Loved this part of the game. Squall bearing his feelings to Rinoa is part of him gradually opening up. Too bad Rinoa was unconscious the whole time. It would've been great if she woke up around that time or reveal that she heard everything in the game and tease him about it.

As for what everyone else was doing? Surely he will find out later, right? 😉

[RANDOM FANFICTION SPOTLIGHT] Us

This time, the spotlight is on Us.

This is a story I am particularly proud of. After the challenge in 2012, when I wrote my first stories in English, I had another bout of inspiration for this story. Everything started with the scene in Dollet and the family tree, and the rest of the story was built around that.

It was written in 2013, and today it's still the most successful story I ever wrote, in terms of hits, bookmarks, favorites, kudos.

one of the most daunting things about creating longer fanfics is the initial one-day-one-night boost of writing wearing off and then forcing yourself to return to this threateningly sizable draft in increasingly sparse intervals and getting stuck proofreading and nothing progresses and the later chapter ideas you wrote down lose their spark and become insurmountable and the exciting ideas you spun on loop in your head at first are gone and dispersed
