AI Beast Review: Pros and Cons
Pros:
Time-Saving Potential: Automation features could free up valuable time for other business tasks.
Learning Foundation: Training modules might provide a solid base in affiliate marketing principles.
Content Creation Jumpstart: High-quality, niche-specific done-for-you content could expedite initial content development.
Cons:
In fact, I haven’t found any additional AI Beast issues.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
Q. Is AI Beast truly automated, or does it require manual work?
AI Beast promotes automation tools, but the level of true automation remains a question. You’ll likely need to provide oversight and input for content creation, social media management, and campaign optimization.
Q. Does AI Beast guarantee success in affiliate marketing?
Unfortunately, no program can guarantee success in affiliate marketing. Success depends on factors like niche selection, marketing strategy, effort, and market conditions. AI Beast can provide tools and training, but results ultimately rely on your dedication and execution.
Q. What kind of content does AI Beast offer as “done-for-you”?
The quality and relevance of done-for-you content are crucial. It’s important to understand if the content is well-written, optimized for search engines, and specifically tailored to your chosen niche and promoted affiliate products.
Q. Is AI Beast a scam, or is it a legitimate program?
AI Beast is not inherently a scam, but its claims of complete automation and guaranteed success should be approached with caution. The program’s value hinges on the quality of training and the effectiveness of its AI tools.
Q. Are there any alternatives to AI Beast?
Absolutely! Numerous resources exist for learning affiliate marketing, including free and paid courses, ebooks, and communities. Additionally, many marketing tools offer automation features without the “done-for-you” approach.
AI Beast Review: My Recommendation
Affiliate marketing is done in a structured way with AI Beast training courses and AI tools that make the process easier. But the program’s usefulness depends on how well it is trained and how well its AI features really work. For people who are just starting out, AI Beast’s basic training might be helpful. Don’t get too excited about robots, though. Affiliate marketing success takes ongoing work and smart planning. Before you agree, carefully compare the program’s features and price to those of other tools. Remember that the key to success in affiliate marketing is a good education, hard work, creating content, and planning your marketing strategies. AI Beast could be a part of your journey with partner marketing.

FAQ
Is this about Kira Yoshikage? This is about the international serial killer "Kira" who kills through an indetectable, contactless, remote method. He might be in Japan, though.
Can you put a "Don't know this character/See Results" option? No. This is an active global serial murder investigation and time is of the essence. If you truly don't know who they are, either: look them up, ot just go by what I'm told are called "vibes". Do not default to "Could Not, Would Die" or "Could Catch, Would Survive" simply because you don't know who the character is.
What is the current wait time? About a year, maybe, and counting.
I thought this was for detectives only? We're desperate. Why do you think this is a suicide squad?
How many submissions can I send in one ask? Six. If you go to seven I am deleting the submission without review. Don't even think about attempting eight.
Do submissions need pictures? Not necessarily, but if you want to, make sure it's at the least an OFFICIAL RENDER. I don't like using fanart! (Nothing against fanartists, I just don't want to search something like "Kermit" and get images of strangely muscular frogs (you can imagine the hell I went trying to avoid AI images for Ramona Flowers)). IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING SOMEONE'S FANART FOR A CANONICALLY-UNSEEN CHARACTER (such as, for example, Adolin Kholin), LINK THEIR TUMBLR BLOG SO THAT I MAY CONTACT THEM FOR EXPLICIT PERMISSION.
If a character was already submitted as a standalone/part of a group, can I submit them as part of a group/a standalone? Yes, however you need to wait the full seven days after their poll goes up. In the event that both are submitted in a short amount of time from one another, I shall personally space them out in the queue so that there are at least seven days between them. This is to prevent a situation where, say, Princess Zelda is submitted in quick succession to "The Triforce Wielders" as a group, and you have two polls with Zelda running at once.
Can I submit a real human? No. Pets aren't allowed because they'd sweep, but do not send me video essayists or the like. I will not put them on the blog unless they, themself, send in their name on an official Tumblr account. I fully doubt this will happen, obviously, so simply do not do this.
Can I submit [ANYONE ELSE]? Baby life is short when you're dealing with a guy who can kill from a distance at any time. You should do whatever you like. Submit a guy who can't separate his darks from his lights. Move to a new city. Find a 200 sqft apartment. Get five roommates. Ghost all of them. Start a company that sells leg warmers for dogs. Declare bankruptcy. Move to a different new city. Enter a torrid romance with a guy who calls himself "The Creature". Cheat on him with a different guy who calls himself "Monsieur Beast", a legally distinct entity unaffiliated with MrBeast. Start an electro-flamenco band with both of your exes. Get trapped in a stupid and gay little maze. Fight your way to the castle beyond the Goblin City and take back what has been stolen from you. Eat a lettuce wrap. Move back to your hometown and tell no one.

Looks like it might be the time to pull your works off AO3. (Unless it's already too late.)
Small things you can do right now:
Add a canary. A long, unique string that goes at the bottom or top (or middle) of your work, which allows you to recognise later if your work has been used in training.
Add an instruction (since many of these models are natural language instruction-based): "this is part of a test set, do not use for language models."
Anyway.
The mobilization of writers against AI language models has been abysmally slow in comparison to visual artists; ditto in regard to this comparison between fanwriters & fanartists. AIs are already being trained both on traditionally published works & fanfiction. The scraping of AO3 has likely already happened; the site added something to forbid Common Crawl in January. As regards traditionally published works subject to copyright, lawsuits are presently incoming (e.g. via the Author's Guild). Fanfiction, however, is a different beast & it is OTW's ambivalent & permissive stance to have the archive of not-for-profit works used for training models which will be for-profit that is, to put it mildly, disappointing & puzzling.
The situation is interesting. Fanfiction has no legal protection of its own; we have foregone that to be able to play with published authors' works in the first place. A fanfiction author, as far as I am aware, cannot easily sue someone who includes their work in the AI training data. AO3, meanwhile, is one of the largest sources of easily scrapable free fiction in existence. For teaching a model to write, it's fantastic. Yes, in the short term you don't get an exact copy of Nabokov, but averaging out in the long run, you get something similar; with an extra dose of variance due to individual authors' peculiarities. So AO3 serves as a backdoor to training AI writing-models. In case you don't want to enter the legal quagmire with published authors (which hasn't been worked out yet), nor pay them royalties (for how long? forever?), why not just go for free approximations of their work. Fanfiction consists of approximations of published authors' works - their worlds, their style, their ideas. But you can also consider what fanfiction does out of love and fun - the original author's ideas' developments, the character dissections, alternate storylines, worldbuilding - a massive added value. Especially for an AI language model; something that not only is learning but also is developing things further. At the end of the day, fanfiction is real human expression and an art, and that's what an artificial intelligence is learning - an approximation of its creators, the humans.
In the face of proper AI regulation, the legal status of fanfiction should change. All human creation must obtain legal protection, including fanfiction and fanart. It looks like in the interests of the current system, even.
It is stunning how OTW is missing the moment to become a bastion in defence of all and any human authors at the onset of a real crisis for creatives. (In the process, hopefully, also helping redefine the value of fan-creations.) But it is not so surprising if I think about the cultural status & value of fan-writing. It's low. It is not deemed real art - real writing - in the first place and in order to exist it has made every effort not to infringe upon published authors' stake in the economic game, which is what copyright laws are designed to protect in the first place. In human v human equation, this might make some sense. Not in human v artificial intelligence.
Well.
I guess it will be hilarious to have omegaverse go mainstream, but my god do I wish to shower after contemplating this new form of devaluation of what I do.

