If I see one more person refer to OSDD as a whole as a generalization or synonym of OSDD-1B I'm going to snap the wooden bars of this cage in the enclosures of my mouth and crawl my way out of Hell to Find You.

Master - Chapter 1a
Tumblr media
*Warning - Adult Content*
I let my eyes open, tired with the faint slumber I'd allowed myself for a few months.
If I fell any deeper, I'd miss a couple of decades.
Not that it mattered but I preferred to keep myself aware.
It'd be a bitch to wake up and find myself chained down with little humans pricking at me, again.
That was probably the one fear which all vampires shared, falling too deep into a slumber, only waking to find you'd missed a couple of centuries.
Time was the most valuable resource for vampires.
Extending it for as long as possible was all that really mattered.
I didn't really care.
I was stuck on this earth whether I liked it or not.
I didn't even have the luxury of falling that deep into slumber.
I wish I had the luxury.
I'd never wake up.
I didn't bother trying to convince myself to get out of bed.
There was nothing waiting for me out there.
I had no duties, no tasks to complete, no one to hunt - I already killed those I needed to.
There was nothing to do.
So instead of doing something so useless as leaving my bed, I rolled over and picked up my phone.
Vampires were without a doubt, the most 'normal' species in the supernatural world.
We didn't chant weird spells or turn into beasts during the night, spend our lives haunting others or pursuing a disturbing deep connection with nature.
Out of all the various species that'd spawned over the generations, vampires were the closest thing to humans.
Probably because the majority of us were desperate to be human again.
I couldn't relate to that want, that incessant need to be something I once was like the rest of my kind did.
I didn't remember what it felt like and naturally didn't crave it. It helped that I naturally despised the unknown, I had no cravings to explore that side of life or pretend to encompass it.
Only the foolish pursued such fantasies, the foolish and the hopeless.
The only reason I was involved in this new world's creation known as social media, was to keep myself up to date with the world.
I couldn't expect to survive in it if I didn't understand it.
So I spend a good set of hours familiarizing myself with the world I'd awoken to.
New presidents, more death, more chaos - no surprise there.
Then I stumbled upon this thing called 'memes'.
Turns out memes are the humans' greatest invention since porn.
I pull the sheets from my body, deciding a bath wouldn't be so bad but quickly develop a frown when I place my feet down in a thin layer of dust.
My eyes dart around the space to find all furnishing coated in a similar layer that represented the world that had continued to move one without me.
I itch at my brain, trying to remember the last time I gave this place a good cleaning but that seemed to be an inaccessible time frame.
I hate cleaning more than I hate breathing.
Accepting the cold of the cracking tiles, I make my way across the fractured flooring into the large bathroom which was just as dusty, with cobwebs creeping from corners.
I already hated this bathroom for being entirely black, now I just hated it more for being dirty.
It should've been white.
I take my time rinsing the bath, cleaning it thoroughly before filling the large tub with cold water.
I strip myself of my worn clothes before letting myself sink in.
Releasing a strained sigh as my ancient veins sizzle momentarily from the crisp touch of the water.
Though I hated to admit it, any way to feel alive, even for a nanosecond, was worth it.
I may not truly be dead but it sure as hell felt like it.
After scrubbing myself clean, I climb out of the tub and dry quickly before dressing myself in only a pair of loose, grey sweatpants.
After letting myself soak in the wintry chill of my own thoughts, I clean myself up and slip off the first pair of pants I find.
With that, I leave my bedroom and make my way through my vacant castle.
It was just as dusty and just as dirty as the room I inhabited.
I was the only one who lived in this fortress and didn't have a single servant to clean it for me.
I, unlike all vampires, hated the concept of servants and slaves.
Any vamps who had even a shrivel of power immediately surrounded themselves with as many slaves and servants as they possibly could.
Slaves who they beat, overworked and fucked when they wished.
‘It was fucking atrocious.’
I refused to own anyone, refused to indulge in the disgusting practice.
I'd experienced what it felt like to be in chains, to have no control over your actions and to be treated as nothing more but a scrap of shit.
I wouldn't condemn anyone to that fate, never.
I'd never force someone to spend their entire life doing my bidding.
It repulsed me to alter someone's life so much.
So I lived my life alone.
In a fragile state of peace which was the best, I could achieve.
Like it always had, it took a good ten minutes of walking before I even approached the stairs which lead to the basement.
Of course, I could get here much faster if I wanted to but it made the minutes of these long days multiply and I truly adored anything which made the time go faster.
Despite this, I release a tired sigh, eyes lazily staring down into the darkest part of my abode.
Taking one step at a time, I trudge down the never ending spiraling staircase until I myself am consumed by the darkness itself.
I ignore the forgotten slave cells and haunted torture chambers, which remained untouched as they'd always been and head straight for the enormous cooler in the back.
Lifting the top, I stare down at the seemingly endless encasement of blood bags, pleased to find that Wequie had kept things rolling.
After years and years of hunting for my meals, I'd grown tired of feeding on humans.
It was tiring and boring, it always ended the same way anyway, took the fun straight out of it.
Instead, I consumed my blood in the least vile way.
Blood bags.
Their packaging had changed over the centuries, the most revolting being the actual head of the carrier.
It'd be sliced from the neck and everything inside cleared out only to be refilled with the owner's blood.
That was a phase of my species that I did not enjoy.
