Return to center on your mat and take another full body stretch. Take any final movements you might need to feel complete.

That might be another round of slow and easy windshield wipers. Maybe knees to chest or happy, laughing baby. A supine twist, any leg variation and repeated on both sides. Reclined butterfly.

When you've satisfied every nook and cranny, settle into whatever shape allows you to rest in stillness and reset for the next several minutes.

Bring the palms of your hands together at heart center and take one deep, luxurious breath in through your nose and then sigh it away on the exahle.
