dragon#hotd#had to write this up cause i saw someone insisting fire and blood showed “naming heirs” was the succession law when that's patently untrue#asoiaf#agnatic primogeniture#medieval inheritance law#a lot of character conflict stems from the fact that they can't just choose an heir#hotd critical#Phew and this is the last time I'm writing about this topic because i do not want to invite more fandom discourse

oh to be the pervy officer who’s determined you’re hiding something in your bra so i keep kneading and groping your tits, asking "what’s under here?" as i lift them up and let em drop. the tips of my thumbs trace the outline of your areolas and flick over your nipples, pinching and pulling on em just to smirk and mumble a "fuckin knew it. there’s somethin under here, huh?" when they start to harden.
who starts to half undress you for a ‘thorough’ search, threatening to write you up for indecent exposure if you don’t cooperate with me, telling you it won’t fare well for your career if everyone knows how much of a "needy slut who loves to show off" you are.
who sticks my hand past your waistband and runs my fingers over your lips, taunting you with the threat of being held overnight, knowing it’s only a matter of time before you beg me to "search" you so you can prove you’re not hiding anything.
who makes sure to slide 1, 2 more fingers in for good measure, curling my fingers against that spongy spot while i press the pad of my thumb against your clit. who coos at you when you grunt and squint your eyes but don’t protest. "such a naughty one. you gonna be like this in your cell too?"
who doesn’t let you cum (whether you'd admit or not, you wanted to). no, i "remembered" i hadn’t searched your mouth properly, so i quickly slide my fingers out, ignoring the way your desperate hole gapes and clenches around the space my fingers used to be before sticking all of them into your mouth all at once, and far enough so you don’t realize until it’s too late that a pill has slid down your throat, something i say will make you want it.
who, when you’ve finally sucked my fingers clean of your slick, slaps your ass and tells you to bend over the backseat. there’s one more hole i need to check…

Having never tasted sterile rot can you describe the flavor in different terms?
You know how things smell after being just sterilized? That weird combination of chemicals and nothingness?
Now imagine the smell of spoiled milk or rotten food. The overwhelming smell of decay, twisting and distorting the original smell. When milk is spoiled, you can still tell it was milk - when fruit has gone bad, you can still smell the sweetness of the original.
Virus concentrate has that taste of rot. Of decay. Of disease. The taste that we evolved to be repulsed by on an instinctual level for the sake of survival, so that us animals would avoid things that festered and would fester inside us as well. But there is no taste under it. There is no original food, nothing that the rot twisted. It is only the visceral taste of festering disease, suspended in the taste of sterile chemicals. You don't realize how much of the taste of rot is actually the taste of mold and of the original food itself until you have distilled that disease, removed even the bacteria. There is nothing alive in here aside from the viruses. And you can taste it. That sterility. And you can taste pure, concentrated disease held inside it.
Sterile rot really is the best way I can describe it. It's a cognitive dissonance unlike any other.