I grab an O-Negative as an effort to spice things up, I hadn't had this one in a while so why not live on the wild side.
I take a few more to last the day before making my way back to my room.
The gleam of sunshine invades my vision, slowing my haste steps in surprise.
The small flicker of sunlight brushes my skin and took the breath from my lips.
I hadn't seen sunshine in years and I almost missed it feeling it against my skin now.
I stop myself and take a tentative step back, my eyes closing to soak in the little brush of the sun.
I approach the glass wall which I had assumed to be entirely covered by vegetation but apparently wasn't quite.
I walk a bit closer until my eyes are a few inches from the small hole created by the gap of rapacious vines that covered the entire castle, revealing a small glimpse of what lay outside the castle.
It was dark, like always.
But there were little shrieks of sunlight which rained down from above to help my natural eyesight revealing the acres and acres of forest which somehow found a way of growing despite the fact that I was several feet underground.
I'd always chalked it up as an effect of the witch who inhabited these lands before me.
I challenge myself to think of the last time I went outside, outside the castle or into the sun.
Decades at this point, I had a slightly, useful supplier for my blood and anything which interested me.
I hadn't felt the sun in years and I hadn't seen my overgrown land for even longer.
The fact disturbed a part of me.
Brushing off the odd feeling, I continue my familiar path back to my bedroom.
It took just as long but I didn't mind much with the taste of blood on my tongue and a faint feeling of the sun still on my skin.
My feet stop me when I find my door slightly open.
My fangs immediately descend as I step inside.
I always close the doors behind me.
Always.
I enter the room with movements gentler than a wandering spirit, shutting the door behind me to trap myself inside with my intruder.
Prey got skittish in closed spaced which made it all the more exciting.
With my sensitive ears on alert and my fangs completely elongated, I step further into the room.
It'd been a while since I had my last kill.
‘This could be fun.’

oh fuck, fuck, shit. this was not how things were supposed to go down.
what was supposed to happen, according to the magnificent imagination library of sugawara koushi (don’t judge him, he made the name when he was like 5), was that he’d get a little drunk after spa night and share his story with his newfound friends. he was hoping for a maybe a few hugs, no words of pity and, once again if he was lucky, a seat beside you while you watched some sappy lighthearted comedy to get his mind off of the whole situation.
what suga got instead, however, was an increasingly pissed you, ready to pounce on meiko the second you got. he couldn’t pretend that your reaction wasn’t incredibly endearing, especially since he’d never seen you get this angry in all the time he’s known you, but koushi couldn’t help but worry that after this... everyone would know.
so he raced after you down the hall, until you burst into meiko’s room with the rest of the group hot on your heels.
meiko looked up from rummaging through her bags, startled, while iwaizumi immediately jumped to her defense. you were not deterred, peering around him with such fire in your eyes that not even meiko was immune.
sugawara was actually rather impressed with the stoicism you held even when you stood face to face with iwaizumi’s biceps.
god, those arms.
“meiko, you fucking bitch,” you muttered, lowly and under your breath. the gasp meiko let out was absolutely scandalized as iwaizumi pressed himself closer to you.
“hey, don’t you dare talk to her that way,” iwa expressed, instantly drawing your attention. suga didn’t even pretend to hide the gasp that escaped his throat as he watched your eyes turn even more steely and cold.
he’d hate to be on the receiving end of your empty gaze.
“get the fuck out of my way,” your smaller hand found its way to the center of iwaizumi’s broad chest and pushed.
faintly, over the sound of blood rushing in his ears, koushi could hear atsumu yell something along the lines of get em angel! but his eyes were utterly stuck on you fiery form.
your own eyes remained focused on meiko who was now cowering behind iwaizumi’s back but for the first time ever she actually looked... scared?
koushi felt something alight in stomach (rage? hurt?) as he watched the woman who’d unapologetically taken something he’d never ever get back with no remorse, look fucking scared.
of course she would have the audacity to be afraid in the eyes of pain and not her horribly absent morality.
fucking hell. she was so going to get what was coming for her.
koushi let a manic grin grow on his face as he watched you shove iwaizumi harder to finally, finally, get your hands on the woman who’d destroyed his life.
when hajime tried to get back between you and meiko, bokuto, atsumu, and sakusa stepped up to keep him away. suga suddenly felt two solid presences appear at his sides, a quick glance out of the corners of his eyes informing him it was kuroo and kenma beside him.
“do you wanna leave?” kuroo leant down to whisper, his deep voice vibrating at the shell of suga’s ear. koushi absentmindedly shook his head no, brown orbs watching as you whispered something in meiko’s ear, her eyes immediately going wide in shock.
god, he wished he was right there next to you, listening to every piece of bullshit meiko spat out of her mouth and from the looks of it, it was a ton.
kuroo and kenma began to speak over suga but he was too occupied with you — you looked so powerful and in control as you stood over meiko, saying something else that he couldn’t hear but whatever it was, it must’ve upset meiko because her face twisted from afraid to fucking pissed.
he couldn’t do anything but watch in slow motion as meiko’s hand flew up and slapped you square across the face.
the room fell silent as everyone looked on in utter shock. (un)surprisingly, you weren’t startled at all — you actually looked pleased as you touched your cheek gently as though you were surprised it even hurt.
koushi’s theory was then proved correctly as your voice rang out through the silent room. “wow. that actually kind of stung.” kenma snorted next to him at your nonchalance as another wave of admiration overtook him.