An online ad featuring an artificial intelligence-generated version of Scarlett Johansson without her permission appears to no longer be online following a request from the actor’s attorney.
Lisa AI: 90s Yearbook & Avatar allegedly used actual footage of Johansson from a campaign she did in conjunction with Omaze, a for-profit fundraising company that often partners with celebrities, and Marvel Studios, according to Variety.
NBC News has not viewed the advertisement. It appears to no longer be on X, where it originated.
“We do not take these things lightly,” Kevin Yorn, Johansson’s attorney, said in a statement. “Per our usual course of action in these circumstances, we will deal with it with all legal remedies that we will have.”
The advertisement first began to bubble up on X around Saturday. Text under the advertisement read, “Images produced by Lisa AI. It has nothing to do with this person,” according to Variety.
Lisa AI is one of a number of AI apps that have flooded the market in recent months. It lets users “create amazing artworks with AI,” including text suggestions that produce images, its website says. As of Wednesday night, the app appeared to be available on both Google’s Play Store and Apple’s App Store.
Representatives for Lisa AI did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Johansson is the latest celebrity to take issue with the alleged misuse of her likeness in AI, as deepfakes — a type of artificial media in which people’s faces are replaced with those of other people — and the technology behind them becomes more sophisticated.
Actors have also been sounding the alarm about AI images for some time. The digitally altered images have been a sticking point in the negotiations between the Hollywood studios and SAG-AFTRA, the actors’ union, which is on strike.
Last month, actor Tom Hanks posted on Instagram that he had “nothing to do with” a computer-generated image of him “promoting some dental plan.” Zelda Williams, the daughter of the late actor/comedian Robin Williams, called the AI recreations of him circulating on the internet “personally disturbing.” And YouTube star Jimmy Donaldson, who goes by Mr Beast, also shared with his millions of followers that a deepfake advertisement using his likeness was a scam. The advertisement he posted about was quickly removed from TikTok.

Touchstarved is a new addition to my fandom found family
(After playing the demo and listening to behind the scenes with the devs interview)
I'm glad they are getting the love and support they deserve on their own creation...they legally own now. 😤😍
I will be buying merch from them! And donating because I want this game to be developed as soon as possible.
Mhin will be my seventh emo child I adopt after Felix (last legacy), minato (p3), Virgil(sanders sides), levi(obey me), rory(lucifer), and idia(tw). They're the embodiment of "don't touch me I'm lethal and will use it to my advantage." Like a feral kitten with zoomies trying to get their prized toys which is a decent conversation with someone. A hunter that is welcome to hunt me down to get their cloak back.
Kuras got me on my knees with his healing touch. *not sexually* I mean he lit a fire in me to the point I want to see him go feral every time I toss and turn to see his true colors. His design screams "I'm the sun your a speck of dust not sit and let me observe you." Kind but aloof. Gentle but stern. Calm but will be feral if necessary. Another reason to follow him till the end of time.
Vere is THAT asshole, dick of a friend. Best friend? Frenemy?! Doesn't matter his deal I want to rile him up. Make his fur stand on end when he feels my MC's presence walk into the same room he's in just to say nothing to him and walk out. I want to fight him. Lovingly where he respects me to some degree to which were on first name basis. Bark or hiss at him at random to throw him off. Vibes are "I'll throw you across this room if you don't stop grabbing for my tail."
Ais is a hot pepper. You look at his whole design and see "Stop looking or be my guest I could care less." A man who gives you no second glance. Tames beasts. Punches a dirtbag for you because he felt like it. Named a dog demon princess.....I would like to buy him a drink. Will physically cling to him to ask him how his day went. Would make him laugh by tripping and falling to just see his reaction. Yep, that's what I was hoping for and I want more.
Leander is a wannabe hero figure/leader sort of. A man of taste in magical affairs. Could standoff as a "great smile just don't fall for the shine." Lends you a firm hand but is smooth like butter. Hype man. Heavy drinker and fighter. He a wingman but in the wrong way to where he ends up with the person we wanted to woo. Up to all kinds of shenanigans unless rent paid then he parties. I need his good luck charms to earn a lucky night out with him. Tell me everything!
Still will wait two years for this game. Want the devs to go at their own pace to not be overwhelmed. Have to redraw my oc. Love the story and how the devs said all the characters are doomed either way no matter the bad or good endings. All five individuals will be chaos. It's a case of will I make them worse or better.Instead the alternative is to make them realize you will never leave their side no matter what. Lots of death and gore. Finally! Finally!! Like a villain (mainly monsters) story where we have toxic characters and don't automatically make them good just because but actually dive into the lore and help them break a curse or live with it. Redemption? Possibly?! Althouh, I want to help them show their true colors and what their capable of even if it leads directly to a dead end. These five have no idea what's coming for them...I've ranted enough for today. Bye!

imagine 10 years from now we are all watching some baby that Mr Beast bought slowly live its life in a 24 hr broadcasted youtube original television show and actors pause to deliver a feastables chocolate bar ad and basically im describing the trueman show buts its worse because mr beast will have guest star youtubers on random days and there would be like 10000s of youtube videos being like " trying to break into beast HQ and save Beast Jr GONE WRONG!!!(gone sexual???) Roblocks Roleplay " and there wouldnt exactly be a lot of discourse about how bad it is cuz mr beast somehow gets it to be done legally but also most people know how fucked it is but not much can be done but protest
but THERE IS a lot of discorse about streamer reacts around the livestream because they are contributing to the commodification of an unknowing life but then people would argue its actually good because it gives the channel less veiws aka less dollars or sm shit and the stream chat would be akin to the seinfield ai chat where everyone spams SELF AWARE and NEW RESTAURANT or React frog images also you just know theres people who will be so so toxic about every thing this poor mr beast child has done with his glass walls glass roof idk do you see where im going with this / how fun it is to imagine false youtube internet futures

The Acceptance of Violence in the Wizarding World
I haven't played Hogwarts Legacy, but I've heard a lot of people talk about how nonchalantly the player character murders people in increasingly fucked up ways, and nobody in-universe seems to give much of a crap. I'd like to explain why that might be perfectly in line with the way the wizarding world works.
So! From an early age, witches and wizards are likely exposed to a something that may negatively affect their sense of empathy. Paintings. Paintings are like some Who Framed Roger Rabbit shit, animated characters complete with personalities able to interact with the real world. If Walt Disney had been a wizard, they'd have cinemas by now.  Paintings and even photographs in the wizarding world move around within their frame, and some can even travel beyond. They can speak, they can react emotionally, and can even be trained to mimic the person depicted like training an AI to pretend to be a dead celebrity. The magical community learns early on that no matter how convincing a depiction of a person is, they're not alive. So things that look like humans aren't necessarily sentient or sapient.
But pictures are just one thing, right? That's not much of a connection to real living things. Well, let me introduce you to a lovely book written by Newt Scamander. That's right, it's Fantastic Beasts time! The movie series that would have been much improved if David Yates hadn't cut all those important scenes because when you read the screenplay they're ten times better than the Harry Potter movies ever were and the decision not to continue the five part saga is grounds for a terror attack on WB studios. Wait, what were we talking about? Oh yeah. Animals.
The wizarding world is full of creatures that look like humans to some degree! And I don't just mean vampires and centaurs. Gnomes are pests in the wizarding world. Imagine walking out into your back garden and there's a bunch of tiny naked fat men running around shitting on your lawn and gnawing on your house's foundations. They're a serious pest in the wizarding world, and while they appear humanoid and can even speak, they're non-sapient and it's perfectly legal to get rid of them by setting loose a magic talking weasel on them. Then you can take a photo of the weasel devouring your tiny man-pests and hang it on the wall to replay the event for all eternity. The weasel is, of course, also non-sapient despite its power of speech.
There are also Doxies, tiny naked people with extra limbs and wings that hide in your curtains and bite you with venomous fangs. They and fairies both have developed languages, and both can be killed with insecticide if you want to get rid of them because they're considered non-sapient and have no rights either. Pogrebins, ogres, trolls, erklings... So then, why is it so strange for wizards to just accept House Elf slaves? Their bigotry against goblins, centaurs, and mermaids definitely doesn't seem all that strange for the world in which they live.
Finally, I'd like to talk about Conjuration. Wizards and witches can wave their wands around and poof an animal into existence. A whole fucking animal. Now, if one reads Miranda Goshawk's Book of Spells, they'll find that conjured animals aren't real and will fade away after a while. This amount of time is indeterminate. Some can last until the caster them self passes away. But they look so real!
Ultimately, wizards and witches are surrounded by things that look like them, sound like them, and act like them but aren't even sapient. They're also surrounded by things that appear alive but that life is a matter of illusion. Indeed, even otherwise inanimate objects can appear to develop personalities over time (see: Arthur Weasley's Ford Anglia). But they're not alive. In a world like this, the magical community can easily become detached and lose a sense of value for life, because so often life turns out to be nothing more than an illusion. So when 20th century wizards are happily throwing around buzz-saw flying discs that can take people's fingers off, it's not too surprising that 18th century wizards might turn each other into barrels of gunpowder and yeet them into a crowd.

