so we’ve established by now that we’ve all acquired an inner Senshi that tells us to eat properly and an inner Chilchuck that tells us to be mindful of our rights in the workplace, but what about Laios and Marcille? their self-care schticks are a little bit more abstract than the other two, so I’m curious as to what everyone’s learning from them
#dungeon meshi#personally my laios tells me to stop forcing myself to wear clothes that are Bad Sensory just bc I’m going out in public#I have a specific pair of Leaving The House Trousers that everyone always says are very stylish and androgynous#but they’re made of scratchy fabric and have an annoying seam and don’t keep my shirt properly tucked in#so I’ll be standing in my loose jsk (good sensory but gets me a bad grade in transmasc) looking mournfully at the trousers#and that’s when laios will pop up like ‘well I wouldn’t pick the trousers. anyway do you want to hear a monster fact’#on the flipside my marcille mostly helps with motivating me to take care of my appearance on days when I wouldn’t otherwise have the spoons#particularly maintaining my hair (yeah I know)#I’ve said this before but ryoko kui did such a good job of tricking nerds into taking care of ourselves in every possible respect haha

south asian ppl being positive abt snakes > every culturally christian mf who uses “snake” to mean a “sneaky, scheming person”
#its so sad to see the snhate#also its so funny and annoying when its a new age idiot who talks about chakras and the kundilni. just like. no awareness that calling ppl#snakes obviously derives from christians demonizing those exact types of spirital beliefs which have dharmic origins need i remind you#since new age idiots seem to fuckin forget#you cant just. talk abt the kundilini and then be like 'snakes bad' get out of here nerd#go back to christianity already#proving yet again that new age shit- while somewhat disconnected from christianity- is still far too infected by it to act like its not#part of its core beliefs. id argue the majority of it is christian actually just with other hints of other religions tied onto it.#other religions none of them care to actually understand or try to respect#like if u really wanna know snakes are a symbol of fertility and sexuality and rebirth and precision. but whatever.#ALSO of shapelessness

look at him clutching his stomach from laughing too hard while recalling how gen looked while being STABBED

senku definitely made being a gen hater his meme lol the only other time i've seen him laughing genuinely this hard are these two interactions with his best friend

senku being such a gen hater is literally one of my favourite things ever because wdym he imagines blowing up a gen statue in the anime
i mean senku's feelings when it comes to people basically vary from neutral to positive. like dude is all about treating everyone equally, I Have No Enemies and whatnot. his enemies can literally attempt to murder him ten billion times and he'd still be super chill with them. and yet here comes gen, a famous magician who he deems a conman, and he gets soooo triggered by his very existence. senku, who is ALSO a fan of scheming and at the mere age of 10 manipulated nasa scientists into believing that he's only 7 for better cutesy points btw. yeah that senku has such strong negative emotions toward gen being a fraud too somehow
he brings up how trash gen's psychology book is at every chance, refuses to call gen a friend at first because "he's only an ally chrome!", sends him a hate letter via gen's radio shows, blows up a gen statue in his head...
the way these feelings are pretty irrational and yet gen is the only one who can truly get on senku's nerves. it's the funniest thing ever i love sengen
#PEOPLE WHO MAKE FANBOY SENKU AUS I RESPECT YOU BUT HIM BEING A HATER IS SO MUCH FUCKING FUNNIER#i just thing hje would send him anon hate#<- PREVVVV#the untapped potential in senku being an extreme gen hater AU#not even an AU technically when it's p much canon#but just hear me out#the idea of senku being such a gen anti to the point where he consumes all gen asagiri media to find more valid reasons to hate on him#it's so peak#not only is he sending hate anons to gen#hes also on reddit writing a long essay abt each part in gen's book that he has a problem with#citing ACTUAL reliable articles that proves gen's mentalism is wrong#he's on twitter making a cancel thread#but unfortunately most of his followers either don't know who gen is#or are hard science nerds who couldn't care less abt some random popular guy unlike senku#so the only attention the cancel thread gets is from gen fangirls sadly#which pisses senku off even more bc he's making valid points but the fangirls are too deluded to see it#ok but i rly enjoy senku fanboy fics too bc tsundere senku is always so good i eat it up every time#sengen#dcst posting

𝒩ot a bet﹕hyung line

𝑒nhypen x fem!reader ⚹ cw: each member ranges from 5-1k wc, fluff, lowercase intended, they swear, crying, uh someone kneels, not proud w heejake's 😞, not proofread ( lmk if i missed something! )
synopsis : upon learning that you were merely the stake in a bet, they wasted no time in mending your relationship.
part one !
★ LEE HEESEUNG ( 0.8k wc )
"y/n wait!"
heeseung's voice only made you walk faster. you didn't want to humiliate yourself further by stopping and talking to him. all you wanted to do now was to just march out of the school, go home, lock yourself in your room and maybe eat a tub of ice cream while you ugly cry yourself to sleep.
"y/n, please." heeseung pleaded, taking your elbow in his grasp as he spun you around and pulling you closer to the point you can feel his breath on fanning your nose.
he looked at you pleadingly. "it's okay," you managed to say in a shaky voice. "i understand, you can all laugh at me all you want now-" he shook his head, "it's okay really!" you added, pursing your lips.
"i just want to be left alone now okay?" and even if he knew you didn't mean just 'now.' he'll respect your wishes and let you go, but he won't give up.
heeseung watched you walk away from him with a heavy heart, wanting nothing but to just explain everything to you before it was too late. he couldn't lose you, not like this.
when he couldn't see your figure anymore, he messily messed his hair and made his way back to the gym eager to teach a guy how to not spit nonsense.
it's been a week since that happened and a week since he's seen you in the school. he asked some of your classmates and club members but all he received were nasty glares and short cold answers. what happened between the two of you spread like wild fire the following day you walked away from him. everyone knew you were kind of a nerd, but they also knew you were a complete angel and had a heart soft as a pillow.
they also knew that betting on a person's feeling isn't exactly it. — more under the cut!
so throughout that week too, his popularity decreased day by day. he used to receive heart eyes on the hallways and joyful 'good morning, heeseung!'s by random students, now all he received were judgemental glances and they avoided him like a plague, scared to be the next target of a cruel bet.
he didn't care though, all he cared about was your wellbeing. it's been a week and you've still yet to show up to class, so imagine his surprise when you suddenly walk in to the room with your usual hair do, your bag slung over on your shoulder and your glasses almost falling off your nose bridge.
he sat up straighter, gulping as his eyes followed your every move. he could feel hear heart beating louder, as if it was calling for you, desperate to be near you again.
he needed to fix this, asap.
it felt like forever before heeseung heard the bell ring. as soon as he heard the annoying sound, he messily packed up his things and ran after you.
"y/n!" your forearm was then again grabbed by him. although this time, he turned you slowly. heeseung silently admired your face. he missed you so much.
"let me explain, please. it's not what you think. i promise." he whispered, vulnerability in his tone. the simple nod you gave was his signal to interlace his fingers with yours as he looked for an empty room.
you ignored the looks everyone threw your way, either worried and judging. all you could focus on was his warm hand on yours and how you missed it so much, you didn't even realize you both were now inside an empty classroom.
"there was no bet." you furrowed your brows, looking at him with mixed confusion and frustration. "i promise, there was no bet."
"why would they say that then?"
"i don't know, but i promise there's no bet. throughout the months we've been together everything i've said was real." he said, desperate.
heeseung stepped closer.
"what i felt for you was real," he scrambled to get his phone from his pocket, opening his messages app. "you can go through my phone all you want, ask any of my friends-" you raised a brow.
"not those friends! i mean sunghoon, jay, jungwon.. you know." your raised brow made him sputter. "to be completely honest, they've been ignoring me after they heard about what happened.."
you looked at him hesitantly as you scrolled through his messages with shaking hands. you scrolled for so long, you even reached to the messages months before you both got together.
he didn't have any messages to his basketball team group chat unless it was announcements from his coach. the group chat with his actual friends were only filled with his pining over 'the girl on the back of his biology class.'
"heeseung.."
"there's no bet, baby. i'd never do that to anyone." he whispered, stepping closer. "i can't lose you like this.. i love you."
you sniffled as you came crashing on his chest, letting tears fall again. heeseung immediately wrapped his arms around you, sighing in relief as he finally have you back in his arms.
"i was so worried baby." he mumbled, kissing your head.
"i love you forever. i'll kill everyone who tries to get in between us again," heeseung pulled you closer if it was even possible.
"and if they do, i'll make sure to fix everything even if it means the whole world would hate me."
★ PARK JONGSEONG ( 1.0k wc )
jay was confused.
the both of you had a very well planned date tonight, so he was utterly puzzled to see that you weren't responding to his messages. for heaven's sake, you didn't even read his messages, he was just left in delivered.
he had tried calling multiple times but was only met with your automated voice telling him to leave a voice message. it came to the point that he had enough and decided to drive to your house.
throughout the drive, jay wondered what could've happened. he couldn't think of anything that would make you upset like this, he hoped that you just fell asleep and forgot to have your alarm on.
walking up the porch of your house, jay rang the doorbell and was met with your mom who opened the door with furrowed brows when she laid her eyes on him.
"good afternoon mrs. l/n, is y/n home?" your mother's frown deepened, hesitantly looking at the stairs behind her before looking back at him. "i'm sorry jay, she said she doesn't want to see you?"
that caused jay to furrow his brows as well. "wha- may i ask why?"
"i was hoping you'd tell me." if jay was confused a while ago, he was even more confused now and frustrated.
"can i see her, please?" he pleads, the older woman hesitantly opened the door wider to invite him in, and before he could ascend up the stairs, your mom stopped him.
"jay.." he looked back. "i don't know what happened to you both but take it easy on her, alright? she's been crying, i can tell." jay gulped and only nodded, sending your mom a pursed smile.
he knocked on your bedroom door, when no response came, he tried to turn the knob and was thankful that it wasn't locked.
jay slowly opened your door, seeing you curled on one corner of your bed as your body shook from your sobs you tried to keep silent.
he could feel his heart break at the sight. stepping a foot inside the room, he mentally cursed at himself when he accidentally bumped on to your mirror causing your head to shoot up in alarm at the sound.
your already glassy eyes was once again filled with tears as your eyes met his. jay barely dodged the pillow you threw at him, screaming at him to "go away and never show your face to me again."
jay frowned and came closer until he was sat on the edge of your bed, ignoring the words you just shouted at him.
"baby.. what's- what's wrong?" he asked, attempting to hold your hand but you retracted it and tried to throw another pillow at him. he swiftly caught it and brought it back down gently beside you.
"was it worth the one month of free car wash?" you spat through hiccups. jay stayed silent, confused.
"of course it probably was, that's what you do right?" the sight of your swollen and red face kept breaking his heart, he was still confused on what you were talking about but he'll let you talk.
this way he knew how he'd make things better.
"make me fall in love with you in exchange of a month's free of car wash.." you muttered, your eyes still boring on to his. at your words, it finally clicked. "..am i really worth just that much?" another sob.
right, he had forgotten to end the call when his 'friend' came barging into his apartment. you had probably heard all the nonsense the guy sputtered.. but surely you must've heard the way he defended your relationship and swore at that him too?
"i thought.. high school days were done jay. please just leave me alone now. you got what you want." jay shook his head, coming closer and pulling your body to his.
he wrapped his arms around you, his hand rubbing your back as you sobbed hard. he didn't try stopping you when he felt your weak punches that you threw at his chest, his own tears clouding his vision but he didn't dare make them fall.
"you got it all wrong, baby." he whispered, rubbing your nape as your face now rested against the crook of his neck. he ignored the wetness there. "i'm guessing you overheard the conversation with sungjae?"
you nodded, now calmer but not pulling away.
"did you also hear the way i told him to drop the stupid bet he kept insisting to happen? the way i kicked him out of my apartment?" you stayed silent, only sniffling as a response.
jay sighed, wrapping his arm around your waist tighter and pulling you closer.
"the whole campus knows sungjae's an asshole, baby. he was a jerk who thought that being a dick to others were entertaining, and i guess that's why i was like that back in high school.. i wanted to be accepted in their group."
"but we're in college now, i left that group but somehow sungjae's here and is pathetically still stuck in the past." he pulled your face from his neck, cupping your cheek and wiping away your tears.
"i've loved you since high school.. and there's no bet, baby. the moment he had found out i was dating you, he kept bringing up a bet about how long we would last.. but i always shut him out, told him to cut it out and that there will be no bet happening, especially if you're the one getting betted on."
new fresh tears come rolling down your cheek, this time they were tears of relief. glad to know that everything was real, that you weren't just a toy.
"you promise you'll cut him off starting now?" you whispered, looking at him with big glassy eyes.
"i've cut him since high school, y/n. it's him who's keep clinging to me. but i promise he won't be saying anything about the both of us anymore." jay pressed your foreheads together, pressing a soft peck on your lips.
"you will forever be the prettiest and the only one i'll ever love this much in this world, my baby."
★ SIM JAEYUN ( 0.5k wc )
jake watched you run away in confusion, staring at the laughing crowd and turning to look at your locker only to be met with the note he has been telling everyone to throw away.
he angrily took it from your locker, ripping the small paper into pieces. "how many times have i told you to cut this shit out? do you want me to report all of you for harassment and bullying?" he raised his voice at the crowd who had stopped their laughter.
"that's what i thought." he frowned, pushing past them and running after you.
jake knew what everyone was doing the moment it spread that he was dating you. he had received dms telling him he could do better and if he was merely toying with your feelings.
he had told them countless times to drop it, even going far as to almost punch the person who has created the bets if it wasn't for sunoo holding him back. he had hoped that it wouldn't reach you. it was another one of his reasons on why he always went to school earlier, just in case it was placed on your locker. unfortunately, you were earlier than him today.
it's not like he was tolerating it, he had tried countless times to report it but they'd only say it was probably only for fun and he shouldn't take jokes seriously.
but jokes were meant to be funny, right?
jake opened the door that lead to the rooftop slowly, peeking his head to look if you were there. to his luck, you were.
your back faced him while your bag was placed down carelessly beside your feet. jake approached slowly, not wanting to overwhelm you further.
"baby?" he mumbled loud enough for you to hear. you turned your head towards him, showing him your tear stained cheeks. "oh, y/n." he sighed and held your cheeks, wiping away the salty liquid off your precious face.
"jake.. why are you dating me, of all people?" you ask through tears, avoiding his eyes.
jake's eyes softened, he dated you because you were different from everyone who wanted to be like the everyone else, did that make sense? you were your own person, you didn't care about social status, wealth, his circle of friends, and whether someone was good looking or not. you were soft hearted, to the point that you had let others take advantage of that leading them to walking all over you.
and he hated that.
"why not you?" he said softly, tilting your chin up so that you could meet his eyes. "you're everything i've ever needed."
"you can tell the truth." you mutter, looking at jake. his mouth formed a pout, heart broken at the way you had so little love for yourself.
"i am telling the truth, baby." he whispers, taking your hands and placing them on his face before putting his own hands back on yours. "everything is a joke to them when i'm involved." you whisper, ignoring the way your voice broke.
"we don't care about what they think, they're all just jealous. everything we've been through and what i feel for you are real, no jokes." he smiled, pulling you closer to him.
"you promise?"
"baby i'd choose you over anyone in this world over and over again until the heavens above is tired of me."
★ PARK SUNGHOON (0.7k wc)
sunghoon frowned, confused and hurt. he wanted to fix whatever happened, so he took his phone from the couch and his car keys from the wooden bowl in his foyer.
it was when he was in the elevator that he noticed his phone was open. his breath hitched, finally knowing the reason for your departure and choice of words. sunghoon quickly left the group chat and started dialing your number.
it was true that you were a bet. were. he didn't even know why he agreed, maybe because he wanted so badly to fit in. he didn't want a repeat of middle school, so instead of being the bullied and made fun of, he was now the one doing those to others. he wasn't proud of it at the slightest.
that doesn't excuse his actions though. the longer he spent time with you, the deeper he fell. sunghoon never planned for you to find out this way, he already had a plan. first he had to get rid of his 'friends', tell you everything then ask you if you still wanted him to meet your parents.
guilt always ate him alive whenever you would stay over and sleep by his side. he couldn't bring himself to meet your family knowing he hasn't told you everything and the truth.
he felt like his heart would jump out of his chest as he stood infront of the door of your house. if he died tonight on the hands of either your father or older brother, he'd welcome death with open arms.
i deserve it.
he audibly gulped when the door opened, revealing.. you. the way your brows furrowed at the sight of him tightened his chest. he stopped you before you could even close the door on him.
"y/n please, let me explain everything.. o-okay?" the way his voice cracked and the unshed tears in his eyes almost made you give in, but upon remembering what you've read, the anger in you was back.
"explain what?" you spat, turning to look over your shoulder before back at him. "that all those months i've spent loving you," you pointed at him harshly. "was just for entertainment? tell me, what was in it for you, huh?"
sunghoon shook his head, the tears now flowing down his pale cheeks. "no, no! i promise, please i love you." he reached out but you stepped back, biting your lip as you held back the tears.
"just.. leave me alone sunghoon," he felt his heart crack even more. "you've had your fun, you can laugh about i all you want now." you were taken aback when he knelt infront of you, hugging your waist as he sobbed.
"what the-" sunghoon tightened his grip on you, muttering along the words of 'im sorry', 'never meant to be like this', and something along the lines of regretting something.
"sunghoon- oh my god." you groaned as you descended to face him. "please, i didn't mean to. i-" he hiccuped, "i'm sorry, i know it was stupid and there's no reason for me to accept the bet- but i just wanted to fit in. i wanted them to take me as a part of their circle- but, but i soon realized that it was stupid." he looked at you with swollen eyes, desperation swam in his dark irises.
"because i realized that hurting you isn't worth being a part of their asshole group. it started with a bet, i admit, but i truly love you, please believe me." a sob made its way out his throat as he clung into you, his arms circling your neck. "it wasn't a lie whenever i said i'd meet your parents, i was constantly trying to get rid of them first before i met your family, i didn't want to meet them until i've told you the complete truth."
your own tears descended down your cheeks, your heart hurting for yourself and sunghoon. you stayed on the floor wrapped around each other for a moment before you both helped each other up to your feet, he looked at you intensely with red bloodshot eyes. "i'm sorry, i understand if you don't want anything to do with me anymore."
"i understand hoon," you whispered, bringing your hands to cup his face. "but you have to understand too that i can't trust you fully right up again." he nodded, putting his own hands on yours as he kissed your palms.
"i know.. and i'll spent the rest of my life earning it again. i love you."

