I've Been on a Little Break
And man am I feeling it!!
Can't wake up without feeling pukey and slow... and soooo out of shape it's starting to wear away at me. Like for real I feel sick every day, my stomach feels wonky and my head has at least a slight headache errrryday, sometimes it turns to a migraine...
I really want a fitbit so I can start with baby steps to get back on track. Upping the steppage day by day. Also get my stomach back on track, by eating well..
I know eating well is most important. You are what you eat afterall. The saying is true. Your body processes the nutrients from the food you put into it to rebuild itself.
So here we go, I'm on a mission to have my health put back in check... i ordered some probiotics ti get my gut started in the right direction.
I don't know how my body broke down so hard, when i see so many others not taking care of themselves and they seem to be in fine health.

FabFitFun
I just signed up for this subscription box! I got 40% off the Fall editors box... and I was going to cancel right after this box, but I'm going to try to set aside the money throughout each season so I can keep it, it seems really exciting and fun. I haven't gotten my box yet but I can't wait!
And I don't know what the difference is between the regular season box and the editors box but it's supposed to have 200$+ worth of fun stuff in it for 30$ (after the 40%) but after that it's 50$/season... I'm at least going to stick around for the winter box and see what that's all about before I consider to cancel... anyone else do subscription boxes? What's a good one, this one is a little pricey but hopefully I likes it. I can't wait to find out what it's all about!
There's also fabfitfun tv which has workouts and cooking videos that I haven't tried yet

Still off the program
But I'll be back at it soooon!!!!
The negative effects are starting to take over and with winter coming on quickly I don't know how I'll make it... just a 30 minute workout 3 days a week at least Is all I need... I'd really like to be at it 5-7 days a wk, but I'd rather take baby steps starting back up into it. Unless I jump into the 21 day fix... that is a 7 day a week program and it really gets you back into the habit.

Taking a Break from the Program
Big Surprise huh?!
I need to get my life in order. My habitat is completely dysfunctional, unorganized and just a downright MESS! It's killing me! My anxiety and depression are getting so bad that even trying to start a Workout is a huge struggle. And if I do get started, powering through it sucks and def. not going to my potential. And though I know that just getting through it is good for me, I'm still deciding to clean up my life a bit before starting a new program. To get a fresh, happier start with a better mindset.
So. Today I'm drinking my energize and getting started with operation : Organize My Habitat. 'THIS AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN IN A DAY!' So, as soon as I get things in somewhat order, I'll start a new program. What should it be? I have the Beachbody on demand app on my fire stick. Which, if ya dont know, is a 'library' of at home workout videos on my t.v. I am thinking maybe I'll start the 21 Day Fix, which is what I started with and the only program that I've actually completed 😳 but that is an everyday program, I really like this last one I just did with three rest days out of 7. But maybe I need an everyday workout to get me back on track? I'm not sure but you know I'll be here posting when I do I'll probably be posting my achievements through my house what a mess I am. I've got to change this

Coffee @739pm
That is what I'm doing.
I don't know why but I just can't get up and move man! I put off my work out all day today, I even took a nap! What the hell?!
I have sooo much to do my home is in shambles. I was thinking maybe if I could get things in order and organized (a constant struggle for me) then maybe it would give me more energy and therefore be more productive. I know it would make me feel better. I just don't ever possess the energy to get it all done! Or begin for that matter.
So I'm having coffee. In hopes of accomplishing something. Whether that be getting something cleaned up and organized, or working out. I've been slacking but did get it in yesterday! Thankfully. 1st time in 6 days. THIS.MUST.STOP. no more slacking!
If I can get all the food that I need to get in my body, I know my energy levels will be up. But I just don't have it in me to eat that much.
I'm having terrible anxiety. There are 3 things that i could be doing right now but I blew them all off, to do absolutely nothing, and sit at home all alone. I took a nap, woke up. Now drinking coffee and typing/speaking this out.
:(

DRINK WATER
1 Gallon a Day is the Goal.
another thing I've been slacking on lately.
Coming from someone who has, at one time, drank 1Gal/day. I've noticed that this has helped with headaches/migraines, feel a ton better everyday and improve my skin conditions. And those are just examples of what I personally noticed, and I'm usually pretty oblivious to things.
Your body needs water so drink up as often as you can.
So if you're slacking on workouts and eating pretty crappy lately, try drinking more H2o, it's easiest to do. That'll help flush out all the toxins from the slackage.
So ideally, Go get a gallon of spring water and chug as much as you can whenever you get a second. If you're up for more, get some good non processed natural foods and cook up something nice for yourself, wake up early the next morning and get a workout in. There's no way you'll regret it and your body will thank you for it. If you continue on consistently you'll notice some huge life improvements.
I was once there, but I fell off and now I'm working on making it a lifestyle.
If you want help getting started message me! I'm here to help.💜💋