suga knew he must have been looking pretty enamored by you but it was only amplified as the whole house watched your hand fly down into meiko’s face, slapping her at least twice as hard.
now, kenma straight up cackled as you and meiko fell into an all out fight where you clearly had the upper hand.
behind your little defense squad, iwaizumi attempted to fight past the wall of strong men to get to meiko, but there was no way he could get past bokuto’s arms that were big enough to rival his.
unfortunately for suga (and kenma who was having the time of his life), all the noise from the thrashing and screaming (coming mostly from meiko) had attracted quite the crowd. daichi and osamu immediately rushed to yank you off of meiko who was now lying on the ground yelling and sobbing.
she was an absolute wreck, her mascara smeared across her face, extensions pulled every which way and a bright red handprint plastered on her left cheek as a black eye seemed to be coming in on the same side.
you, on the other hand, whilst being dragged away by osamu and daichi, looked absolutely stunning.
your hair was a mess, blood was running from your nose down your to your chin, and you had a feral grin spread across your face but even still, to suga, you’d never looked more beautiful.
at first, koushi thought it was because he had a minor blood kink (don’t ask) but after more thought, he discovered that it was more than likely due to the fact that you had physically fought for him.
you’d decided, on some merits unknown to him, that he was worth getting bitchslapped for and that meant more to him than you could ever know.
“hey,” kenma’s soft voice shook him out of his thoughts as he gently led him out of the room. “they’re putting yn in her room so we’re gonna go there, ok?”
koushi thinks that kenma could’ve led him straight into a pit of lava if that’s where you were. he just desperately needed to see you, to thank you for what you’d done for him.
suga needed to prove to you that your bloody nose wasn’t in vain — that he was somehow worth fighting for.

So, if you don't like this idea feel free to ignore it BUT
If memory serves me right, Touya, ends up in some kind of accident during some kind of special training session and is proclaimed dead. Now, imagine, Touya's dear little sibling from your Big Brother series is absolutely devastated when everyone comes back and Touya is nowhere to be seen. I'm not sure exactly how old you imagine the reader to be, but let's say they're a late bloomer in terms of quirk, late enough that Endeavor thinks they might be quirk less. After they come home and Big Brother Touya is missing, reader ends up having a mental breakdown. Sobbing, crying, the works. And in the middle of all this, their quirk manifests. Low and behold, it is the same quirk as Big Brother Touya. Reader is so distraught and unable to control the quirk they have to get Eraser to shut it off so it'll stop before they end up burning down the neighborhood.
Obviously because Endeavour is trash, this is going to interest him and then starts the torture. All unbeknownst to Big Brother Touya because he can't exactly go back. Fast forward a few years later, Shouto has gotten accepted into UA and the training camp is coming up. Endeavour knows about it, and pays a hefty sum and/or pulls some strings and has reader sent there to train their quirk as well. Flash forward to the actual training camp, and Touya ends up seeing reader and stopping dead in his tracks. He wasn't surprised to see Shouto, but reader? (I'm just assuming that reader is a couple years younger than Shouto so they're probably supposed to be in middle school.) Reader definitely shouldn't be there. They're not even in highschool yet, and he hadn't planned on running into them so soon, especially not here. Imagine his surprise doubled when he goes to shoot flames at some of 1A and reader blocks them with flames of similar power. His heart practically stops beating, because he knows that if reader has his quirk, Endeavour would show interest in them and put them through the same hell he went through.
Okay I'm sorry that's so long I just wanna know your thoughts, again if you aren't interested don't feel a need to reply I mostly just wanted to let this out to you, and if you end up using this at some point I would be ecstatic
Referencing: Big Brother
──⇌••⇋──
I like this spin on it, and the moral dilemma I'm sure it causes your poor big brother. He would have hated to be separated from you for so long, it would tear him apart. Every day he'd be on edge wondering where you were, how you were doing, if you were well, or if something was wrong then who was taking care of you. All the unknowns would tear his mind to shreds.
When you reunite in that way, I'm sure all his emotions would flood forward and on impulse, he'll have this overwhelming urge to 'save you'. WIth his quirk, you're a walking target. You can't go through all the training that he went through if you haven't already. He wouldn't let it happen, and would definitely have to have compress take you with Bakugo to keep you safe, but of course, would keep you separate when it was recruiting time.
He doesn't want to freak you out. With everyone surrounding you, you could very easily get overwhelmed, and what a lot of people forget that he's hyperaware of is that you're still a child. A kid. He'll do his best to talk to you one on one, try to get you to remember him, and explain to you why it's so dangerous to go back home, so you're going to need to stay with him.
React however you want, but you're not leaving his side. He'll even have a quirk cancellation device ready to make sure you can't hurt yourself like he has. The last thing he wants is for you to turn out like him, which is why it's so important that he keeps you by his side. No one knows his quirk like he does, so you should consider yourself lucky he's here to help you. He'll definitely get more strict the more you try to fight his 'help', and even without the quirk he still overpowers you so if you know what's good for you, you'll just let him help you.
He'd never hurt you, but there are other ways to get you to cooperate.
Anywaaay, I'm not sure if this is what you had in mind with this, but I liked the idea, and thanks for sharing anon.