cw geto is maybe bi here idk, chubby nerd!reader with a bit of attitude, tbh there's no cw it's borderline between smut and fluff

part.2 part.3 part.4
˖ 𑣲 comments and reblogs are always appreciated ma girliees :33

womanizer!geto loves fucking women. truly he does! they are all wrapped around his fingers and all he has to do is glancing at them. and this goes for the whole campus!! even boys would fuck him if he'd give them the chance. and maybe, if the mood struck just right at a party or in a messy, drunken threesome/orgies, he does fuck the boys.
but womanizer!geto has also a nerd bestie. the typical nerd girl. she was everything but his type. nothing that looked like his usual hookup girls. she was not fit, but not exactly fat. just chubby. her acne scars from high school still there with still some pimples that comes and go. and of course the infamous nerd glasses that didn't seem to want to stay on her nose.
you were not someone womanizer!geto would ever fuck. that's why you're friends. strictly platonic. he liked how you never batted an eye at his reputation, never judged, never treated him like a conquest. you both grow close through the years together in the same degree, during the late nights session study in the library before exams, for you it was monnnths before exams, you're a little ball of stress.
womanizer!geto doesn't like when guys approached you. not because he cares—why would he? it just...doesn't make sense. you're not the kind of girl men chase. not the kind they brag about. so he makes sure to lecture you about it—especially about frat boys. "they’re the worst," he mutters, arm slung lazily over your chair as his knee bumped against yours under the table. "trust me, nerd. they only act nice 'cause they wanna see how you moan." you rolled your eyes, setting your pen down with an amused scoff. "do you think i've never fucked, suguru?" you shrugged, smirking at his clueless expression "just 'cause i'm shy and a 'nerd' doesn't mean I don't enjoy a good fuck." well, you were lying but he doesn't need to know that. you were probably having sex every couples of months and it wasn't even that good. your voice was light when you added, "thanks for the concern, though." something in his chest stutters. and for some reason, he has to look away.
womanizer!geto has no shame. he lets girls climb into his lap, lets their hands wander, lets them grind against him right on the couch with people around. almost fucking them on the spot. but never when you're around! why? well, he tells himself it's respect. at least, that's the excuse he clings to. because why else would he pull away from a pretty thing palming his cock just to go talk to you? right? he's just...pitying you. that's all. and yet—when he finally starts to feel his cock hardening in his pants, he tells himself it has nothing to do with your wide, innocent eyes blinking up at him. nothing to do with the way your lips part, soft and expectant. his dick is...delayed. yeah. just slow to catch up to the last girl's game. horrible by the way.
and of course womanizer!geto is trying to subtly adjust his pants. he's forcing his mind elsewhere—anywhere else—because if he lets himself think too hard about how fucking pretty you look right now, he's going to have a problem. a big one.
womanizer!geto keeps a polaroid of you in his wallet. only because you are his bestie! don't get any ideas on that. he found the picture cute that's it. the two of you, standing under a canopy of cherry blossom, petals floating around you like something out of a dream. his strong arm wrapped tightly around your plush waist, your round soft tits pressing against his chest. it had been an innocent day. really. he had dragged you out after hours of studying, calling you a nerd and insisting you needed air before your brain cells ended up smeared on the library table. what was supposed to be a thirty minutes walk turned into four hours. and when you reaching this pretty alley he couldn't help but suggest a pic—just for the memory! and obviously his arm was around you only to male sur you both fit in the camera frame. obviously. he was not dying to touch you!
and now here it was. the damn polaroid in gojo's hand. the white-haired menace grinning like he just found the greatest blackmail material of all time. "damn, suguru, you look so whipped." geto's eye twitched.
"look at this! holding our nerd like she's breakable—aww, how so sweet!!" gojo snickered, flipping the photo dramatically. "and—hold on. did she kiss your cheek?" suguru said nothing, jaw locked as his mind instantly flashed back to that moment—how you rose on your tiptoes, one hand pressing slightly on his broad shoulder to steady yourself as you leaned in, brushing a soft kiss to his cheek. he had frozen for a second and he vividly recall your flushed face, wide eyes as you apologized profusely, muttering something about being 'carried away by the moment' and how it was simply a 'friendly' gesture.
his cock begins to stir at the memory of your soft lips against his skin. his heart skipping some beats.
"wait—holy shit." gojo barks out a laugh. "you keep this in your wallet? what, you jerk off to it?" your entire soul leaves your body. geto sees the way your eyes go wide, the way your hands fly to your face in horror.
and that's it. geto slowly stands up, cracking his knuckles and rolls his shoulders. "satoru," he said, voice eerily calm. gojo gulped. he was a dead man walking.
womanizer!geto tells himself he's just messing with you—that the way his fingers linger when he wipes a stray drop of your melting ice cream isn’t because he’s imagining how warm and soft your mouth would feel wrapped around his fingers. he convinces himself that when you lick your spoon, tongue flicking over the tip—his cock is not aching dreaming to be at the metal-stenciled place. and his rock-hard cock has definitely nothing to do with the way your thighs spread soft and full against the couch or the way your tits bouncy sightly every time you shift.
womanizer!geto is totally fine when you stretch on the couch next to him. arms up, back arching, body pushing forward, making your curves more prominent, making that cute little tummy press out—wait what?? geto shook his head trying to get back to his senses. no need to highlight it was impossible with the way his cock twitched in his pants.
womanizer!geto, obviously, does not want something with you..he does not want to bury himself into the plush softness of his nerd best friend, does not want to hear how sweetly you'd whimper his name. she's not his type!!!!

*slamming my hands down on the kitchen table* Genesis, seeing the spectrum of Seph's musical interests goes "I'm about to blow your mind" and plays him some symphonic metal (Gen is DEFINITELY a Nightwish fan, don't ask him which era is the best, he'll go on a tirade about his favorite singer for the group.)
*dropkicks door open*
what music do AGS and the remnants listen to
Angeal: Country and Classic Rock
Genesis: Pop + Jazz + Indie + Showtunes (really he kind of likes a little of everything)
Sephiroth: Classical and Death Metal
Kadaj: Grunge
Yazoo: Synthwave and Folk
Loz: Disney Songs and Electro Swing
#and this is just the musician in me but 'classical' is a blanket term to me#there are oceans between the sounds of Mozart and Cage and if you put their respective audiences in a room together they might fistfight#i remember when we reached 12 tone and atonal styles in music history#and while i had experience with it and liked it#my peers were NOT IMPRESSED because the sound was so alien against everything they'd heard before#anyway. all this to say Sephiroth is a fan of Epica because he's a huge nerd (affectionate).#and he probably doesn't care for postmodern styled classical music when it gets too far into extended techniques.#he'd go back in time to fistfight John Cage for his crimes against pianos

Grim's rankings
Summary: How Grim feels about your boyfriend
Characters: Grim!! NRC boys (- Ortho) mentioned
A/N: I've seen a couple post like this for the staff but nobody's talked about Grim, so I'm going to
Riddle Rosehearts:
No, no, no. Why Riddle? It’s like you forgot what he’s like. What are you, a nerd? He’s going to make Grim study and follow the rules. That’s boring! He does not approve of Riddle. All he’s going to do is nag you. Is that what you’re into Prefect? Nagging?
Not Grim approved!
Trey Clover:
He’s fine. Grim doesn’t really have anything against Trey, and he can also bake. As long as he doesn’t start forcing him to brush his teeth, he’s fine with him. He’ll bother Trey to bake him sweets when he’s hungry.
Grim approved!
Cater Diamond:
He doesn’t like Cater. He’s always trying to take pictures of him. If he wants pictures of the Great Grim he needs to pay up. He also can’t stand the way he talks. He’s not “adorbs” or whatever Cater calls him. He’s cool and strong!
Not Grim approved!
Deuce Spade:
Grim thinks Deuce is simple-minded and gets into trouble a lot. Have you seen his delinquent side? He may seem nice, but he’s dangerous. Have you forgotten what he’s like? Seriously, he’s as bad as Ace! He can’t even cook!
Not Grim approved!
Ace Trappola:
Where does he even start? Prefect, are you serious?? Ace is nothing but trouble. Not to mention how much he picks on him. Did you hit your head or are you just dumb? He might be fine being his friend, but romance is where he draws the line. Ace isn’t boyfriend material.
Not Grim approved!
Leona Kingscholar:
Leona!? Really? How did you even get him to go out with you? How is that possible? Grim doesn’t like that. Leona isn’t even friend material, much less boyfriend material. That’s what he thinks at first, but then he remembers that Leona’s rich. So Leona can buy him fancy tuna. Okay, he’s fine with this.
Grim approved!
Ruggie Bucchi:
He respects Ruggie’s greediness, but doesn’t like when it affects him. Ruggie’s stolen food from him. Don’t you remember that, prefect? What if he does it again? Do you care nothing of Grim’s appetite? Grim is also just scared of him. He doesn’t like this.
Not Grim approved!
Jack Howl:
He’s… fine. He doesn’t necessarily dislike Jack, except for the fact that he can’t see over him. He also works a bit too hard for his liking and he’s always so serious. But it doesn’t really affect him. Jack won’t bother him… but he will take your attention.. And time. He’s against it!
Not Grim Approved!
Azul Ashengrotto:
NO! He’s so sleazy and dastardly. He scammed Grim! What deal do you have with Azul? He thought you were smarter than this prefect. He’s SOOO against this. He’ll have a long talk with Azul about this, but won’t believe anything Azul says.
Not Grim approved!
Jade Leech:
No.
Not Grim approved!
Floyd Leech:
Double no.
Not Grim approved!
Kalim Al-Asim:
Grim finds Kalim annoying. He’s so happy all the time and he has no regard for personal space. Not to mention when he first shoved crackers into his mouth. But, he’s not a bad guy. He’s also rich and can give him all the fancy tuna. Grim’s fine with this.
Grim approved!
Jamil Viper:
Jamil’s also fine. Despite his overblot. He gets teased by Jamil sometimes, but he’ll do some nice things. And he can also cook. He’s not that mean and he’s also a source of food so Grim is fine with this. Just don’t spend all your time with him, ‘kay prefect?
Grim approved!
Vil Schoenheit:
He’s a little too obsessed with beauty for Grim’s taste. Grim’s actually scared that Vil will force him to bathe or something. He’s also a little salty about not being allowed to participate in the VDC. But he’s rich and can give Grim tuna.
Grim approved!
Rook Hunt:
Nope! Nuh-uh! No way! Rook stalks him! It’ll only get worse if you date him! Dump him! He doesn’t care that Rook’s rich, he’s weird and that matters a lot more to Grim. He’s terrified of Rook and will never accept you dating him.
Not Grim approved!
Epel Felmier:
Grim surprisingly likes Epel. He’s not annoying like the other first years and his apple carving skills are impressive. Not to mention, he doesn’t pick on Grim or make fun of him for anything. He’s fine with Epel.
Grim approved!
Idia Shroud:
NOOOO! He hates Idia, especially with how much Idia wants to pet him. He’s not a cat and he doesn’t want to be treated as such. He doesn’t want Idia to try and pet him or talk about his “wittle toe beans”. He’s not a cat!
Not Grim approved!
Malleus Draconia:
Malleus is fine in Grim’s eyes. He’s also a prince (AKA rich) which means tuna. He also knows that Malleus is capable of keeping you safe when he isn’t around. Though he can be a little oblivious at times.
Grim approved!
Lilia Vanrouge:
Grim hates Lilia! He’s always popping out of nowhere and scaring him. He also teases him a lot. He can’t even cook. Grim will eat anything except for Lilia’s cooking.
Not Grim approved!
Silver Vanrouge:
Grim thinks he’s alright. He’s pretty quiet and difficult to read, but Grim isn’t bothered by it that much. He hasn’t ever gotten into a fight with him either. He can also cook! Silver isn’t that bad. Though Grim can’t tell if Silver actually likes you or not.
Grim approved!
Sebek Zigvolt:
No. Sebek’s so loud. He can barely hear himself think when Sebek’s around. And he’s always insulting him for what he does. Grim thinks Sebek should mind his business. He’s against it. Sebek is just bad.
Not Grim approved!

Rant incoming
I feel like the problem with a lot of Disney's live action remakes (and arguably Wish) is they're trying to appeal to a crowd that no longer exists, namely the people who used to claim that the Disney Princesses were sexist.
All the interviews tend to include, "Well she's not chasing a MAN anymore" which...almost no one sees the princesses like that, anymore. Virtually NO ONE still believes the princesses are man-chasing sexist caricatures of women.
Cinderella is now hailed as an abuse victim who stayed strong long enough to get help to get out of her situation. Anyone who says she should have saved herself is basically regarded as a victim blamer. And it's very clear in the film she wasn't looking to marry the prince, she just wanted a night off. She was the only one who wasn't in line to meet him. She didn't find out she met the prince until he went looking for her!
Snow White is now hailed for her negotiation skills, ability to calm down after extreme stress (she had a moment of panic and had to cry for a bit, but who wouldn't after finding out The Queen hired someone to kill you?), and ability to take charge of a house of adult men. And again, she was an abuse victim, this time trying to escape ASSASSINATION ATTEMPTS. While she dreamed of her prince, it was secondary to her main goal of SURVIVAL. There are also entire video essays about how Snow White gave hope to people during The Great Depression.
Everyone acknowledges that Ariel wanted to be human BEFORE meeting Eric. We all know she was a nerd hyperfixating on humans, and also standing up to her prejudiced father.
We understand Sleeping Beauty wasn't the main character, the Three Good Fairies were, AND PHILLIP WOULD NEVER HAVE BEATEN MALEFICENT WITHOUT THEM! He literally depended on them! WOMEN SAVED THE DAY! But even then, is it really such a sin for a girl to fantasize about romance and fall for someone with corny pickup lines?
We all understand Jasmine just wanted someone to treat her LIKE A PERSON. She rejected every Prince before Aladdin because they treated her like a prize. So why did they need her to want to be Sultan? How did that make her more feminist when she already wanted to be treated like an equal and have a say in her future? Is it only empowering if you want a career in politics?
We admire that Belle, despite living in a judgemental village, was kind to everyone (even though she found the village life dull), and her story teaches girls that the guy everyone else loves isn't always a good guy. What's sexist about teaching girls about red flags? And she didn't start being nice to The Beast until he started treating her with respect and kindness.
Do I really NEED to defend Mulan or Tiana? I think they speak for themselves.
Rapunzel was yet another abuse victim who just needed a little help to get out of her bad situation. In this case, she also needed to learn that she was an abuse victim, and that what Mother Gothel did WASN'T normal, much like many victims of gaslighting.
And don't get me started on the non-princess animals.
Perdita had a healthy relationship with Pongo to the point she was open to express her pregnancy fears to him, and was ready to TEAR APART Cruella's goons for daring to touch her puppies as well as adopting the other puppies. Like, she was so ferocious the goons mistook her for a hyena! She's basically that "I AM THAT GIRL'S MOTHER!" scene from SpyXFamily if Yor were a dog. She and her husband were a TEAM.....but they made a Cruella live action to turn her into a girlboss?! The literal animal abuser!? THAT'S the woman you wanted to put on a pedestal when Perdita was RIGHT THERE!?
Duchess kept her kittens calm after they had been catnapped and was classy as heck. Nice to everyone regardless of social class during a time period where that was uncommon.
Lady stood up to Tramp when she believed he had abandoned her and didn't really care about her. She found out he was a heartbreaker and was like, "Nuh uh. No. You are not doing that to me! You put me through enough."
Miss Bianca from The Rescuers was IN CHARGE the whole movie, and was willing to risk life and limb to save an innocent child. THAT TINY MOUSE TOOK ON ALLIGATORS! And she picked Bernard to accompany her because he was the only one who wasn't ogling her. And then in the sequel SHE DID IT ALL AGAIN! I wish I were as brave as her.
Like, the public haven't accused these ladies of being sexist caricatures since 2014 (Actresses and actors don't count, they're out of touch like the rest of Hollywood) yet Disney is operating under the assumption that the public still thinks that way, hence all the "sHe'S nOt AfTeR a MaN iN ThIs VeRsIOn" talk.
The live action remakes are trying to attract an audience that doesn't really exist much, anymore, and back when it did exist, was comprised mainly of people who didn't actually watch the films. The Disney princesses are no longer seen as sexist, and feminine qualities are no longer seen as weak or undesirable.

