Okay I wont get to work on this any longer tonight so imma just post this

So this morning I have realised some stuff about my Macaque home hc

So first of all you can see the human disguised Macaque with Bai He,

and so Bai He wasnt there or "planed into the house" three days ago, but I decided that, that just wont do, I want her with Macaque, so im going to have to go back and alter my original ideas so it would fit the concept of Bai He also living there with Macaque (I have quit a lot of ideas for that, but ill get to them when I have the time)

But its not the main reason I wanted to talk about this even with half finished ideas under constructuion in my head

The big thing you already saw the random old lady and the antic Store/shop, so its no suprise im going to talk about that a for a bit,,, not a lot tho cuz I dont really got the energy for this

Soo--- She does not have a name, but Ill work on that, shes not fully thougt out, but nothing really when it comes to my ideas and headcanons (its kinda like eating halfbaked dough)

so shes 73 years old divorced lady running a little antic shop in the outer cirkles of Megapolis. I was thinking maybe it was her who originally selled the whole building to Macaque and rented the free space under the dojo.

She has a daughter and a grandkid (didn't decide on gender yet)

Shes kinda inspired by @/ladygreenfrisbee's oc in the fanfiction sunbreak, a snarky but sweet old lady whos not taking any shit from the brooding, shadow the hedgehog wannabe.

When she was younger she worked in a Museum in Megapolis, working with antient historical artifacts and megical weapons, but she pretty much knew everything about anything in there, with history and old stories being one of her passions,

Thus after she retired she decided to open and antic store. Even tho its an antic store, she can be one of those people that you bring an old piece of furniture or object in and they can tell you if its legit or not. She is also willing to trade and buy stuff from you if its to her likings. She's fair and not a con artist, she has just enough money for herself and thats completely fine by her, shes a simple woman when it comes to living.

She has a ton of degrees, Dr. And Phd tytels and what nots, extreamly smart and knows a lot about history and mytology and different eras of the past, making it easier for her and Macaque to connect over old stuff.

Also I was thinking, even tho she couldnt tell that Macaque was the Six Eared Macaque himself, she knew that they were wearing glamours, She studied artifects and worked with demons who were experts on the field of magics and glamours, she knows her shit

And even tho She had a decent relationshipp with Macaque I dont think Macaque would willingly let her see his true form, maybe after he was very exhausted, and injured after a fight they couldnt hold it up and were like-- fuck it who cares (maybe it was after the final fight with LBD) and she obviously knew who they were imidietly seeing his Six ears (that even tho he let her see one time hé continued to glamour like he would usually, only letting go of their human disguise)

So after that she would start asking him a whole lot of questions about the past and what was it like, carefully avoiding the questions involving the great sage equal to heaven, cuz she knew what happend from jttw

But yeah Macaque found it funny how a child and an old lady are looking at him with similar shimmer to their eyes as they interrogate him on the past

She loves a good tea and has her own little blends that calm the nerves and ease muscle pain and stuff like that. After She and Macaque became more friendly with eachother she gifted them some tea that helps him fall asleep better and relax. Macaque checked them for poison twice and couldnt find anything, but still wasnt willing to drink from them until he had a very fucked up breakdown yippeee ✌️

After Macaque lived there for some years they somewhat warmed up to eachother, they would hold little tea paties and talk about stuff (annoying husbands and divorce) after Bai He started living with Macaque these tea parties increased in numbers, sometimes the ladys grandchild joining in when Grandma was watching over them, maybe they get along well with Bai He, maybe they had a rocky begining to their friendshipp, but they warmed up to eachother and now are pretty good friends (maybe, ill think about it more)

BUT!!! this was it for now its already 2:40 am and im waking up at 6:40 so even tho I have more to say ill be going now

I wanted Lasko to look super light and soft and cloud-like while also being kind of elegant?? He looks so poofy :D

I hc that he takes rlly RLLY great care of his hair, like- mans has a 23 step routine to keep it untangled and soft :))

The hair routine also helps him relax and de-stress after a long day

I also headcanon that he wears a lot of light, soft sweaters with a button up underneath for that academic soft boy look

In the Imperium AU, he got the scar across his eye from a wayward daemon who tried to attack him in the D.A.M.N. daemon haven.