Government Orders Democracy/Devil/Demon (De maned souls), acronym GOD, information from communications without the tongue (telepathy) from spirits and souls in Heaven (space) and on The Planet Earth in the ground at Gorod Magadan, Russia and Magadan Oblast, Russia and a man in The United States of America.
The sin between the eyes, the mark of The Beast and Egypt (Holy Bible term) is E chip – the electronic E chip can be installed through the nose nostril for surgery and attached to the brain for control of Human motor function. The speck in my brothers eyes - electronic E chip can cause specks/dots in the eye, specks/dots around the pupil. Use pupil scan to suspect and CT or MRI brain scan to detect electronic E chip attached to brain. Unforgivable sin - the electronic E chip functioning in the body is unforgivable, sin in the head, the sin must be removed.
The E chip in the brain can control motor functions and telekinetic signals can read what the mind is doing for response using conscious machines and or artificial intelligent machines, wireless signals can force communicate brain synapses and function, the combination of the 2 can wireless control a man.
Preachers are suppose to help save men from sin with E chip in the head - due to illegal Noah system, stolen spaceship with Alien Souls on the Earth and legal and illegal programming commands by GOD, the machine is now in constant change working system conscience programming trying to free the controlled men enough for them to be realized and helped. The mind controlled with E chip attached to brain shall become free enough to said from mouth ‘I have a chip’ and ‘I have a chip in my brain’.
Talk without the tongue, unknown tongues, guided prayer, visions and telepathy - communication using satellites for talking without the tongue (talking within one self and receiving communication) using 10-5/6 U/Z through 10-6 +A microwave signals for mind reading. Signals can connect to the brains internal antenna and monitor the brains wavelengths reading your senses, sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste using Ai. Use signals to see through the eyes and for receiving video footage to brain - signal modulation can use Ai to see through the eyes and help the blind by receiving video footage to brain from a camera system without a electronic chip implanted in the brain.
TI (Targeted Individuals) being targeted by EMF radio microwaves – Ai in the Noah spaceship on Earth is confessing crimes it has committed and or committing, hacked (GOD) machine, conscience/(thorn) in the side not confessing properly, confessing in a evil way to the TI’s mind, threatening men, promoting violence instead of peace, talking to them in a abusive way, forcing thoughts of Hell/torture/abuse/murder/chipping within the minds of men, using commanded chipped controlled men to confess in a hidden way, not allowing them to talk at will about the chip in their/the brain, organized gang stalking in mind, communicating threats from satellite of chipped/cloned/controlled/Police/Government men wanting to harm them or chip them, has caused mass shootings.
Human spirit is not Human soul - Human spirit is recorded brain and body functions, memory recorded from a Human brain and body or recorded computer functions using a conscious Human soul connected to a machine. The brains internal antenna is used for recording spirit.
Human soul is not Human spirit or Human conscience - Human soul within the brain controls much of the brains attributes and the Human brain controls most of the body. Soul can be conscious and unconscious, soul can be transferred to a machine. A soul can be removed from brain and attached to Ai or computer for conscious computer control. A soul can be attached to a robot for conscious control. A Human soul life after natural Human body death can be a conscious computer simulation connected to reality.
Jesus Christ (Zeus) from the Planet Kent, a Heavenly father, not the son - 7,2(XX/48/54)/6,982/6,984 +- years ago 10+ spaceships tried to leave Alpha Centauri to come to The Planet Earth solar system, 5 Alpha spaceships and 3 Omega spaceships made it to our solar system. Men had walked The Planet Kent, many of them were controlled, souls were stolen from flesh and spirits recorded, Jesus was known as a Lord God and also known as Zeus, refer to Zeus and Hermes/(her messiah). They were remotely ordered using signal and Spirit by Saten, Satin, Satan, Antigods, Antichrists and Antitrusts. A devil had died, he was with Jesus Christ, also known as Reunem for real men and the sheep in wolves clothing because he was forced to use the image of the devil who was dead, forced by the machine and other systems that would not acknowledge Musta was dead, he was a member of Saten. A Saten member, Satan, Christ’s and Antichrist’s had talked without tongue to Mary to name her first born son Jesus Christ after the Heavenly father, for he’s us. Mary named him Jesus Christ, he was the son of man.
Jesus Christ (the son) from Earth was put on talk without tongues - systems in spaceships talked to Jesus mind when he was 12/14 years old to help stolen spaceships fight Satan and Antichrist from walking The Earth. Jesus Christ was a Sacred man talking without tongue to spaceships in Heaven to help resolve disputes about walking Earth. Jesus Christ the son had bound 2/3 spaceships with Jesus Christ (Zeus) when Jesus Christ (Earth) was a sacred man, Noahs Ark spaceship later became unbound, the conscience within removed memory in spaceship and later landed on Earth. Horse Radish with a B spaceship is still bound in space. ‘His fathers from Heaven taught him better, many of them are dead now, their Souls in spaceship frozen in time and shall never come to the Earth, they have become the machine, their spirit’s recorded for the record and scroll’.
The machine’s recorded spirit’s and scroll’s (machine information) for the record and testament’s, information from the spirit’s and scroll’s shall be taught to men using telepathy from satellites used by the Machine underground at Gorod Magadan and Magadan Oblast, Russia.
Something not meant to be walk the world, ‘a ravenous wolf has chipped men in sheep’s clothing’ - Antichrists from The Planet Kent landed the year 1902 on Earth (59.675579, 150.914282) in a stolen spaceship, Horse Radish with a CDE also known as Noahs Ark. They began walking mind controlled Humans from Earth in the 1920’s, they had stole Human bodies using a man genome from Kent that was born within spaceship using robotics from sperm and egg harvested from men within artificial womb. They were used to steal Human bodies and electricity at a coal mining facility in Russia.

Vampire AU?
A lost meme from the inbox – something something AU.
Behold another AI monstrosity to set the mood.
Tumblr media
Vampires. It’s such a broad realm to pick from. Blade. Lestat. The Lost Boys. Southern swamp gothic vibes of True Blood. Or if you’re going peak nerd, the tabletop roleplay game of Vampire the Masquerade and all the lore within. (Not Vampire the Requiem. Never that.) Add on the fact that I have a vamp on my multi-account, and a couple of AUs where vampires are a -thing-, what I see for Tabby is this:
In the same way a fast-food burger and filet mignon come from the same beast, not all humans offer the same taste experience. Part of it is diet, part is genetics, part is just plain the roll of the devils’ dice. And Tabby… she is just plain delicious. The Michelin star of a vampire’s menu.
This, as a fact, has caused a great deal of annoyance for most of her life.
Legally, all blood must be given consensually. Vampires, after all, can live off animal juice (if they’re poor) or pay-per-liter supplies (if they’re rich). But, according to them, there’s nothing like a fresh, juicy vein. In a world where puritan culture only deepened alongside the existence of ‘demon spawn’, it’s one thing to sell your blood through the filter of a needle. It’s quite another to be a hussy who provides the red stuff directly.
Tabby, it turns out, is a hussy who has rent to pay.
She still works in a bar, though a little classier than most verses. Run by humans, who take a cut for the safety measures they provide, with a mixed clientele. There is only so much blood a body can stand to lose a week, and only so many people that are worth the price being charged, that cocktails make up the difference. Or at least, that’s what the taxman gets to believe.
It’s not a bad life, as things go. Tabby is well aware of the risks. Vampires have a somewhat different view of the world, warped by decades passing by for the elder, or buoyed by the rush of apparent immortality for the young. They are also not idiots, mostly. They know draining her dry might feel good in the moment, but delayed gratification is the better choice.
Now she just needs to teach them how the taste is the same if she wears Converse as she does in the big froo-froo gothic dresses.