I'm OBSESSED with your writing. Can you try.. Maybe, Donnie being a filthy boy being an 'stalker-ish' of his long time crush? Be checks their FB for new posts, saves every picture of them he finds? He doesn't mean to be a creep, feels guilty, but just doesn't know how to ask for more than friendship?
Good afternoon Anon. Here is my short story in relation to your ask.
I wasn't sure where you wanted me to take this, so I had to do a bit of guessing on my part. I hope this something like you were wanting.
I will admit that this ask was a bit of a struggle for me, not knowing a clear direction to take it outcome made me a little unsure of my writing and guessing abilities LOL. However, I will admit to crying along with the characters in this story more than once.
Thanks again for the ask and the initial compliment. I hope to continue to earn your favor in future posts.
Tumblr media
· Stalker [noun]: 1a person who harasses or persecutes someone with unwanted and obsessive attention. 2a person who hunts game stealthily.
· Donnie stared at the definition on his one of his monitor screens while his various other screens were busy flashing receipts of files downloaded, text trail streams from your phone, notices of any social media post/update/like/heart/emoji, a GPS line grid of your routes today (overlayed over the routes you’d taken previously), and data search hits of anything and everything that pertained to you.
· At this point, the boy had literally every picture you had ever posted, anywhere, of yourself. In fact, he had all the pictures that other people posted of you in them. He had even gone through the effort of designing a face recognition program that picks you out of the background of total strangers’ pictures and, yeah, he had those in a file too.
· He has special file folders that compile things that you like, things you don’t like, things that make you happy, things that make you sad. He is your own personal Pinterest and you didn’t even know it… and maybe that is the part that keeps bothering him so much.
· He sits staring at that word and definition and chewing his bottom lip. True, he knows the word and the meaning, but he needed to LOOK at it, analyze it, mull it over in his guilt ridden brain.
· He just KNEW the word Stalker couldn’t apply to him.
· After all, he isn’t harassing or persecuting you, you don’t know! So, it isn’t necessarily ‘unwanted attention’. It is just…unknown attention.
· Stealthily, hmmmm, did that part apply to him? Well, He isn’t EXACTLY being stealthy.
· If you knew about technology like him, then you would probably see his programs running on your devices and be alerted to his activities. AND, if you shared his love and view of technology, then you would probably be more understanding of his activities and not consider them stealthy…just data mining. In fact, you might applaud him.
· ‘Ok, that was taking it a bit too far’, Donnie thinks to himself and he feels a band tighten and squeeze around his infatuated heart.
· He is almost certain that you would be shocked to learn of his extra curricular activities and how they revolve around every aspect of you.
· Regardless of how he tried to spin the truth and wiggle out of the definition of stalker, Donnie still felt guilty for invading your privacy. However, he honestly couldn’t help himself…at least not anymore.
· He has fought the urge, the nagging thoughts and the burning need, to know more about you for what seemed like an eternity.
· Listen to him, he is starting to sound dramatic like Mikey! What is his turning into? He is losing his rational edge!
· To be accurate, it hasn’t been an eternity. In fact, he has known you 1 year, 36 days, 14 hours, 11 minutes, and 23 seconds to be exact. However, you started occupying space in his mind 2 minutes into meeting you and your claim over his mind has grown exponentially over time.
· You were quiet and reserved during that first meeting, so there wasn’t much to go on. It started as a simple visual interest with a thought of ‘Oh. She’s pretty’.
· However, then you started talking and that changed everything.
· You opened up more and more each time you hung out with their little group, revealing layers and layers of interests and personality. You were fascinating…and that’s when his thoughts about you really started to snowball and spiral out of control.
· You went from being a simple pretty face to being a walking embodiment of everything he seriously ever dreamed of having in a mate.
· Early on, there were three sticking points that really made Donnie’s feelings problematic. 1. He was a nearly seven foot tall walking talking turtle and you weren’t. 2. You had a boyfriend that you were deeply in love with and adored. 3. Donnie was too insecure about #1 and how you felt about inter-species dating to let you know that you had started to OWN his heart.
· Now, thanks to his surveillance, there were only two sticking points….#1 and #3.
· He still remembers the feelings of that day, 44 days ago, when the blip of information popped up on this screen alerting him to the fact that your boyfriend was starting to stray.
· Donnie had severely conflicting feelings bombard him at once and it was overwhelming.
· The initial knee jerk reaction was elation, one of the problems blocking him from you may soon be null.
· However, the feeling of elation only lasted for a second or two before the intense anger and sadness set in. Donnie was honestly shocked at the depth of his anger, he didn’t even know he had that level of malice in him. Had he been in physical proximity to your boyfriend at that moment in time, Donnie isn’t sure that he wouldn’t have hurt your guy…or worse.
· How COULD this guy do this? WHY would he? He HAD YOU! What the heck was this guy thinking? Not only did he have you, but you thought the world of him. When you spoke about him you would smile so genuinely, your eyes would shine and gaze off into a bright imagined future. Donnie was always so jealous to watch it happen, he wondered what it would be like to be THAT GUY. And here the idiot was throwing it all away and meeting up with another girl!
· WHAT THE…(yes, this called for a curse) HELL…IS WRONG WITH HUMAN MEN?
· As the anger set root in his heart, the sadness engulfed Donnie like an all-consuming wave. He realized he was going to have to share this information with you, somehow, and that he was going to have to watch as it destroyed you.
· At first, Donnie had a plan to try and save you both from that fate. True, it would hurt him more to save your relationship, but he would rather be the one facing the pain and not you.
