Another under 300cal meal for you!

One boca veggie burger - seasoned with your favorite spices, of course (100cals). Tossed in the airfryer to heat.

85 grams of steamed broccoli, seasoned to taste (30 cals)

Looks like more than there is, and it helps to cut the burger into smaller pieces if you want to eat slowly!

Total for this meal comes out to 130 cals! Of course i doubled it to have some lunch for tomorrow. Now you have room for a good snack! Enjoy!! ❤️

Dear Gus & Magnus,

I didn't take a picture today, so here's one from eight years ago, a month before I proposed marriage. If I remember correctly, we decided on a whim late that afternoon to go camping. We drove out to Maumelle Park, made some Boca burgers over the fire -- your mom impressed me by adding a fried egg to most of our meals at that time. I was into high-end hard ciders back then, so I brought along a four-pack of Crispin. After it got dark we made s'mores.

We had so much fun that I remember thinking we should camp more, but the next time we slept in a tent was our wedding night. And I think the only other time we've done so is when we slept with Gus in Nene's front yard. We should do that again this fall.

Breakfast- Made a mess of steel cut oats. Uff. It was half a serving, but it boiled over so I was missing some.

Snack- veggies n yogurt dressing

Lunch- Veggie chili over cabbage w turkey pepperoni, mashed hearts of palm.

Snacks- coffee meringues. Fitcrunch bar. Banana.

Dinner- boca burger with low cal bread, loaded potato salad.

Worked 12 hours. Class for 2 hours. I am beat.

Lots of tea, coffee, glucomannon and fiber in between everything.

I want to make some progress so bad. It has been months. It is time.