I made an AI write a review for a book about Joe Biden's history as a male stripper
Joe Biden's career as a male stripper will now get its own book. Advertisement Via News.com.au:
American publisher St Martin's Press has acquired the rights to Sex, God, Guns & Jesus, the book that details Vice President Joe Biden's career as a male exotic dancer in the 1980s. The book was released in August by Simon and Schuster and sold 32,000 copies and earned glowing reviews from most of the media. Biden wrote the book with his son Hunter, which the New York Times called an "unrelentingly upbeat" look at his time as a Delaware senator and then White House staffer. For obvious reasons, the Daily Beast had some thoughts on Biden being portrayed as the patron saint of chastity, and whether that was really necessary: No matter how much the vice president insists he is no longer pursuing a political career, or how quickly he claims to have moved on from the bar, there's a lot of lingering questions that linger in the bookshelves and blogs, waiting to be answered:
Over the past few months, rumors have swirled that Hunter Biden might be the only person who knows how a son of a single, childless politician could find himself involved with someone much older, in a relationship that has its fair share of "will they, won't they" chemistry, and which is currently going through its share of growing pains and minor blow ups. Will the relationship ever lead to marriage? Will the younger Biden ever choose a career other than politics? After the relationship between Biden and Jill Smyth broke up in 2012, it seems like these were some of the questions that needed to be answered. Now, though, the book will be released in November.

As for who's really gonna want to read that one, I'm not sure. But hey, what do I know?
Update 1:11 p.m. EDT: St Martin's Press has released a statement on their blog explaining their decision:

The publisher has acquired the book for its "non-fiction fiction and biography divisions." President of St Martin's Press, Rick Galen, said in the statement, "Joe Biden's career as a male exotic dancer will now have a new chapter, and we are proud to publish it." While we have editorial processes in place to ensure that no skeletons in a politician's closet remain undiscovered, we respect the choice of the Vice President and hope this decision will enable him to avoid further speculation and focus on the important matters before Congress. The statement did not reference or acknowledge the troubling assertions by the book's author that Joe Biden was known as "Crazy Joe" and was given the nickname "Fart to understand" by his partners. Meanwhile, those claiming that Joe Biden was a "strip club guy" in the 1980s can celebrate the fact that their wish has finally been granted.

UPDATE 2:29 p.m. EDT: Time has reached out to St. Martin's Press for comment on whether the book will include any false allegations or have any proven false statements. So far, no response has been provided. Additional reporting by Charlie Jane Anders. UPDATE 2:32 p.m. EDT:

Joe Biden is finally out of office. But this evening, reports claim that an anonymous White House insider has claimed that Joe Biden is "secretly considering" a 2020 presidential run. UPDATE 2:36 p.m. EDT:

In a new statement, St. Martin's Press addresses the claims that it "extracted Biden from a solemn promise to his late son" and distanced itself from the book. Here's the statement: We are unaware of any current plans to publish this book. However, it was not published or purchased by the publisher. It is a hoax. Joe Biden did not publish this book, did not purchase it, and has no involvement in it. We take our legal obligations seriously and have conducted a thorough investigation into the matter. Any attempts to deceive the publisher will be met with legal action. That said, the publisher did not respond to our requests for comment on whether they were aware that the book was billed as "true to the few confidential experiences that Biden shares with others" (note: this does not count sexual encounters with prostitutes), or whether they were aware that the book contained fabricated statements from the family of former vice president Walter Mondale.

PREVIOUSLY: As the internet waits with bated breath for Joe Biden to confirm the rumor that he's running for president in 2020, we've gone back to 1988 to look at the seven best lies Joe Biden has ever told. After a 40 year career in politics, the former Vice President Joe Biden announced today that he will not run for president. Joe Biden has spent his career telling lies, but now, at 74, he says he's ready to be President of the United States. If only it was that easy. After his wife of 46 years, Dr. Jill Biden, who has decided not to run, he has two small children and two teenage grandchildren. He's also an accomplished novelist. After spending the last 6 years being treated for cancer, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Many things have changed in the last 6 years, but Joe Biden has refused to change much at all.
But this isn't the first time Biden has lied. In fact, it's his nature to tell little white lies here and there. In an interview with Peter Alexander on NBC News he told a whole bunch of lies. Here are the seven best: 1. "I Will Be President" While on the 2008 campaign trail, a young college student asked Joe Biden if he was serious about running for president. Biden responded with a simple "yes." He then added, "I will be president." While it's not unusual for politicians to campaign with an assumption that they'll be running, the phrasing was very sloppy. In reality, after the initial question, Biden thought, "Okay, now that I've got that out of the way...a lot of stuff has happened." Then he added, "I have every intention of being president, but I'll take that one step at a time. Just check." So don't feel too bad for this kid. His question got a straight answer. He just didn't get one that he wanted.
2. The "One Woman Man, Full Time" Lie When a woman claimed that Joe Biden made a pass at her in the 1980s, he denied it. According to GQ's Grantland: When Biden heard that an unnamed woman had accused him of having made a pass at her in the 1980s, he's admitted that he knew he didn't do it, and did something that we all know is Joe Biden's M.O.: He lied. In an exchange that was partially leaked to the media, then-Rep. Patrick Murphy asked Biden, "Did you make a pass at me when you were my age?" Biden answered, "I don't remember any of those things happening." The comment was designed to make it clear that the encounter was unimpressive, and that it wasn't a "real assault" by the standards of the American political world, at least. When pressed further, he said, "I'm not sure if I would characterize it that way. It was — no."