· He TRIED to circumvent the situation. He sent anonymous messages to your boyfriend stating that he knew about the infidelity and that he would tell you if needed. However, it didn’t seem like your boyfriend cared because he sent messages back stating Donnie could, basically, go fuck himself.
· Life had cruel sense of irony, thought Donnie, that is exactly what I do since this moron has the woman that I love.
· So, after trying for nearly two weeks to stop what was happening behind your back, Donnie had no choice but to let you in on the secret.
· Donnie couldn’t come right out and tell you that he caught your boyfriend cheating by hijacking your data streams and the data streams of those around you. So, Donnie intercepted some texts between your boyfriend and his mistress and he then sent you a text, under the guise of your boyfriend, telling you to meet him at a specified restaurant for a date.
· It had been a gut wrenching night for Donnie. He remembered watching it all play out on camera feeds from around the restaurant and street outside. He watched you dressed up in your pretty dress get out of your cab in front of the restaurant. You had such a lovely smile on your face, you must have thought you were in for a romantic evening.
· He watched as you walked inside and how the hostess got flustered and confused by a 2nd girl showing up for your boyfriend’s seated-for-two table.
· Donnie stopped breathing as your eyes found the new couple holding hands and giving each other sweet kisses across the table. Hands and lips that were supposed to be yours were touching some stranger.
· Donnie watched your smile and eyes die…the light of your inner sun go out…
· …and it killed him.
· He’s not sure who was crying the hardest, you standing there in that restaurant witnessing the scene or him back at the lair watching your world crush around you on his monitor.
· It had taken a while for you both to recover from that night.
· His brothers noticed his melancholy mood for a couple of weeks but Donnie wouldn’t tell them what was bothering him. And you stayed in your bed, refusing to face the world, for nearly as long.
· Eventually, the group began to notice your silence and absence, so April stopped by your apartment to check on you. She was the one to pull you out of bed, get you to shower and eat. She visited everyday and made sure you had someone to vent to and a shoulder to cry on.
· Donnie was glad that April could be there for you when he couldn’t. He didn’t think it was appropriate for him, a male, to be your confidant at that time. Especially since he felt so much guilt over having to be the one to expose you to that pain.
· No, he didn’t CAUSE the pain, but he did have to make you face it and he didn’t like not being able to protect you from it. You were such a rare, precious creature and watching you in pain felt like he was suffocating slowly.
· There were some points during those first few weeks that he questioned if he did the right thing, but logic told him it would have eventually come to pass with or without his involvement. It was better to rip the bandage of quickly and let you start to heal than it was to let you linger and drag out the inevitable.
· Donnie did secretly check on you every single night during patrol. And, of course, his surveillance feeds were always running. He watched from a distance as his beautiful phoenix burn down to ashes and, eventually, started to rise again.
· Now, it’s been over 3 months and you’ve begun to be more like your old self. Donnie can tell there is a silent sadness there, but you are able to laugh and smile with the group during your get togethers. And each time you two are left alone, his mind nags at him about those last two sticking points.
· Would you be at all interested in him? And HOW does he go about telling you that you have become the center of his world?
· Still staring at the monitor and the Stalker definition, Donnie sighs and rubs the bridge of his snout to release of the pressure now pushing against the inside of his head. The memories of what has happened, the emotions of what was and what is, it was all starting to be too much.
· “Bro, what’s all this?”, Mikey says standing behind Donnie’s chair, talking around a mouth full of pizza.
· “NOTHING!”, says Donnie, voice breaking from the stress of being caught. A startled Donnie quickly taps some keys on his keyboard and the screens revert back to the standard lair camera feeds.
· Mikey may look or even come off as naïve at times, but he’s no fool, he can sense that his older brother is trying to hide something. “Dude, seriously, what was that? I’ve been standing back here reading the screens. I saw Y/N’s name and that looked like her phone number on that other file…, you know the file that looks like texts messages. And why is there a plotted map of the area around her apartment, her work, and to the lair? What’s up?”, Mikey said giving a disapproving look at being thought a pushover.
· “Just standard surveillance, Mikey, nothing to worry about.”, Donnie says trying to placate Mikey’s curiosity. Donnie hates lying, especially to Mikey, but he’s feeling so guilty about being such a…(inward sigh)…stalking creep that admitting the truth is hard to do.
· Mikey stands there staring at Donnie and, as he does, Donnie begins to fidget with his computer chair armrests.
· Mikey stuffs the remnants of the pizza slice into his mouth and does his best Leo impersonation by crosses his arms and staring down at Donnie as sternly as his jolly face can achieve, “Dude, I’m not going to ask you again. You’ve been weird for months. We’ve let it go for the most part but now you are hiding things from me…from ME, dude! You and I, we’re like peanut butter and jelly, we’re ice cream and chocolate fudge, we young dudes have got to stick together. Trust me, bro, I’ve got you!”.
· Donnie stared at the floor, too ashamed to meet Mikey’s eyes any longer. He gave a heavy sigh and reluctantly started to speak, “Sorry Mike, I…I honestly don’t know what’s come over me lately. I’m doing things I never thought I would do, I’m feeling so guilty about it, but I don’t know if I can stop doing it either. I feel…lost.”.
· Mike relaxed his leader stance and leaned against one of Donnie’s lab tables, “Bro, I can tell you’ve been carrying some heavy stuff lately. You need to let it out.”
