Halloween (October) Goals
I had a rough end to September, but I’m trying to get back in the swing of things.
-keep drinking at least 1gal of water daily
-get to the gym at least 3days/week
-stop emotional eating
-work on sticking to my grocery budget
-eat cleaner and start tracking calories
-don’t gain more fat mass

Today was my first day going to the gym since my grandmother passed away. I thought it would be easier, but I almost started bawling when I saw some of the elderly women working out. Like I wish I could have helped her with physical therapy or something. I just feel like crap and miss my Nana.

Fbf to my pregger self. I looked like I was better shape at 35weeks pregnant than now, and I weigh the same! I still got stretch marks and gained exactly 30lb. Getting pregnant was what made me start trying to take care of my health.

I was over 135 at the beginning of August. I’ve been eating nothing but junk food since Friday and I started my period yesterday, but still about a 3lb loss in 6ish weeks. Slow and steady.

September goals
I think I dropped one or two lbs last month! Idk for sure until it stays off.
-one gal water daily (+ whatever else)
-clean eating within my calorie goal EVERYday except the 12th (bfs work picnic), 20th, and 27th will be cheat days.
-gym 3+x/wk and up weight on all my lifts
-talk to my coach about nutrition.
-not gain weight

August Goals
I haven’t really been able to think of any realistic goals for this month, so I’m gonna go with some super simple ones.
-Drink a gallon of water a day. (+ whatever else)
-Log all my food and exercise.
-Try a 50c/30p/20f macro split
-Keep going to the gym 3-4 days a week.
-Not gain weight. Losing 1-2lb would be cool, but I’m not gonna beat myself up if it doesn’t happen.