He wears his hair tied back into a low pony tail to seem more 'professional', bc my mans is the ACADEMY PRESIDENT :D

Imp! Lasko wears a black suit with a white button up and either a red or light blue tie (gotta keep it professional when you're tormenting daemons and chasing after uninterested freelancers :|)

IDK why but whenever I imagine Damien (original timeline), its always with rlly short hair

idk I feel like if he had long hair, it would make him too warm around his neck and that'd make him uncomfortable and grumpy (well, more grumpy than he usually is anyway)

gotta keep the neck open for air flow (and easy access-)

I think he wears a lot of sleeveless clothes (tank tops, sleeveless hoodies, etc and shorts bc of the heat

Damien is a chronic khaki shorts wearer, I'M SORRY-

Imp! Damien is royalty so obvs gotta keep it professional

I feel like he would have other priorities than cutting his hair so it mostly just gets slicked back out of his face

The scar on his neck is from a failed assassination attempt (our boy damien stays livin', unlike Angel-)

I feel like he still wears sleeveless shirts but also wears a fur cape (like, one of those white ones with the black spots with the red velvet) which seems counter intuitive.

I am relieved to say that Imp! Damien doesn't wear khaki shorts :D silver linings, guys-

As indulgent as this was, I would still like to think this makes SOME sense lore wise? Perhaps the Hells began advancing on their automaton technology for the Blood War, leading to androids nearly indistinguishable from living people. Imagine the weird skin tech from DBH combining with magic and glamours - there’s gotta be some potential there

As for the horns, I wanted them to be kinda elegant - unnaturally pretty maybe - just like the androids in DBH. The LED would be replaced by glowing horn tips which can be broken off and filed down for the deviants that want to appear “normal”. I put a CyberLife symbol in its place simply cuz I was too lazy to find a way to make Connor still look recognizable otherwiselkfjdlsfds mb :,>

So what is Mr. X’s relationship with Luz Noceda? What did they do for each other? What kind of projects does Mr. X and his branch have in mind involving the Demon Realm and its Witches?

With a portal open, Mr X was able to figure out more about the demon realm and open up talks about trade and the like. A deal was made that Mr X and co will help keep the portal and the residents hidden from other humans in exchange for some info on a bunch of stuff. One of which was the creation and stability of said portal which Terri uses to help remake the portal to Amphibia years later. Mr X and co run security for the witchlings that visit earth and make sure that if someone sees magic or sees a demon’s form outside of an illusion/glamour then that person gets removed and mind wiped. It doesn’t take long for them to figure out that magic is useless outside of the isles except to witchlings so there’s no glyphs or whatever used as something to study. Instead a variety of objects and resources r of interest to Mr X.

When it comes to Luz, he’s learned from his time with the Trio and is a lot more willing to work with her than assuming that he knows what’s best. He’s kinda become a weird distant uncle.

ive been obsessed with the concept of merlin who actually runs away with freya because after she got injured he panicked and healed her right in front of arthur. so he panicked, again, and ran away with her to live next to the lake. and they do build their lil cottage and have a strawberry farm and some cows. and they also have time to explore their feelings.

and its the funniest thing, because merlin has also been slowly crushing on arthur, and that much is clear whenever he talks abt him to freya. it doesnt make her jealous or anything, just sad that she knows they'll probably never be together. that the only time that merlin and arthur do "interact" is when merlin secretly saves his ass every week or so. like merlin technically never left, but now he gets creative, uses glamours, learns shape shifting after helping freya with her own curse.

he gets to meet with morgana now, because freya urged him to not leave her alone in this mess, so now we don't get evil morgana (yay!). merlin also tentatively tries to do the same with mordred whenever they do meet with the druids, especially when they were figuring out freya's curse, and mordred grows on merlin, so we also dont get evil mordred (great bonus).