Can we take a second to consider how Deadpool's regeneration works?? Like what the limits are? And what that means in the context of their weaknesses and scenarios for fanfiction?
Deadpool's regeneration is near infinite. He's come back from being exploded before by a single blood cell. As long as he isn't completely atomized, he can come back.
If you explain his healing as an extremely enhanced metabolism (similar to Peter Parker's healing) then this would mean all cell processes and chemical reactions in his body happen at a significantly faster pace than the average person. This would apply to digestion, healing, energy expenditure, but also death and aging.
The human body has a finite limit of cells that it will produce in its lifetime, so if it was simply enhanced metabolism he couldn't regenerate infinitely. Even "enhanced" healing would have its limits and a greater metabolism wouldn't account for regrowing limbs or parts of the body entirely.
This would imply that his ability is more than just "enhanced healing" but instead the ability to completely reconstruct his body. This insinuates that mutants would need different DNA that maps out the parts of the body and the instructions to generate it in their genetic code. This is similar to the regrowth of a lizard's tail or how the liver of a human body can regenerate.
However, healing capabilities aside, where does the matter and energy for this come from? Matter doesn't spontaneously come into existence; it can neither be created nor destroyed. He would need a source of energy and matter to rebuild his body.
Let's start with energy. Most humans utilize chemical energy from food to carry out bodily functions. However, Deadpool can regenerate from a single blood cell without eating anything. This implies that his body is either insanely energy efficient and has a different blueprint or that mutants draw their energy from another source. Can mutants tap into matter and antimatter as a source of energy where the human body hits its limit?
More than energy, let's consider the issue of matter. To regenerate, Deadpool would need to rebuild the organic matter of his body. If it were just an issue of reattaching limbs and reforging bonds between severed body parts or torn skin, it would be feasible. However, it's been shown that even when Deadpool's limbs or blood or corpse are beyond salvageable, he regrows them from scratch. An example of this was in Deadpool 1 where he cut off his hand and left it with Colossus, but it still regenerated on its own without it disappearing.
This implies that the lost matter from energies such as detached limbs, blood, and gore isn't reused in the regeneration process unless intentionally reattached. If he's capable of regenerating from scratch, he needs a way to get carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and phosphorus, which are the key elements that compose the human body. He also needs a way to condense these into macromolecules and organic compounds.
Hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, and oxygen exist in large quantities in the atmosphere. Could he potentially be absorbing elements and reintegrating them into his body? Would this imply that his skin needs to be more porous to absorb elements through the air into his body?
For him to reintegrate these elements, is his body somehow catalyzing the synthesis of macromolecules? This was studied in the Miller-Urey experiment, which simulated the early conditions of Earth's atmosphere and the available basic compounds to see if it was possible for elements to spontaneously synthesize together to create the macromolecules needed for human life. It was found that under pressure, heat, and electricity, it was in fact potentially possible for the building blocks of human life to originate this way. Are mutant bodies capable of perfectly replicating the conditions and forces needed to cause this to happen consistently and at near-instantaneous speeds?
If this were possible, would this mean that there are conspiracy theories that "mutant" forces could be responsible for life on Earth in the Marvel universe? (If matter and anti-matter play a role in mutant abilities, could they have contributed to the existence of mutants to begin with? To life on Earth?)
Aside from these elements, phosphorus would be needed to recreate DNA and the nuclei of cells. Phosphorus doesn't have an atmospheric phase in its geologic cycle—it's only found in rocks and compounds, not the air. Wade couldn't absorb it from the ground because he doesn't always regenerate in areas where phosphorus is present. Does this imply that phosphorus is present in the air in Marvel and that in their dimension, it does cycle atmospherically for regenerative mutants to exist?
Considering that regeneration is possible given all of the elements are present, how was Wade able to regenerate his rapidly suffocating cells when he was trapped in the airtight tank by Francis? If he was able to replace the oxygen in his cells, does this apply that he had access to matter that "wasn't there"? Does this tie into anti-matter being an active force in Marvel that exists within mutants? Does energy conservation work differently, wherein antimatter potentially eats up organic matter in another part of the Earth to preserve the balance while it supplies necessary elements to mutants? Or is it another force?
Wade's regenerative capabilities can largely be attributed to his cancer. It gives him the added effect of rapid cell repopulation, while his healing staves away the deadly effects until it's neutralized.
For Wade's entire body to regenerate from a single blood cell, this would imply that his entire body is composed of stem cells that are capable of differentiating into all of the different types of cells. And that mutants have an insanely high number of stem cells compared to the average person. This could be incredibly useful in stem cell transplant surgery to help recover from issues with bone marrow, blood cells, cancers, blood disorders, and autoimmune diseases.
Do mutant stem cells play a large part in the medical field with their rapid regeneration and near-infinite cell differentiation? Are there mutants held captive and experimented on just to obtain their stem cells? Could Wade be a target of this?
Speaking of farming, could Wade theoretically infinitely sell his organs on the black market for money? Considering he can regrow organs entirely without the preexisting one intact. Would they go for extra money because of enhanced durability and "better" mutant cells?
Most regeneration couldn't be entirely infinite, though. Eventually, if the regeneration was rapid enough, cells would reach the Hayflict limit. The Hayflick limit is the number of times a normal human cell can divide before it stops dividing. At the end of human chromosomes, there are telomeres which protect the integrity of DNA during cell division. As cells continue to divide, the telomeres keep shortening until eventually they run out and the DNA itself gets damaged if further replication occurs. The cells reach a state of senescence, wherein the cell stops dividing but functions normally until it dies permanently. This makes infinite replication from the same set of cells impossible.
However, Wade is the exception. His cancer cells would keep dividing because telomerase, an enzyme, keeps lengthening the telomere to allow for rapid and infinite regeneration. Therefore, the cell would never reach the Hayflick Limit and Wade's entire body could be regenerated even from a single cell.
This would imply that his healing factor wouldn't be nearly as strong and would, in fact, have more imposing limits without his cancer. His mutation encompassed a faster healing ability, but it originally would be finite if his cells were overloaded and regenerated enough to reach the Hayflick limit.
Additionally, this implies that Wade stopped aging not because of his healing factor, but because of his cancer. Aging occurs due to chromosome shortening, wherein the telomeres of cells slowly get shorter until the cells are no longer capable of safe replication. Eventually, the speed of cells dying outpaces the speed of reproduction as the majority of cells reach senescence.
Wade's cancer stopped him from aging. It took his healing from strong to nearly invincible. The same thing that causes him pain every day is the very reason he's as strong as he is.
This also implies that if he ever did find a way to cure his cancer while keeping his ability intact, he would sacrifice his immortality. He would begin aging, even if slowly, and he would lose the ability to come back from mere scraps. His healing would be more on par with Logan (who I'll make a separate analysis of later), wherein he would still age and take damage but with rapidly accelerated healing and cell reconstruction capabilities.
Wade's healing is stronger than Logan's. Wade can recover if there is even a piece of him left, while Logan's healing has greater limits. While Wolverine has more enhanced physical capabilities, Wade wins in the regeneration department.
This implies that if the two were tortured repeatedly in a similar manner, Logan's regeneration might slow down and eventually stop if he was bombarded constantly without sustenance, while Wade's would hold on for much longer (potentially forever). Wade would be the sole survivor if they got trapped or tortured, and would have to watch Logan slowly die as his healing fails and his cells hit their limit .
This is a painful reminder that Logan will age and eventually die. With his ability, Wade will not. The very cancer that led to him losing the life he wanted and becoming the monster he sees himself as is the reason Logan will leave him behind in the end when he dies. It's a curse he'll never escape from, no matter how far he runs.
Wade can heal from almost anything physically, but could he ever really heal from outliving Logan? From losing him?