· Donnie felt the heat rise up through his body like he was suddenly being consumed by a fire and he ripped his glasses off his face and drew them down on the desk in frustration, “Mikey, I’m in love with Y/N. I have been for a while. I have been…”, Donnie hangs his head in shame, “…tracking all her digital foot prints and watching her. In fact, I’m the reason she found out that asshole boyfriend of her's cheated.”
· Mikey’s mouth drops open at Donnie’s demeanor and use of the word ‘asshole’, “Whoa, dude, why didn’t you say something earlier?”.
· Donnie can feel a stinging at the corners of his eyes, this was so embarrassing, so frustrating, so…..so many things at a once. He didn’t have a response for Mikey, all he could do was shake his head.
· Still with his head hung down and staring at the floor, Donnie starts to hear Mikey chuckle. Donnie looks up to see Mikey’s eyes on him and for some reason they are full of merriment at his painful dilemma. Donnie stares at his, normally, very considerate brother in astonishment, this isn’t like Mikey at all!
· “Mikey, I’m more than serious here, now is not the time to make fun of me. What is so funny?”, Donnie asks exasperatedly.
· Mikey shakes his bald head and claps his brother on the shoulder with his green hand, “Bro, she thinks you’re cute.”.
· “W-What?!”, Donnie stammers out.
· Mikey, still chuckling, says, “Yeah, dude, that’s why I asked WHY you didn’t say something about liking her sooner, she’s always thought you were cute. She and I talk about it all the time.”.
· Donnie just stares at his jolly brother in silence. His mind is too blown to form a sentence.
· Mikey turns to leave stating, “And by the way, dude, stop watching her like that…that’s just creepy.”.

Request for anon: Can I have aizawa dating (without knowing) one of his student's (you can chose) older sister? Thank you and stay hydrated! 💗
• It was Bakugous sister.
• He honestly didn't even make the fucking connection. He's just tired.
• You have brown hair, Katsuki has blonde hair. You curse a lot but have a much better control with your temper and youre not as hot headed.
• he didn't connect the resemblance either until he see's you too in the same room
• and he doesn't like bringing work home- especially when he gets to see you
• which isn't as often as he'd like it to be
• so he won't talk about it
• so you wouldn't know that he taught your brother
• he'll say his day was frustrating or it was good and then the subject would be changed
• Your family would know you're seriously dating /someone/
• but they wouldn't know who.
• your dad would know more than your mom would- you're closer with him
• Katsuki would also know youre dating someone, he doesn't know who, and he pretends not to care but he's annoyed he hasn't met them
• he doesn't know what they're like. They could be an asshole- he wouldn't know.
• your relationship with Katsuki is weird.
• some times he's decent- and yall act like normal siblings
• and then sometimes the two of you ignore eachother for months
• which is ridiculous because youre 26 and he's 17.
• you think he has some animosity for leaving the house and leaving him to be the only child there
• now his parents are down his back
• he might also be upset that you disciplined him a lot
• but you also comforted him when he needed it
• regardless he'll still show up at your apartment when he's fought with mom
• or he 'got bored' aka he missed you but he's not gonna say that
• if he didn't feel like spending the night in the dorms, he'd crash at your place.
• Back to the point- they don't know much.
• it's completely unknown to everyone that you're dating your brothers teacher.
• Aizawa is patient. He's so patient.
• you've been hesitant on him meeting your family (though you've been together for what- a year? Year and a half?) Because well...your family is your family.
• you don't want him to dip
• you're utterly in love with this man and you'd be htterly devastated if he left
• and honestly? He's content with how it is now.
• Him occasionally spending the night(s) ((weeks)) at your apartment, leaving work out of conversations and just enjoying company.
• you dont have to go too fast- its fine how it is now.
• he loves you and that's really all that matters to him.
• but one day, you do decide its time for him to meet them.
• it's over winter break- it's December, not long before Christmas, he'd be spending it with you this year and he should meet your family before hand.
• You guys decided breakfast was an appropriate time.
• So there you are, sitting in bed with your greasy gremlin of a man
• he's got a hand in your hair, the other on the bed on the other side of your head to hold him up.
• you were under him, licking the inside of his mouth
• that's as far as you two had gotten before there was a knock on the door.
• you looked towards the clock as he let out a small groan.
• forgive him, it'd been a solid 2 weeks since he'd seen you last and he missed every part of you.
• it was late, around 11:30, none the less you got up, pressing another kiss to his lips "I'll be back in a minute babe,"
• and off you go to answer the door
• and when you do answer you see Katsuki standing there, hands shoved in his pockets, looking very upset.
"Katsu?"
"I got into a fight with mom. Can I sleep here tonight?"
You nod, "yeah yeah, of course. Just text dad that you're here okay?" You step aside to let him in. "Did you walk? Drive?"
"Hung out with Ei and then drove here."
"Car out front?"
"Mhm, parked next to yours."
"Did Ei do a good job making you feel better?" You glance back at him as you take a cup out if the cupboard.
"Yeah, he did. I'm just not in the mood to go back."
"That's okay. We know how mom gets. What was it about?"
"Responsibility or some shit like that. Not exactly sure anymore."
"Katsu," you mumble, sitting a cup if tea in front of him. "You're doing fine. With everything thats going on, you're dealing with it really well. You're still just a kid, you deserve to have some fun." You kiss his forehead and he nods. "I'm gonna make sure the guest bedroom is ready, kay?"