and another thing that ive also been obsessed with thinking is that when the great purge began, nimueh tried to sought out balinor since i think they were friends, being 2 magic users with special abilities (high priestess and dragonlord). and she ended up at ealdor just in time to see merlin be born.

and then they meet later on, and nimueh kinda doesnt believe that that's merlin from ealdor since hes in fucking camelot. but then the questing beast happened. and when merlin goes to kill her, she manages to shield herself last second. and feeling that great power that she felt when merlin was born, because he was almost glowing golden and so potent she almost dropped him when she held lil merlin, her brain fucking stopped. she cannot kill merlin. and so she does something that she almost did when she met hunith, and she understood in that little time why balinor had stayed with her, and nimueh decides to use the power she has for her immortality to ensure arthur lives. so now she will age like a normal human, gaius is alive, and so is arthur. and now merlin and nimueh are very awkward with each other.

especially when a bit of time later they end up meeting with the druids to help freya and theyre also helping nimueh. she felt as if her powers were weaker, but merlin was like "yh no ure lying u feel exactly the same" n leaves thinking nimueh is plotting. when in reality she actually did think her powers were dying and that fear made it seem as if it was actually happening. her mind played tricks on her, and she almost believed her magic was dying.

so after this lil nimueh interlude, lets go back to freya and merlin.

the funniest thing abt theyre situation is that. while merlin is obviously crushing on arthur (and brooding abt it cuz yknow), freya is just. "merlin, i think im crushing on gwen." "???? have u met her?" "no but ive seen her and she smells like a good person and also i like what i know abt her from you." "ok-" "also im crushing on morgana." "freya." "also elyan." "GWENS BROTHER????" "HES. PRETTY. YOU CANT TELL ME THAT NOT TRUE CUZ LAST TIME I CHECKED UR EYES ARE WORKING FINE."

i do think that when freya finally gets control over her curse and has her lil space with merlin, her true sunshine gremlin nature comes out and she manages to be more chaotic than merlin, just also more sweet. and dangerous. she can turn into a literal monster.

also. merlin and freya getting married. and having babies. twins. its been on my MIND non stop yall, this has never happened before idc abt kids-

alright so i’ve had this little au for lmk in my head for a while and i’m just setting it out here in a really long rambly nonsensical explanation, but i think it’s fun so to tumblr it goes!

is gonna be a bit long.

Ok so it goes like:

Random stone monkey child just materializes out of nowhere one day (MK), and some random guy in heaven sees that and goes “remember what happened last time guys?” and they just decide no this guy has got to go.

 But it's a mystic monkie and they remember the last time they tried to deal with one of those so they tell the only other mystic monkey guy they can think of to do it with this fancy “he’s totally gonna grow up and bring unimaginable chaos you gotta get rid of him” prophesy (which was not true at all) and he just. Has a crisis over it because it was accompanied by some edgy god threat probably but its a baby. So yeah morals and such.

So he just seals away the kid’s magic monkie powers and makes them look like a human, and just tells god that the kid is gone.

And then of course word gets out about that so people think he actually did it.

And meanwhile he’s just teaching some toddler how to exist and it's adorable and fluffy.

And then Macaque shows up all like “alright i was already mad at you and then i heard you killed a baby because heaven told you to what the actual heck Wukong”

and then the aforementioned baby just peeks his head out from behind Wukong’s legs and it's just.

“Ok i know you’re mad but can you please at least wait to fight me until the kid won’t die on his own? Please?”

“Fine okay geez but also what’s their name?”

“...”

“Wukong”

“...”

“Wukong did you not name this child?”

“...

Well-”

“WUKONG THAT IS A TODDLER YOU'VE HAD THEM FOR OVER A YEAR.”

Leading to the boy child having a very long and nonsensical name but just using their initials of MK.