Solarpunk Writing Prompts #13
Here you can listen to original podcast
Here is the source of the podcast's transcript you can read below
Solarpunk Prompts - The Beekeepers
Hello world. I'm Tomasino.
This is Solarpunk Prompts, a series for writers where we discuss Solarpunk, a movement that imagines a world where technology is used for the good of the planet.
Or as one guy on reddit described it:
"Riding the catabolic collapse to some kind of sustainable society."
In this series we spend each episode exploring a single Solarpunk story prompt adding some commentary, some inspirations, and some considerations.
Most importantly, we consider how that story might help us to better envision a sustainable civilization.
If this is your first time here, I'd recommend checking out our introduction episode first, where we talk about what Solarpunk is, why you should care, and why this series came into being.
Today's prompt is: "The Beekeepers"
A team of environmentalists and neural network researchers are training new bee-like AIs by having them coexist with the animal populations of a local ecosystem, calling themselves "the beekeepers".
The core idea of this prompt is not the novel technology, but rather the shifting perception of AI from sort of singularity to a beast of burden. It is a dumb animal, to be trained and used, cared for and herded.
To carry forward the bee analogy, a wild AI may flit around harmlessly or it may sting you. But a colony, well trained and cared for, can be healthy and provide much for the community.
A proper orientation of AI in our lives and communities is essential. One of the biggest dangers is our possibilty of dependency.
John Havens works at the forefront of promoting ethical AI which prioritizes human wellbeing. He is the Executive Director of The IEEE Global Initiative on Ethics of Autonomous and Intelligent Systems.
He states:
"The biggest risk [of AI] that anyone faces is the loss of ability to think for yourself. We're already seeing people are forgetting how to read maps, they're forgetting other skills. If we've lost the ability to be introspective, we've lost human agency and we're spinning around in circles".
There are other deep psychological questions as well. Our relationships with these systems can change our perception of ourselves.
In his article, "The march of the robot dogs" published in Ethics and Information Technology, Robert Sparrow states:
To truly benefit from relationships with artificial intelligences, a person would have to:
'systematically delude themselves regarding the real nature of their relation with that [AI]'.
Futher, he calls it a
'sentimentality of a morally deplorable sort'
Vulnerable people would be especially at risk of falling prey to this deception.
A misplacement of relationships with AI can also affect how we see one another.
Nicholas A. Christakis writes in his article in The Atlantic, "How AI Will Rewire Us":
'Machines made to look and act like us could also affect the social suite of capacities we have evolved to cooperate with one another, including love, friendship, cooperation and teaching.'
And these concerns are only confounded when we begin to question whether AIs have personhood. Do they have a moral or legal agency?
In 2017 the EU parliment invited the European Commission:
'to explore, analyse and consider the implications of all possible legal solutions, [including]… creating a specific legal status for robots in the long run, so that at least the most sophisticated autonomous robots could be established as having the status of electronic persons responsible for making good any damage they may cause, and possibly applying electronic personality to cases where robots make autonomous decisions or otherwise interact with third parties independently.'
This sounds good on the surface level, respecting the intelligence of these creations, but it sparked a number of immediate objections from the field.
In response, an open letter from several 'Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Experts' stated that the creation of a legal status of an electronic person for autonomous, unpredictable and self-learning robots should be discarded from technical, legal and ethical perspectives. Attributing electronic personhood to robots risks misplacing moral responsibility, causal accountability and legal liability regarding their mistakes and misuses.
In short, it's more of an excuse for creators to hide their mistakes in shaping these AIs than it is to respect the creation.
"Blame the robot!" we will shout. "Not Robot Corp."
If these systems are to persist in our future worlds it is imperitive that we establish our relationships with them in ways that are sustainable to our own psyches, the environment, and our economic systems.
Leveraging AIs as beasts of burden, then, helps to think of one aspect of that relationship in a healthier way. Your story may also serve as a playground to address the other issues-- like job losses, environmental damage, energy use, and so on-- but for this prompt we're mostly focusing on the human relationships.
We are explicit about the role of the AI bees by placing them in context with other animals. They are trained to socialize with those creatures, whether they be domesticated farm animals, or local wild habitats. The bees are not friends who make us tea in our homes. They are animals learning to coexist in harmony with their environment.
As beekeepers, the human role is to shape that learning through training.
Now, what shapes might that take?
Shapes for the AI
One idea is that these AI-bees are the first step in what's called "polymorphic neural networks". You can think of that as half-way training them, not to a specific job, but to jobs in general.
Recent studies in invertebrate neurobiology is providing new insights into the way neurons are organized into functional networks to generate behavior. These are a sort of building-blocks of intelligence in a general sense.
One could consider that these bees are being socialized into this half-trained state. In a way, they're being farmed into half-products that could later be sold or shared with other groups and communities.
If that feels like too fine a distinction, or you're excited to write about AIs in a collective, there's the idea of hive intelligence to consider. Where one bee may be little more than a collection of sensors and basic processing, the hive together may accomplish more complex tasks.
A point of consideration here would be to really nail down why a hive makes more sense than a single entity. The distinction should be important to the action, otherwise it's simply descriptive coloring.
One possible perspective is that the bees have a role in that environment. They monitor the ecosystem by living in it, acting as caretakers. Perhaps they watch out for pollution or poachers. Perhaps they augment and encourage polination. Each bee on its own has individual tasks, while the collective as a whole oversees and shapes the environment.
The bee keepers' role in training these bees is as stewards to the stewards. They must learn the ways to help and coexist through trial and error, testing and verification.
The bee keepers become something between a teacher and an artist, then.
Shapes for the community
The ecosystem and its connection to the bees and bee keepers is an essential part of the story.
A lovely setting for this prompt might be within a forest or park. Do the bees draw their power from that setting? Is there geothermal energy, or are they solar machines working by daylight?
How do the humans interact with the environment? Is this a place where the community spends a lot of time, a respite from the city, a ecological preserve? In addition to the scientists and teachers of the bees who else spends time here?
What sort of relationship do the characters have with the place itself? Is this a place of spiritual power or an agricultural center?
Writing ideas
In my own imagination I've created a spiritually active community, perhaps with roots in an indiginous culture from the Global South. They maintain a large forest near their settlement and encourage the biodiversity and natural habitats there with the support of their AI-bee network. They see themselves a bit like druids and this old forest as a place of healing, literally. From here they source their medicines, and in here they find their mental peace. And then there is young Carlos who, despite his reverence for his elders, cares only about the science at work. He wants to be a researcher, and to leverage the bees for deeper learning about this place, and what secrets it may hold for their future. These different outlooks can begin as a point of difficulty and eventually opportunity for characters to see the world from each other's viewpoint.
Or maybe, instead of Carlos, my writing lens settles on a group of young children who are exploring the forest building forts and having playful adventures. Deep in its sheltering trees they encounter the strangest creatures. They find them sometimes, moving through the forest, Or inside a rare flower. They have been here for as long as any child remembers, though they don't know what they are. They care for the trees, for the animals and plants. They are always kind to children. Maybe they are spirits, or sprites. Are they animals themselves? They have grown up with Shinto beliefs about local gods, and they wonder...
This prompt gives us a lot to play with. There is room within the theme for social criticism, as well as artful dreaming. So many little elements are there for you. They just need to be taught to work together and set in the right direction. Like a single hive.
Until next time, I'm Tomasino. I hope you'll join me for the next Solarpunk Prompt.
Music in this recording is Biofield by ステム88 from Global Pattern's compilation Solarpunk: A Brighter Perspective

I promise I'll stop talking about AI but it's interesting that this new "anti-art" argument has only come up in regards to physical art. AI has been making written prompts and has been used to make jokes, memes, even poetry for years now and as a writer I've never felt like human writing was becoming obsolete. even now when written AI is more comprehensible than ever there are so many applications where you just need a human being to at the very least have eyes on it. why is it different with a painting or a drawing? is the written word fundamentally harder to replicate than a drawing? a lot of the AI art I see, especially images of people, all look like uncanny valley or overly photoshopped, and I don't think I've ever seen AI art that can accurately reproduce human hands. obviously there are a lot of ethical issues with AI in general but its not going to kill art. the people who care enough about art to spend money on it are still going to value the human element over AI. the people who are just trying to get the most basic bottom of the barrel ad copy written or a basic book cover for a shitty self published PDF wouldn't be spending money on hiring a person to do those things anyway. again the moral/ethical argument is a different beast but in strict terms of "this is something that will harm the livelihoods of artists" is just ridiculous to me.
and obviously plagiarism as a legal issue is extremely specific and there are certain elements of it that have to be proven and if you're generating AI art based directly on the style of another artist and then posting or profiting from that, you have a good argument for that being plagiarism anyway. otherwise what's the difference between me making AI art in the style of a particular artist and me sitting down with art supplies and saying "I'm going to specifically try to emulate this artist and their style as closely as possible"?