🐍New year astro observations
first post of 2025, the year of the snake!
– astrobydalia
A thing I've noticed is that degrees can carry some energy from the dignities. For example if you have your Mercury in 21º degree in whatever sign, that mercury can express characteristics of debilitation since that's a sagittarius degree and mercury is debiltated in sagittarius
Aquarius placements, specially venus, appear picky when choosing their friends or people they truly like but honestly I've noticed that all they want is someone who has a personality. Like literally just be your own person and they’ll love seeing how you’re someone with many layers to you. It sounds simple but we live in a society where the instinct is to imitate others to fit in and Aquarius placements like it when you're (genuinely) true to yourself. Does not mean they will make you their bestie cause that depends on each individual but they at least appreciate the authenticity.
^^I remember this Aquarius Venus guy had a crush on me back in college and he once said to me "I like you because you're complicated"😭
Aquarius/11th house placements befriend people who share their political/philosophical/spiritual ideals. I’ve noticed that the people they ghost the most are the ones who don’t share their visions
Mercury rx natives are very good listeners actually. Even if they have the planet in domicile or exaltation, they are very patient when it comes to obsorbing info that's why I've seen this placement is common in "nerds" or book worms. They take their time understanding things and can come across as slow sometimes but they’re just very meticulous.
Capricorn Moons and their “facts don’t care about your feelings” attitude while simultaneously being the most sensitive and emotional person in the room
Something else I've seen with debilitated moons (scorpio/cap moon) is that they tend to have no patience or sympathy for people who seem to have it easy in life in some way. They only seem to respect people who know what it's like to struggle like they have
Virgo Mars natives are low-key misanthropic and/or introverts. They don’t like being around people for too long cause they very easily feel a lot of disdain for others' dumb and nonsense behaviors. It’s like they seem to be so easily exasperated by everything and everyone
Also, I’ve noticed Virgo Mars people are the type to stay low profile during conflicts or tense situations, mostly choose flight over fight response. They are surprisingly calm and collected and will find a solution or escape in no time. When they feel threatened and choose to fight tho… they get cold-blooded af
Taurus Venus natives are so POISED and elegant and I say that as a libra venus. You will never see them being messy, they behave with a lot of class always
Venus-Sun conjunction in synastry is actually not so good imo. In a natal chart this is considered a weak aspect for relationships because venus is combust. When we find it in synastry, this means Sun person combusts venus person. At best Venus person almost worships Sun person to their detriment. At worst Venus person feels like sun person is too much and tends to see the sun person as too obnoxious
I also think this is why Sun-Moon conjunction in synastry is overrated. Moon is too soft of a planet and sun feeds off of the moon’s affection while moon becomes attached and drained. I’ve very often seen with this aspect how sun person unknowingly offends or hurts moon person in some way
Also, strong venus synastry between women can manifest as toxic competition, "cat fight" energy
Venus opposite/square Moon is a very phony aspect tbh specially the square. They appear to be way nicer than they actually are
I've noticed men with Leo placements tend to be pretty sexist and openly defend traditional gender roles or patriarchy values. The instinct of Leo men is to be the 'king', the leader and Alpha just like actual lions. However if they also have strong feminine energy in their chart such as major water and earth energy they tend to show more benevolent sexism or chivalry behavior
Gemini placements will immediately like you if you are someone who is open to chill chats with them and you overall make them feel like they can freely rant to you about random stuff
Cancers are very infantilized but imo they are the least naive and most intelligent out of all the water signs. Cancer Moons in particular I've noticed can actually have a very accurate and impartial intuition. Cancer Moons have this ability to just understand and accept people's feelings, intentions and situations exactly for what they are without any judgement which makes them VERY intelligent people. Idk I’ve just seen cancer moons are actually the most level-headed out of all water moons
Leo Venus honestly give me huge pick-me vibes and low-key have the personality of a spoiled brat fr. I've seen ppl with this placement be a lil to obsessed with getting sexual attention and being the most desirable person in the room
honestly I've noticed that the people I genuenly get along with the best in the long run are people I have 1st house synastry with. There's something about 1st house synastry that feels SO uplifting and refreshing like there's this spark everytime you see or are with this person and you just naturally get eachother's vibe
That said, 7th house synastry is a bit overrated imo. Again, not saying it is bad but this is the house of open enemies as well as partnerships. 7th house represents parts of yourself you have a hard time accessing and that's why you attract people with this energy. Therefore 7th house synastry often creates love-hate dynamics, cause it's like yeah you like the person on a surface level but there's always some hidden 'BUT' bc they low-key embody the exact opposite of what you identify (1st house)
6th house synastry is very common in people that dislike each other, specially the house person disliking the planets person
Virgo placements are STARVED for validation like no other sign but they hide this well cause they don't wanna appear desperate. They tend to carry this teachers pet behavior to all sorts of aspects of their life hence the trope of virgo being obedient or goodie-two-shoes
I need to ask Capricorn Mars people: when do y’all sleep? Every single minute of these people’s lives is occupied with some activity, be that work or leisure. And funny thing is they never seem to be overwhelmed or tired at all, in fact the more they do the more energized they seem to be
Something else I’ve noticed with Capricorn Mars is that they tend to have a very bold and obnoxious personality. Even if they are more introverted, they tend to be a little too direct to the point where they can come across as rude, insensitive and power-hungry. But at the same time this makes them appear competent and confident and a lot of ppl like that about them
Scorpio Juno natives tend to be very opportunistic and greedy when it comes to business. Sometimes to the point of having questionable work ethic sometimes. Overall this is a major placement for indicating talent in business or finance and making a lot of money
Libra Venus natives have a wondering eye definitely. What makes them start to consider someone as a potential partner is looks first and foremost, the rest comes later lol
I once saw an observation that said “gemini placements want you to listen to them but they won’t listen to you” and let me tell you this is a FACT. Talking with a Gemini placement feels like they’re just brain dumping stuff on you💀💀Love you guys tho
Libra loves to flex their wealth, achievements and status a lot more than Capricorn/Scorpio/Leo
Capricorn placements are naturally good educators and they honestly give me influencer energy low-key. They just naturally have this trustworthy and competent energy that when they lean into guiding and teaching people in some way they really excel and attract success the most
Venus-Venus synastry >>>>>> Venus-Mars synastry. With Venus-Venus aspects (even harsh ones) there’s a natural desire to bond/come together with this person in some way no matter what, so the attraction is most of the time mutual and very lasting. You also just naturally like each other and genuinely enjoy each other’s presence. If the relationship is sexual then the sex is just as good if not better than with Mars cause Venus rules pleasure and you’ll both want to please each other while Mars tends to be more self-serving sexually
This is not to say Venus-Mars aspects in synastry are bad, they definitely can create nice bond, chemistry and all of that. But Venus and Mars have opposing natures which can create strong attraction and irresistible pull because they compliment each other but at the same time it can also manifest as mismatching dynamics in the relationship where you aren't always in the same page, specially with harsh aspects. Just my opinion tho.
I know I've said this before but I wanna reiterate that Mars in the 7th house synastry does not reap good results in the long run as per my observation. Its giving friends-to-enemies or lovers-to-enemies energy. There's this feeling of instantly clicking with this person but very soon becomes evident that the two people have conflicting drives and desires which creates a LOT of tensions and unspoken competition/resentment. I've noticed it creates a dynamic where eventually one or both but specially the mars person in particular ends up resenting the house person
I’ve also talked about this before but I just keep observing that Moon-Saturn conjunction often appear to be very thoughtful, mature and kind because they’re very calm and observant of others but you very quickly notice that they actually seem to be completely and genuinely apathetic towards others’ emotions fr. They are aware of people's feelings and can actually understand them fairly well but it's like they observe them from an outside perspective like they're studying others rather than getting emotionally involved with them in an empathetic way. This behavior can have its positives but honestly for the most part I've seen that it makes the natives pretty shady and two-faced due to the strategic nature of Saturn. People with this aspect can play double agent exceptionally well
The most short-tempered mars sign as per my observation is Taurus Mars hands down. They're moody and unpredictable af.
Gemini Mars people have this oddly calm and aloof energy to them where they look like they’re only two sentences away from sending you to the therapist if you upset them in the slightest (they scare me)
I’ve noticed it’s actually Aries and Aquarius placements who love the enemies to lovers trope. Aries is the type to enjoy playful bullying or little dramatic arguments while Aquarius is more about the cat and mouse dynamic, flirting while acting uninterested and things like that. I've noticed they both love this vibe of almost daring the other person and feeling intrigued.
Speaking of, Aries Venus people confuse the shit out of me cause you gotta be a lil bit of an ice queen in order for them to like you😭 And they themselves act in ways that you'd think they hate you and wanna piss you off or create tension but they're just teasing, they wanna see what you're made of. That's why I said they "lack charisma" not because they don't have any but cause they have a very specific charm that can very often rub a lot of people the wrong way (cause it goes against venus' universally plesant nature), same with the other debilitated Venus positions
Gemini moons 🤝 being emotionally unavailable.
Gemini placements 🤝 being forgetful AS FUCK. Not so much if they also have taurus placements tho
Something I've seen in a loooooot in the synastry of those married couples where the man is head over heels obsessed with his wife is the man's Lilith conjunct the woman's inner placements or angles SPECIALLY her ASC or Venus. She is his weakness and it's that kind of relationships where he can't take his eyes (and hands) off of her and he is fiercely determined to make her his
Something else I've seen in the synastry of married couples is the man's mars falling on the woman's 4th house. He wants to protect her and start a family with her
Aquarius ASC in the composite chart gives off HUGE situationship vibes frrr. I've noticed that couples who have this tend to fully act like they're in a relationship but if you ask them if they're dating they'll tell you they aren't cause they never made anything official. This is the type of connection where they've been together for years but it is uncertain where there relationship is going long-term, nothing's ever officialized or set in stone (Cap 12th house) kinda like "yeah idk one day we'll get married I guess who knows"

TLDR: Francesca Bridgerton is Autistic. Fight me.
Okay so I did not go into Season 3 of Bridgerton expecting to have any feelings about Francesca Bridgerton. We have seen her only in glimpses in the show and I have not read the books, so I knew basically nothing about her before binging the first four episodes.
But guys. GUYS. I will die for this autistic queen.
Okay, so starting with first impressions. We know that on her big day, Francesca went out of her way to avoid her nosy, loud family by having a very early, quiet breakfast by herself and then calming down via playing the piano (clearly a special interest of hers).
In her first balls, we see Francesca light up any time she talks about music (clearly her current or forever special interest) but as soon as men try to take it to a flirting place she IMMEDIATELY shuts down. It's clear that even as she states very matter-of-factly that she plans to marry this season, she also is baffled and uncomfortable any time someone tries to actually, ya know, court her.
At one of her first shindigs, she got attention and then went up to her brother and (while making almost no eye contact) told him (rather than asked him) that she needed a sec.
She then sat by herself in the side of the ballroom.
Later on, she left a ball in search of quiet and solitude to fix her sensory overload, so she went outside this time. (A thing that we know from pervious seasons is a HUGE no-no, particularly unchaperoned. But she was very respectfully near the door so maybe that's fine?) The point is that she cares very much about staying respectable so she can get this marriage thing over with and get people to stop perceiving her, yet she risks some scandal by going outside just so she can be somewhere quiet alone.
Enter: this absolute (also autistic) Prince Charming.
He says hello (so she knows he's not like trying to sneak up on her in the dark like a creep) and then just stands there. 10/10, no notes, best way to flirt I have ever seen in my life.
Seriously just look at this. I'm in love. Never before has there been a greater sign of love at first sight than in this "standing politely five feet apart in total silence in the middle of a ball and enjoying each other's company."
I need to go watch these first four episodes about a hundred more times, but I THINK this might be the first sincere smile we see from Francesca??!? I at least got the impression immediately that this is the first time she's felt genuinely comfortable and happy while not entirely alone this season.
Like, these nerds did not even exchange names. They barely exchanged a word. Yet you can see them falling head over heels in love right there in that moment. I don't even LIKE love at first sight tropes and they have my whole heart. They are the only exception.
Then, of course, you have this second absolutely iconic Scene of Silence where the entire Bridgerton family stares in neurotypical confusion a these two amazing weirdos. The way these two do not know each other but they DO know each other. The way they are both so happy and so comfortable but also still playing the whole society game the way they were told they had to?? I just don't have words right now.
LOOK AT HER SMILE, GUYSSSSSSSS.
Look how happy this tiny, silent moment is making her. How she understands immediately what he's doing and is absolutely delighted to participate too even knowing her entire family is hardcore judging them from not that far away.
And then you get this smug little look from him and it's like you can see his autistic ass thinking, "Yes. I calculated correctly. This was the correct romance option. Gold star to me." (Okay, maybe that's just how my brain works but shhhhh)
Which, of course, brings us to this absolutely hilariously awkward ND attempt at flirting. We start off with some fairly normal "whoops, I'm flustered cause you make me nervous" sort of moments, but notice how little eye contact she makes. How she only looks in his eyes very briefly and it seems like she almost has to remind herself to do so when she's doing the "polite" answers (OR later when she's genuinely interested in a topic).
So as soon as Francesca is like "oh shit, I ruined it. I forgot how to neurotypical. It's over" then she loses patience with the practiced social niceties.
I spent like 30 minutes trying to find a GIF and I should already be asleep so I'm not going to go learn how to make one BUT I needed to look up exactly what happens next cause it's basically the most autistic thing I've ever seen.
WHICH IS that in response to the second awkward silence after Francesca shares all of this, John's response is, "That is helpful. If you'll excuse me."
Then dude bro just WALKS AWAY WITHOUT ANOTHER WORD.
Like it would be awkward anyway but now Francesca thinks she misread a social cue so she's feeling sad, and meanwhile this absolute king is over here on a romantic mission no one asked him to do because he is that set on showing her he's listening and cares.
The man shows up at the ball and as soon as he had a paper we were all screaming "he wrote her a song!!!"
Again, notice the eye contact (or lack thereof). I think with period dramas and women, it's easy to just go "oh she's just shy" or "she's just being demure like she's supposed to" but like NO. This girl does not want to meet anyone's eyes.
Until she does. Because in moments where she's talking about music or enjoying quiet, it's worth it to purposefully meet his eyes and see how he's feeling too. To make sure he can see she's happy.
ANYWAY, it was so much better than him writing a song for her.
SO. MUCH. BETTER.
Because he didn't just give her any ol' music. He sought out the music they'd specifically heard in the street, and he took her exact specifications on what was "wrong" with the music, and he FIXED IT. He then put the whole thing on sheet music and handed her a copy with no further explanation than this.
Our autistic lass was so excited she basically sprinted out of that ball so she could find a piano. (Which, the fact that she does this rather than try to stay and flirt/dance with the man who just gave her this incredible gift ALSO says a lot, just saying. Daphne could never.)
So our girl finds a piano and GUYS. LOOK AT HOW HAPPY SHE IS.
I'm pretty sure this woman would accept a proposal right this second. Maybe make one herself. She is so head over heels in love with this man that it's absurd. We have watched her mask in these first four episodes, but the last two where she's interacting with John are the first times she seems genuinely happy and like the real her is shining through.
Like, does she enjoy her family? Sure. But it's obvious (and she even tells us) that she finds them overwhelming and generally to be A Lot. But these scenes? This gesture?
You can just get how seen she feels. How weird and wild and amazing it is to her that this man can see who she actually is and wants to join her there instead of making her play some part of the perfect Bridgerton who likes to be the center of attention.
(And even here - the EYE CONTACT. She glances at people when she's talking to them, but the way she looks at the sheet music is so much more intense and intimate and personal than anytime she's looking at the average person in the show. She still even in places she's most comfortable, such as sitting at the piano, makes very little eye contact and only at very specific moments.)
Anyway I'm going to sleep now but I'm sure I'll add more thoughts as they come to me. Feel free to add your own case for why Francesca is autistic and/or otherwise neurodivergent. I want to hear allllllll the thoughts.

