Blinkie.World preview!

Here is a preview of Blinkie.world, my blinkie collecton site! The goal here is to collect every blinkie on earth (but only if they're free to use, and can be credited). They're all sorted into these color pages, and also sorted into tons of sub categories on other pages (like food, animals, holidays, etc etc). This is what some of the color pages look like now! Once I have at least 300 blinkies in each color, then I'll consider the site full enough to go live! I'm aiming to get it online by Art Fight (aka by July this year).

Do note that this isn't actually an accurate representation of how many I have. I have thousands more than this! I just have to code them all in. It's not as quick as just an image tag and a link, because it also needs to be named, linked to it's source, tagged so I know what categories they're in, have a link to a screenshot that proves who the creator is and their terms (in case the credit link dies one day), have alt text, and have hover text which says the creator and a description of what the blinkie says! So, it's not like this:

And that's for every blinkie! You can probably see how this is so time consuming, but I think it's worth it. I've never seen a blinkie collection with 6,000+ blinkies, much less every single one credited, and even less sorted into dozens of categories! It's like I have a blinkie for everything, while also knowing the creator of each, and being able to easily search for a specific one via the sorting system! It's especially good for helping others find blinkies, and helping people get the sources for blinkies they already have! It's also great for finding blinkies to use for your ocs (which is my initial reason for doing this).

I'm very excited about this. I really think this could be a very fun resource for people, and that aside, I just really like having so many in my possession. I love to see them. I even have blinkies that I've downloaded before they were deleted off the internet! That's very exciting to me. I have blinkies that are straight up lost media, and I'm happy to be able to preserve them.

Of course as I said, it's going to take forever to add them all, but I'm chipping away at it. I shall not be stopped! Also, if you want a blinkie in any of these screenshots above, just let me know! I'll get it and it's source for you, easy peasy! I'll post more screenshots as significant progress is made, but for now, it's back to downloading blinkies!

This tool is optional. No one is required to use it, but it's here if you want to know which of your AO3 fics were scraped. Locked works were not 100% protected from this scrape. Currently, I don't know of any next steps you should be taking, so this is all informational.

Most people should use this link to check if they were included in the March 2025 AO3 scrape. This will show up to 2,000 scraped works for most usernames.

Or you can use this version, which is slower but does a better job if your username is a common word. This version also lets you look up works by work ID number, which is useful if you're looking for an orphaned or anonymous fic.

If you have more than 2,000 published works, first off, I am jealous of your motivation to write that much. But second, that won't display right on the public version of the tools. You can send me an ask (preferred) or DM (if you need to) to have me do a custom search for you if you have more than 2,000 total works under 1 username. If you send an ask off-anon asking me to search a name, I'll assume you want a private answer.

In case this post breaches containment: this is a tool that only has access to the work IDs, titles, author names, chapter counts, and hit counts of the scraped fics for this most recent scrape by nyuuzyou discovered in April 2025. There is no other work data in this tool. This never had the content of your works loaded to it, only info to help you check if your works were scraped. If you need additional metadata, I can search my offline copy for you if you share a work ID number and tell me what data you're looking for. I will never search the full work text for anyone, but I can check things like word counts and tags.

Please come yell if the tool stops working, and I'll fix as fast as I can. It's slow as hell, but it does load eventually. Give it up to 10 minutes, and if it seems down after that, please alert me via ask! Anons are on if you're shy. The link at the top is faster and handles most users well.

On mobile, enable screen rotation and turn your phone sideways. It's a litttttle easier to use like that. It works better if you can use desktop.

Some FAQs below the cut:

"What do I need to do now?": At this time, the main place where this dataset was shared is disabled. As far as I'm aware, you don't need to do anything, but I'll update if I hear otherwise. If you're worried about getting scraped again, locking your fics to users only is NOT a guarantee, but it's a little extra protection. There are methods that can protect you more, but those will come at a cost of hiding your works from more potential readers as well.