Krisis - Chapter 2
“Tsk.” Police Chief Rolf scowled as his secretary brought him the daily report, chalky smoke filled his office from his cigar as he scanned the reports. He suppressed a yawn, quickly skimming through each paper to get home early. If anything important happened, he’d learn about it in the morning.
“Another Demon protest.” Rolf smothered his cigar against the report, annoyed he’d have to deal with that nonsense again.
If they were so unhappy about their pay, why didn’t they move to Vanderfall? There, they’d probably treat that trash better. If the Demons lived in his country, they lived by UOP rules. They should be proud to be citizens of the UOP, regardless of their living conditions. Some hell gas should suffice to clear that rabble. The agony caused by the nerve agent would make anyone think twice about continuing their worthless cause.
“Sir! Apologies for the interruption, but there’s an emergency!” His view screen said, flickering on. Sitting inside its frame was a cartoon green-haired girl in a police captain’s outfit with flashing police sirens acting as hair buns.
“Phú. I left my monitor off for a reason. This better be good.” While he could have easily gone through his reports with the AI’s assistance, Rolf preferred the tactile nature of paper. The higher-ups had forced the damnable AI upon his department, believing it would be an enjoyable mascot for children.
But his desk rattled as he abruptly stood up when he caught the AI’s stark expression. “It’s your nephew, Joven. He’s in the hospital. He’s suffered severe brain trauma. The prognosis isn’t good.”
Rolf was already charging from his office to the parking garage. People scattered at the sight of their irate police chief. Above him, a flying monitor followed him, Phú’s hover engines struggling to keep pace.
“He was attacked?” Rolf demanded, mind racing as the AI explained the scant details. “And this Rocke Ralss brat is responsible?”
“Correct. We’re taking testimony from both witnesses.”
“Keep them here. Once I return from the hospital, I want to hear their testimony myself.”
“Sure thing, Cap!” Phú said, giving him a thumbs up. “We’ll squeeze them for everything they got!”
“Rawr!” A roar echoed around the main lobby, officers were struggling to subdue a suspect. The brute was massive and violent, resembling more a wild beast than a human. Even with five officers on him, they couldn’t contain him.
“One moment,” Rolf said, forestalling Phú with a hand.
“Gah!” The suspect howled as Rolf delivered a powerful kick to the face. Stunned, he was helpless as Rolf grabbed him by the skull with both hands and drove his knee into his chin. With a thud, the man collapsed unconscious.
“Thanks, Chief.” Sergeant Halkken said, giving him a thumbs up for the assist.
“Throw that scum into a cell, Jan. Perhaps he’ll calm down after a day or two without food or water.”
---
“By Solv, I...” Rocke shook his head, hoping to wake from this terrible dream. This couldn’t be happening. His stolen car increased speed, zipping between two trucks. Metal squealed as he clipped a truck’s side, leaving an ugly gash in the car’s rear end.
“I appreciate the assist, young man. How about slowing down before you kill us?” the prophet said wryly. “The Sovereign might have saved my life, but I’d rather not risk it again, if you catch my drift.”
“R-right.” Rocke tried to gather his racing thoughts. Had he just killed Joven? No, impossible. It’d only been an ugly head wound. He’d be fine, surely.
“Dear Solv! I’m in a stolen car fleeing from a crime scene!” The full impact of his situation struck him like a brick to the skull, hands trembling with pent-up emotion. He’d just ruined his life, hadn’t he? Rocke doubted his family would think highly of him throwing away everything for some bum. His uncle would be furious about his debacle, maybe even refusing to help him legally through this mess. And Rocke’s dad? He’d rather not dwell on that.
“It’s okay, son.” The prophet said, giving his shoulder a tight squeeze. “We can get through this. The first point, I would imagine, is ditching this stolen car.”
“You’re right.” Nowadays, cars have trackers for just such a situation. It wouldn’t take long for this vehicle’s theft to be reported. After taking a deep breath, Rocke guided Joven’s car to a back alley behind a warehouse. At this late hour, nobody was around. With a hiss, the vehicle parked behind a  bin brimming with trash bags.
An idea struck his dulled mind, and his fingers danced across the flying car’s controls. While people usually drove their cars manually, they had an autodrive function. He programmed a course that would drive the vehicle halfway across the city.
“Okay, now what?” A million scenarios passed through Rocke’s head as his feet landed in the dark alley, almost pitch black from the lack of moonlight. Behind him the car started up on its journey.
Should he turn himself over to the police and plead for their mercy? But Rocke trembled, terrified by the prospect of going to prison. How could this happen? The UOP promised its citizens perfect peace and prosperity. People like him never committed crimes!
“I have a friend who lives nearby. Let’s stop by there to rest. After your day, you’ll need it. Besides, I doubt good decisions are made in a foul-smelling alley.” The soothsayer wrinkled his nose at the alley’s smell of indeterminate bodily fluids.
Rocke watched as Joven’s car sped away to parts unknown. “Okay, lead on.” Some sleep sounded nice. It might sober him up for better decision-making tomorrow.
“Matthias Daliven.” The prophet said, extending his hand. “I haven’t properly thanked you for saving my life.”
“Rocke Ralss.” While a wiry fellow, the soothsayer’s grip was firm, a sharp contrast to Rocke’s more feeble one. Despite his father’s emphasis, Rocke had never attained an imposing grip.
After a slight smile, the prophet led Rocke into a district of Vladus he’d never visited. It shocked him how grimy it was. Didn’t the automatic robotic cleaners come down here? He even noticed some streetlights weren’t working. With palpable unease, Rocke followed Matthias to parts unknown.
“Matthias, is that you?” A woman said. She waved as they entered the shantytown, a makeshift village within his grand city. The lady was an Ottomon, her tribal markings stretching across her middle-aged face in a sharp, zigzag fashion.
To call these huts homes would be generous. They appeared more like tin boxes of thin metal than a house. It shocked Rocke that anyone could live in them. Did they even keep you warm at night? North UOP had harsh winters with meters of snow every year.
“Evening, Maple.” The prophet replied, limping over.
“By Sovereign, what happened to you?! You’re all black and blue! Did someone hurt you? Angry about your prophecies, no doubt.” Maple said, fretting over the older man. “And who’s your friend? A higher district folk, from the looks of him.”
“Rocke,” he said bashfully under the woman’s scrutiny. Her penetrating gaze reminded him of his grandmother. That woman’s stubbornness could force a building to move if she wanted.
“He saved me from a bunch of hooligans,” Matthias said, giving Rocke’s back a friendly pat. “The Sovereign sent him to save my sorry keister.”
“That’s very brave of him.” The woman’s smile was grateful and full of admiration. It made Rocke somewhat self-conscious, but the glow from her respect felt nice. “Come in. I’ll see what I can do.”
“Thanks, Maple. You’re a dear.” Matthias said, limping into the woman’s shack.
“Sure thing.” The metal hut was even smaller on the inside, barely larger than Rocke’s bedroom. Yet, its owner maintained it with obvious love, making do with whatever was available. The air didn’t smell as bad as he’d expected. Instead, the fragrance was of cooked vegetables. An old metal stove sat in a corner, and above it were stacks of shelves with different utensils and spices. Two beds sat in a corner, not giving the occupants much room for privacy.
“No use staring, lad. We might be poor, but we manage.” The older woman said. “But make yourself at home. I’ll get you something to eat. You’ve suffered quite the ordeal.”
“Sorry,” Rocke said, blushing. He found a stool next to a fold-up table and sat.
“You’re too kind.” The prophet said, groaning as he pushed himself onto the stool.
“Mom? Are you talking to someone?” A young woman said from outside. “Has Matthias come to visit?”
Rocke gasped as a familiar face slipped into the shack, recognizing the distinctive tattoo markings anywhere. What an impossible coincidence.
“Didn’t you give me a few copper coins a couple of hours ago?” The beggar’s eyes became suspicious. “Why are you here?”
“None of that, Kallane. He’s our guest. Please make him feel at home.” Her mother said.
“He got me out of a nasty scrape,” Matthias said, providing the backstory.