Peace Together
Devon dreamed of getting out of the South, after achieving his great escape and beginning his Ivy League education he finds a new challenge in his perfect roommate, Phillip Wellington III or Lip. Never has the jock been anything but an angel to his new roommate, so why does he drive Devon mad?
Anxious nerd -> Preppy jock Bit of a self indulgent one, vaguely based on a certain American novel, which anyone who has read it will surely notice haha! Once more aided by Fred W. Kong! Hope you enjoy this tale of two longing roommates! -Occam
Devon never believed that people like Lip actually existed. Sure, superficially he looked just like any number of tormentors he knew from back home; The very ones who led him to avoid any team sports or phys ed, the ones that led him to pour everything he had into his studies and any academic extracurriculars he could find to get out of Mississippi. And so he did, and then he met Phillip. Or Lip, as he prefers to be called.
The pair came from different worlds. Devon was the sole Asian student in a southern public high school. Phillip Wellington III was the scion of a blue blooded Massachusetts clan. From the start Devon knew he would be encountering people from lives he would never understand, coming from backgrounds of such privilege he could scarcely understand.
But when he heard he would be rooming with a Wellington, Devon went almost catatonic with fear that he would be some plaything of a rich asshole. Out from the frying pan of brutish jocks and into the fire of a genuinely powerful preppy tyrant. Come to find out however, Lip was the furthest thing from a cruel snob.
At face value, one would assume Lip was handed his admission to this university on a silver platter, and true, no donor-hungry university would deny a Wellington. Devon certainly thought as much. But after learning even briefly of his new roommate’s achievements it was clear that by all accounts, Lip earned his place here. His test scores were stellar, academically he sometimes even gave Devon a run for his money. On top of his stellar intellectual pursuits though, he was an athletic star unlike any other.
Like a polyglot learns languages or a prodigy instruments, anytime Lip encountered a sport or game he had yet to play, in an hour's time he would be schooling whoever showed him the ropes. He could do it all, he did do it all. He had every right to look down on Devon. And yet ever since their first meeting Lip has been nothing but kind and respectful. He has been a beacon of warmth to Devon as he adapted to this cold, often hostile new university life.
So why does he fill Devon with such dread?
“Y’alright buddy? Dev?”
Devon shakes out of a stupor he didn’t even know he was in and finds himself staring directly at his roommate, his self-proclaimed best friend, Lip. He smiles awkwardly, as he does most things, and apologizes, “Jeez yeah- too many late nights I guess, sorry Phillip.”
Lip grins, perfect smile gleaming as he walks over to ruffle Devon’s hair. The meek man desperately tries to hide how he freezes up under the faultless man’s touch, something he’s well practiced in after their few years living together. While both are quite busy with the rigor of their course schedules, Lip even more so with his athletic and social commitments, in their free time it was rare to see one without the other.
Outside observers would be quick to pin Devon a hanger on, but in reality Lip goes out of his way to be near his roommate whenever the opportunity presents itself. Which, given Devon’s proclivity towards static study is fairly often. An entire floor of the campus’ library had become something of a popular haunt due to Devon, and by proxy Lip, frequenting it and attracting the true hangers on of the Wellington golden boy.
For the life of him, Devon can’t understand why a man that anyone in their right mind would describe as perfect would give him the time of day. Why he would care to spend time with him at all, let alone invite him on their family vacations. Since Devon stumbled into their dorm all those years ago and saw Lip hallowed by their cheap phosphorescent ceiling fan, he has done nothing but gone out of his way to ensure Devon would never feel lesser. It made the ever-antsy man feel like he was going insane.
“Man! Lost in your head again Dev? Gotta be a new record,” Devon feels the blush burning on his cheeks as he sees the same genuine smile that is almost always painted on Lip’s face. His blush is certainly not helped by the fact that Lip is halfway through changing into a flowy button up. Not that Devon’s gay of course, or whatever. He just wasn’t prepared to see his friend shirtless. Lip’s smile briefly flickers as he tilts his head before continuing, “Are you still down to head to the frat networking thing tonight?”
Devon groans for a few uninterrupted seconds. Shit- He knows he really should go, but truly nothing sounds more hellish than spending time with those money-bagged brutes. Eyes flicker and something in his chest flutters as he looks to his roommate, at least Lip will be there. The thought is buried without reflection, “Yeah… Yeah, I’ll go with you-”
“Sweet!” Lip’s smile fades for the smallest moment and he quickly goes to smell his pit before grimacing, “Oof I better hit the shower before though-” The Adonis reaches to grab his shirt by the hem and lifts it over his head with effortless grace, perfectly displaying his waist and sending a gulp down Devon’s throat. Looking down at his roommate with a wink, Lip grabs a hanging towel before rushing into the bathroom, “Be out in 30, you don’t need a shower before the thing too do ya?”
Face angled down, pointedly not looking at Lip as he unbuttons his pants Devon shakes his head and doesn’t see his roommate’s carefree shrug. Finally, when the door closes and Devon hears the shower running, he sighs and feels secure enough to raise his eyes again. With Lip away Devon feels his attention drawn to the discarded, apparently sweaty shirt. His mouth goes dry.
Try as he might to distract himself, the pull the garment has on him is all-consuming. Devon is pulled to it like a mouth to the flame, his eyes struggling to stray just as they always fail to avoid staring at the back of Lip’s head. Comforted by the drone of the shower, he allows himself to step forward and grab the ever so slightly damp shirt, all the while repeating the mantra ‘I’m not gay’ in his head.
Such thoughts are put on hold as he reaches down to grab it, finding the shirt still slightly warm from being worn by Lip. Moreover he feels his hands are sticky with sweat as he lifts it up, unsure why he is doing this or what he is to do with it next. Devon gulps as he realizes just how large it is. It’s of no surprise of course, Lip is so much larger than him. The Achilles to his Pat- er no that’s not right. All these classics classes are rotting his mind.
Devon bites his lip almost to the point of drawing blood as he feels his fingers rest on the damp left behind by Lip’s pits. Before he even knows what he’s doing he thrusts his face into the shirt and takes a deep sniff. Quicker than he can consciously think, his body reacts to this with delight more than he thought possible. In his mind he reflexively pictures his perfect roommate on the green chasing down a soccer ball, working up a sweat as he climbs trees just for the fun of it, sprinting down the university’s track to set a new high jump record.
Devon’s heart flutters as he is so easily able to recollect the man’s splendor, his success. Burned into his psyche clearer than anything, Devon sees Lip. He sees his brilliant smile, feels his rough palms, smells the memory of his sweat overpowering expensive cologne as powerfully as he smells both on the shirt clutched to his face. This is not enough, he needs more. His mouth waters as he imagines the exposed happy trail, sees a few curls extending past the edge of Lip’s sleeve, hears an echo of his loud lilting laughter. Devon needs to be him, Devon needs him.
Comforted by the sound of the shower still running, Devon loosens his white-knuckled grip on the shirt and moves to stand in front of a mirror. Throwing off the graphic tee he had on, he moves quicker than he has in years to throw on Lip’s shirt. It hangs limply from his thin shoulders and onto his flat chest, the sleeves fall well past his fingertips. He feels the cold patch of sweat about halfway down his sides where the garment apparently clung to Lip’s pits.
He pulls the placket tight to feel the shirt strain against his thin back, desperately willing the shirt to fit him. Wishing more than anything it was skin tight as it fit on Lip. Wishing he were man enough to fill it.
Staring at his reflection he sees nothing but the fool he is. The phoney he always has been. He sees his eyes begin to water as his face burns with embarrassment, with envy, with a need to be someone else. With an oppressive hunger to be more like Lip, to be Lip.
Clenching his eyes shut to avoid crying outright, the sound of the running shower fades into silence as he loses himself to his memories, his obsessive recollections once more. Burned into his eyes before the sting of tears can overwhelm him he sees how the waist of the shirt hung low, almost to his knees. And then he flashes back.
It was early on in their relationship, Devon was still unpacking his things as they moved into their first dorm. He had probably spent about half a minute trying to reach something on top of their bookshelf before Lip sidled over to lend a helping hand. Guarded more than could possibly be healthy, Devon almost scoffs before grumbling out a thanks. Turning to look up at Lip, he sees his new roommate scratching the back of his head in as awkward a manner as he’s probably capable, “Sorry Devon- I just didn’t want you to hurt yourself or-”
“It’s fine! It’s whatever.”
Refusing to let it rest, and unaware that Devon’s size is obviously an insecurity, Lip continues, “How tall are you anyway?” Devon’s brow twitches into a scowl as he prepares to snap before turning to see a look of genuine care and curiosity on his new roommate’s face. Thrown for such a loop he answers as he always does, falsely, “No it’s fine I’m uh, 5’9” Lip looks the student up and down and knows he can’t be taller than five seven. Devon simply banks that no one cares enough to call him on the matter, usually a safe bet.
The deceit bothers Lip though, quickly he moves to rest a hand on Devon’s shoulder before his new roommate can flinch away. Lip looks him intently in the eyes, “You shouldn’t lie about your height Dev. You shouldn’t feel the need to.” Devon feels the hand twitch on his shoulder as Lip considers moving it into a caress or pulling him into a hug before he instead takes a step back to give him room, “You don’t need to care about what others think of you buddy.”
The conversation dogged him then almost as much as it does now. All this time later he still cannot get over how affected he was by Lip’s kindness. How much he immediately longed to help him, to be his friend. His intense stare, the warm hand perfectly resting its weight on his shoulder, if Devon focuses he swears he can feel it there now, comforting him. Ugh! It’s driving him insane.
Opening his eyes he sees himself in a mirror, just as he was before. A reflection of his playing dress-up. Shaky hands resting on the counter and then he sees it. Or no? No, the image has changed? It must be in his head, it has to be. And yet, as he stares at the mirror, he would swear the shirt seems to be fitting him better. Making an effort he goes to stand up straight and sees the button up pull a few inches higher, he feels himself take up more space in the room.
Covering his mouth with a hand, Devon gasps and poses to find himself standing at least 5’9. No. Even taller. His eyes alight with wonder, but there’s no time to question this miracle as he realizes the sound of the running shower has stopped. Then he hears the turning of a door handle and sees steam pouring out from the bathroom door opening as Lip returns, towel wrapped around his waist and sculpted body bare to the world “Don’t remember if you needed to shower too but you’re all good now Dev!”
Shaking his hair dry like a dog, only then does he notice Devon guiltily staring at him, “Oh! That my shirt buddy? Coulda just asked-” Not a hint of judgement or suspicion on his face. Though he’s stunned from shock as Devon runs over and grabs him by his arms, never has the man ever gone out of his way to touch him fully clothed. For him to even look at him while he’s basically nude must mean something is seriously amiss.
“Phillip. Do you notice anything different about me?” Lip looks him up and down with a shy smile, tightening the towel hiding his modesty as he does so, “Uhhh, not really Dev?” Devon releases his grip as he too realizes how out of character the action was, “Look! I’m clearly taller!”
Lip tilts his head and looks closely, Devon sees his furrowed brow and for a moment it seems like he’s going to agree, but then his eyes get glassy. With a grunt Lip blinks hard a couple times and then whatever confusion that lay behind his eyes is gone, his expression returned to the usual perfect smile that rests upon his face, “What do you mean buddy? We’ve always been the same height!”
Devon blanches. Looking down he realizes that as he was so honed in on Lip that he didn’t even notice as he sprouted taller once more. He feels the cool air of their dorm room on his ankles as his legs have clearly lengthened, sees his wrists peeking from the sleeves of a shirt that now seems almost too short for his lanky arms. Gasping, he almost falls back from realizing that he is currently making direct eye contact with Lip, a man who has always stood over a head taller than him. In fact he would have fallen, had his roommate not been ready to catch him.
Devon feels the man’s slightly damp arm holding him aloft, he quietly apologizes, knowing that Devon is usually touch averse. “Sorry Dev.” In the rush to catch him, their faces rest but an inch apart from each other. Both men freeze. Devon smells Lip’s minty, warm breath and is faced with a need more pressing than he’s ever felt before. Fortunately for him, Lip’s down-turned eyes and wanting mouth provide no illusion that he craves anything but the same.
It’s not clear who moves first as their mouths meet. It doesn’t matter as they both lean in and for the first time since they met, Devon feels peace. Even the hysteria of his suddenly sprouting almost half a foot taller cannot stir him from the bliss and contentment he finds in the embrace of Phillip Wellington. When he glides across the man’s brilliant teeth with his tongue and feels his counterpart do the same, Devon finally opens his eyes to see Lip's tanned face far too close for comfort, see his lashes quiver as he somehow finds similar delight in Devon’s mouth.
And he pushes away.
Devon falls to the floor, causing a clamor louder than either man expected. Scrambling on the floor he gasps deeper breaths than his thin torso should be able to manage. His vision flashes white from taking in more oxygen than he’s ever done before. Hands that moments ago were clutching and rubbing the bare muscled back of Lip now fly to his own chest as his expanding lungs burn, only to find resistance where there should be none.
Fingers inching under the borrowed shirt scrape against the bulging muscle fibers of pecs beginning to form. As Phillip reaches out a helping hand as he has done on countless occasions in the time they’ve known each other, Devon skitters away, doing everything short of smacking the hand as he struggles to push himself back using his legs alone, crying out in a voice cracking deeper, “WhAT’s happening to me PhILip!”
Lip, not used to being caught off-guard, struggles to come up with a game plan as he’s distracted watching Devon’s exposed ankles prickle with hair as hitherto non-existent calves begin to press against his pants. Staring hungrily as wider feet press against cheap tennis shoes, filling them almost to bursting as Devon tries to crawl onto his bed. Lip’s mind is torn between two worlds, just as Devon seems to be torn between two selves. He struggles to remember which Devon he knows to be real, the quiet one sheepishly sneaking peeks at him from behind a textbook, or the one that seems to be bursting forth before him.
Crying out as his vocal chords thicken and expand, Devon’s deepening grunts cover the unpleasant sounds of his back cracking as it widens to fill Lip’s shirt. Ribs pushing out and giving him a thick chest that anyone would envy, that he should envy. Memories flash through his mind from years of hungrily staring at Lip’s pecs are interrupted with just as many instances of staring at his own massive chest in gym mirrors. Posing alongside his lov- friend, flexing and playing with a meaty chest. His eye twitches as sees a clear memory of Lip sucking on his larger nipples before gasping and returning to the present moment, hands clenching his bedsheets.
Looking at them, Devon is again stunned with images forcing their way through his mind like a reel. He can’t tell what is real or imagined, he feels himself being topped by Lip. And then he sees Lip’s tanned hands pulling at the bedsheets as he clutches the man’s pecs from behind. Yanking at his blonde curls, he hears heady breaths from his deeper chest. Feels the sweat, smells the man’s natural musk.
In reality his hips reflexively rut against the bed as he cries out Lip’s name in between drooling grunts, “Lip, help-” For the first time in all their knowing each other that he opts to not use the man’s full name, breaking Lip out of his strange lull. Seeing the man quivering against his bed frame, ass suddenly filling out his pants as they begin to tear, Lip can’t help but get distracted. He’s always been drawn to his bookish er- brawny roommate, but facing the man as he grows he doesn’t know how long he’ll be able to hold back.
His excitement makes itself known as under the towel barely hanging onto his own gyrating waist, there’s a clear, throbbing outline of a cock that could do with some attention. One that Devon finds precisely at eye level as he turns on the spot, “Lip. I need your grgh-,” the words dance as he has trouble controlling his still thrusting form, abs bursting onto his torso give him power enough to push off his bed with ease. Which he does, exercising his new burning strength.
Head light from vertigo, he takes his first stumbled step forward and falls once more into the arms of Lip, his face squarely pushed against the man’s dewy pecs. Looking up to find Lip staring into him with nothing short of total desire, biting his lip with a fervor, Devon struggles to not totally give in to whatever alien drive is pulling them together,“Look we- we can’t, I’m not supposed to be like this!”
It’s unclear if Lip is even listening as he whines from the feeling of Devon’s bare skin against his own. Shaking with the effort of holding back, he allows his towel to fall to the ground, gasping as his cock bobs free, forcefully bumping into Devon’s barely contained package. Looking down to see Lip’s exposed growing rod, Devon feels his ability to keep his hardening cock and growing lust under control waning.
He doesn’t know how much longer he can keep this up. As he feels his traps bulging and arms bulking, he wonders if he even wants to anymore. There’s only a hint of lucidity behind Lip’s eyes as Devon makes his appeals, and with each needy throb of his package, every scratch of Lip’s hands against his back, every sweaty breath against his torso even that meagre show of willpower begins to fade.
“I’m not some muscle-bound hunk like you Lip! I’m just dweeb! I’m your little pet project!” Lip shakes his head slowly, and with each rotation Devon changes even more, biceps shaping up to be even larger than Lip’s. He feels them strain the shirt and grunts as he is unable to ignore the continuing changes. Lip would never call him a pet project, to Lip they were friends, just friends. Not divided by status, Lip never looked down on him.
“Okay whatever! We’re friends, right? Just friends!” Lip’s mouth falls open, wanting to take a bite, give a hickey, drink in Devon’s saliva, taste his sweat. Devon’s heart skips a beat as his chest feels a pang of need, are they just friends? His jaw squares out, shaping into something impossibly masculine, powerful and sharp. One of Lip’s hands forces itself under his shirt to rub his back as muscle continues to pack on. The other makes its way all the way up to play with Devon’s hair as it changes from the same cut he has gotten his whole life. Changing from one deliberately unassuming to a cut that heightens his masculinity, displays his status. One that looks just like Lip’s
He remembers when Lip took him to the barber shop his parents always took him to, being introduced to men that have known Phillip his whole life. He remembers being introduced as Dev, ‘my boyfr-” No. that didn’t happen, that can’t have happened. And yet he feels his haircut change to something posh and preppy. Something like that which he has always adored on Lip’s head. Oh how he adores him.
His mouth is a millimeter away from kissing his perfect man, the perfect man once more, something he knows would spell the end of life as he knew it. But as the seconds pass in the grasp of Lip, as his hands unconsciously free his cock from its captivity, he can scarcely remember which life lived is even the real one. He’s still Devon, he’s still a student who fought his way here from the south, he’s still intelligent. Still hotter than anything. His head tilts as Lip moves in for another kiss. And for the life of him he doesn’t know why a small part of him objects at all.
He allows Lip to tear the shirt off him before tackling him onto the bed, almost growling with need as they fuck like it’s the first time they ever have, despite clearly having done so innumerable times. Every burning muscle on Dev’s sweaty body feels brand new as they stretch and trust like they never have before. The bed frame creaks under the weight of both men as their twins burst together into a king size bed befitting the new titanic couple.
Their wardrobes combine as Dev finds himself far more accustomed to dressing just like Lip. Graphic tees and baggy pants vacate to make room for clothes exactly like Lip wears, if not a tad larger what for Dev’s preference to be bulkier than his, only relatively, lithe lover. Memories of cowering in the shadow of his perfect roommate totally disappear as instead he clearly recalls always standing by the nothing-but-kind man’s side. Dev and Lip are a pair as they always have been, and if they have their druthers, as they always will be.
When the third alarm goes off warning the pair to quit their fun and get ready for the impending networking event for their frat, Lip finally pushes Dev towards the shower, “C’mon now there’re gonna be associates of father there Dev, we’ve gotta look our best!” His lover rolls his eyes and laughs at Lip’s disheveled hair, “Think you might need a touch up there too Mr. Wellington-”
Forcing up Lip’s arm to get a good smell of his b.o. He smirks and mocks his boyfriend, who just like himself, smells unmistakably of sex, “Ooh man- And another shower for yourself I think?” Turning on the faucet he directs Lip in first, “two birds one stone?” Lip rolls his eyes before winking, “Never knew you were so concerned with efficiency there. As long as you’re able to control yourself so we might actually come out cleaner than we went in, you've got a deal.”
Following him in, it’s not long at all before Dev’s pressing his boner into his lover’s back. Lip just smiles and turns before pulling his head down to shampoo the massive man’s sweat-stained hair. Afterwards he grabs him by the jaw and shakes his head, playfully complaining, “You little horndog, what am I going to do with you…”
Despite Dev’s best attempts to have some fun, the pair eventually get all washed up and head out to the door only a few minutes later than planned. Dressed as well as they can be with what limited time they had, they wander off to the event hand in hand, as they almost always are. For the first time in years Dev is not burdened by his obsession, not held back by his denial. He finally allows himself to take advantage of the life he has found himself in, to feel the love of the man he has found himself with.
Lip of course never felt on anything besides equal footing with his roommate. While the Devon of the past may eventually have shed his self-conscious nature on his own, that he was blown out of his shell supernaturally is all the better for his relationship with the Wellington scion. As they catch the eyes of every guest at the party, no one can say they are not perfect for each other. Feeling his hand clasped in Phillip’s, Dev smiles as he is finally able to feel peace.

What about Saiki meeting a Reader who has pretty appearance like Teruhashi Kokomi, but has the average mindset and personality like Satou Hiroshi?

You’re Nothing Special (AKA: Perfect)
- Kusuo Saiki
Synopsis: The new student is more than Saiki expected. You are completely ordinary. Nothing about you is different or odd and Saiki loves it. He has decided he must become your closest friend, all throughout a 3-step plan.
Guys I have noticed the favoritism towards this little psychic, which I completely understand. I guess I just thought people would like my Jjk works better, but I’ve been having so much fun with your request. Anyways, this is the first “series” of Saiki I’ve made and I hope you guys enjoy it! Part 2 is in the works as I type ;)
“Regular speaking.”

Pt.1 ᯓ★ Pt.2

The school was buzzing with anticipation. Whispers flooded the hall of the new girl in school. They wondered if she would be popular or just another extra wandering the halls.
“I hope she’s hot.”
“I’m betting she’ll be a nerd.”
“She won’t be as pretty as me.”
“Maybe she’ll join the math club?”
“Shut up geek.”
Yes, the campus was very excited to see their new classmate. Except for a certain psychic. I really couldn’t care any less. And Saiki meant it. A new student meant another headache Saiki had to endure and it was wishful thinking to hope they didn’t create any sort of problem. As Saiki’s luck would have it, the new girl was moving into his own class.
“Buddy!” An overly loud voice shouted, making Saiki let out an audible sigh,”Have you heard about the new girl?” The big oaf, Nendo, slid his way to Saiki’s desk, carrying along Saiki’s other pain,”I heard that she’s quiet and shy, so I bet you when she gets a look at The Jet Black Wings, she’ll fall into my arms.” Or she’ll run and find the nearest psychologist.
Saiki was so tired of these two, but they clung to him even if he wasn't particularly kind to them. Although, they were both extremely out of the ordinary and they could make perfect distraction. It was as if a lightbulb had flicked on his head, ‘You should go for it.’ Kaidou and Nendo whipped their heads around, astonished by Saiki’s proposition.
“Woah, are you being serious?” Kaidou questioned,”I thought you would call me an idiot or something.” Nendo scratched his neck, a bit freaked out by his buddies' words,”I mean, if Saiki is saying that, then I would listen to him.” Like a flipped switch, Kaidous' unsureness washed away and he was standing confidently with his chest puffed out,”Yeah, I will. Thank you for your wise words, my closest friend.” Good grief. Now you’re just making it weird.
Kaidou marched back to his seat, leaving only Nendo to watch the blue-haired boy pridefully. He looked down, tossing a large thumbs up at the psychic,”You’re a great friend Saiki, I’m so proud.” A tear slipped from Nendo’s eye and Saiki truly couldn’t believe Nendo was a human who walked earth. As he walked to his seat, he slapped his hand on Saiki’s back, and while he could just teleport to the side to avoid his hand, the class was too crowded, so he miserably had to accept the pat.
Eventually the class settled down, everyone in their respective seats. As soon as the bell rang, the teacher clapped grabbing everyone’s attention,”I’m sure you have all heard of the new student,” this caused a small chatter to start, but the teacher continued anyways,”Well, lucky for you guys, she is moving into our class,” Moving towards the door, Saiki’s teacher motioned to it,”Come on in!”
A deafening silence fell over each student, everyone holding their breath as the girl began to walk in. Saiki couldn’t deny his own anticipation, but he was much more toned down. When you finally came into view, Saiki wanted to disappear, teleport out of the school, because there was no way you were going to bring anything good. You stood before the class and Saiki was the only one who could see the tiny golden ring of light embracing you. It wasn’t as blinding as his, or Teruhashi’s, but it was still there.
Those around him let out gasps, because, even if Saiki didn’t want to admit it, you were beautiful. Great. She’ll most likely join Teruhasi’s group or become her enemy. Either way, I want nothing to do with it. His classmates' thoughts made it worse, each of them annoying the psychic more and more.
She’s so hot, but not as much as my goddess.
I can already tell she’s going to love her knight, Jet Black Wings.
What time is lunch again?
“Why don’t you introduce yourself to everyone?” The teacher suggested. You nodded, stating your name,” Um, I hope we all get along,” This intrigued Saiki, just a bit, but his interest was caught nonetheless. The teacher let out an awkward laugh at your bland answer,”Why don’t you tell the class about why you moved here?”
You shrugged,”It’s nothing special, they just moved here because of my moms job and this school was a good option.” The teacher was obviously trying to get more information out of you,”Right and any fun facts about yourself?”
Taking your time, you conjured a few,”I have a pet cat at home and I like to bake.” The teacher's jaw dropped, how can she be so ordinary? They thought,”Do you have a favorite class? At least?” You nodded shortly,Science is pretty fun.”
The class was so confused. You were so pretty, but so boring. On the other hand, Saiki was having a very good epiphany. There’s nothing weird about you. No odd fascination or addiction. You hadn’t moved to a different school for being a bad student. You don’t play make believe and you don’t seem dumb.
The teacher had dismissed you to your seat and it was then that Saiki realized what you were. You’re not anything special, you’re ordinary. Perfect. A while ago, Saiki had found someone like you, but sadly for him, Hiroshi thought Saiki was too odd to be friends. But you were going to be his redemption. Maybe today the universe was on his side, because you strolled up and sat right next to him. Maybe Saiki was going to enjoy school from now on.
—
The psychic had curated a three day plan on how to become your friend and at the most, your closest friend. Because of your normal introduction, no one spoke about you. The excitement from a few hours ago was gone. Whenever someone asked who hadn’t seen you yet, they waved them off, saying something like,”Don’t even worry about her, she’s like the boringest person here.”
And Saiki adored it. The more people ignored you, the more valuable you became. The word some would describe Saiki as at this time, is obsessed, but how could he not be? Everyday he wished for someone to come along that had no interesting traits about them and you were that person. So the next day, he began the first step to his plan. 1. Prove that Saiki can be kind.
Kind was a bit of a stretch, but he couldn’t be mean to you, even if he tried. He was going to have to play it friendly. The downside to you being normal, meant that nothing problematic happened in your life. So as Saiki sat next to you, waiting for a chance to show you his kindness, no opportunity came forward. You were just taking notes like a normal human. Which Saiki would usually gush over, but he had more important plans. He glanced at your desk, noticing the extra highlighter resting near your notebook. He knew you weren’t going to accidentally hit it, so he took matters into his own hands. Someone has to do it.
Saiki focused on your highlighter, using his telekinesis to pull it closer and closer to the edge of your desk, until it fell onto the floor. People turned their heads, but when they saw you, they didn’t seem to care and turned back. The psychic saw you turn and before you could reach down and pick it up, Saiki was already lifting it from the ground, handing it to you,”Oh, thank you.”
Your short and simple response almost made Saiki forget to answer you, ‘It’s not a problem.’ And that was it, you turned back to your work and left Saiki alone. Little did you know, you were putting that boy in a trance. You barely interacted with him and Saiki was starting to smile.
There was a tiny setback in Saiki’s plan, but he didn’t seem to notice. His first course of action was to prove he was a nice person, but he only spoke to you once, so you didn’t have a great impression of him, just that he had manners. Still, Saiki couldn’t see a problem and left you alone the rest of the day. Well, he searched for you in the halls and the cafeteria, but he would never mention that.
—
The next step was to grow in proximity together. Only sitting with you in one class wasn’t enough time to create a good friendship, so he had to use the resources around him. Like the new duo project assigned by the teacher.
“And Saiki you will be paired with the new girl.” The teacher called out, lifting the two slips of paper they had pulled out of a bowl. Okay, so Saiki may have used his hypnosis ability to make your name appear on the slip, but it’s all in good nature. How else am I supposed to get closer if you’re stuck with some idiot?
After hearing this, you turned to the boy next to you,”I guess we’re stuck together, huh, Saiki?” The psychic couldn’t believe it. You knew his name. You were speaking to him, making jokes, maybe he actually had a chance this time. He gave a soft smile, nodding, ‘I don’t mind it.’
The teacher kept going on about the partner and you turned to him, pulling out your phone,”Here, we can swap contacts to plan a get together.” It was music to Saiki’s ears and he happily accepted your suggestion. Once he put his name into the contact, the bell rang out, making the students around you two stand and exit the class. He passed you back your device, watching as you stood,”Well, see you later, Saiki.”
You gave him a small wave and faded into the crowd of students. My plan is going better than expected.
—
Saiki sat in the lunchroom, surrounded by his group of annoyances, but rather than spending his time listening to the exasperating conversations between Nendo and Kaidou, or over hearing the drooling thoughts of Teruhashi’s goons, his attention turned to his phone buzzing on the table. When he flipped it over, he was surprised to see your name in the notification. It was you. His food was abandoned quickly and he typed back.
Hey, do you have anything going on this weekend?
No I do not, would you like to study together at that time?
It’s like you read my mind lol
Saiki gave half of a smile. If only you knew.
Anyways, yeah that sounds good, does Saturday work for you
Any day works for me, so yes.
Okie dokie my mom already suggested for you to come to my house, so if it’s fine with you, I wouldn’t mind us working there.
Saiki’s smile grew bigger, this had to be a dream. You were inviting him over to your house.
It sounds perfect.
Great! I’ll see you tomorrow :)
Great indeed. It was a good thing Saiki had an extreme amount of patience, or else he might’ve asked to see you after school, but no. Good things come to those who wait. And this reward was most definitely going to be worth the wait. It might even be on the same level as coffee jelly.
Until Saturday…

