BEST 40 CALL COFFEEE RECIPEE
2 shots of espresso-10 cal
2tsp of monkfruit sweetener- 0 cal
1/2 a cup of oat milk- 30 cal(unless you use a different brand then it may be more)
3 tablespoons of sugar free syrup -0 cal
I like my coffee iced so i put all of this in a cup of ice but it’s good hot too!!

tips: i know it can be hard to restrict when food is all you think about but if you pick up some hobbies it really helps pass the time!
for ex: painting, reading(i can post some good books), drawing, learn a new instrument, writing in a jornal, hiking/jogging/ walking, gardening, movie reviewing, or hangout with friends/family