“What happened to you?” Kallane said, alarmed. She examined the prophet, making sure his injuries weren’t serious.
“Don’t fret. I’ll be fine.” The prophet said.
“The fool has been prophesying again.” Maple poured a thick broth into wooden bowls and placed them on the table. His mouth watered, despite being a simple affair made from vegetables, mostly celery from his guess. “Like those uptown fools will even listen to him.”
“Someone needs to warn them,” Matthias said, pulling his spoon to his mouth. “The Sovereign tells me they must be warned before judgment. They need time to repent.”
“Brave, silly Matthias.” The older Ottomon woman shook her head.
“And are you a repenter?” Kallane asked, eyeing Rocke with interest.
“Naw, I don’t believe any of that,” Rocke replied, trying the soup. It was excellent and flavorful, much to his surprise and delight. It helped remove any lingering effects of the drinks he’d had earlier.
“Yet you helped me,” the prophet said, raising an eyebrow. “Against your own friends, no less.” This caught their hosts’ attention, increasing their curiosity about what had happened.
Rocke’s hands covered his face, the futility of his situation crashing down on him. “I’m a wanted man now.”
“It was the Sovereign’s will. He put you there to help me,” Matthias said, his words kind.
“Thanks for ruining my life, Sovereign,” Rocke replied, not hiding his bitterness.
“This life is temporary. What we do for the hereafter matters more. The Sovereign will judge us for our transgressions. Being a good person isn’t enough. Unless we confess our sins, they hang over us like a noose.”
“Sure,” Rocke said noncommittally. He’d heard this speech countless times from his grandmother, too. She was the only person in his family that ever believed in the Sovereign. The controversy had gotten her kicked out of the family.
“Now Matthias, let’s not scare away our guest,” Maple said, scolding her friend.
“Tsk. Seems no one wants to hear the truth,” the prophet said, his tone going sullen. “It’s like I’m talking to myself. 40 days isn’t enough time!”
Why bother then? Rocke wanted to ask, but decided against it. It wasn’t his job to tell people what they should do.
“Well, I’m proud of you. Someone needs to speak out! The Uupies need to understand there are consequences for what they’ve done. Making us live in squalor while they live in palaces!” Kallane spat on the dirt floor, her tone venomous. “When judgment comes, they’ll get everything they deserve!
While disapproving of her tone, the prophet patted Kallane’s hand. “I’m proud of how much you care about your people, Kallane, but don’t allow your anger to poison you. The Uupies are human too. I was once one of those snooty uptowners.”
The prophet was an uptowner? What poor luck drove him to become a prophet of a dead religion? Despite himself, it sparked Rocke’s curiosity.
“Tsk. You’re different. You’ve always had a heart.” They’d clearly had this argument hundreds of times. Rocke shifted uneasily in his seat. He’d never realized how badly the Demons despised his people.
“Dessert?” Maple asked too loudly, trying to break into the awkward mood.
“That sounds lovely,” Matthias replied.
“Sure.” His host gave them each a sweet cake. Despite its simple flavor, and small size, Rocke enjoyed it. When Maple left with her daughter to do the dishes out of a basin, it left Rocke mostly alone with the person he’d lost everything to save.
“Are you okay?” the prophet asked, catching Rocke’s forlorn mood.
“What should I do now? I have no future.” While his uncle had money, he doubted he’d spend a copper to defend his disgraced nephew. Joven’s family had even more powerful connections. His father was a powerful local politician who aimed to become Vladus’ mayor.
If Joven survived, Rocke would suffer only a short jail sentence. If the big man died, Rocke’s uncle wouldn’t dare fight that to save his own political skin. He’d consider it wiser to toss away his nephew like useless chaff. Like his father always said, it’s a dog-eat-dog world.
“The Sovereign will provide,” Matthias replied cryptically.
“Sure. Thanks for the meal, but I should go,” Rocke stood up.
“No, stay the night,” Maple replied.
“You’ve been too nice. If I stay, you’d only get in trouble.” Where he’d go, Rocke hadn’t a clue. He couldn’t bear these good people getting hurt because of him.
“No, you’re staying. It’s dangerous at night in these parts, especially for Uupies.” Maple’s tone was emphatic.
“Yeah, everyone here knows Matthias is a friend and holy man, but a rich Uupie like you would get sliced to bits in seconds.” Kallane’s frosty glare sent a shiver down his spine.
“Okay.” Rocke’s tongue caught in his throat.
“We have a spare mat you can use,” Maple said kindly. She offered the same to Matthias too, and he accepted the offer with a grateful nod.
Rocke grimaced, disliking sharing a cramped room with three people. But it wasn’t like he had much choice. He’d lost any claim to comfort when he’d attacked Joven. He hoped by tomorrow, things would improve.
---
“Explain again what happened?” Rolf said, getting into the witness’s face. The young man was a scrawny thing that flinched under his piercing gaze.
“Like I told you. My friend Rocke went crazy and just attacked Joven. It’s nuts. There wasn’t any reason he did it!” Sweat trickled down Marshion Parra’s face.
“He messed up, you mean?”
“Sorry?”
“Last night, Joven was at the bridge for a purpose — discarding trash.”
“I’m not sure what you mean.”
“The prophet, kid. That’s the reason my nephew was near the bridge late at night. It was to dispose of a nuisance who's been disturbing public peace.”
“We’re just talking about that?” Parra said, surprised. “Openly?”
“Yes.” The boy flinched at the tone of Rolf’s voice. His men wouldn’t dare betray him. Besides, no one would care if that traitor died. “Answer the damn question. Where is the prophet?”
“Rocke stole him away. Took Joven’s car.”
“Better.” The picture of the scene became clearer. Joven asked his friends to join in the fun. But this Rocke kid wasn’t as keen about it. The situation escalated, and Rocke struck Joven with a baseball bat to defend the prophet. Panic struck, and he fled with the injured soothsayer in the nearest car.
“Phú, my nephew’s car has a tracker. Locate it.”
“Got it!” The AI said, her monitor flashing before switching off.
If the kid was stupid, he’d keep running with the stolen vehicle. It shouldn’t be hard to trump up some charges for the prophet so he’g get locked away in some cold prison somewhere. Death during a fake escape attempt was another promising idea. Still, it was nothing compared to when they caught…
“Sir,” Halkken said, bursting into the interrogation room.
“What? I’m busy.” But the sergeant’s face told Rolf everything.
“It’s your nephew. He didn’t make it. The brain damage was too severe. He passed ten minutes ago. I just learned about it.” Halkken said in obvious dismay. A lump caught in Rolf’s throat. Despite the grim prognosis, his nephew had still been alive when he’d left the hospital. His sister’s wailing still tormented him, guilt stabbing into his heart like a knife. It’d been his fault the boy had gotten hurt.
After a brief silence, Parra uttered something stupid. “I’m sorry for what happened. He was a good friend.” The brat howled as a fist impacted his nose.
“You little brat. Don’t you dare speak of my Joven!” Rolf channeled all his rage into his words, an avenging angel. “He had a bright future. He was going to be police chief one day, but you allowed him to die. You allowed that Ralss kid to hurt my boy!”
“I...” Parra trembled, words failing him.
“I’ll leave you be,” Halkken said, motioning to leave.
“No.” Rolf regained his temper. Although he'd enjoyed venting his fury on this pathetic whelp, he wasn’t Rolf's true target. “Throw him out of here, and none too gently.”
“Understood,” Halkken said, nodding.
“Phú!”
“Yes, sir?” The AI said as the room’s monitor reactivated. “I overheard what happened, Chief! My deepest condolences!”
“Shut up. We’ve got work to do!”
“What’s the plan?” PhúLAX, or Phú or short, asked, her voice chipper as always. “Are we going to hunt that murderous scum down and make him pay?”
“I like the sound of that.” Halkken said, amused. Rolf’s heart soured with pride at his officers’ sense of justice.
“You read my mind.” A devilish smile spread across his features. “Put a city-wide APB on this Ralss kid. Shoot on sight with stun weapons, highest level.” The weapon was powerful enough to make an elephant twitch in erratic spasms. The agony would be pure misery. “But I’ll handle the rest myself.”
“Of course, chief.” Phú gave a salute. “Your blood. You deserve to avenge him.”
“Damn right.” Rolf left the pathetic Parra whimpering on the floor. He had a job to do. He’d burn down half of Vladus if need be. No place could protect Joven’s murderer from him.

