whereabouts of february 16, 2024 🪥
low energy again today—i trace that back to my shifted sleep schedule. i love early mornings anyway, so i’ll get my circadian rhythm back on track <3 i’m not being too hard on myself though bc i know i needed more rest after the rough day i had yesterday :)
i wasn’t as productive today but i still made assignment progress because of my study systems—3 designated time blocks a day with the 5 minute rule. that’s what these systems are for!

planning my habits for the week
i believe so much in decision fatigue,, so i wanted to make this week as easy as possible for myself, i'm recovering from being sick at the end of last week.
morning stretch i do the same routine every day,, and its become a super consistent habit. i like to keep it on my habit list to make sure i don't get distracted by other things, though.
study time english learner portfolio CT2B, activity pages for english learner portfolio (creative task), english speech activity and homework, spanish ep, sehs glossary and learning doc, sehs workbook DUE MAY 16, abc training coursework, maths practice questions DUE MONDAY
daily physical activity sun, upper body strength circuit mon, go for a walk tue, grit training wed, follow a yoga or pilates video thu, grit training fri, upper body circuit sat, hike or long walk
practice a hobby writing, blogging, making paper aeroplanes/origami

: ̗̀➛ soared through my training hike his morning, twenty km's wow!
: ̗̀➛ lots of story planning today,, need to remember to do everything mindfully and take breaks!
