you say you have a binging disorder past, are you ana now? if yes, how did you do it? how did you 'convert' and stop binging? any tips?
I've not really converted i just started skipping meals and avoiding food then got diagnosed by my docter. I still relapse and bunge a lot so idk if I think the docter was correct but I definitely have a ana mindset. I don't really have any tips since I'm still stuck in between myself. But I hope you figure things out

Mmk so I couldn't allow myself to just gatekeep these AMAZING snackies âĄ
They are Jelly B. Drinkable Konjac Jelly, they r Korean and they r sooooooo good
They r super refreshing and it fills u up and satisfies sweet cravings
They r gluten free (100% in Australia and for US it doesn't have a warning against it), dairy free, sugar free, fat free, cholesterol free, nut free, halal, low carb, contain a bunch of vitamin C and a little calcium, and best of all EXTREMELY LOW CAL
There r at least 7 flavors (watermelon, apple, blueberry, peach, lychee, mango, and grape [the grape isn't American artificial grape where it taste more purple than fruity]), they r fairly cheap (especially if there r deals at the market), u can find them at ur local Asian market (I got mine at HMart and I think I got them for like $21 or $28 USD for 14 pouches) or Amazon (def more pricey)
Some of them taste exactly like the fruit while others don't rly but they r still rly good
Make sure when u drink it u shake it up real good, maybe even massage it a bit so u get bits of jelly rather than drinking all the juice and struggling to get the jelly out (I mean ig u could drink the juice and cut it open and eat the jelly with a spoon?) and they r best cold
I rly rly hope all of u who want them can find them bc they r SO AMAZING

I'm back, in order to fully commit to my ana I need to be honest. I've been relapsing with my stress eating and binging disorder, I'll eat and eat till I'm sick and can't move but won't get rid of it. I've been doing that these past couple of months and was to scared to weigh myself its safe to say I'm above 275. How did I get that heavy why did I let myself do that idfk but I do know even without ana I wouldn't wanna be this way but yk ana is the extreme so I'm making it a priority.
My Goals:
Workout at least 3 or 4 times a week and keep track.
Drink only water with powers no diet sodas no low cals just water with low cal flavors.
No extra sweets. I get I a day and it has to be small like a mini reeses or something.
Cesar salad WITH dressing 3 or 4 times a week for dinner. Along with that omad. And fasting for the 3 days I don't have salad.
Only wear baggy clothing and make sure to sweat to get all that extra water weight off.
Journal everything.
Calorie track as best as possible.
Sleep at night or if I won't sleep do laps or quiet work puts.
If I binge take lax or purge. But don't give up.
If I do HAVE to eat for health reasons or bc of family/events no more than 500 cals and it has to be tracked.
Only protein, fiber or water filled foods. Nothing overly fatty or greasey. If I'm craving salt: salted cucumbers if I want sweet: put a dash of sugar on a peice of watery fruit.
But most of all:

Dring this religiously, iced water with 2 packets of flavoring = 10cals and last me a long time. I'm eating less and less which is good since my binging got so bad I'm at my highest weight now I'm getting my ana back in control and not giving up that and yk it's a disorder that doesn't just go away
