Been thinking about how the new Superman movie did a really good job of giving Clark interests beyond “Truth, Justice, and a Better Tomorrow.” He likes pop punk rock. His favorite meal is breakfast for dinner. Clark does a little dance when he gets the front cover byline. He likes to doom-scroll. Unclear if he’s a dog guy. His girlfriend makes him hot cocoa when he’s sad. So often Superman in film has zero personality beyond tortured alien that must guide humanity. Giving him these small details made the character feel so much more real. He really is just a guy doing his best.

Explanation

Selina was implied to be late teens in Catwoman Year One which goes side by side with Batman Year One

I immediately mark Dick's age as 12 since it's a good middle ground for Tim's age who for sure won't change and Babs who is back to presumably older

I don't really remember Batgirl Year One but I think Babs already graduated and looking for work while her original origin she's already working as a librarian

Either way it will place her age as 25 when she debuted as Batgirl because of the library science degree requirement

Babs graduated early and about 17-18 in year one

Dinah's age of 19 was told to me as her age when she joined Justice League and she was supposed to have a huge age gap with Ollie

Anyway she trained Babs in Year One which implied she's older so I marked her as at least one year older than Babs and lessened the age gap between her and Ollie who's 40 when Wally turned 20

Vic Stone was a high school senior when he became Justice League which conveniently set him as 18 before and after suspended animation which will later grow to 20 during the year of new titans

I don't remember if he's among the older or younger to Dick but this would be his new age because they have to go all New 52 on him

Talia's original age was 19 but it is also implied that she's older because of the Lazarus pit

However according to Batman Inc her parents met during the hippie era meaning she's not a hundred years old like Ra's

So I gave her the range of a medical student years which was what she did when she met Batman

Ra's himself was born near the time of the crusade and already had his son the white ghost while the crusade was happening

Duke

We don't talk about Duke's placement in the timeline until we reach book 4