"I know AO3 will be scraped again, and I'm willing to put a silly amount of effort into making my fics unusable for AI!": Excellent, stick around here. I'm currently trying to keep up with anyone working on solutions to poison our AO3 fics, and I will be reblogging information about doing this as I come across it.

"I want my fics to be unusable for AI, but I wanna be lazy about it.": You're so real for that, bestie. It may take awhile, but I'm on the lookout for data poisoning methods that require less effort, and I will boost posts regarding that once I find anything reputable.

"I don't want to know!": This tool is 100% optional. If you don't want to know, simply don't click the link. You are totally welcome to block me if it makes you feel more comfortable.

"Can I see the exact content they scraped?": Nope, not through me. I don't have the time to vet every single person to make sure they are who they say they are, and I don't want to risk giving a scraped copy of your fic to anyone else. If you really want to see this, you can find the info out there still and look it up yourself, but I can't be the one to do it for you.

"Are locked fics safe?": Not safe, but so far, it appears that locked fics were scraped less often than public fics. The only fics I haven't seen scraped as of right now are fics in unrevealed collections, which even logged-in users can't view without permission from the owner.

"My work wasn't a fic. It was an image/video/podfic.": You're safe! All the scrape got was stuff like the tags you used and your title and author name. The work content itself is a blank gap based on the samples I've checked.

"It's slow.": Unfortunately, a 13 million row data dashboard is going to be on the slow side. I think I've done everything I can to speed it up, but it may still take up to 10 minutes to load if you use the second link. It's faster if you can use desktop or the first link, but it should work on your phone too.

"My fic isn't there.": The cut-off date is around February 15th, 2025 for oneshots, but chapters posted up to March 21st, 2025 have been found in the data so far. I had to remove a few works from the dataset because the data was all skrungly and breaking my tool. (The few fics I removed were NOT in English.) Otherwise, from what I can tell so far, the scraper's code just... wasn't very good, so most likely, your fic was missed by random chance.

Thanks to everyone who helped with the cost to host the tool! I appreciate you so so so much. As of this edit, I've received more donations than what I paid to make this tool so you do NOT need to keep sending money. (But I super appreciate everyone who did help fund this! I just wanna make sure we all know it's all paid for now, so if you send any more that's just going to my savings to fix the electrical problems with my house. I don't have any more costs to support for this project right now.)

Saving My Fanfiction Work

First. Side note: This post was only intended to give resources to fanfiction writers and enjoyers. My talk on recent political events was a context/reasoning on why I made this post. Also I’ve had to add more information to this post over time due to people’s confusion in my comments. Explaining it was to make sure that this post didn’t come off as out of the blue for my followers and this community. Which is fanfiction.

Also, why I made this post was from people asking if they could download my fanfiction because of the recent political events in America hence why I named it “saving my fanfiction work” and added my context. So this was also a post to tell people that liked my fanfiction they could download it as long as it was for their personal collection. I merely just wanted to list resources to people who wanted to download fanfiction and don’t know where to start or don’t have the immediate resources. I’m not here to fear-monger. I am just giving resources and the reasoning on why I’m giving them along with urging people to look into those information/recent events as staying aware is important. I respect everybody who’s given their opinion and yes, some of my grammar in this post is not adequate as this post was merely made for giving/stating resources.

However, like many others, gofundme has now deleted his account and stopped the pending transfers of the donations made for him. He has lost $80,000 that could have helped him afford food, medicine, and shelter for his family.

Food prices are unaffordable in Gaza due to Israel’s aid blockade that has now been in place for over 3 months. Mohiy is struggling to find food for his family, and his elderly mother is suffering from starvation.

You knew the minute Satoru stepped into the bedroom that he was not happy.

Even with the blindfold on, the frown on his half-exposed face made his displeasure obvious from the doorway. He pulls down the blindfold with one hand, brilliant blue eyes piercing straight into your soul. If you were anyone else, you'd be afraid of his deathly cold stare. But because you two have been dating for a while now, you knew him well. Right now, your boyfriend is just being dramatic.

"What the hell is this?" Satoru says, glaring at the smiling plushie in your arms. "You're cheating on me in our own home?"