And of course MK gets out and makes friends and lives life mostly as in canon, he just lived on flower fruit mountain and has to hitch a ride from his “older brother” to and fro. Because heaven would be very very upset if they found out he existed and Wukong is not leaving him somewhere random alone.

He's still a noodle delivery boy for Pigsy and best buddies with Mei.

But then DBK just randomly starts rampaging and he sees they have Wukong’s staff and panics and runs in and steals it before DBK can absorb it. And then panics bc he can hold it but also Wukong told him not to screw with magic (bc the glamour or the power seal might fritz out but MK doesn’t know that bc you can't just tell a child the gods ordered a hit on them now can you.)

Then Pigsy finds him in the street and everyone goes to bring the staff to monkey king not knowing that MK already knows him.

When PIF attacks in the flaming mountains Pigsy and Mei also get yeeted and end up on ffm with MK somehow and he has to do some actingtm [they can tell something is up but just chalk it up to nerves] but they cant get through the waterfall barrier and MK goes in alone and just panic ramble word vomits to Wukong like

And they just like

We have never met before today got it? Total strangers. No hugs, no inside jokes, no making fun of eachother. Polite strangers' courtesy only.

And then they go back and chat with the others for a minute or so and then go back to the city and Wukong kicks DBK’s butt but right when he's about to win PIF wind tornado teleports them all away. Wukong giving a very rushed polite goodbye and then leaving the others to do their mortal stuff cue end credits.

And then MK starts getting actual stone monkey powers and just accidentally punches a hole in a door being kinda tired at Pigsy’s and missing the doorknob. And then getting struck by lightning and being totally fine. Then his friends know something magic is going on and Wukong knows that “oh crud the power seal is wearing off early bc he was in contact with the staff oh no.” 

And then it's just a nice plot song and dance of MK being so confused bc he doesn’t have superpowers he's a human why would the staff give him powers and his friends being really worried and pestering Wukong about it bc why is he getting your superpowers mister what happened here. And Wukong just screaming internally because he’s trying to figure out how to break the news to MK about the gods ordering a hit on him as an infant and the him not being a human thing. It turns out fine ish in the end tho nobody hates each other for it after they have some hurt comfort and then some healthy communication and reconciling later. And then they move on to the issue of avoiding the gods being a bit upset. And macaque has been periodically checking with the  

“is he grown yet?”

“No.”

“How much longer until killing you doesn’t basically orphan someone?”

“A while.”

“Are we there yet?”

“We get there when we get there, macaque!”

so yeah. i like this au just because i can fit so many funny bits in it i haven’t listed here. hope it’s not terrible!

so in my hc's

Yeah, Wukong is just protective over nezha in general but he doesnt let nezha see it. Swk is protective over the ones he calls family but Nezha is.... independent. very independent. so much so he would tell swk off for assuming he cant handle something on his own.

it has to do with my other hc's about nezha being 12 and forced to act older then he is. he has a crippling sense of independency. he has to do things on his own or else hes "weak" "childish" and "useless" if he gets help that he doesnt need then what good is he.

and in his mind the only time help is needed is if the situation ends up harming others in the process or he ends up dead. and thats worse case scenario so you can imagine how "good" this guy is at self care.

hes not, he's horrible at it, especially when he's a god that doesnt need as much care as a normal human would so thats just another excuse nezha uses as to why he hasnt had anything but coffee and three bagels over the course of three days.

and he's disturbingly good at glamour.

Swk kinda just...glares at people from behind nezha. the People that are trying to mess with his kid and are being mean, condescending, or threatening him. Swk glares at them with red eyes and the asshole shits thier pants and runs away. nezt thing swk knows he's being pulled down by the hair by swk and being lectured by nezha on why he can take care of himself.

he can but ynow. everyone needs help.

so Mei and Mk pick up Nezha (Spring gardens my beloved) and throw him into the bedroom where pillow forts have been set up, snacks are EVERYWHERE and so are other fun things to do.

they force nezha to have a sef care day when they find out he's down, sad or just not taking care of himself.

