When Padme tells Anakin she is pregnant, there is a non-zero chance that he has no idea how babies were made. Completely in shock, confused how it happened to Padme. I do not trust the Jedi order to have proper sex ed one bit.

He didn’t even have a dad, Anakin was a force caused Virgin birth. He might think the force impregnates all women like his mother. Just on its own whim. He might’ve not even realized the force part of what happened to his mom, Anakin could’ve grown up thinking woman just got pregnant randomly.
