I started my fast this morning :)

My goal is to fast all the way to Monday. It’s Tuesday right now. Let’s see if I get down six pounds.

I will get all of my steps in and I’ll continue to do my workouts. I haven’t done it in a day so I’m kind of messing up but I’m going to keep swimming 🐟

I’m hoping to get down to 116 or 112. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I GET DOWN TO 116 this week but the problem is I don’t check my weight until the end of the week. I don’t think it’s healthy to check it every single day also…I get scared to check 😭

But then I tell myself either way it’s a good thing. If it went up, seeing that will motivate me to lose it faster and seeing it lower will motivate me to keep going 🤷🏽‍♀️

There are times in the fast where I say I’m hungry when I’m really just craving something…I’m not even hungry. In fact I think I’m still full from last night and the days before that. NONODY talks about how your literal stomach shrinks when you fast. Last week when I got off my fast, a bagel was almost soo much for me. WHAT THE HECK?! Normally I can eat a whole pan of spaghetti 🍝

It was really strange but I binged until I couldn’t open my mouth (last week) I got down to 118 last week but then binged so I don’t know what I weigh now 😖

DAY 7 Completed

I just realized I didn’t post my morning update it’s okay I’ll update you guys in everything I did today so I’ll have to change my days a little since I have fasting day on Thursday and liquid day on Friday I won’t be able to do that cause my friends planned a picnic and they begged me to go there is going to be fruit so I’ll be relying on that but if I don’t eat they are going to realize so I’ll do my fasting day tomorrow and liquid day on Thursday

Today for breakfast I had my usual açaí bowl I love it so much i did eat Scooby doo cookies because my teacher offered it to me and I didn’t wanna be rude about it so I ate that and a 80 calorie yogurt for school lunch so I’m not tempted to eat at school since I ate the 130 calories cookies and the yogurt I came home and drank my lovely Diet Coke and 25 calories of skinny popcorn for dinner I had watermelon and that’s it

So I ended up with 521 calories tomorrow I have school and I work so I really hope I don’t break my fast I’m so excited to start all I need to do is remind myself of how tired I am of being fat food won’t make me feel better It will make me feel worst I need to prove people wrong and if you have tips to help me with the fasting I would love if you guys leave them in the comments I really need them by the way I did get my 10k steps today yayyyy ended the day great