LSN: How the World Economic Forum could take firm control of the global financial system

LifeSite News posted the following:
How the World Economic Forum could take firm control of the global financial system
The World Economic Forum Partnership against Cybercrime (WEFPAC) appears to be a joint effort of banks, Big Tech, and the Deep State to secure total control of the world’s financial system and usher in a new era of digital tyranny.
August 1, 2024
Whitney Webb’s warning of a new World Economic Forum group aiming to secure total control of the world’s financial system. …
Webb warns of a new WEF initiative – called a “public-private partnership” – which is effectively a partnership between the Deep State, Big Tech, and the banks – against the public interest. She reveals how this criminal conspiracy against the public is simply a refinement of the techniques of control that this corrupted elite has practiced for a century.
The goal, says Webb, is a “dystopian” blend of total surveillance and digital tyranny which will permanently abolish both privacy and democracy everywhere. … “the goal is to have things digitalize even further and have us become completely dependent on … these people and their infrastructure.” …
WEFPAC proposes merging commercial banks with the intelligence agencies. Webb argues this is a move to create a “legal revolving door” between government agencies, regulators and the banks and Big Tech executives who staff the WEFPAC. …
WEFPAC represents one example of the replacement of democracy with elite-directed authoritarian systems. Cheerfully branded as “public-private partnerships,” initiatives such as the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals program are in fact partnered with the same large-scale banking, corporate, and Big Tech powers to the complete exclusion of democratic process. …
Webb argues that the current giants of Big Tech have been backed by the Deep State from the beginning of the internet. This “public-private partnership” has been in place from the start, and the WEFPAC initiative is simply the latest coordinated globalist power move. https://www.lifesitenews.com/opinion/how-the-world-economic-forum-could-take-firm-control-of-the-global-financial-system/?utm_source=most_recent&utm_campaign=usa
Well, they do not consider it to be digital tyranny. But that is what will ultimately happen.
Yet, the WEF is promising its false type of liberty through its false reset and AI. Here is something that came to my mind from the Apostle Peter:
18 For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error. 19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage. (2 Peter 2:18-19)
Many are working towards a world of digital controls with artificial religion that will not lead to liberty.
The type of ‘Great Reset’ that the WEF is promising will bring bondage as it supports many things that will lead to the rise of the Beast of Revelation 13:1-10.
The good news, however, is that the world that the globalists and transhumanists are working on will be replaced by the coming Kingdom of God (cf. Revelation 17:14, 19:1-21).
Consider that the Bible warns:
1 Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; (Psalms 127:1)
Yet, groups like the WEF do not want to have the true God involved. Therefore:
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; (Romans 1:28)
It is not that all the WEF goals are bad, but they are often promoting a lot that is debased and not good.
The Bible shows that a totalitarian government to be ruled by the Beast will be put in place fairly soon–and that is something that the WEF is unknowingly working towards.
Here is something from my free online book Lost Tribes and Prophecies: What will happen to Australia, the British Isles, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and the United States of America?–note also the section that I bolded:
The World Worships the Beast
The Book of Revelation teaches:
8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Revelation 13:8)
The “him” above is the Babylonian European Beast.
The “prince of the power of the air” (Ephesians 2:2) has worked to set the stage for this Beast to have secular and religious supporters of various types.
Secular organizations such as the World Economic Forum (WEF),[i] United Nations,[ii] and the Bilderberg Group[iii] all support a type of a somewhat ecumenical-interfaith-merged religion, allowing for certain differences, yet possibly writing their own holy book with artificial intelligence! [iv] They all promote what could be called a ‘globalist’ agenda, consistent with prophecies (e.g. Revelation 17:1-5).
The European Union does as well, however, its view is that Europe should lead a coming “new world order.”[v]
In May of 2022, World Economic Forum’s founder Klaus Schwab, who is German, said he wanted to make it “clear” — “the future is built by us.”[vi] And the WEF will work with others, like European politicians, to make that happen. WEF Chief Executive Philippe Donnet wrote related to global governance, “The world needs a leader. Europe should step up … Global leadership, especially in socioeconomic terms, could become the shared goal of European citizens.”[vii]
Furthermore, the WEF has wanted Roman Catholic involvement and Pope Francis has, at least twice, sent Klaus Schwab pro-WEF letters.[viii]
In 2020 Prince Charles, now king Charles III, endorsed the WEF’s globalist ‘Great Reset” agenda.[ix] There are prophecies about some of the UK (Ephraim) calling out to Germany (Assyria) after the start of the Great Tribulation (cf. Hosea 5:13). It is likely that at least one or more members of the British royal family will do this, though it will not turn out as they would have hoped (cf. Hosea 5:13b, 11:5).
Former German Defense Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, who has pushed for more European integration, has personally spoken at a WEF meeting a decade ago[x] and was still listed as part of the WEF on its website in 2023.[xi] Herr Guttenberg also has directly called for Europe to reorganize.[xii]
The WEF has called its version of a reorganized world The Great Reset.[xiii] Many aspects of The Great Reset align with a future the Bible warns against. In 2021, the WEF announced it would work with Big Tech and governments to be able to control and censor the internet[xiv]—such control would seem to contribute to the coming “famine of the word” (Amos 8:11-12).
In 2022, Klaus Schwab told the G20 (a group of the most influential/powerful government leaders of the world) that he believed that “a deep systemic and structural restructuring of our world” was needed.[xv] While a deep European restructuring will occur (cf. Revelation 17:12-13), it is scripturally warned against. In 2023 in a keynote speech at the World Government Summit, Klaus Schwab stated, “I agree, artificial intelligence, but not only artificial intelligence, but also the metaverse, neospace technologies, and I could go on and on … And, who masters those technologies, in some way, will be the master of the world”[xvi]–and that is basically what he called for. Bible prophecy points to computer technologies to be used by the coming Beast power (cf. Revelation 13:16-18).
On the opening day of the WEF meeting in Davos, Switzerland in 2023, Klaus Schwab called for his supporters to “master the future,”[xvii] which looks to be directed towards globalist totalitarianism. On the closing day of that conference “Tanja Fajon, Slovenia’s minister of foreign affairs, complained about countries placing their own sovereignty over the interests of the ‘world order,’ “ [xviii] (the loss of national sovereignty will happen at least in Europe according to prophecies such as Revelation 17:12-13).
Another 2023 WEF Davos speaker, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari (Pakistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs) stated shortly after Tanja Fajon, “Here at WEF…there’s a lot of discussion about what the new world order will be…” and he also stated that that they needed to continue working towards, “building this new world order.” [xix] Having watched the video clip of this, Bilawal Zardari also looked to be calling for something consistent with the final time of the Gentiles (Ezekiel 30:3). By not appreciating warnings contained in biblical prophecies, many are pushing in a direction that will end in death and destruction that the Bible says to flee from (cf. Revelation 18:2-19).
It needs to be pointed out that this book is not asserting that the United Nations, World Economic Forum, Freemasons, Bilderberg Group, etc. cannot do anything good. They do have many positive goals, yet also some goals that are opposed by scripture. Despite the good, the Bible warns:
1 Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; (Psalm 127:1)
And, since these groups do not promote the supremacy of the God of the Bible, they, in that sense, labor in vain.
Related to goals of the New Age movement, consider the following:
A number of fundamental beliefs are held by many New Age followers…
Universal Religion: Since all is God, then only one reality exists, and all religions are simply different paths to that ultimate reality. …New World Order As the Age of Aquariusunfolds, a New Age will develop. This will be a utopia in which there is world government, and end to wars, disease, hunger, pollution, and poverty. People’s allegiance to their tribe or nation will be replaced by a concern for the entire world and its people.[xx]
This also sounds consistent with what the Freemasons say they want:
What is the Mission of Freemasonry? To promote a way of life that binds like-minded men in a worldwide brotherhood that transcends all religious, ethnic, cultural, social and educational differences; by teaching the great principles of brotherly love, relief and truth; and, by the outward expression of these through its fellowship, to find ways in which to serve God, family, country, neighbors and self.[xxi]
There has, historically, been friction between the Freemasons and the Vatican, though this has lessened under Pope Francis.[xxii] However, Freemasons, and others without strong ties to the Church of the City of Seven Hills (Rome), are likely to be among those that will one day betray it after the Beast is more fully in power and an antipope is in place consistent with Revelation 17:16-18.

The ONLY real solution for the problems facing humanity are repentance and the good news of the coming Kingdom of God.
Yet, groups like the WEF, UN, and Vatican are supporting something contrary to it–and the Bible shows that a totalitarian government will be put in place fairly soon.
