please don't eat ultra processed junk.
you're over here so desperate to lose weight, so why do you still even think about that sh1t? it's so high in calories and literally designed to make you unsatisfied and consume it excessively. and the huge amounts of sugar?? they can get you addicted, which all spirals into you bingeing it and still being the f4t pig you are.
and if you avoid it, you'll get less and less addicted to sugar and so you'll crave it less, eat it less, and weight less. it'll be less satisfying the next time you'll eat that sugary 'food' and crave more of the actual real food that isn't going to make you look like how you do rn.. 馃拃

Wieiad as someone who lives off of snacks
breakfast - skipped
lunch - banana protein yogurt pouch
snack - apple
dinner - feta salad, cauliflower, rice, champignon sauce
I think I did well today! I am planning on pulling an all nighter tmrw w snacks and all so I'll prob hit abt 3000 cal (we'll eat fries for dinner, I'll try to make my portion as small as possible) but it'll just count as a metab day 鈽衡樅 and I'll go and exercise the whole day and only eat in the evening too. Today was prob around 650 cal? The sauce could've made it higher in cal but the bowl of rice was really small and the feta salad was like 3 tbsp so it's pretty accurate.