You smile, hugging the plushie tightly to your chest. "It's Cinnamoroll!"

Satoru eyes the Cinnamoroll plushie in your arms with disdain, as if he's contemplating which cursed technique would be best for eliminating him. The entire shared bedroom has been filled to the brim with Cinnamoroll plushies of varying sizes. "Did you really have to bring your whole collection when you moved in?"

"Of course!" you exclaim, offended at the very notion of abandoning your precious collection. You tilt your head, resting your cheek against the top of Cinnamoroll's head. The plushie sinks at the pressure, squishing against your face cutely. "I could never abandon my first love."

Satoru frowns. "So you're not even trying to deny it?"

The Cinnamoroll in your arms has a smug expression on its face with its eyes closed, its w-shaped mouth, and the little blush on each cheek. You can tell it's bothering Satoru. You decide you want to tease him. You squeeze it gently, bringing your knees up to your chest, curling closer to Cinnamoroll as if he's your lover. You bat your eyelashes at Satoru in a faux show of innocence. "What? Are you jealous?"

"Yes!" Satoru replies, admitting his irritation readily. He snatches one of the Cinnamorolls off the dresser with one hand, choking it by the neck. The Cinnamoroll plush is unaffected of course, smiling blissfully at Satoru with blue eyes similar to his. He waves the plushie around. "What does he have that I don't?"

"Hm," you hum, pretending to think for a short moment. "He's cute, energetic, cheerful—"

"Oi oi oi." Satoru clicks his tongue, tossing the plushie aside onto the floor. He strides over to you, resting one knee on the mattress and one hand on the headboard of the bed. He leans closer, towering over you, tall and gangly and all-encompassing. "I have all of those traits and more! I have blue eyes and white hair. I'm rich, handsome, tall—"

"Annoying," you interrupt, poking Satoru in the cheek for every item you add to his list. "Jealous, workaholic, yapper, bully, mean—"

"These are lies," Satoru says, kicking off the other Cinnamorolls from the bed as he moves even closer, fully caging you against the headboard. "Slander, even. I demand a lawyer."

"Hey! Don't hurt him!"

A little growl escapes from Satoru's throat, dark and foreboding. "Don't show affection for him!"

He tries to grab the Cinnamoroll plushie out of your arms. You wiggle to the left and to the right, curling up protectively around the plushie like an armadillo. "No! He's mine!"

"Ugh, break up with him already! It's just a stupid bunny," Satoru whines.

You gasp. "He's a dog! Get it right."

"That's clearly a bunny—Wait, I don't care what he is!" His chest bumps into your knees, the loose fabric of his shirt brushing against your legs. "You're mine, not his!"

You giggle. "You're so dramatic, Toru, getting all pouty and worked up over 'a stupid bunny' like you said."

"I am not pouting."

"You are definitely pouting."

Satoru stays silent for a moment, eyeing you like a stubborn, angry cat who has yet to be fed a good meal. Suddenly, he grabs your calves and drags your legs outwards, sliding you down the bed. You squeal at the sudden motion, powerless as Satoru grabs the plushie from your arms and carelessly throws it behind him. He lays on top of you with his full weight, his head resting on your chest and his arms snaking their way around your waist. "You're only allowed to cuddle with me like that."

You laugh, petting his soft white hair. You drag your fingertips across his undercut, the sensation pleasant against your skin. "You're so petty."

He tilts his head up, looking up at you all cute and needy and clingy. "It's not petty to want my girlfriend for myself. Stop cheating on me."

You roll your eyes. "It's not cheating."

"Yes it is! I'm gonna burn all of them tomorrow—"

You grab his cheeks, pinching him. "Don't you dare! I'll kill you."

"Owieeeee," Satoru whines. "You're so mean to me."

You let go, gently caressing the area you pinched. He leans into your hand, your touch. You sigh and shake your head with a smile, wondering how you landed yourself such a pathetic man. "I only keep Cinnamoroll for when you're not around, alright? He's my side piece."

