Careful of the ones that stay in your energy knowing they should not be there! They may push the narrative of a special connection or you may even push it on yourself! These are obsessive, intrusive, possibly abusive people with no respect for personal boundaries.
They are looking to fill a void for their existence by not letting others go, be free and make their own decisions. Usually, what you have here is highly destructive personalities looking for someone else to blame for their lack of empathy and common sense. Love yourself first and may you be truly and honestly protected! 🙏

P. S. People can make mistakes or find themselves in situations by accident. But not all people are like that. If you ask them to leave and you see them try, you will both be free of this within a small period of time (possibly even the same day). If they don't let you go, it's because they don't want to, and that does not mean that they love you or they are infatuated with you. Some people are just looking for victims...
Within the words of protection, may there be realizations necessary for the growth of all.

Your mind during meditation
So, almost every teacher explains the whole thing regarding being distracted by your mind during meditation!
This is a very common question and thought between all meditators and it often stresses people out!
But do not fear and do not feel unaccomplished! This is all part of the process!
I will be posting more videos on this subject, but the one attached below is highly recommended!
Please do check it out, and do not get discouraged by your mind appearing all the time.

Mooji takes questions from the audience as usual and tries to clear the core point of the exercise- meant for the ultimate self-realisation.

MEDITATION ALERT 😊📣 (updated post)
These are some suggestions for meditation practices. (These are all free of course)
So, first the "Miracle of the Mind" free app from Sadhguru. I highly recommend this app if you want to keep the practice short for some reason. BUT, Isha Kriya (the last video attached below) is also extremely good! Both of them changed my life, and I am sincerely thankful!
I have also included two meditation sessions with Mooji. Just be, pay attention to the natural sense of awareness, and know you are not your body, mind, or personhood that arises. This helps and urges you to be present now and hold your attention to the awareness, to your natural feeling that you exist, to your energetic "body". This is very valuable stuff! (You can also watch Mooji's content on YouTube and get the idea of self-realization and his teachings.) The first meditation is the video above. The second one, which is my personal favorite is this:

Finally, I have tried and consistently practiced all the above. I would not have suggested them if I had not. I still use the Miracle of the Mind every single day since it was launched this year.
I am also doing other practices, but I cannot include them, since I have been initiated into them through paid programs.
These videos are a great and legitimate start if you want to begin meditation!
And remember, never forget to ground yourself! 🙏
IMPORTANT TIP: Breathing correctly is also very important! Please also search for diaphragmatic breathing on Youtube, Google etc. Just learn how to breathe from your diaphragm, and slowly you will be doing it more often naturally! I find that this breathing helps IMMENSELY for grounding (I highly recommend it!) Try this breathing when you do the Sadhguru's practices suggested above-its very helpful.