Guess your stuck with me..
Pairing - Troublemaker!Jinx x Academic Achiever!Reader Summary - You’re an academic achiever—sharp, disciplined, and determined to stay on top. Jinx is a reckless, unpredictable troublemaker who barely shows up to class. When the professor pairs you together for a presentation, it feels like a nightmare. She doesn’t help, doesn’t care, and somehow always gets under your skin. But between late nights, frayed nerves, and unexpected moments, you start realizing—maybe she’s not just a distraction after all. Content - 11.5k words, collab with @kkoga !! Slow-burn, Enemies-to-Lovers, Academic rivalry, forced partnership, bickering, tension, Academic stress, burnout, mild angst, brief crying scene, Jinx being an absolute menace, mutual pining, and one very unexpected but very needed kiss. Ends on a happy note!

Your name carried weight on campus.
Not in the way a socialite’s name did, or a legacy student’s, or even a student-athlete’s. No, your reputation was built on something far more lethal—academic dominance.
Summa cum laude in the making.
Top of every class.
Winner of multiple national competitions.
Professors used your essays as the example.
People didn’t just respect you. They feared you
You had single-handedly torpedoed GPAs when professors started grading on a curve. People scrambled to be in your group for projects, knowing you’d carry them to an A (you didn’t let them, obviously). You didn’t have time for slackers, and you especially didn’t have time for people who thought coasting through college was an option.
Which was why, when your professor announced the groups for your upcoming project, you expected to be placed with someone competent.
The sound of shuffling papers and quiet murmurs filled the lecture hall as your Professor adjusted his glasses, scanning the list in his hands with a practiced, impartial expression. You sat near the front, back straight, pen poised, waiting for the inevitable announcement of the semester’s biggest source of misery—group projects.
Your fingers tapped against your notebook as names were read, barely listening—until you heard yours.
And then—
"Jinx."
Your entire body tensed.
No. No, no, no. There had to be some mistake.
Slowly, you turned your head. Across the room, feet propped up on the chair in front of her, sat Jinx—headphones around her neck, chewing on a pen cap like it owed her money. She didn’t even look up, just gave an exaggerated yawn and cracked her knuckles.
The girl who skipped half her classes. The girl who turned in blank assignments. The girl who, last semester, set a toaster on fire in the dorm kitchen and called it "a science experiment."
You clenched your jaw.
"Groups will work together on a thirty-minute presentation due at the end of the month," he continued, oblivious to your silent suffering. "This will be worth 30% of your final grade. I expect collaboration."
Jinx glanced at you lazily, then grinned. "Guess you're stuck with me,nerd."
You exhaled sharply, gripping your pen tight enough to snap.
This was going to be a disaster.
You considered your options.
Beg the professor for a group change. (Humiliating, undignified.)
Carry the entire project yourself. (Tiring, inevitable.)
Force Jinx to be useful. (Impossible.)
Yeah. You were screwed.
As class ended, you gathered your things with the speed and precision of someone preparing for battle. You weren’t going to let Jinx coast through this and leech off your grade. No, you were going to establish rules, schedules, expectations—
A crumpled piece of paper hit your shoulder.
You turned, already seething.
Jinx stood a few feet away, backpack slung lazily over one shoulder, looking entirely too pleased with herself. "Hey, partner," she drawled. "Wanna do all the work for me, or should I pretend to help?"
Your eye twitched.
"Neither." You leveled her with a cold stare. "We’re meeting in the library tomorrow. Be there at noon."
Jinx mock-gasped, pressing a hand to her chest. "Noon? That’s, like, peak nap time."
You did not have the patience for this.
"Show up," you snapped, "or I will make sure the professor knows exactly how much effort you’re putting in."
Jinx smirked, tilting her head. "Oh, scary. What are you gonna do, write a strongly worded email?" You gritted your teeth. "Yes. And CC the entire department." Jinx let out a bark of laughter. "Damn, you really are serious about this nerd stuff, huh?"
"It's called having standards."
Jinx leaned in, eyes glinting with amusement. "It's called being a control freak." Your fingers curled around the strap of your bag. This was going to be a long, long project.
-
The next day, you arrived at the library at exactly noon. Jinx did not.
At 12:15, you tapped your pen against your notebook.
At 12:30, you checked your watch.
At 12:45, you debated homicide.
Then, at 12:57, Jinx finally strolled in, looking like she just rolled out of bed—because she probably had. She plopped into the chair across from you, legs kicked up on the table. "Chill, bookworm, I’m here."
You inhaled sharply through your nose. "You’re fifty-seven minutes late."
"Only 'cause I got distracted," she said, waving a hand. "Saw this really cool bird outside. Had blue feathers. Kinda reminded me of—oh wait, no, that was just a plastic bag."
You just stared at her.
Jinx grinned. "So, what’s the plan, boss?"
Oh, you were going to lose your mind.
You took a slow, measured breath. It didn’t help.
"The plan," you said through clenched teeth, "was to start working an hour ago."
Jinx shrugged. "Yeah, well, time’s fake. Anyway, what’s the topic again?"
You pinched the bridge of your nose. "You don’t even know the topic?"
She stretched her arms behind her head. "Look, I was too busy living in the moment to check the syllabus. Enlighten me, O Wise One."
You resisted the urge to throw your notebook at her.
"We're analyzing historical revolutions and their economic impact," you said, voice dangerously tight. "Which means research. Structure. Actual effort."
Jinx gave you a slow, amused look. "God, you sound fun at parties."
"I am fun at parties," you snapped. "Academic parties. Where people actually care about learning instead of setting things on fire."
"One time," Jinx muttered, rolling her eyes. "That toaster thing was one time." You ignored her. "We need to divide the work. Since you refuse to function like a normal student, I'll handle the primary research and outline the key points."
Jinx propped her chin on her hand. "Sweet. What do I do?"
"You," you said, narrowing your eyes, "are going to actually contribute." Jinx let out a low whistle. "Wow, setting high expectations for me. Dangerous move, nerd."
You exhaled sharply, flipping open your laptop. "You can start by reading the sources I compiled. Then we’ll discuss how to divide the sections for the presentation." Jinx yawned, cracking her neck. "Sounds so exciting." "It's more exciting than failing," you shot back. Jinx smirked. "You really think I care about failing?"
You studied her. She said it like a joke, but there was something about the way she said it—offhand, too casual, like she had already accepted it as inevitable.
You pushed the thought aside. You weren’t here to psychoanalyze her. You were here to make sure she didn’t singlehandedly tank your grade.
"Just read," you said, turning your laptop toward her. Jinx sighed dramatically but took the laptop. "Fine, fine, don’t get your nerd glasses in a twist." You did, in fact, wear glasses sometimes, but that was beside the point.
For the next ten minutes, there was silence. You focused on your own research, occasionally side-eyeing Jinx, fully expecting her to start doodling in the margins or spinning in her chair instead of reading.
But she wasn’t.
She was staring at the screen, brows furrowed, actually reading.
You blinked.
Huh.
Maybe—just maybe—this wouldn’t be a complete disaster.
Then Jinx leaned back, stretching with a loud groan. "Alright, I read, like, five paragraphs. Can I go now?"
Never mind. It was going to be a complete disaster.
"Five paragraphs?" you repeated, deadpan. "That's the best you can do?" Jinx shrugged. "Technically, I read six. But that last one was boring as hell, so I stopped paying attention halfway through." You inhaled sharply. "You—" No. You weren’t going to waste your breath. "You know what? Fine. Since reading is so difficult for you, let's try something simpler. Just tell me what you learned." Jinx hummed, tapping a finger against her chin. "Alright, so—uh—something about, like… taxes? And people being mad about… bread?"
You just stared at her.
Jinx beamed. "Nailed it, didn’t I?" You resisted the urge to slam your head against the table. "The French Revolution," you said slowly, "was not just about bread."
"Are you sure?" Jinx leaned back in her chair, balancing on two legs. "I mean, ‘Let them eat cake’ is, like, the only thing people remember from it."
"Oh my God, you are so—" You cut yourself off, pressing your fingers against your temples. "We are so behind schedule because of you."
Jinx smirked. "Correction: you are behind schedule. I never had one to begin with." You shot her a glare that could have burned a hole through solid steel. "This is worth thirty percent of our grade. Thirty. Percent. That is literally the difference between passing and failing. Do you even care about that?" Jinx didn’t answer right away. For a second—just a second—something flickered in her eyes. But then she shrugged, that same careless grin creeping back onto her face. "Eh. I like to keep things exciting."
"Failing is not exciting!"
"That’s what you think," Jinx said, crossing her arms behind her head. "But I think it’s kinda fun watching you freak out."
You wanted to strangle her.
No. You wanted to graduate, which meant getting through this project without committing a felony. You took a deep breath. "Fine," you said through gritted teeth. "If you're going to be useless, then at least sit there and let me work in peace." Jinx gasped dramatically. "Useless? Ouch, nerd, right in the heart."
"You don’t have a heart."
Jinx clutched her chest like she’d been mortally wounded. "Wow, just gutting me today, huh?"
"Just sit there quietly," you muttered, turning back to your notes.
Surprisingly, Jinx did. For a whole five minutes. Then she started messing with your pens. Then your notebook. Then your hair. You slapped her hand away. "What are you doing?" "You're so tense," Jinx said, chin propped on one hand, watching you like she was studying a particularly interesting lab rat. "Like, seriously, do you ever relax?"
"Not when I have leeches for group members." Jinx laughed. "Come on, don’t you ever just… do something fun?" "This is fun," you snapped. Jinx’s grin widened. "Oh, you are tragic." You scowled. "Just—shut up and let me work." Jinx leaned in, smirking. "Make me."
Your brain short-circuited for a second.
The way she said it—low, teasing—was infuriating. You could feel the heat creeping up your neck, but you refused to let her win.
You exhaled sharply. "You're insufferable."
Jinx winked. "And yet, you're stuck with me."
You were going to lose your mind before this project was over.
-
You had never dreaded a conversation more.
The next morning, you sat in the professor’s office, hands neatly folded in your lap, trying to compose yourself. The office smelled of old books and ink, a familiar scent that usually brought you comfort. But today, it did nothing to ease the tension knotted in your shoulders. Your professor peered at you over his spectacles, waiting expectantly.
You took a breath. "I need a new partner."
He hummed, flipping through a stack of papers. "Let me guess. Jinx?"
You stiffened. "...Yes."
Your professor sighed, setting his pen down. "I assume she hasn’t contributed anything."
"Nothing," you confirmed, frustration creeping into your voice. "She barely even acknowledges the project exists. I don’t even know if she understands the topic, let alone if she’s capable of actually helping."
"She is," he said simply.
You frowned. "What?"
Your professor leaned back in his chair. "Jinx is… difficult. But not incapable. She has a sharp mind—when she applies it."
You weren’t sure if you believed that. "Then why hasn’t she applied it to this?" He offered a knowing smile. "Perhaps that’s a question you should ask her." You exhaled sharply. "Professor, I don’t have time for games. I have competitions, exams, and an academic reputation to uphold. If I fail this project because of her—"
"You won’t fail," he assured you. "But you won’t be getting a new partner, either."
You stared at him. "You can’t be serious."
"Entirely," he said. "Consider it a different kind of learning experience."
You clenched your jaw. "What am I supposed to learn from a partner who doesn’t do anything?"
He smiled faintly. "Maybe that’s up to you to figure out." You swallowed the sharp response on your tongue. This was going nowhere. So, you left his office feeling just as frustrated as when you arrived.
And now, you had no choice but to track down Jinx yourself.
-
The campus café was as loud and crowded as ever. You navigated through groups of students, scanning the area for your headache of a partner.
It wasn’t hard to spot her.
Jinx was sprawled out at one of the outdoor tables, legs kicked up onto a chair, idly flipping a coin between her fingers. Her blue hair was a tangled mess, and her jacket looked like she hadn’t washed it in a week. A coffee cup sat beside her—mostly empty, aside from the mountain of sugar packets she had clearly torn open and dumped inside.
You took a steadying breath and approached.
She noticed you immediately.
"Well, well, well," she drawled, catching the coin mid-air with a smirk. "If it isn’t Miss Perfect. To what do I owe the pleasure?"
You pulled out the chair across from her, ignoring her tone. "We need to talk."
Jinx whistled lowly. "Damn. Straight to business? No hello, no wow, Jinx, you look amazing today?"
You folded your arms. "We have a deadline coming up. You haven’t done anything."
Jinx leaned back, grinning. "Guilty as charged." You clenched your jaw. "Do you even care about this project?" Jinx hummed, tapping a finger against the table. "Depends." You narrowed your eyes. "On what?" She shrugged, still grinning like this was all a joke. "What’s in it for me?"
You inhaled slowly, resisting the urge to strangle her. "A passing grade." Jinx snickered. "Boooring." Your patience was hanging by a thread. "I don’t have time for this. Either do your part, or—" "Or what?" Jinx interrupted, tilting her head. "You gonna write a strongly worded letter to the professor?"
You exhaled sharply, forcing down your irritation. "I already spoke to him." Jinx raised a brow. "And?"
"He refused to reassign me."
Jinx barked out a laugh. "Damn. Sucks to be you, huh?" You ignored her, leaning forward. "Why are you even here if you’re not going to contribute?"
For a brief second, something flickered in her expression.
But then, just as quickly, she smirked again. "Dunno. Maybe I like pissing you off." Your eye twitched. "You—" "Relax, teach," she drawled, standing up and stretching. "You’ll get your little project done. Eventually."
Your blood boiled. "That’s not good enough." Jinx winked. "Too bad." And with that, she turned and walked away, leaving you seething.
You hated her. You hated how she got under your skin. And most of all…
You hated that she wasn’t stupid.
She was hiding something. And you were going to figure out what.
You were going to lose your mind.
After your conversation with Jinx, you had done what any rational, academically responsible person would do: you finished the entire outline yourself.
By the time the sun had set, you were sitting in your dorm, surrounded by neatly labeled notes, highlighted textbooks, and a fully structured presentation plan. All of it—every argument, every example, every supporting point—meticulously crafted.
And Jinx?
She hadn’t even glanced at it. You stared at your phone, rereading the text you had sent her:
You: I finished the outline. Read it before tomorrow’s meeting.
She had seen it. Read the message hours ago. No response. No acknowledgment.
Typical.
You clenched your jaw, dropping your phone onto your desk. If she wasn’t going to put in the effort, then you’d just carry this project alone.
You had done harder things before. The next morning, you walked into the library study room ten minutes early, ready to work. Jinx walked in twenty minutes late, looking like she had just rolled out of bed.
"Morning, sunshine," she drawled, flopping into the chair across from you. You didn’t even look up. "You’re late." Jinx yawned, stretching. "Yeah, yeah. Time’s just a concept, anyway." You clenched your pen. "Did you read the outline?" Jinx smirked. "What do you think?"
Your eye twitched.
"Of course you didn’t," you muttered, shoving the paper toward her. "Read it. Now." Jinx leaned forward, elbows on the table, scanning the pages with mild interest. She tilted her head, flipping through the structured sections you had painstakingly organized.
"Huh," she mused, tapping the paper. "This is… a lot."
"It’s called being prepared," you snapped.
"It’s called being a control freak," she shot back, grinning.
Your patience was wearing thin. "Jinx, we are running out of time. This project isn’t going to do itself—" "Relax," she said, waving a hand. "You already did all the work, anyway."
That—
That set something off in you.
"You think this is funny?" you snapped, slamming your pen down. "This isn’t a joke. I don’t have the luxury of slacking off like you do." Jinx raised a brow, amusement flickering into something else. "You don’t know a damn thing about me, sweetheart."
"I know you don’t take this seriously," you shot back. "You show up late, you ignore my messages, and you haven’t contributed a single thing. And now you want me to just—just carry you through this?"
Jinx was silent for a beat.
Then, she grinned.
"You’re kinda hot when you’re mad, y’know that?"
Your brain short-circuited.
"Wh—" You gaped at her. "What is wrong with you?!"
Jinx cackled. "So many things, babe." You inhaled sharply, forcing down the irritation boiling under your skin. This was getting nowhere. "Look," you said through clenched teeth. "I need to know if you’re actually going to help with this. Yes or no."
Jinx hummed, rocking back in her chair. "Mmm… Maybe.*"
You were going to scream.
"Jinx—"
"Fine, fine," she interrupted, holding up her hands. "I’ll actually do something."
"Swear it."
She smirked. "Cross my heart."
You weren’t sure if you believed her.
But for now, you had no other choice.
You were going to lose your mind.
No, seriously.
After that infuriating conversation with Jinx, you had spent another hour trying to get her to focus, but she had dodged every attempt. She either deflected with some dumb joke, changed the subject, or—worse—just stared at you like she was enjoying your suffering.
And now?
Now, she was lying across the table, tossing a crumpled piece of paper in the air and catching it while you tried—tried—to work.
"Are you actually going to do anything?" you snapped, not even looking up. "I’m thinking," Jinx drawled.
"Thinking about what?"
"Life. The universe. Why you look cute when you're mad."
You gripped your pen so hard you swore it was going to snap.
"Jinx—"
"Okay, okay," she groaned, finally sitting up. "What do you want me to do?"
You stared at her.
"You’re actually asking?"
"Yeah, yeah, don’t make it a big deal." She leaned forward, propping her chin on her hand. "Gimme an easy one."
Your eyes narrowed. "You want an easy task?" "Duh."
You handed her the worst possible section—the dense, boring, data-heavy research portion. Jinx took one look at the paper and whistled. "Damn, this looks awful."
"That’s why you’re doing it." "You’re actually evil."
"And you’re actually going to help, right?"
Jinx clicked her tongue, spinning the paper between her fingers. "Yeah, yeah," she muttered, flipping through it lazily. "But this is gonna take a while."
"Then get started."
She groaned, but to your utter shock, she actually grabbed a pen and started reading.
For the first time all week, Jinx was working.
You didn’t trust it.
One Hour Later
You were deep in your notes, rewriting a key point, when you heard the sound of soft snoring.
You froze.
Slowly, you looked up.
Jinx was asleep.
ASLEEP.
Face down, arms crossed under her head, completely knocked out on top of the papers she was supposed to be reading.
You stared at her, completely, utterly done. "Are you—" You cut yourself off, pressing your fingers against your temple. "Jinx."
She didn’t move. "Jinx." Nothing.
You took a deep breath.
Then you reached over and flicked her forehead. Jinx jerked awake with a yelp. "Ow—what the hell?!"
"You fell asleep," you said flatly. Jinx blinked at you, dazed, then slowly sat up, rubbing her forehead. "Uh. Yeah. Guess I did." You pinched the bridge of your nose. "You are impossible." Jinx snickered. "And yet, here I am, still your partner."
You were going to lose it.
"Go get some coffee," you muttered. "And actually finish reading that before the meeting tomorrow." Jinx stretched, standing up with a yawn. "Yeah, yeah. You want anything?"
You blinked. "What?"
"Coffee. Or, like, one of those nerd drinks you like." Your brain stalled. "You don’t even help, and now you’re offering me coffee?"
"Gotta keep my partner alive somehow," Jinx said, flashing you a grin.
You didn’t answer.
Because if you did, you weren’t sure if you’d start yelling at her again or—
…Something else.
"Just go," you muttered. Jinx snickered. "Later, nerd."
And just like that, she walked off, leaving you staring after her, completely bewildered.
You were still thinking about it.
Not the project. Not the research. Not even the looming deadline.
No, you were thinking about her.
More specifically, about how Jinx—your infuriating, lazy, reckless excuse of a project partner—had casually asked if you wanted coffee.
Like it was normal. Like it was just something she did.
And worse?
You had actually hesitated.
Because for one brief, insane second, your brain had latched onto the idea of Jinx showing up with your coffee order, sliding it across the table, like it was a habit.
You shook your head aggressively. No. No, absolutely not.
Jinx was unreliable, frustrating, and a walking disaster.
And yet—
You caught yourself glancing at the door every time someone walked past the study room.
Waiting.
Thirty Minutes Later Jinx never came back.
You should’ve expected it. Should’ve known she was just messing with you.
But still—
You hated the way annoyance curled in your chest as you packed up your notes.
It was fine. You didn’t need her help. You never did.
The Next Morning
By the time you arrived at the library study room, you were fully prepared to go another round with Jinx about her lack of effort.
What you weren’t prepared for was finding her already there.
Sitting at the table. Waiting.
And beside her?
A coffee cup.
You froze.
Jinx noticed immediately, her grin slow and smug. "Morning, sunshine."
You blinked. "You’re… early."
"Shocking, huh?" She nudged the extra cup toward you. "Told you I’d keep my partner alive."
You hesitated.
This—this had to be a joke. Some weird, elaborate attempt to mess with you.
But when you didn’t move, Jinx rolled her eyes. "Relax, nerd. I didn’t poison it."
You narrowed your eyes. "How do you even know what I drink?"
Jinx stretched lazily. "C’mon, you think I don’t pay attention? You always get the same thing."
…What?
Your brain halted.
She—she had noticed?
Before you could even begin to process that, Jinx leaned forward, elbows on the table, grinning like she had won something.
"Admit it," she teased. "You totally thought I ditched again."
You didn’t answer.
Which was an answer in itself.
Jinx laughed. "Damn, you really have no faith in me, huh?"
"Gee, I wonder why," you muttered.
She just smirked. "Well, guess I gotta surprise you more often, huh?"
You hated that your heart did something weird at that.
You quickly grabbed the coffee, ignoring everything else. "Just don’t screw up your part of the project."
Jinx saluted. "Yes, ma’am."
You didn’t trust her.
But for the first time, you wanted to.
Jinx didn’t immediately start slacking off.
Which, honestly, was the biggest surprise of your day.
For the next hour, she actually read through the research, tapping her pen against the table, occasionally writing things down. You caught her twirling a knife between her fingers at one point, but at least she wasn’t using it to carve something into the desk—so, progress.
You weren’t convinced she was actually absorbing any information, though.
"Jinx."
"Mm?"
"What did you just read?"
She didn’t even look up from her notebook. "Dunno. Some words." You exhaled slowly. "You’re impossible." "You say that like it’s a bad thing," she teased. You rubbed your temples. "Just—focus."
Jinx sighed dramatically but flipped back a page in her notes and started reading again. This time, out loud.
"‘According to the research conducted on—’blah blah blah, too many big words, you get the point."
"That was three seconds of effort."
"It’s called efficiency."
You gave her a look.
"Fine, fine," she muttered, waving a hand. "I’ll read like a normal person."
You weren’t sure if she actually would, but for the next few minutes, she didn’t say anything.
And then—
"Hey, brainiac."
You sighed. "What?"
"You ever get tired of being a know-it-all?"
You paused.
Your immediate response was no, obviously not—but something about the way Jinx said it made you stop.
You glanced at her.
She wasn’t grinning. She wasn’t teasing.
She was just watching you.
And that was—unnerving.
You shrugged. "It’s not about knowing everything. It’s about working for it."
Jinx hummed, spinning her pen between her fingers. "That why you do all that competition stuff?"
"I enjoy it." "Yeah, but why?"
That threw you off.
You had never really questioned it before. "I don’t know," you admitted. "I just like pushing myself. Seeing how far I can go."
Jinx smirked. "Bet you win a lot, huh?" "Most of the time." "Damn. No wonder you’re like this." "Like what?"
"A terrifyingly dedicated nerd."
You rolled your eyes. "At least I’m competent." "Hey," Jinx huffed, dramatically placing a hand on her chest. "I’m plenty competent. Just… in other ways."
"Name one."
"I could steal your wallet right now."
You automatically checked your pocket. Jinx cackled. "See? Competence.*"
You glared. "That’s not competence. That’s crime."
"Tomato, tomahto."
You were going to lose your mind.
You sat stiffly in a quiet corner of the library, laptop open, notes organized in neat stacks. Every slide for your presentation was half-done, waiting for input that had yet to come. Across from you, Jinx had her feet kicked up on the chair beside her, her own completely untouched notebook acting as a makeshift sketchpad.
She was drawing. Again.
You exhaled slowly, forcing yourself to stay calm. "Jinx." No response.
You narrowed your eyes. "Jinx, can you—" "Sshhhh," she interrupted, making vague scribbling motions. "Gimme a sec. I’m in the zone."
"You’ve been 'in the zone' for the past two hours." "And?"
"And you haven’t contributed anything." Your patience was wearing thin. "At all." Jinx finally glanced up, grinning. "I contribute moral support."
You clenched your jaw. "That’s not how group projects work." "Maybe if you stopped acting like a stressed-out librarian, you’d be more fun to work with."
You inhaled sharply, gripping your pen tighter. "Maybe if you actually did something, I wouldn’t be stressed." Jinx hummed, spinning her pen between her fingers. "Sounds like a you problem, nerd."
You gritted your teeth. Unbelievable.
She wasn’t even trying.
It wasn’t just her usual brand of chaos—this was deliberate. Like she wanted to see how long she could get away with doing nothing before you snapped.
And the worst part?
She was enjoying this.
You rubbed your temple. "This is a major part of our grade, Jinx."
"Mhm." "It requires actual work." "Mmm." "I swear to god—"
