There's this nearly 4 hour movie I've been meaning to watch for a while and I was like "ah maybe ill watch it tonight hehe 🥰" and then I remember...quali is at 9 🫠
#i actually despise abu dhabi being the seaosn closer ngl#basically since Japan the race time has suited my timezone pretty well#1 am. 1 pm. 3 pm. 4 pm. 12 pm. 1 am.#<- like look at that. look at they absolutely delicious schedule#every race for the past 2 months has been at an ideal time and ive really settled into it#wow you mean i can sleep in on weekends and actually wnjoy the schedule!? oh boy!#and then they put fucking ad at the end which is at 8 am. who wants to wake up that early on a sunday#it would be fine if it was earlier in the season bcs during the middle i got pretty used to waking up before 9 bcs all the European races#but to have this one at thw end is literally horrible#its really down to timezones but fuck it really does bother me#bcs wow youve made me have zero desire to watch the season closer! thanks!!#id sooooo much rather brazil be the season closer still#like whh do you have to completely switch timezones right at the very end. its terrible#i think ill do waht i did last season and take a bit of a nap beforehand#it makes it much worse that this on a holiday wknd too. yeah bcs i rly wanna spend the last two days of my break waking up in the morning#sry im being ultra salty rn but i really dont wanna wake up for it but i hate missing race events UGHHHHHH#last yr i literally fell asleep during the first lap of AD 😭#yeah im concerned abt if nando will retain p4 or not but...waking up before 8 am...??#yeah idk i just rly dislike this scheduling#i actually kinda like AD as a track but its position in the season makes me resent it#catie.rambling.txt

In typical me fashion, I didn't end up starting any of the podcasts I was considering last night, and instead started listening/relistening to Tower 4, a completely different podcast lol. I've tried listening to it a few times but I've never made it past Season 1 episode 8 I think?? And there's 3 seasons now. But anyway, so far I've listened to the first four episodes, technically it's relistening but I actually remember NOTHING from previous times, so it feels new to me. It's really good, kind of a slow start but it's really funny and cute :)
#I went to bed at 3 am#like you do#but I woke up at 11 am like I did yesterday#which is really early for me if I don't have school or work#bc usually I sleep until like 2 pm then#but yesterday I woke up at 11 am but then didn't get out of bed until like 1:30 pm#but TODAY I woke up at 11 am and then my dad brought home lunch at 12 so I got up at 12 :)#so it's great because believe it or not#getting up earlier let's you actually have more time in the day#like I've listened to four episodes of a podcast and it's only 3 pm???#yes please#planning on watching some more supernatural later#probably only one episode let's be realistic#but the first episode of season 6 was not that great :(((#which makes me really sad because i heard bad things about season 6 and it's starting off kinda eh#but I know it'll get better#there's just a lot of adapting everyone has to do#like all the Campbells are here now???#and Sam is kinda different because he has no soul and he needs to get that back#and Cas hasn't been in an episode of season 6 yet#so it'll get better#I actually have no clue how long Souless Sam lasts but I need him to stop right now#because he scares me why does he have no emotions#the entirety of 6x1 was literally Dean crying and me being like#Sam would be crying at this :(#but the FREAK that is Souless Sam isn't#He might grow on me later but for now I want normal Sammy back like baby#anyway#tower 4#tower 4 season 1

its been like four weeks since i began working in my new job and everyday i work more than +2-3 extra hours :/
#i like my colleagues and while i think that my job is not extremely complicated and difficult it is time consuming and a lot of stress#i start working at 6 am and i never manage to take a break and i work until 4 pm#so i don't eat food till i'm at home which is usually around 5-7 pm#and everyone else is leaving at 2 or 3 pm one of my collegues leaves work at like 12 or 1 pm#i still enjoy it i just don't wanna do the thing that i do now for the next 3-4 month#:( i think the reason why i am so stressed right now is because tomorrow is going to be so much more to do and then i leave for my#best friend's event night for their graduation project#it is going to be a tough day

Sleep thing part two: What time is it a *disaster* for you to get to bed? You may be able to get through the day but it's going to hurt. Like. This isn't a "I'm so sleep deprived that I need to call off of work because it's not safe for me to do my job" thing, it's a "I am going to feel like shit all day and I'm going to crash hard when I'll get home but I'll be able to hang" thing.

not at first anyways. he’s walking through the quiet apartment—his phone to his ear as he scans the walls of everything that was yours—before he then ends the call. and suddenly he’s standing in front of the shelf in the corner of the room when he shifts his gaze up from the floor.
the one lined with polaroids, bracelets, your favorite candle—

a ceramic urn with your name etched in soft gold.
and next to it—your phone still sits propped upright beside it. the screen’s dark and the battery’s long been dead. matt stares at it for a while, knowing just how many messages he’s sent to you since you’ve been gone.
slowly, matt presses the call button again, bringing his hand up to his ear as his other hand reaches out to trace the pictures of you and him—and leaves one more voicemail.

another broken breath slipped from him. and a pause full of everything he never got to say to you—never got to marry you.

This four-part daily system is the exact routine used during exam season especially finals to consistently achieve top grades with minimal stress. While the routine may appear complex at first glance it is built upon simple, intuitive principles rooted in human biology and psychology. It is not only practical but highly effective when followed consistently. You’ll learn to structure your day around ur natural energy cycles, use tools to boost focus, and incorporate essential periods of rest and release to maintain motivation and productivity.
SECTION 1: UNDERSTANDING UR ENERGY RHYTHM
The routine is built around the concept of the circadian rhythm, your body’s natural energy cycle throughout the day. On a standard day for example :
Energy peaks shortly after waking typically around 6:00 AM.
Energy dips mid-afternoon often around 2:30 or 3:00 PM.
A secondary energy peak occurs in the evening approximately around 7:00 PM.
Energy tapers off as bedtime approaches.