if he tries to leave mei will turn into a noodle and wrap around him like a rope. Mk uses his tail to grab his ankle.

they force him into his kid form (that takes no energy to hold bc its his true form) and squish him between them and they hang out eat snacks then fall asleep on each other.

so do we look like a demon? We have to right or he wouldn't have assumed otherwise unless they walked around glamoured which no one seems to do yet.If not Iguess he could have been like why would a human be here but still he would have to be suspicious of no horns and stuff

He seemed more low key aggressive not outright aggressive but aggressive towards demons in general like asserting his dominance and power over his subjects too

Solomon and Barbatos relationship is hilarious

I think nightbringer is Barbs or some version of him from another timeline one where he never becomes a butler for Diavolo, because I Adam which by the way

Im liking Solomon more too and didn't he admit it was love at first sight for him? Him and Mammon are the only ones unless you know the other demons at RAD were the same way.

So Diavolo knows and what the he'll happened to Beel is it his PTSD?

I see they were kinda harsh in the beginning huh?,though I understand not wanting someone to tear up yo house but why let him go home only to call him back and lock him up?

And I just realized what if we are the reason so many things happen or are the way they are because we were their Solomon says his memories during this time were fuzzy what if its because of Nightbringer?When we go back they forget about pass us and think they did it on their own ?

why bring us in the first place and not just do it himself

Watch when night bringer is someone else entirely like Diavolo's dad,Thirteen or Mephest, or someone we would least expect but for now I say its A version of barbs.

Hiii, i really like your blog and your writing! Reading the siren and merfolk (Obey me) headcanons i had an idea.

I hc that sirens are a bit more animalistic, lonesome and feral than merfolk, that are more gentle and docile in comparison and tend to remain in groups/pods. So i'd like to request headcanons of Yandere Merfolk Mammon with a protective Siren Reader, if it inspires you. (It can be either GN or M reader, whatever you prefer)

Reader as a terrifying deep waters siren, normally all by it's lonesome, making ships wreck, drowning humans, and then going back to his dark depths until one day they see Mammon and are just infatuated by him and his shiny gold scales. They approach and start trying to befriend him, glamour on to not drive him away, and after they get close Reader is extremely protective of mammon and is ready to rip limb to limb anyone who even thinks of plucking one of his beautiful scales for its gold, looking all huffy whenever they see scale-less spots on his tail and just swimming around it and lightly nuzzling on the spot all pouty because they hate that someone would do it to their mate friend. And,,,, i guess it's kinda obvious why Mammon would spiral into the yandere-ness over his new Siren Guardian.

Also maybe yandere mammon's reaction to seeing reader's nightmare-fuel true form, too, if that's not asking too much 030

But he calmed down when he saw you bring a well-known paste to help with mending and healing. He calmed up for a moment as you both just stared at each other and he gaped. “Is that for me?” You nodded and his face heated up. And he let you though you could see he was ready to bolt at any moment,

But he kept coming back, and you got to see just how much everyone plucks his scales. “S’not a big deal.” he’d mutter but wince when you touch the more irritated spots. That sad face you made while you looked at a Mer that had nothing to do with you. He felt his heart clench.

Frankenghoul by beloved! I honestly talked a bit more about them than just what you asked (including a little about their summoning) but it's related so yay bonus creature lore.

Slight allusions to gore at one point, but its brief and purposefully vague. It's all contained within the indented section if that is something anyone is sensitive to or does not want to read. Skipping that section does not affect comprehension of anything else about their lore.

Their features have changed over time (partially due to self experimentation with rituals of their own in the woods). Their appearance is different from when they were freshly summoned, to shortly after, to now.

When they were freshly summoned... well there is a reason the clergy termed them "the abomination". It was partially their overall look, but more so the way it was achieved. Nobody really knew anything about how to contain ghoulish features and reconcile them within a host body. The clergy definitely beefed that part of the ritual, along with their element. Several clergy members present at the ritual fainted during Frankenghoul's summoning. Their ghoulish traits (eyes, horns, tail, claws, etc.) quite literally ripped their way out of the host body in a graphic display.

