I am Day 11 post op and it’s been a struggle more this week then last. It’s a huge emotional roller coaster. I have survive so much, this should be a walk thru the park maybe a park that is uphill lol either way I am keeping positive and looking forward to the crop trop days lol here is a my old driver license to my current license! DIRECTIONS Coat tomatoes in olive oil & sea salt then roasted at 375 for 35 mins (see my highlight for a tutorial). Heat olive oil & minced garlic in a pan & sauté asparagus & mushroom. Once tender, add cherry tomatoes, more olive oil, & mix together. Sauce * 1.5 cups low sugar spaghetti sauce (I like using @raoshomemade Marinara Sauce) ⠀ Instructions * Add the beef to a medium bowl and the remaining ingredients to the meat and combine all the ingredients together by hand until evenly combined. ⠀ * Roll meatballs into golf ball size balls. Each meatball should be around 1 ounce. ⠀ * Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake to melt the cheese for an additional 5-7 mins. ⠀ Makes 8-10 meatballs (depending on size) at 1 net carb for each serving of 3 meatballs. Drain the chicken and add it to a bowl with a LITTLE yellow mustard and enough mayo to get it to the consistency you like. Mix in some chopped red onion and season it well. I season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, spicy garlic seasoning (@sprouts), dried parsley, and a little herbs de Provence. Everything Chaffle ingredients: • 1 egg • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese • 1 heaping Tbsp almond flour • cracked black pepper • garlic powder • onion powder • everything but the bagel seasoning • 2 heaping Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (to place directly on the mini waffle maker). This will make the chaffle crispy on the outside. This mixture will make two mini chaffles. So excited for you to try them!! ⁣ ⁣ Brownie Recipe: ⁣ 1/4 cup coconut oil⁣ 1/2 cup @choczero dark (or milk)chocolate chips⁣ 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder⁣ 3/4 cup granulated sweetener ⁣ 1 egg⁣ 1 egg yolk⁣ 1 teaspoon vanilla⁣ 1 cup grated zucchini, excess moisture squeezed out⁣ 3/4 cup almond flour⁣ 1/4 teaspoon baking soda⁣ 1/2 teaspoon salt⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Frosting Recipe: ⁣ 3 tablespoons butter⁣ 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder⁣ 3 tablespoons chocolate chips⁣ 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream ⁣ 1/4 teaspoon vanilla⁣ 1/2 cup powdered sweetener ⁣ ⁣ 1. Preheat your oven to 350°. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. ⁣ 2. In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, combine the coconut oil, chocolate chips, and cocoa. Whisk until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. ⁣ 3. Remove from heat and whisk in the sweetener. ⁣ 4. Add the eggs and vanilla, and whisk until combined. ⁣ 5. Stir in the zucchini, flour, baking soda, and salt, until batter is well-combined, but don't over mix.⁣ 6. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 25-28 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ While the brownies are baking, melt together the ingredients of the frosting. Bbq Babyback Ribs w/Loaded Cauli Mash... 😋😋😋😋by @ketobrawn Daaaaayyyyyyuuuuuum y'all, we used it before, but this @headcountrybbq countrybbq SF sauce is now our #1 fav !!! Y'all gotta hit it up, real talk !! Anywho.... 😂🤣 We use the 3 hr on 300° method on our ribs. We used a 9×13, 5 pats of butter on the bottom, quarter up the rack, rub liberally with @flavorgod Everything seasoning, @swervesweetie ervesweetie brown on top of the ribs, 1 pat of butter on each, 1/4 cup water on the bottom of pan. Seal tightly with fiil and pop em in the oven. So we can't leave well enough alone.. Haha... After 2.5 hrs, take out, drain most of the juice on bottom, bump up the heat to 350°, slather with this delicious bbq sauce, and throw back in for 15 mins uncovered. Then take out, bump up to 400°, slather, pop back in 15 mins.. Our loaded cauli mash is one head of cauli ( cored and separate ) steamed for 20 minutes, 4 oz cream cheese, a splash of heavy cream, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp @flavorgod Bacon Lovers, 6 strips of bacon, a handful of shredded colby jack. Electric mixer all except bacon and cheese. After smooth with mixer fold in the chopped bacon and cheese.. done... What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet..
