EXAMS ARE COMING UP AAAAAAHH
I'll actually be working more shifts at my job during the exam-period though, just to get a break from all the studying I'll be doing at home. Also, it's a 5 km bike ride, so I also burn a lot more calories. 🤭🤭

I'm honestly so fcking sick and tired of my mom. She claims she 'wants me to get better' (no she doesn't she just doesn't wanna deal with a sick daughter...), yet when I take ONE ice cream from the fridge as a cheat meal she says: 'no don't eat that, than there won't be enough for everyone else!' like WHEN DO I MATTER????

Please can you help me? I have literally tried everything to loose weight and nothing is working. If I stop eating it doesn't last long and then I binge. Please can you help me?
Hi !! Something that has really worked for me is creating habits. So instead of going from lets say 2000 cals to 500 cals all of the sudden, maybe try skipping one snack or something. When this starts becoming a habit (you do it subconsciously, without really thinking too much about it) you can cut back on another thing, and repeat this until you've reached a calorie deficit. I also maybe recommend getting professional help if the binging gets too bad. I don't really know anything about binging, but I do know it's not something you should be ashamed off, but rather something you're willing to improve. And most of all: keep your mind off of food. You're so much more than what you eat; your personality, your social circle, your style, the music you listen to. Those are all things that you can focus on instead of obsessively dieting. When you start appreciating those things more, a lot of stress will be taken off your diet. Luv ya, good luck with the weight loss!! 💗🔥

Diet
I know I've made like... 2 diet posts already, but the weight loss is going too slow imo. My next hospital appointment is 13-03, and I can't afford to embarrass myself by not having lost any weight. So here's the plan FR this time !! No breakfast, absolutely not. Also no lunch, no matter where I am at the time. No snacks either, they don't fill me up at all and it's honestly such a waste of calories. One plate of whatever dinner my mom cooks. Yeah that's basically it. I'm kinda broke though, so I'm only gonna do like 4 cans of energy daily (used to do 13, but my bank account...). I'm also just gonna keep smoking my regular 5 cigarettes a day, I'm not that heavy of a smoker.

It literally doesn't even matter if my mom tries to fatten me up, I'm still a sentient living being, I control my own body and actions, and no one is holding a gun to my head saying I have to eat whatever my family offers me.
