Sensi Garmadon was literally one of the greatest characters in Ninjago
His arc in Rebooted with Lloyd was done pretty well, slowly but surely teaching Lloyd about the true boundaries of his power
But God damn he shined through so much in Season 4, it gave us a look into a scenario where Garmadon was the mentor for the ninja (temporarily) instead of Wu, and like FUCK I'm so mad they killed him off
And if that wasn't enough the writers decided to kill him AGAIN in Season 5
JUST GIVE THE MAN A BREAK D:<
On top of that, his dynamic with Clouse is just nothing short of pure art, its literally just both of them going "I specialise in the art of kicking your ass in 50 million different ways" and I'm all for it, it also gave us a lot of lore for the serpentine wars and how Chen got to this point with Clouse
And of course the elephant in the room for this guy, his sacrifice at the end of season 4
"I yearned to make the world in MY IMAGE.
I never realised I already had... In You."
That line fuckin took me when I originally watched season 4, like it's so damn tragic, and I really wish the writers kept him in the story longer, but at the same time his sacrifice was what made S4's ending so powerful

Curtwen Week Day 6: Happy Ending

this is probably an unpopular opinion with the amount of "everyone is married with kids" type future aus people make for sonic characters but i cannot see sonic getting married or having a kid ever. if he did somehow end up with a kid hed be the worlds first transmasc absent father or however the joke goes
#i can only see sonic with a kid if its some random kid he accidentally adopted or whatever#and if he had a partner whatever they have going on probably wouldnt fit the typical idea of how having a partner works at all#i dont think sonic is a very romantic guy to be honest. and being in a serious relationship or ''settling down'' wouldnt be for him#i guess you could argue his feelings towards that sort of stuff could change once hes an adult#but i kinda. dont like. the idea of him suddenly becoming interested in romance and wanting to settle down#as a sign hes ''finally grown up'' or whatever. because lack of interest in romance isnt an immature trait you have to grow out of#some people never want that sort of thing and thats fine#anyway i dont hate fankids to be clear i think theyre fun in concept . like from a design standpoint#taking traits from characters you like to make a new guy out of it is fun#i just cannot imagine those things ever actually happening does that make sense#actually while im at it i dont think rouge would want kids at all either . people want her to be motherly so bad but she just is not#she is the cool older sister figure who teaches you how to steal from the pin container at hot topic without getting caught. not a mom

PLWEASE send them your questions not me JAJFHDSF#I thought it would be cool if macaque has two separate forms as a shadow and inside a mindscape. like I wanted his shadow form to reflect#him in his prime and then the mindscape form as what he looked like when he died. or a more vulnerable state at least#based on LBD appearing to MK as the ivory lady when she died in the S3 special. I don’t know exactly what it was but my first thought seein#the white void was she was appearing to MK in his mindscape to talk to him. so I built on that#I wanted to give him a more ‘Smokey’ look as a shadow just based on how he manipulates them in the show like in shadow play. #She's so cute <3#WPP#Portal#Ellen McLain#If you haven't played through the audio commentary I would Absolutely recommend it it is So fun#I clicked out of curiosity - kind of just expecting like a movie's audio commentary y'know? Like a video that highlighted specific scenes#No it's just the whole game again but with trivia pop-ups! I love that!!#It reminded me so much of like trivia track or the pop up fun facts from special editions of movies I would watch as a kid#But you can play through them!! You have to click on them and they spin! I love that!!!#I always love hearing the design and development process - fascinating how the playtesters reacted to this new game!#We take it for granted now but yeah I imagine it would've been very confusing at the time#And I was like ''Well it was such a small team and Ms. McLain was such a large part of it - surely she'll have a few bubbles?''#She does lol - as soon as I got to her first one (it was a slow burn! They buried the lead with her lol I'm already invested!) I had to go#I saved-quit the game out of sheer excitement and giddiness lol I had to sleep on it before I was ready to come back#It is so cool to hear her natural voice ah <3 And the kinds of direction she was given! Other bubbles also talk about her vocal direction :)#Very cool! I wonder what TTS they used for reference :0#But to hear her real laugh without the audio processing over and and she still sounds like GLaDOS!