I picture it as sort of similar to the werewolf transformation scene in Hemlock Grove. (Warning for anybody who isn't familiar, while I would easily call it one of my favorite werewolf transformation scenes, it is also kinda graphic as the wolf inside of him literally tears and eats it's way out. If you are sensitive to imagery like that do not look it up!). Essentially their ghoulish characteristics had to tear themselves out of the human vessel in a brutish manner.

This is part of the reason they have a lot of resentment towards the church. They had attempted to tie human glamour to the vessel itself instead of putting a ghoul into the vessel and fixing it later. Essentially the magic they used was not strong enough and everything broke through.

Immediately afterwards though, they looked like what observers at the event could only describe as a nightmarish impersonation of a person. They looked like if you took a human man and put them in a taffy puller then added cheap monster makeup. They were far too long, with weird bruised purple-gray skin. The long spiraling glowing horns and glowing eyes (each a set of one violet, one green on opposite sides of the face), fanged maw, and razor sharp tail did very little to help that spooky vibe they had going. They looked neither human nor fully ghoulish. Between the traumatic experience of creating them, and seeing the shocking end result everyone decided to immediately dip out and hold a long series of meetings deciding what to do with this thing that they created.

Good ol' Creature Feature tho managed to eventually recover and come back to their senses enough to run off. As time went on and their scrambled mind returned to them, they were sort of able to fix some things themselves. They are now probably the best and most accomplished ritualist topside so they were able to make themselves less concerning. They don't really have a use for a human glamour, seeing as they live deep in the woods and purposefully do not interact with people, but it is still intrinsically tied to their vessel.

Nowadays they look similar to how the other ghouls look "unglamoured" but the ghouls can still tell that they are a bit too beastly to be quite right. They appear overly strong and oddly proportioned. Their ears and fangs are a little too sharp, and there are lines of elemental magic that shine though out of the scars left behind from their summoning. Other ghouls can occasionally be seen glowing with magic from places besides their eyes when they are channeling their element or feeling super emotional, but Creature Feature just sort of does that constantly. It makes them rather unsettling to come across in the dark.

They do in fact have elemental powers! It took them at least a decade to figure out how to channel them, but it's there.

Part of the reason it was so hard was because they were an Air ghoul down in hell and accustomed to drawing from their element in a particular fashion. Being forced into the opposite element meant that they had to draw from their magic in a completely different way and essentially relearn how to ghoul magic.

With time, patience, and a few midnight personal rituals deep in the woods, they also figured out how to switch between their original and new element. Whichever element they are currently attuned to will make the eye and horn corresponding to that element glow brighter. The glow from their scars though is always whichever element they are not using at the time.

They still haven't figured out how to channel both elements concurrently, but hope that by researching the modified hybrid and multi rituals the clergy made for Dew/Swiss/Sunny they can write their own ritual to make it happen.

He's a werewolf with a complicated family, she's a fae hiding her identity, they used to be lovers until his sister was killed and he left the island and now he's moved back and he's determined to prove to her that she is his mate and that he never left her by choice. Ellie loves gardening and has made a life out of it. She is still nursing the heartbreak from when Van, her ex boyfriend, left her all those years ago. Yet when someone new moves into town and hires her... the last person she expects is for it to be Van... and for him to be a werewolf. Van was forced to leave Ellie, the one woman he loved by his father, and now he is back to claim her as his mate. If only he could get her to believe he never truly meant to leave her in the first place. Let me start off by saying this book had promise, its got tons and tons of sex and for a 500+ page book it was packed with it. I actually found myself getting bored of the sex scenes and hoping for some actual plot. I wanted more groveling and actual emotional connection between Ellie and Van, if I'm being honest, she forgave him pretty early and fast and for a heartbreak that lasted YEARS it seemed kinda meh. I just found myself getting super bored as the book dragged on, if I'm being honest this book should have been cut down to at least 250-300 pages max. The 500+ page is not justified in the least. If you like super smutty werewolf romances with barely any plot, this is absolutely for you.