So crappy. I haven't worked out for awhile, I'm trying to follow a program and that's not cool.
I've been skipping around on this program and it builds you up so you can move onto the next week's workout and skipping will just put me behind, I'm thinking? SO maybe I should go back a week? Or move ahead? But I'm not going to sit here and tell you all my excuses for skipping days and what not, cuz they are just that, excuses. I need to start showing up to my workouts get this s*** done. Trying to make it a lifestyle and when you haven't worked out in 5 days that's not going to work. I've found getting it in first thing works best for me. Get my caffeine going, right away and get it over with and you don't have to worry about it, and it being done so early it's kinda like it never even happened.
Tomorrow, back to it. For Sure. I really like liift4, I like the results and the 3 off days per week.. But I can't maintain... I was thinning maybe try something else, but Monday is usually mostly laying down lifting on the ground and that's my fave!

Moving Forward ⏭
To getting in Week4 Day1 today, after a bad week (skipping Friday and Last Monday), starting this Monday off right.
I've found that's what works best for me, not falling behind if I skip a workout, but just actually skipping it. And staying up to date.
I even got a compliment 'nice guns'😆 from a stranger while working over the weekend. So I take that as progress!
This workout was good, love that there was no hiit today, my arms were really shaking the whole time as I moved from 20s down to 5s. I did push ups against the wall, still a struggle. Loved the ab workout today I was really feeling my abs under there! Good stuff.
If you're struggling making the time, don't give up, get it in when you can somehow, schedule in the time and make it a priority, there's no way you'll regret it.

Getting ready to work out. Having my pre-workout. Sitting in a semi dark basement. I don't want to and I have so much other stuff I can be doing. But I need to for myself.

Bahhhh
So, after a weekend full of fun and 2 rest days , I haven't been able to bring myself to Workout! Yesterday was supposed to be the start of week 3... but I have hit a depression or something.
All I wanna do is lay around and do nothing.
Lame. I know.
I'm not taking energize or anything, if I did I feel I should clean my house. But I know I need the workouts to get over this slump I've fallen into. Ugggh. Just don't wanna.
So should I do week3day 1 or just skip that and do day 2 to stay caught up? I do not know.....

Don't wanna do it.
I'm starting to feel good, notice a difference all over BUT this is just the beginning, and if I break it now and fall out of my schedule, I may put it off again and again and again. And fall back to where I was, feeling horrible. It's still a little hard for me to move, and I do want to sleep all the time. I am just starting to build up an appetite, whereas before I was not hungry and I had to force myself to eat food.
So yeah I put it off I had a couple things to do and I slept in of course, so I just put off my workout and I'm about to do it now I'm having my pre-workout waiting for the bus it's only about 30 minute workout. So I'm about to get it in now . week 2 day 4 . LEGS - HIIT. UGGG leg day is the worst! Two days off after this yeah, so I got to work for those two days off I guess. Don't want to go back to being a crazy freak.
Didn't want to do it at all but this pre-workout is helping so much

Where is My Mind
That's how I feel today.... I don't know what I'm doing I just like to sleep. But I got my ass out of bed, having my Pre-Workout and sitting in the middle of my workout spot.
I think once I start fueling myself with good foods hopefully my mind will return and I can get organized and be a bit more like a functioning human being, instead of being so blah all the time.
AnYHow... it's week 2 day 3 shoulders liift intervals, I am watching it play while I drinks the rest of my energize.

Pre-workout Thoughts. So I was working while drinking my pre-workout today. My printer f***** up. Which took me like an hour to print something out decent enough to work. Looks like I need a new printer. I like my pre-workout to be the strongest it can while working out so looks like I'm going to have to have another scoop... Anyway, my mentality was horrible when I restarted this program. My friend was just coming out of a coma, I hadn't worked out in a while... (working out helps my mentality. So much when done consistently, it can get bad and it keeps me pretty regular when I workout and eat well consistently) So I knew I had to start, I didn't want to (lazy ass) but I've felt all the benefits before and couldn't bare feeling so paralyzed in the world or like there was impending doom lingering all around me. I'm starting to come out of it, but bah... Didn't expect to go on like that but there it is. So I'm having another half scoop of the drink. Starting up week2day2 of liift4. Can't wait to make it a lifestyle again and live my best life.
