You know how the human brain comes with no operating manual? No one teaches us how to deal with our feelings or hard situations or trauma. Why not?? We spend months teaching kids stupid shit in school. Why don't we have a brain class? That would be so cool, teaching kids how to deal with themselves and others.

I need to remind myself that everything negative that ever happened before has passed. I can also get through this.
I have to remind myself that I shouldn't block my feelings and that whatever it is that I'm feeling, It will pass. Than, I can focus on my thoughts.
Trauma healing takes time. Anxiety healing takes time. Depression healing takes time. I'm on the way to get better. No matter how small my steps are, I'm moving forward. I'm proud of myself and you should be proud of yourself too. The way is never smooth. It has ups and downs and that is normal. You will have good days and bad days and bad days don't mean that you're going backwards, bad days mean you are still on the way. That's what is matters.

Third day of the 7th week. Like usual, I feel kind of bad in the morning.
The other day I completed some goals.
Completed goals:
Drink 10 glasses of water ✅
Get your vitamins ✅
Go outside and get yourself some ice cream ✅
Download a good movie to watch with your cousin ✅
Make yourself ice coffee in your most beautiful cup ✅
New goals:
Read for your project homework
Sleep at 1 am (slowly on my way to 11pm)
Go get yourself new vitamins from your doctor

Mental health journal #1
This is the second day of the 7th week. This is kind of a bad day for me. I've been crying. But I know for sure that this will pass. I had bad moments, days like this before. And they all passed. Everything will be ok. I can't feel like it right now but I know it. That's more than enough for today. Tomorrow will be better.
Completed goals:
Drink 10 glasses of water ✅
Drink tea to help fall asleep ✅
Eat noodles ✅
Listen to asmr to calm yourself ✅
Next goals:
Go outside and get yourself some ice cream

Self-soothing tips...🤍🍜☕
I personally find it quite useful to hug my hot water bag whenever I feel anxious and uneasy. Life is a lot more easier to handle when you are warm.