Let's go with Alaia, my FMC from Shattered Dreams. One of the main conflicts in the beginning of the story is how Alaia looks different than the rest of her family and to an extent, most humans in general.

I had to decide if she really was mixed race early on in worldbuilding, bc it was Really Relevant lol.

It's kind of a spoiler, but not really at the same time, bc its pretty obvious to everyone except Alaia that she isn't fully human pretty early in the story.

Fae - kinda like elves, tbh lol not the traditional no lying seelie/unseelie fae of our lore, although my fae are hidden behind the Veil Faeling - mixed human and fae Seraph - human-like with feathered wings, immortal Nephilim - mixed human and seraph Serafae - mixed fae and seraph Humans - typical humans

I've got some others too, but they aren't really relevant here, so I won't mention them. The fae, seraph, and humans are the only ones that can interbreed.

How does she have blood from all the races while living in the human lands? How does she pass off as human? Alaia was born in the human lands to two human parents. Her mother is a nephilim, but that heritage is not known to her. She is so far removed from her nephilim heritage that she essentially appears human and has a human lifespan. Her mother had an affair with a serafae. (insert: bc Alaia's dad is a POS) The serafae discovered the pregnancy before the affair ended, and glamoured the fetus to appear human in utero. The glamour stuck far better than anticipated, essentially becoming part of the fetus’ genetic makeup. Only by going through the Veil of Shadows was the glamour ripped free and Alaia’s true nature revealed.

what do you think of tamlin locking feyre in the manor in acomaf? genuinely curious to see your thoughts on it.

I honestly think it was wrong. Though he meant well, the execution was poor. Nobody ever has the right to take another individual's autonomy. It's one of his dumb moments where I get the reasoning behind it, but WHY? Lol. I remember when I first read it, I was internally screaming at him. During my reread, I was more prepared and I actually thought about it a little more. Feyre was determined to go after him, and Feyre being Feyre - the 19-year old human mentalilty/babe fae, she'd put herself in another danger. Given that this was fresh out of UTM and both were severely traumatized, I don't understand why Feyre felt the need to go on another death adventure w/Tamlin. Like, girlfriend is some adrenaline junkie. Where is the logic in her decisions? Tamlin was cornered in a wall there. He was rebuilding SC, defending and cleaning it up of monsters that roamed it, worrying about Rhysand and Hybern coming after Feyre among many others. He needed time to give her that safe environment for her to freely roam around in. And really, in a sense, she was "locked up" in Velaris as well, just more glamourized and romanticized. Velaris is shielded. She can roam around in it, but within Rhysand's reach. It's like its own little bubble, just bigger than SC's manor. If I remember correctly, she was escorted or always with somebody, too. Kinda like what Tamlin suggested that she so frowned upon because it's apparently suffocating. Umm royal members = protection details? That's not unusual at all.

ok. next question. is there some form of ghoul hrt that could alter their voice (or even physical properties that they cannot change about themselves w glamour) beyond the point of their natural range

funfact i have a fic that ive been working out and it vaguely mentions ghoul medicine practices like this

ANYWAY there are doctors who are trained specifically to help ghouls but it more so like. vet as opposed to human healthcare for lack of better comparison? theres one doctor who does Everything as opposed to having many doctors that do specific things. also in general the ghouls just kinda. rely on each other to have enough medical knowledge to deal with things. so things like height, shoe size, shoulder broadness, etc are all set in stone for the ghouls

BUT ONTO TO GHOUL HRT. i like the idea but i think because ghoul healthcare is so like. Not Great that its just not a possibility. the good thing is that many of the ghouls were able to lessen their dysphoria purely with the use of glamouring (fire was able to get the effects of hrt vocally, lessen his breast tissue, and end up with a dick purely using his glamour. basically got all the effects of medically transitioning without having to deal with the bad parts about it)