"Well, I'm here now," Satoru huffs, burying his face in your chest. "So I don't want to see him anywhere near you. You should only look at me."

"Okay, you big baby, I'll keep all my attention on you," you reply, hugging him. You take a second to notice his warmth, his weight. You close your eyes, appreciating the way he sinks into your body like he wants to be one with you, like he never wants to be away from you. Then, you open your eyes and smirk. "...For now."

Satoru glares at you. "I will burn those stupid plushies. Don't test me."

You laugh, loud and obnoxious. Satoru gaze softens. He squeezes you tightly, committing the sound of your laughter to memory. Silently, he makes a promise to make sure he's always around so you never have to rely on those damn plushies again. He'll never allow anyone to steal you away from him, even if he has to fight a dumb cartoon bunny to keep you to himself.

i first met raghad sometime in june after she messaged me here on tumblr. one of the first things she shared with me (besides her name lol) was this piece:

Cliff & Father Eugene refresher and timeline

I wanted to make a more proper introduction, for people that missed the first comics! 

I know it's hard to keep up in the fast paced internet, and investing in new characters and stories is difficult, but give it a go. Companies are sucking our souls away with engagement driven content and a great way to combat that is to connect genuinely with the creators who want to share their passions with you.

I also made a loose timeline below that you might be interested in!

Set in 1983 (...ish) London

Intros

Cliff is a raised catholic gay guy living in the outskirts of London who is struggling to find himself, he ran away from home as a teenager and did sex work to make a living. He moved back home for his mum after his dad killed himself, but still does sex work for the thrill. His mum has leant heavily on the church and alcohol after her husbands suicide. Cliff is reckless and impulsive, he drinks to excess, gets into fights, and generally cares very little for his wellbeing. The more dangerous something is the more it makes him feel alive.

Eugene is a closeted Irish catholic priest who’s recently been transferred to Cliffs local church. He has promised Cliff's mum that he’ll pay special attention to her son, who has lost his way. Eugene joined seminary as a young man to escape rural Irish life, and to try and bury his same sex attraction. He’s since come to terms with being gay, but tries his best to live in the closet to protect his position. Eugene is sensitive, softhearted, and more than a little fruity. He has few close friends and even less he sees regularly, and having a promiscuous young gay man in his parish is proving to be quite the challenge.

Their dynamic together:

Cliff sees a challenge in scandalising the priest at first, but is taken in by how genuine Eugene’s care for him is. He finds himself wanting to be better to impress him, and finds some reconciliation with the church after many bad experiences in catholic school. Mostly though he’s into Eugene, not God.

Eugene is secretly flattered to have drawn Cliffs attention. Being with Cliff makes him feel young again, and allows him to express his stifled sexuality without fear. He also sees how Cliff looks up to him, and thinks he can use that to nurture his potential and also help him become closer to God. He doesn’t account for how tempted he is to stray from the path himself.

I’m working on them roughly chronologically but I have skipped ahead sometimes, and there are gaps I’d like to fill. It doesn’t read like a complete linear story, but like a series of snippets.

I know a list with links isn't ideal, but it's the easiest way for me to be able to add things in as I go. Honestly though just going into their patreon collection or tumblr tag and scrolling from the bottom is a fine way to read it, and the story isn't going to be ruined by reading some bits out of order, but still I hope this timeline will be useful or interesting for some people. Snowsuit Pattern Pack for Toddlers (#109) & Infants (#110) - TØMMERAAS

there have been a lot of requests for more patterns for the snowsuit i posted back in march, so i decided to make what i'm calling a "pattern pack", a collection of swatches that are all patterns! if you would like the original snowsuit (which has solid colors along with a few patterns) you can download that here :)

the original snowsuit (x) is not required, but if you have both they will show up as the same CAS item, just with double the swatches! just like the original, this comes with two versions, one that hides the hair and one that shows the hair (with a hat chop) any hair that is short enough not to clip through the bottom and has proper hat chops will be compatible, otherwise you can always use the tighter-fit, no hair option :)