"Relax, nerd." Jinx stretched, grinning. "You’re smart. You got this." "We got this," you corrected, your patience hanging on by a thread. "This isn’t just my responsibility."
Jinx’s smirk flickered just slightly.
It was quick—barely noticeable. But something in her expression shifted. Then, just as fast, she was back to her usual carefree self.
"Alright, alright." She sat up, cracking her knuckles. "Lemme see the damage."
You turned your laptop around, half-expecting her to fake interest before finding another excuse to be useless. But to your surprise—
Jinx actually looked.
She tilted her head, scanning the slides, lips pursed in thought. Then—"Wow. You really did all of it, huh?"
You crossed your arms. "What did you expect?"
"I dunno. Maybe a little procrastination? A tiny bit of slacking off? You’re kinda making me look bad here, nerd." "You’re making yourself look bad."
"Damn. Brutal."
"This actually looks kinda good." "Of course it does," you replied, adjusting the margins. "I made it."*
Jinx snorted. "Cocky." You ignored her, your fingers flying across the keys—
Until Jinx stole your pen.
You paused mid-sentence.
"Jinx."
"Mmm?"
You turned, only to see her twirling it lazily between her fingers, completely and utterly unbothered.
You exhaled sharply. "Can you not?
"Can I not what?" she asked, still flipping the pen with obnoxious precision.
"Be distracting."
"I’m not distracting," she said, tapping the pen lightly against your wrist.
You snatched it back. Jinx grinned. "Ooh, feisty."
You rolled your eyes, turning back to your laptop. Then, just as you started typing again—
You felt it.
Something soft. Light. Tracing over your forearm.
At first, you thought you imagined it.
But then—
The sensation deepened. Your fingers froze.
Jinx was drawing on you.
Not your hand—your arm. Slow, lazy strokes of ink curling over your skin. You stared at your laptop screen, motionless. For a second, you considered ripping your arm away.
But you didn’t.
Not because you didn’t want to.
But because your entire brain short-circuited trying to process why the hell she was doing it in the first place. You twitched slightly. "What the hell are you doing?"
Jinx didn’t stop. Didn’t even look up.
"Dunno yet," she murmured, her tone completely casual. You blinked.
What.
She kept going. Her brows furrowed slightly, her tongue peeking out in concentration.
She wasn’t doodling mindlessly. She was focused.
Like she actually cared about whatever the hell she was drawing on you.
"Jinx—" "Shh."
Shh?
Oh, hell no.
Your frustration spiked, but so did something else—something you didn’t want to name. "You can’t just—" "Almost done."
Your jaw clenched. You didn’t know if you were more annoyed at her nerve or at the fact that your stupid, traitorous body hadn’t moved yet.
Jinx finally leaned back slightly, inspecting her work.
A series of spirals, tiny stars, and something that vaguely resembled a bomb trailed across your arm, ink sinking into your skin.
Jinx grinned, satisfied.
"There. Now you’re way more interesting."
You inhaled slowly, deeply.
"Jinx, I swear to god—"
"Relax, Brainiac."* She stretched, tilting her head. "You looked like you were about to become one with the laptop screen. Figured I’d make sure you were still alive."
Your eye twitched. "By drawing all over my arm?"
"Mhm."
You scowled. "You’re impossible."
Jinx smirked. "And yet, you haven’t wiped it off."
Your breath hitched.
You looked at your arm.
At the ink.
Your pulse betrayed you.
And the worst part?
Jinx knew it.
Her smirk widened.
And you realized—
You had just lost something.
A battle. A moment. A tiny, imperceptible shift in whatever the hell was happening between you two.
And you didn’t know how to take it back.
-
The walk to your dorm felt longer than usual.
Maybe it was the weight of your bag, or maybe it was the weight of everything else.
Jinx.
Your arm still felt warm where she had touched it.
You hated that you noticed.
You hated that the feeling wasn’t going away.
The entire night replayed in your head—how she had leaned close, how she had grabbed your wrist, how her fingers had lazily traced ink over your skin, how you had let her.
You should have pulled away sooner. You should have said something.
You should have—
Your footsteps slowed.
You lifted your arm hesitantly, rolling up your sleeve.
The ink was still there.
Messy little doodles, half-formed shapes, some random scribbled stars. She had even drawn a tiny bomb with a smiley face.
You swallowed.
It wasn’t that deep. It wasn’t anything.
It was just Jinx being Jinx.
And yet, your fingers hovered over the marks, barely touching them, like you were scared they’d smudge.
You exhaled sharply, pulling your sleeve back down.
This was not what you should be thinking about.
You had a competition in a few days. You had an unfinished presentation. You had actual priorities.
Jinx wasn’t one of them.
So why was she the only thing in your head?
You reached your front door, hesitating before pushing it open.
The house was quiet. Dimly lit. The kind of silence that should’ve been calming, but instead felt suffocating.
You went straight to your desk, flipping open your laptop.
Distractions. You needed distractions.
You pulled up your notes, reread your speech, forced yourself to focus.
But as the cursor blinked on the screen, so did the thoughts.
Jinx’s voice.
Jinx’s laughter.
Jinx’s stupid, lazy smirk when she had said—
"You trust me?"
You clenched your jaw.
That was the worst part.
Because you did.
And you didn’t know how to stop.
-
You barely got any sleep.
It wasn’t like you weren’t trying—you had shut your laptop, turned off the lights, buried yourself under the covers, but your mind refused to shut up.
Every time you closed your eyes, you saw Jinx.
Not just from last night, but from every moment leading up to it.
The way she stretched lazily in her seat during class, always looking half-bored, half-ready to cause problems.
The way she smirked every time she knew she was getting under your skin.
The way she had looked at you last night—not mocking, not teasing, just looking.
It was pissing you off.
You groaned, rolling onto your side, gripping your blanket like it owed you something.
You had bigger things to worry about.
Your competition was in a few days. You should be locked in, reviewing your notes, making sure every word of your speech was airtight.
Instead, you were lying here, restless, with Jinx’s stupid doodles still on your arm.
You were so gone.
The realization made something burn in your chest, something uncomfortable and stubborn and so, so frustrating.
You needed a reset.
you snapped into work mode.
Your entire morning routine was strictly regimented—wake up, shower, ignore the way the ink from last night smudged faintly against your skin, grab coffee, and sit down to actually focus.
You pulled up your notes, exhaling sharply.
Competition first. Presentation second. Everything else? Irrelevant.
Your fingers hovered over the keyboard, ready to dive in—
Knock, knock.
You froze.
You weren’t expecting anyone.
For a brief, horrifying moment, you thought—
No. No way.
Jinx wouldn’t just show up unannounced. That was insane.
But then again—it was Jinx.
You hesitated before standing, your pulse way too fast for something this small.
The second you opened the door—
It wasn’t Jinx.
It was just one of your classmates, reminding you that the professor wanted a status update on the project today.
Your stomach twisted.
Right.
The project. Jinx. Everything you had very intentionally pushed aside.
You forced a nod, closing the door, but the damage was done.
Your focus was wrecked.
And you still had no idea how to fix it.
-
You weren’t expecting to see Jinx today.
And yet, the moment she strolled into the classroom, she made a beeline for your table—not hesitating, not looking around, just slumping into the seat right beside you like she’d been sitting there all semester.
Jinx barely even showed up to class. And when she did, she never sat with you.
The shift was so jarring that for a second, you actually paused, hand hovering over your notes as you stared at her in disbelief.
Jinx noticed. And smirked. Her lips curled into something lazy, too knowing.
"You look tired, nerd."
You ignored her, dropping your bag onto the table and pulling out your laptop and notebook.
Jinx leaned closer, resting her chin on her palm. "Bad dreams? Or were you just up all night thinking about me?"
You didn’t even hesitate—"I was up all night fixing this project, since someone refuses to do their part."
Jinx let out a low whistle. "Damn. You sound stressed. Want me to draw you a little relaxation doodle?"
You exhaled sharply, rolling up your sleeves—only to freeze when you caught the faintest traces of ink still smudged on your skin.
Jinx saw it too.
Her smirk widened.
"Still wearing my masterpiece, huh?"
Your jaw clenched. "It wouldn’t wash off."
Jinx hummed, looking entirely too pleased.
“Whatever you say.”
You ignored her, turning back to your work.
This was fine. You weren’t going to let her distract you. Not today.
Your competition was coming up, the presentation still wasn’t done, and you had absolutely no time to deal with whatever game Jinx was playing.
You started typing, drowning her out.
Or at least, you tried.
Because not even a minute later—
Scratch. Scratch. Scratch.
You blinked.
Jinx had stolen your pen.
And she was drawing all over your notes.
Your perfect, well-organized notes.
"What the hell are you doing?" you snapped, trying to grab the notebook back.
Jinx dodged effortlessly, looking entirely too amused as she continued scribbling. "You looked tense, nerd. Thought I’d help."
"By defacing my work?"
"By improving it," she corrected. "Look, I even gave you a cool lil' skull doodle. Very fitting."
You gritted your teeth, trying not to let her get a reaction out of you. She wanted you to snap. That was what she always did—poked and prodded until you finally gave in.
You weren’t playing along.
Instead, you yanked the notebook away, holding it at a distance as you examined the damage.
And—god.
She had covered the margins with tiny, chaotic doodles. Skulls, bombs, what looked like an awful caricature of your professor, and—was that supposed to be you?!
You shot her a look. "Why am I holding a calculator like it’s a sword?" Jinx grinned. "Because you’re a nerd, obviously." Before you could fire back, a sharp voice cut through the air—
"If you two are done disrupting the class, perhaps you’d like to return to the actual lesson?"
You stiffened as your professor fixed the two of you with a pointed stare.
Jinx, as always, looked completely unfazed.
She leaned back in her chair, flashing an easy grin. "Oh, don’t mind us, Prof. We’re just bonding."
You wanted to sink into the floor.
With a murderous glare, you shoved your notebook into your bag and turned back to your screen, utterly determined to ignore her for the rest of the class. Jinx just hummed under her breath, tapping her fingers against the desk.
You could feel her watching you.
And somewhere, deep down, you knew—
This wasn’t just distracting you.
It was messing with you.
And worse?
You let it.
The second class ended, you bolted out the door. Your face was still hot with embarrassment, and no matter how hard you tried to block it out, the professor’s voice echoed in your head—
"if you two are done disrupting the class, perhaps you’d like to return to the actual lesson?"
You wanted to die.
That was the first time you had ever gotten called out like that. Ever. You prided yourself on being a model student. Always prepared, always focused, always at the top of your class. Professors never had a reason to reprimand you.
Until today.
Because of Jinx.
You exhaled sharply, walking faster.
But, of course—
"Yo, nerd! Wait up!"
Jinx was following you.
You didn’t bother slowing down. "Go away."
She easily caught up, falling into step beside you. "Aw, c’mon, don’t be like that. That was, like, a bonding moment!"
You shot her a glare. "That was humiliating."
Jinx snickered.
You clenched your jaw, fingers tightening around your notebook. "That was my first time getting scolded by a professor, and it was because of you."
Jinx grinned. "Welcome to the dark side, Miss Perfect."
You stopped walking.
She took two more steps before realizing you weren’t beside her anymore, then turned with a raised brow.
You crossed your arms. "I’m being serious."
"So am I," she said, rocking back on her heels. "It’s about time you got a little dirt on your spotless record. Live a little."
You scoffed. "How is getting scolded in front of the whole class ‘living’?"
"Because now you’ve got a funny story to tell."
"That wasn’t funny."
"It was from my perspective," she said, smirking. "You should’ve seen your face, nerd."
You groaned, pressing your fingers to your temple. "I don’t have time for this."
"You sure about that?" Jinx’s head tilted. "Because if I were you, I’d be real worried about that little presentation we have to do. And your big scary competition coming up. And your totally not at all distracting duo partner."
Your eye twitched.
She was pushing you.
And what made it worse—she was right.
You were running out of time. You had a million things to do, and instead of being productive, you were standing in the middle of the hallway, arguing with Jinx.
She must have sensed your spiraling thoughts because she gave you a lazy salute and started walking backwards.
"Anyway," she said, hands in her pockets, "I’ll leave you to it. Try not to stress yourself to death, yeah?"
And with that, she turned on her heel and strolled away.
Like she hadn’t just wrecked your entire focus.
You exhaled sharply.
You had work to do.
But as much as you wanted to bury yourself in productivity, your thoughts kept drifting—
To Jinx.
To what she said.
To the fact that, somehow, some way, she had managed to mess up your entire day—
And you weren’t sure why you didn’t hate it more.
By the time you got back to your dorm, your head was killing you.
You dropped your bag by your desk and powered on your laptop.
The slides were still a mess.
You pinched the bridge of your nose. This is fine. You could finish it yourself. You just had to—
Your phone buzzed.
Incoming Video Call: Jinx
You stared at the screen.
You had never gotten a call from her before. She barely even texted.
Your first instinct was to ignore it.
But then you exhaled and swiped to accept.
Jinx’s grinning face filled the screen. “Hey, nerd.”
You blinked. “...Why are you calling me?”
She snorted. “Uh, because we have a presentation? Ring any bells?”
You narrowed your eyes. “You suddenly care about the project?”
“Yeah, yeah, I get it, I’ve been a terrible partner—blah blah blah—but I figured I’d help. Y’know, out of the kindness of my heart.”
You gave her a flat look.
She smirked. “Or maybe I just wanna mess with you more.”
You groaned. “That sounds more accurate.”
Jinx grinned. “C’mon, send me the slides.”
You hesitated. Was she actually going to do anything?
Still, you sent her the link.
A few seconds later, she shared her screen, revealing your unfinished slides.
“So,” she said, scrolling through them, “what’s left?”
You leaned back in your chair. “Everything, basically.”
Jinx let out a low whistle. “Damn. You really were doing all the work, huh?”
You shot her a look. “What did you think I was doing?”
She shrugged. “I dunno. I thought you were just... like that.”
“Like what?”
“You know,” she waved a hand, “a tryhard.”
Your eye twitched. “I am not a tryhard.”
“You kinda are.”
You groaned, dragging a hand down your face. “Can we just—work?”
Jinx laughed. “Alright, alright, keep your nerd rage in check.”
She actually started helping.
Kind of.
She made the font colors bright neon just to mess with you. She changed one of the slide titles to “Boring Smart People Stuff” before you immediately changed it back.
And at one point, she doodled on one of the slides.
“Jinx,” you said, staring at the little shark cartoon in the corner of your PowerPoint. “What is this.”
“A masterpiece,” she said proudly.
You dragged a hand over your face. “We can’t have that in the final version.”
“Why not? It adds character.”
“It adds stupidity.”
“Same thing.”
You let out a long-suffering sigh. “You’re impossible.”
Jinx just smirked. “And yet, here we are.”
You rolled your eyes—but for the first time all day, your shoulders didn’t feel so heavy.
You still had a ton of work to do. You still had a competition to stress over.
But at least, for tonight, you weren’t dealing with it alone.
-
The library was quiet—at least, it was supposed to be.
You were seated at a table near the back, books spread out around you, your laptop open, and your notebook already filled with messy notes.
You rubbed your temples, trying to push past the ache behind your eyes.
"Just keep going," you told yourself. "Fix the speech, finalize the slides, run through it one more time—"
Across from you, Jinx slouched in her seat, legs kicked up onto another chair.
She had shown up late, wearing her usual smug expression, and hadn’t done a single productive thing in the past hour.
Right now?
She was spinning a pencil between her fingers like she didn’t have a single care in the world.
You exhaled slowly, trying to keep your irritation in check.
“Are you gonna help at all?” you finally asked.
No reply.
You inhaled slowly, willing yourself not to snap.
“Okay,” you said, voice tight. “We need to finalize the script.”
Jinx slumped further into her seat. “Pshh, what script?”
You gave her a look. “The one we’ll be graded on?”
Jinx smirked. “Oh, that script.”
You clenched your jaw.
She was not helping.
You turned your laptop toward her, pointing at the half-written speech.
“Here,” you said. “You can write your part.”
Jinx blinked at the screen, then at you.
“…Or,” she drawled, stretching her arms over her head, “you can write my part, and I can sit here looking pretty.”
You snapped your laptop shut.
"Jinx."
You had zero patience left.
“Look,” you said, barely keeping your voice steady. “I don’t care what you do with your life, but I do care about my grades, and I am not about to let you drag them down.”
Jinx just grinned. “So serious. You should, y’know, relax. Live a little.”
You let out a sharp, humorless laugh.
“Relax? Relax?” You gestured to the chaos of papers around you. “I don’t have time to relax! I have this script, these slides, my competition, and somehow I also have to make sure this entire presentation doesn’t go down in flames because you refuse to take anything seriously!”
Jinx didn’t say anything for a second.
Then, she shrugged. “Sounds like a you problem.”
You stared at her.
Absolutely seething.
Your nails dug into your palm.
Don’t scream. Don’t kill her. Don’t lose it.
Your body was too exhausted to keep this up. Your brain was fried from juggling so much at once.
You could feel your vision swimming just from the sheer amount of stress pressing down on you.
You dropped your head onto the table, exhaling sharply.
You turned back to your laptop, forcing yourself to focus.
Five minutes passed.
Then ten.
You barely noticed the way your head started dipping.
Or how your blinking got slower.
Or how your grip on your pen loosened.
And then—
Darkness.
—
A hand tapped your forehead.
“Yo.”
You jerked awake.
Your vision was blurry, your brain foggy.
You blinked, trying to process where you were.
The library. Your notes. Your laptop screen, now dimmed from inactivity.
And across from you—
Jinx, watching you with an amused expression.
“Did you just pass out?” she asked, tilting her head.
Your heart dropped.
You never fell asleep while studying.
You had too much to do.
You shot up, suddenly panicked. “How long—”
“Relax, nerd.” Jinx stretched her arms over her head. “Like, fifteen minutes. You were out cold. Thought you died for a sec.”
You scowled, rubbing your face. “I don’t have time for this.”
Jinx snorted. “Yeah, no kidding. You looked like you were about to implode before you knocked out.”
You ignored her, reaching for your notebook. You still had so much to finish—
But the moment you lifted your pen, your hand trembled.
You froze.
Jinx noticed immediately.
She rested her chin on her palm, watching you with something that looked too close to concern.
"You good?" she asked.
You curled your fingers, trying to steady your hand. "I’m fine."
Jinx raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, sure. Because ‘fine’ people totally pass out on their homework."
You exhaled sharply, not in the mood for this. "Jinx, I don’t have time for your jokes right now."
She didn’t fire back with another sarcastic comment. Instead, she leaned forward, drumming her fingers on the table. "D’you even eat today?"
You didn’t answer.
Jinx let out a low whistle. "Oof. That’s a no." She nudged your notebook away from you. "Alright, that settles it. You’re taking a break."
You grabbed it back immediately. "I’m not—"
"Yeah, yeah, you’re ‘fine.’" Jinx rolled her eyes. "Come on, nerd. You literally collapsed. You really think you’re gonna get anything done like this?"
You hated that she had a point.
Your mind was sluggish, your limbs heavy. Every word on the page blurred together no matter how hard you tried to focus.
Still, you shook your head. "I have to finish this. I can’t just—"
Jinx groaned dramatically before snatching your pen right out of your hand.
"Jinx!"
"Nope." She twirled the pen between her fingers, looking entirely unbothered. "You wanna work? Cool. But you’re not doing it alone."
You narrowed your eyes. "Since when do you care about this presentation?"
Jinx smirked. "Since you looked two seconds away from dying on my watch."
That shut you up.
Jinx exhaled, rubbing the back of her neck. "Look, I know I’ve been… kinda useless."
You gave her a look.
She huffed. "Okay, very useless. But whatever, I’ll help now."
You were too exhausted to question it. You sighed, leaning back in your chair. "Fine. If you’re serious, you can help finalize the script."
Jinx grinned. "See? Was that so hard?"
You shot her a glare. "One condition."
Jinx wiggled her eyebrows. "Lemme guess. No doodling in the margins?"
"No distractions. We get this done, we run through it, and we’re done. Got it?"
Jinx held a hand to her chest. "Cross my heart, nerd. No distractions."
That promise lasted all of ten minutes.
You were halfway through editing the speech when Jinx started humming.
You ignored it.
Then she started tapping the table.
Still, you ignored it.
Then—
"Psst."
You clenched your jaw. "What?"
Jinx grinned. "You ever hear about that one guy who worked himself to death in a library?"
You gave her a blank stare. "…What?"
"Yeah, wild, right? Poor guy just—bam. Dropped dead on his notes." She tapped your forehead. "Sounds familiar?"
You swatted her hand away. "Jinx, if you don’t—"
Your vision swayed.
It hit you out of nowhere—your head feeling too light, your body too heavy.
You barely registered Jinx moving before your world tilted.
And suddenly—
You weren’t in your chair anymore.
You were in Jinx’s arms.
Your breath caught in your throat.
Jinx had caught you. One hand steady on your back, the other gripping your wrist. Her expression wasn’t playful anymore.
"Whoa—hey—" She adjusted her hold on you, voice alarmingly serious. "You okay?"
You tried to move, but your body refused to cooperate. Your pulse hammered against your ribs.
Jinx let out a slow exhale. "Alright, that’s it. You’re done for today."
"Wait, I—"
Jinx picked you up.
Not entirely, but enough to get you upright and way too close to her.
"Jinx," you hissed, mortified.
"Shh," she muttered. "You’re supposed to be unconscious. Stop ruining the moment."
You smacked her arm.
She laughed, but there was still something soft in her gaze—something you couldn’t place.
Then—
Her eyes flickered to your lips.
Your breath caught.
For a moment, you thought she might actually do it.
But then Jinx pulled back, smirk returning.
"Not yet, nerd," she teased. "You’ll have to fall for me a little harder first."
Your face burned.
And Jinx?
She just grinned.
The tension between you and Jinx hung in the air like a weight neither of you were willing to acknowledge.
You swallowed hard, still hyper-aware of how close she had been just seconds ago—how easy it would have been for her to close that last bit of distance.
Your heart was still racing.
Jinx, of course, looked entirely unbothered.
She stretched her arms over her head, grinning like she hadn’t just said something that made your brain short-circuit. "Alright, nerd. Since you’re obviously about to keel over, I’ll be nice and walk you back."
You blinked. "What? No, you don’t have to—"
Jinx leaned in, balancing her weight on her elbows. "Ohhh, I know I don’t have to. But I want to."
You scowled. "I can walk myself, thanks."
"Yeah? You sure about that?" She tilted her head. "Because, uh, you literally just collapsed."
You opened your mouth to argue, but the second you stood up, your legs wobbled.
Jinx’s arm shot out immediately, steadying you with an almost instinctual ease.
"Yeah, nope. You’re coming with me." She didn’t give you a chance to protest—just grabbed your stuff in one hand and your wrist in the other, dragging you toward the door.
You groaned, stumbling along beside her. "Jinx—"
"Shh." She threw an arm around your shoulders, steering you with way too much amusement. "Don’t fight it, nerd. Just let it happen."
You sighed. There was no winning with her.
—
By the time you made it to your dorm, you were exhausted.
Jinx dumped your bag onto your desk before flopping onto your bed like she lived there.
You glared at her. "You can leave now."
Jinx put her hands behind her head, smirking. "Aw, but we were just getting cozy."
You groaned, running a hand down your face. "Jinx, I need to sleep."
"Then sleep," she said easily.
You narrowed your eyes. "You’re still here."
Jinx grinned, completely unfazed. "You want me to tuck you in?"
"Out."
She laughed but finally stood, stretching. "Alright, alright. I’m going."
She made it halfway to the door before pausing.
When she turned back, her expression had shifted—still teasing, but softer. "...Don’t overdo it, okay?" Her voice was quieter, less playful. "Like, seriously."
You hesitated, caught off guard by the sincerity.
Before you could respond, Jinx winked. "G’night, nerd." And just like that—she was gone.
Leaving you alone with your thoughts.
And your racing heartbeat.
You barely got any sleep. No matter how much you willed yourself to shut your eyes and ignore everything that happened today, your brain refused to listen. Your body felt exhausted, but your mind was wide awake.
You tossed and turned in bed, replaying every little thing over and over again.
Jinx sitting next to you. Jinx refusing to help. Jinx looking at you like she could see straight through you. Jinx walking you back. Jinx tucking your hair behind your ear—
You groaned, shoving a pillow over your face.
This was stupid.
Jinx was stupid.
You were so tired, and you still had a million things to do.
Your competition was tomorrow. You sat up, running a hand down your face. There was no use in lying here, wide awake. With a frustrated sigh, you grabbed your notes from your desk and settled back under the covers.
Might as well study.
You flipped through the pages, scanning over highlighted sentences and messy annotations. But no matter how hard you tried to absorb the information, your mind kept drifting. Every time you read a sentence, it slipped through your brain like sand through your fingers.
Because all you could think about was Jinx.
You clenched your jaw, willing yourself to push past it.
Focus. Focus. Focus.
Still, your mind betrayed you.
The way she grinned like she had the world in her hands. The way she looked at you when she thought you weren’t paying attention. The way her fingers lingered on your wrist when she caught you before you fell.
You slammed your notebook shut.
This was ridiculous.
You refused to let her be the reason you lost focus.
Your hands curled into fists.
There was no way in hell you were going to let Jinx distract you.