"Kay."
• So once the room is ready, he brings his cup into the room and plugs in his phone before looking at you.
"Is /he/ here?
"Sho? Yeah, he's probably sleeping now. You'll meet him in the morning. Is Ei and his family still spending Christmas dinner with us?"
"Yeah. He is."
"Does he know how crazy we are?"
Katsuki smiles slightly. "Yeah, one of his moms is like that."
"Good, then you have nothing to worry about. Goodnight Katsuki." You ruffle his hair.
"Let the bedbugs bite, hag."
"You too, little fucker."
• Getting back into bed woke Shouta up, though he was only just drifting off.
"Who was that?"
"Brother, he got into a fight with mom. He's spending the night in the guest bedroom so you'll meet him tomorrow."
He nodded. "Can I go back to kiss you now?" He mumbled.
"Yeah, but we have to be quite now." You smile.
"You know thats one of my favorite games," he got back on top of you, moving your legs so they were on either side of his waist and he had easy access to grind himself onto your heat. You let out a sigh and his lips reconnected.
• The next morning you woke up early than you had really wanted but sometimes shit happens.
• katsuki was already up, if course he was.
• he gave you a small nod, eyes traveling to the hickey peeking out from under your robe before looking away. Gross.
• "Sleep okay?"
"Slept fine, you?"
"Mhm," you smile slightly. "Dad say anything last night?"
"He said to tell you goodnight and he was excited to see you tomorrow, but I was too lazy to get up-" his spoon clattered.
You glance back, "Ah, Katsu this is Shou, Sho this is-"
• Katsuki is 😃
• Why are you fucking here???
• Aizawa is 😌
• I'm gonna use this to destroy you
"Jesus-" Katsuki groans. "No- no no-"
Shouta rubs his face, but he's internally jumping- oh he's going to use this to his advantage.
"What-?"
"You're dating my fucking teacher?"
"Wha- oh." You snicker.
• This is gold
• This is absolutely gold
• You are going to beat Aizawa ass later though, he's totally been overworking his class
• They walk into breakfast and your parents are like ????
• "Hey isn't that-?"
"Yes." Bakugou grumbles. "Yes it is."
• Honestly they'd both use it to their advantage.
• "I'll tell my sister if you ____"
• "I'll tell your sister if you don't _____"
• and when y'all get engaged and class 1a finds out that he's going to become bakugous brother in law, they flip their shit dude.
• Because one, Eiji was the only one who knew he had a sister and that he was dating bakugous sisterb
• mans walked in with his famiky to see his boyfriend and stopped dead in his tracks.
"M-Mr. Aizawa..why are- uhm- why are-?"
Bakugou grabs his hand, nodding at his mother's. "He's dating my sister."
"He's what?" He whispered, eyes widening.
"Tragic, I know."
• One time you had to bring him something bc he forgot it at your apartment that was practically his too at this point
• and you walk in
"Hey sho, you forgot this."
"Mm, thanks."
• Bakugou drops his head to the table
"Bye Katsu," you wave and smile. "By Ei, have a good day,"
"Please leave,"
"You too Bakugou!"
• "who was that?" Mina asks
"Bakugous sister,"
"My fiance,"
They said that the same time
• All hell breaks loose
• "The fact that bakugou has a sister is processed first- "she looks nothing like you how-"
"She has my dads brown hair. I have my moms blonde hair.'
• He's bombarded with questions
• he ignores them
• the fact that Aizawa is ENGAGED to bakugous sister- now that's gold
• and he's bombarded with questions too
• no he did not know you were bakugous sister
• he met you after school started
• at a fruit stand actually
• he proposed before Christmas
• yes, he asked for your parents approval
• yes he asked for bakugous approval, he said yes
• no, he didn't have kids
• but y'all did have a cat and a dog
• No Mina, I'm not showing you a picture of them
• because Ayoma, we're in class right now
• maybe after if you guys shut up
• Anyway Bakugou is the ringbearer for the wedding 🤪🤪
• Class 1A is invited
• Mic is the best man
• Your best friend is your maid of honor
• All might officiated it
• its a good time

Aizawa, We Agreed No More Cats: Chapter 9
11:50 AM
Existence Is A Prison
gay salt: Yaoyorozu is amazing.
ranch flavored jello: She can bench press me anytime.
gay salt: To be fair, you'd let any strong lesbian bench press you.
ranch flavored jello: You're not wrong but you don't have to say it.
life is a nightmare: She did really well, I'm glad she's advancing despite that Tsubasa guy cutting her up with his glass.
deku deck-you: I think that guy might be related to one of my old friends before UA.
foil-mecha: What happened that you aren't friends anymore
deku deck-you: Tsubasa Ryuu? He got kidnapped or something during a break and I never saw him again. My other two friends? They were fake. They ditched me after the Sludge Villain incident.
nat20: I'll kick their asses for you.
deku deck-you: I wouldn't stop you from burning Aldera Middle School to the ground. For Deku's sake, mostly, but also because I hated those teachers.
feral cat dad: What happened at Aldera Middle School?
deku deck-you: Well, you probably know from Deku by now that I wasn't always easy on him or even this easy to get along with. From the time Deku was misdiagnosed as quirkless, I bullied him. Let's be honest, my reasoning wasn't important because I made his life a living hell just because mine was a living hell at home.