You woke up with a pounding headache. The kind that made you instantly regret staying up as late as you did. Your notes were still spread across your bed, some of them half-crumpled under your arm.
Your eyes burned, your body felt heavy, and your brain was foggy as hell.
And yet—
You had no time to rest.
The competition was today. You forced yourself to sit up, rubbing the exhaustion from your face. You needed to review everything, memorize key points, and make sure you were fully prepared before you walked into that room.
Because if you weren’t?
You would lose.
And losing wasn’t an option.
You shoved down the nausea curling in your stomach and reached for your notes again.
Even if your hands were trembling.
Even if your chest was tight.Even if the words on the page blurred from lack of sleep.
You weren’t going to let that stop you.
You were going to push through it.
Even if it killed you.
—
The campus was already buzzing by the time you made it to the competition hall.
Students from different universities were scattered around, some reviewing their notes, others talking strategy. You spotted a few familiar faces—people you had competed against before.
But your focus was locked on one thing.
Winning.
“Damn. You look like hell.”
You didn’t have to look to know who it was.
Jinx.
You sighed, pinching the bridge of your nose. “Not now.”
Jinx grinned, falling into step beside you. “Big day, huh?”
You didn’t answer. You couldn’t waste time thinking about anything other than this competition.
Jinx, of course, didn’t seem to care.
She nudged your side. “Bet you’re gonna kill it.” Something about the way she said it made your breath catch.
Not in a cocky, teasing way.
Not in a “Let’s see if you screw this up” way.
But in a genuine, I-believe-in-you kind of way.
Your chest tightened.
You swallowed past the lump in your throat.
You couldn’t let yourself get distracted.
Not now.
Not when everything was on the line.
Bright lights. Rows of chairs. Judges seated at a long panel in the front. You exhaled slowly, steadying yourself.
This wasn’t your first competition, but something about today felt… different.
Like the pressure was heavier.
Like every second counted.
You moved toward the waiting area, clutching your notes like a lifeline.
Jinx, for some reason, was still following you.
“You got this,” she said casually, hands stuffed in her pockets. You shot her a look. “Why are you even here?”Jinx smirked. “Moral support.” You scoffed. “Since when do you care about this stuff?” Jinx tilted her head, pretending to think. “Dunno. Since now?”
You rolled your eyes, turning your focus back to your notes.
But you couldn’t focus.
Not really.
Not when Jinx was still there.
Not when the weight of her gaze lingered. Not when you could still feel the faint warmth from where she had nudged you earlier. You shook your head, pushing those thoughts away. The competition was starting.
It was time to win.
Two hours later.
Your hands were clenched into fists.
Your jaw was locked.
Your heart was still racing.
You stared at the scoreboard, eyes fixed on the number next to your name.
Second place.
Your breath hitched.
Your stomach twisted.
You lost.
After all that work.
After all those sleepless nights.
After pushing yourself to the breaking point.
It wasn’t enough.
The judges were already moving on, announcing the first-place winner.
The crowd clapped.
You barely heard it. It was like your entire body had gone numb. Like something inside you had just… collapsed. The moment you stepped off the stage, Jinx was there.
“Hey.”
You didn’t answer.
Jinx frowned, stepping in front of you. “Yo. Nerd. Earth to you?”
You still didn’t respond.
Jinx’s smirk faltered.
“…You okay?”
That was the breaking point.
Your vision blurred.
Your breath caught.
And before you could stop it—
Tears welled up in your eyes.
Jinx’s expression changed immediately.
“Whoa—hey—”
You turned away quickly, trying to hide it but Jinx had already seen. You needed to get out of there. You turned abruptly, pushing through the crowd, ignoring Jinx’s voice calling after you.
Your breath was uneven.
Your heartbeat was too loud.
Everything felt too much.
Second place.
You lost.
And the worst part?
You knew exactly why.
You’d been distracted.
By her.
By the way she got under your skin. By the way her eyes lingered too long. By the way she smiled at you like she knew every single thought in your head. You let her mess with your focus.
And now, you had nothing to show for it.
Your feet carried you blindly through the venue’s halls, pushing through a back door that led to the empty lot outside. Cool air hit your skin.
You exhaled sharply, pressing a hand to your face.
Get a grip.
Before you could even try, the door slammed open behind you. You flinched, spinning around—
And there she was.
Jinx.
Breathless from running. Frowning.
"You seriously just ran off?" she said, exasperated. "What the hell, dude?"
You turned away. “Go away, Jinx.”
"Nope." You heard her footsteps. Getting closer.
"Look, I get it," she said. "Losing sucks. It feels like—"
"You don’t get it," you snapped, voice tight.
Jinx shut up. You swallowed hard, blinking back the tears threatening to spill again.
"I worked for this," you whispered. "I gave up everything for this. And I still—"
Your voice cracked. Jinx shifted.
You could feel her watching you.
After a moment, she spoke—quieter. "…So what now?" You exhaled shakily. "I don’t know."
Silence.
Then— "Hey," Jinx said.
You barely turned your head—
And then she was kissing you.
Your breath hitched.
It was fast, reckless—just like her.
But then she lingered—long enough for you to feel the warmth of it. The way she wasn’t just teasing, wasn’t just messing with you.
She meant it.
And for some reason, instead of pushing her away— You kissed her back. You pulled away, breathless.
Silence.
Jinx blinked at you, processing what just happened. Then—
“…Huh.”
Your brain short-circuited. That was it? That was her reaction? After everything—the running, the frustration, the crying—she just goes ‘huh’?
You didn’t even know what to say. Your lips still tingled from the kiss, but your brain hadn’t caught up yet.
Jinx scratched her cheek. “Sooo… that happened.” You opened your mouth—closed it—then opened it again.
“What—what does that even mean?” you sputtered.
Jinx grinned, but there was something nervous about it. Like even she didn’t know what to do next.
“I mean, I don’t see you running away,” she pointed out. You should have. You should be freaking out, demanding answers, maybe even yelling at her—
But you weren’t.
You were just…standing there. Awkward. Speechless. Overwhelmed. Your thoughts were all over the place, but one thing was clear— You didn’t regret it.
Jinx rocked back on her heels, stuffing her hands into her pockets. "Sooo… you wanna pretend that didn't happen or...?" You exhaled sharply. “I don’t— I don’t know.”
Jinx shrugged, but you caught the way her fingers twitched. “Well, that’s not a ‘no.’” Your face felt hot. “You’re insufferable.” “You’re obsessed with me.”
You glared. “I—what?!” Jinx snickered, bumping your shoulder with hers. “Relax, nerd. No pressure or anything.”
But she wouldn’t meet your eyes.
And maybe that meant something.
Maybe this whole thing meant something.
And maybe—just maybe—neither of you were ready to admit it yet.
-
The awkward tension lingered for days.
Neither of you talked about the kiss.
Not in the library. Not in class. Not anywhere.
It was like an unspoken truce—act normal, pretend everything was fine, move on like nothing happened. Except. You couldn’t stop thinking about it.
And neither could Jinx. You caught her staring when she thought you weren’t looking. You noticed how she’d hover closer, how her usual teasing had lost some of its bite—how sometimes, it almost felt soft. And maybe you weren’t any better.
Because every time she laughed, every time she leaned in just a little too close, your heart betrayed you.
And then—
The presentation day came.
You nailed it.
The professor nodded approvingly. Your classmates clapped.
And Jinx?
She smirked, nudging you with her elbow. “Told you we’d crush it.” You rolled your eyes, but you couldn’t hide your smile. After everything—the stress, the frustration, the late nights—you had made it through.
Together.
—
Later that evening, you found yourself standing outside, the cool night air brushing against your skin.
Jinx was next to you, arms crossed, gaze flickering toward you every few seconds.
“So,” she said, kicking at the ground. “We did it.”
You nodded. “Yeah.”
Silence. Then—
“Hey, nerd.”
You turned, only to find Jinx watching you, her usual bravado replaced with something… almost nervous.
She rubbed the back of her neck.
“I don’t wanna pretend that didn’t happen,” she admitted, voice quieter than usual.
Your heart skipped a beat.
Jinx sighed, like she was bracing herself.
“I like you.”
Three words. Simple. Direct.
Terrifying.
Your breath caught in your throat. And for the first time since that night—since the kiss—you let yourself feel it.
The warmth. The butterflies. The way she had always been there, pushing you, frustrating you, seeing you. You exhaled, a slow smile forming.
“…Took you long enough.”
Jinx blinked. Then— She grinned.
“Pshh. Please. I had you wrapped around my finger from day one.” You scoffed, shoving her shoulder, but before you could pull away—
She grabbed your wrist.
Pulled you closer.
And this time, when she kissed you—
There was nothing uncertain about it.

The moment word got out, the entire school lost it.
Jinx—the chaotic, unpredictable, barely-attends-class menace—and you—the academic weapon, professor’s favorite, most likely to succeed? Nobody saw it coming.
“Are you serious? Her?”
“What do you even talk about?”
“Oh my God, are you in love with her chaos?”
“We thought you hated her.”
"We literally watched you lose your mind because of her."
“Jinx has a girlfriend?”
“No, you don’t get it—she has her.”
The rumors spread like wildfire.
Some people were convinced it was a prank. Others thought it was some twisted case of academic sabotage. But then—
People started seeing you together.
The way Jinx would drape herself over your shoulders, stealing your pens just to hear you sigh in exasperation.
The way you rolled your eyes at her antics but never actually pushed her away. The way she’d lean down to whisper something in your ear, making you smile without even realizing it.
And suddenly, it made too much sense.
You sat on the grass, books open in front of you. Jinx laid beside you, arms stretched over her head, watching the clouds.
“You’re supposed to be helping,” you reminded her. She hummed. “I’m helping in spirit.”
You shot her a look. “That means nothing.”
Jinx grinned, reaching over to tug at your sleeve. “C’mon, nerd. You’ve been working too hard. Take a break.”
You sighed but let her pull you down until you were both lying side by side, staring at the sky.
For a moment, there was silence. Just the breeze, the faint sound of distant laughter, and the warmth of Jinx’s hand casually brushing against yours.
Then—
“…You know they’re all still freaking out about us, right?” You let out a small laugh. “Let them.” Jinx turned to face you, her usual teasing replaced by something softer.
She tucked a strand of hair behind your ear.
“You’re really stuck with me now, nerd.”
You smiled.
As the sun started to set, casting warm hues over the campus, you turned your head slightly to look at Jinx. She was still staring at the sky, hands folded behind her head, her usual carefree grin softened into something almost unreadable.
It was peaceful—too peaceful.
“Y’know,” she murmured, “if you’d told me a few months ago that I’d end up with you—” she gestured vaguely at you, “—Miss Perfectionist, Miss Always-Has-Her-Life-Together—I’d have laughed in your face.”
You rolled your eyes. “Wow. Romantic.” Jinx smirked. “I’m serious.” She exhaled, tapping her fingers against her stomach. “Never thought I’d get this kinda thing. Someone who actually… sticks around.”
There was something uncharacteristically raw in her voice. It made your chest tighten. You nudged her side. “I’m not going anywhere.” Jinx turned her head, blue eyes locking onto yours, searching.
“…Promise?” You didn’t hesitate. “Promise.” She stared at you for a moment longer—then suddenly pulled her hoodie over her face. “Ugh. That was so corny.” You laughed, shoving her lightly. “You started it.” Jinx peeked out, grinning. “Guess you’re rubbing off on me, nerd.” You hummed, staring back up at the sky.
For the first time in a while, you weren’t worrying about grades. Or competitions. Or the weight of expectations pressing down on you.
For once— You just let yourself be happy.

🎀🩰 Bulking Weight 🎀🩰
“Come on mama, fuck! Just be a good girl and take it so I can give you all my cum. That’s what you want right.”
Or
Bakugou gets a little insecure about the extra weight he gained while bulking, and you fuck the insecurity out of him.

🎀🩰
“This was so much fun.” You practically bouncing with joy. It’s been forever since y’all have been on patrol together.
“Whatever dumbass, don’t slow me down.” You throw a glare his way.
“Don’t forget I’m still your wife, your ass will be on the couch if you keep talking to me like that.”
He scuffs in response knowing not to test you, but still wanting to have the last “word”. You giggle at him. You find it cute how unbothered he tries to seem.
Today seemed to be a pretty calm day for patrol. So far you’ve only broken up two fights, saved a cat, and taken pictures with a few fans.
You guys got a call that you can end the day early since it’s been pretty slow all over the city. You two are walking back to the agency now. Bakugou can feel the excitement rolling off you. He can’t help, but crack a little smirk. Seeing his pretty wife practically glow with excitement lights something inside him. He thought he’d be over all the puppy love by now, but watching you walk down the street smiling while the sun hits your skin making your cheeks look like those caramel/chocolate commercials makes him just wanna sink his teeth in you. In a good way of course.
“What are you so excited about anyways?”
“I was planning on watching the new game of thrones series when we got back, and now I get to watch it earlier than planned” You squeal.
Gosh you’re such a nerd. He never understood why you like those British shows. They all look like their bodies, and breath smell like ass. Yeah, the fight scenes are cool, but other than that what do you watch it for?
He was too busy thinking about how weird your taste in television was to notice a group of teenagers boys walking down the sidewalk towards y’all. He’s shaken out of his thoughts by the force of the tallest in the group shoulder checking him.
“Watch old man.” The tall box dyed blonde says to Bakugou. The kid’s friends all snicker. Bakugou stops , and turns to the group.
“Didn’t your parents teach you to respect your superiors? Especially the ones out here keeping your ass safe.”
The blonde teen just rolled his eyes.
“You should be less worried about my parents, and more worried about your beer belly. Fat ass.” Before he can stop, and think about it Bakugou goes to grab the kid by the collar. But you are quicker, and grab his arm before he can do so.
“Come on I wanna go home.” You plead with your eyes for him to let it go. He really wants to teach these fuckers a lesson, but his need to please you outweighs his need to rub some random brat’s face in the dirt. He grunts in agreement, and lets you drag him away. He can hear the boys laughing as y’all walk away. But all he cares about is getting his pretty wife on the couch surrounded by your favorite snacks.
You use your quirk to knock the kid on his ass before you guys get too far. Teenagers fucking suck.
—
While sitting on the couch with you later he couldn’t help replay what that brat said earlier. He noticed he’d gained a little fat, but it’s because he’s bulking. Was it really that noticeable? Why haven’t you said anything? He started to feel as if he led you on.
When you first meet back in school he wasn’t all jacked, but he was far from fat. The body you feel in love with. The one you loved so much your panties would get wet just from looking at isn’t the same anymore.
Did you still even find him attractive?
Bakugou can’t bring himself to ask you about it. He says that he’ll just watch you carefully to see any signs of discomfort . The problem was you look so unfazed. He can’t tell if it’s because you haven’t noticed, don’t care, or if you’re trying to look unbothered to not hurt his feelings.
His feelings weren’t hurt, maybe his ego was a little bruised. But the fact you’re the type to go around problems that aren’t problems to protect other’s feelings only adds to the uncertainty.
What Bakugou didn’t notice was that you picked up on his discomfort. You noticed the long looks in the mirror after every shower. The not wanting to cuddle every night like he usually does. Most of all the lack of intimacy.
You guys haven’t had sex in almost a week. Every time y’all start to get hot, and heavy he just eats you out the rolls over and says goodnight.
Head is great. But fuck, you wanna feel the weight of your husband on top of you as he makes love to you.
You decid you’ve had enough. Whatever is worrying him so much you’re going find out and fix. At dinner you decide to finally speak about it.
“Katsuki.” Almost immediately Bakugou looks up at you.
“Yes?” Worry lines your face. Bakugou starts to panic thinking something happened to make you upset. Just as he was about to ask if you were okay you cut him off.
“What’s wrong? You’ve been acting different. You haven’t been as affectionate or intimate. Are you not attracted to me anymore?”
Now he really starts to panic. How could you, his beautiful perfect wife ever think you were the problem? How could he not be attracted to you? You were hand crafted by God himself. You are the only woman he could ever love. Never once had he ever questioned your beauty. Even in school when he thought you were annoying, he still found you breathtaking.
“Are you crazy there’s no way I couldn’t be attracted to you.”
“Then what’s the problem?” He pauses, and shaky breath in. Should he lie, or let you know that some punk made him a little insecure?
No, he can’t lie to you. For this whole ‘death do us part’ thing to work he’s gonna have to be honest with you. Even if it makes him uncomfortable.
“…I’m afraid that you don’t find me attractive now that I’ve put on some pounds.” He’s too embarrassed to even look up from his plate. There’s silence for a minute. He starts to worry that he’s actually right. But when he looks up to see your face it’s filled with nothing, but love. You get up from your seat, and walk over to him. You reach out to stroke his cheek.
“There’s nothing that would make me stop loving, or finding you unattractive. And I have noticed the extra pounds, but honestly it’s kinda doing it for me.” You giggle at his stunned face. You pull him in for a kiss. It starts off tinder. Full of the love you two share. But with new found confidence Bakugou starts to get impatient. He missed this. Your body against his. The kiss becomes more intense as he pulls you closer to him.
He lifts you by the back of your knees, and carries you to your shared bedroom. You let out a squeal as you’re dropped on the bed. Bakugou chuckles at you, but you aren’t given enough time to say anything about before he reconnects your lips. He starts moving his kisses lower, and nips at your jaw.
Between nibbles, and kisses Baukgou breathes out “God I’ve missed this”.
You let out a startled moan when he goes lower, and sucks your nipple through your thin shirt. You feel his lips curve into a smirk at your reaction.
You start to get impatient from all the nipping, and kissing. You’ve been deprived of him for too long. You whine as you tug on his shirt letting him know you want it off. Bakugou can’t help,
but coo at you, and give a kiss to your pouty lips.
“I know pretty girl, I know. Just let me taste you first baby.” He peels your clothes off before laying between your legs. His mouth waters every time he see your beautiful cunt. He watches as more slick leaks from you. He uses his thumb to spread it across your lips, before giving your clit the tiniest rub. It’s a ghost of a touch, and it drives you crazy. You start whining down at your husband begging with your pretty eyes for more, and who is he to tell you no? He replaces his hand with his mouth.
He loves the smell, and taste of you. He never thought there’d be a day he would be obsessed with a vagina, but after y’all’s first time he’s been hooked. He licks you like it give him just as much pleasure. The room is filled with your moans, and the sloppy sound of your dripping hole and his mouth . You grab at his hair, and start rolling your hips up into his face. Bakugou’s eyes rolling back at the feeling of you rubbing your juices all over his lower face and nose.
Bakugou sucks your clit between his lips while flicking the tip of his tongue against it. The clinching in your stomach gets tighter, and you know you’re close. But when he slightly nibbles on your clit you know it’s over. You cry out as you ride your orgasm out on his face. After you calm down Bakugou sits up on his knees to see your fucked out expression, and heaving chest.
As good as him eating you out was, it wasn’t what you wanted. You tug at his pants with pleading eyes, expressing what you really want.
“What pretty girl you can’t use your words?” He says in that mockingly sweet voice. He likes seeing his pretty wife like this. All desperate, and sparkling eyed. It’s impossible not to get hard while watching you squirm, and beg for his cock. It’s when you pout up to him all big eyed, and desperate that he gives you what you want. No matter how hard he tries he can’t say no to you. His beautiful sweet wife. If he could he’d give you the universe. He pulls his shirt off, and tosses it across the room. He then removes his belt, and pants leaving him in just his underwear. He starts to feel a little uneasy showing all this extra skin to you, but seeing the hungry look on your face burns it all away.
You feel yourself getting wetter as you stare at your husband’s changed body. You felt the extra weight, but seeing it makes you so much more hornier than you expected. All his bulging muscles. Instead of being lean like before he’s fuller. His stomach has become slightly rounder, and his shoulders, chest, and biceps meatier.
“Fuck I need you.” A evil smirk breaks out across Bakugou’s face.
“Come get it baby.” You tug his underwear down causing his cock to flop out. The swollen pink tip leaks with precum. You give him a few strokes before leaning down, and giving the tip a sweet kiss. You suck the tip into your mouth while wiggling your hips in the air knowing how much he loves seeing your ass move. Bakugou groans at the display. But you only get two head bobs in before he’s pulling you off, and pushing you on your back.
“That can wait for later. Weren’t you just begging me to fuck you. I gotta give my baby what she want.” He smugly says to you.
Bakugou pushes your knees apart and, taps his fat dick on your pussy. He enjoys watching the slight jiggle of your fat lips. He sit his dick between your lips, and lets his dick sit snug between the two. He thrust slowly. His tip catching your clit with every upward thrust. He loves watching the contrast of his dick sliding between your brown lips.
After an impatient “Katsuki” he lines his tip up with your hole, and slowly pushes into you. You both can’t stop the low whines from leaving your lips as he stretches your tight spongy walls around him. He looks to make sure he wasn’t hurting you, and almost blows his load right there.
Seeing your mouth agape, and face scrunched up in pressure causes his dick to twitch inside you.
He can’t stop himself from breathing out a “Fuck baby” at the sight of you laid out so pretty. He starts moving at a steady pace. He leaves kisses all over your face, and shoulders. He can’t stop himself from telling you how good you are between kisses. Something about your gummy walls makes his mind go foggy, and his tongue loose.
“You’re doing so good baby.”
“Taking all of me so well.”
“Come on pretty girl give it to me.”
“Can’t believe this pretty pussy is all mine.” The steady pace was amazing while you were getting use to his size again, but now you were getting impatient and wanting more.
Bakugou is caught off guard when you suddenly pulled him down by his neck, and cross your ankles around his waist. You can’t stand the no skin to skin. All you want is to feel the weight of your husband on top of you while he beats your walls in.
You look up at him with glossy eyes, and beg “please Katsuki, i need more”.
And who the hell was he to tell you no. He gives you one last peck before getting up on his elbows, and thrusting into you like it was his only purpose in life. Your squeals plus the sloppy sound your cunt starts making, makes his mind go hazy. All he can think about is getting you to cum on his cock then stuffing you full of his cum.
You reach between your bodies to give your clit the attention she’s throbbing for. The added sensation makes you squeeze even tighter around him. It’s too much for you both. Bakugou can’t even hold himself up anymore causing him to lay his full body on you,and starts humping into wet soft heat. He subconsciously starts sucking and licking on your neck like a fucking virgin that’s having their first kiss.
You can’t stop your sobs. It’s all too much, and not enough at the same time. You feel so full, yet you want to suck him in deeper. His tip rubbing against your cervix isn’t enough. You want him inside it, smearing his cum against each area of it.
“Katsuki, fuck!” you wail.
“Daddy please!”
“It’s okay baby you can take.” He coos at you.
“No I can’t, it’s too much!”
“Come on baby take it for me.” He pulls you into a sloppy kiss. When you pull apart he says
“Come on mama, fuck! Just be a good girl and take it so I can give you all my cum. That’s what you want right.”
You get out a little ‘mhm’ between sobs.
You feel your climax on the tip of your tongue. He can tell you need a little something more. Bakugou reaches his hand up, and rolls your nipple between his fingers before giving it a pinch.
Your climax hits you like a wave, and drags Bakugou down with you. He continues thrusting making sure he covers all your walls with his cum.
You two lay there holding each other after coming down from your highs. You run your nails through his hair while waiting for your heartbeats to go back to normal. After a few minutes you decide to break the silence.
“You know, nothing could make me stop loving you.” Bakugou feels an intense swell of emotion in his chest. He tries to hide his red cheeks, and teary eyes by burying his face between your breast.
“Fuck how’d I get so lucky?”