deku deck-you: We talked about everything the day after I moved into the dorms, so don't worry, there's no hard feelings and we're working through all the shit I did to him.
deku deck-you: But, anyway, the teachers at Aldera tried to fail Deku constantly because of his 'quirklessness' but I'd vouch his grades for him once I realized they were trying to flunk him out of the school. And, after the Sludge Villain happened, they began doing the same thing to me because they thought I was influenced by a villain even though I'd told them so many times that I was basically a hostage.
feral cat dad: Looks like I'm opening a formal complaint against Aldera Middle School after the Sports Festival.
deku deck-you: Don't, me and Deku just want to leave Aldera behind us.
feral cat dad: Fine.
feral cat dad: Oh, they had a draw while we were texting. Jeez, that was fast.
deku deck-you: Don't you dare underestimate Kirishima.
ranch flavored jello: Someone has a crush.
deku deck-you: Don't you dare speak of this. I'll launch Deku at you.
ranch flavored jello: Jeez, fine. Feral Deku scares me.
deku deck-you: Good. I gotta go.
12:20 PM
Existence Is A Prison
farmer toshi: Wow, Kats. You did great.
deku deck-you: Can't talk right now. She's in pain and won't let go of me.
deku deck-you is now offline
feral cat dad: Fuck, she overstressed herself.
farmer toshi: I want so badly to check on her but I need to fight Tokoyami now.
1:15 PM
Existence Is A Prison
farmer toshi: Katsuki, you're coming back soon, right? I mean, your match is next after Todoroki and Yaoyorozu.
deku deck-you is online
deku deck-you: I'm back, who's won?
farmer toshi: Kirishima won against Tetsutetsu in their rematch, I won against Fumi, Midoriya won against Toru, Kiyo won against Shizuka, Kaminari just won against Fujioka.
deku deck-you: Okay, good.
ranch flavored jello: I'm down by the entrance to the field. What's wrong with Yaoyorozu?
ranch flavored jello has started a video chat
[Yaoyorozu is shown fumbling around a bit in the ring and Todoroki is in a fighting stance, but drops it when she's facing the wrong way]
Yaoyorozu, why are you stumbling? -Unknown
Shut up and fight me, Todoroki! -Unknown
Something's wrong with you, I won't compete if you're hurt. -Unknown
Just fight me! -Unknown
[Yaoyorozu is shown collapsing and Midnight goes to check on her.]
Yaoyorozu cannot compete due to a previous injury, this match goes to Todoroki! -Unknown
ranch flavored jello has ended the group chat
gay salt: Mon dieu. Is she alright?
ranch flavored jello: She's muttering about her eyes.
ranch flavored jello: Oh god, there's glass in her eyes.
feral cat dad: Get up here, Toru. Now, you don't have to see that.
ranch flavored jello: I won't leave her alone without anyone she knows. I won't. She can't see, Dad.
feral cat dad: Okay, keep her company. But please be aware, they're probably going to do surgery to try to save her vision.
ranch flavored jello: It must have happened when she made that smoke bomb and Tsubasa couldn't see her.
feral cat dad: They're already having Katsuki against Kirishima to ease the tension in the stadium. Clearly, Katsuki's winning already.
2:00 PM
Existence Is A Prison
feral cat dad: Yeah, Katsuki won. So did Shinsou against Midoriya, Kiyo won against Kaminari, and Katsuki won against Todoroki.
ranch flavored jello: At least there's some good news.
deku deck-you: What good news? Icyhot wouldn't fight me with his fire and we spent like ten minutes yelling about trauma before the fucker got blown back so hard when his fire hit my explosion that he's now got a concussion.
feral cat dad: I understand you're angry, but you didn't do anything wrong, Katsuki.
deku deck-you: I know, I just feel bad. Now two of the people I've fought today are out of commission temporarily and I feel responsible.
feral cat dad: I know, and I also know they'll both forgive you. You went off with Uraraka for almost a hour and you didn't mean to injure Todoroki.
2:20 PM
Existence Is A Prison
feral cat dad: I'm so proud of all three of you.
farmer toshi: Katsuki, you're helping put my shoulder into place as a punishment for pulling it out. Recovery Girl already said it was fine.
deku deck-you: A punishment I'll accept fully for doing it in the first place. After I'm done visiting Pink Cheeks again.
deku deck-you is now offline
feral cat dad: My chaotic sons.
ranch flavored jello: Alright, I'm back. Momo can't leave the hospital tonight and she's been instructed to have Recovery Girl heal her in two days.
feral cat dad: There's my daughter. It's a good thing you kids are off for two days after today because you need time to heal after all that.
feral cat dad: Nezu's already insisted Yaoyorozu stay in the dorms because he doesn't want her too far from campus and her parents live in Tokyo prefecture and he feels it's too far for an injures student to travel.
feral cat dad: Tokage is already getting spoken to by Nezu, so she'll likely be added to this chat soon enough. Toru, can you turn on Yaoyorozu's screen reader for her so I can add her to this chat.
ranch flavored jello: Done!
feral cat dad has added Yaoyorozu
Yaoyorozu: Hello everyone!
foil-mecha: Hi, Momo!
Yaoyorozu: Hello! I'm going to take a nap, the surgery was very taxing so I'm quite tired. I'll message you all later when I wake up.
ranch flavored jello: I'll stay with her, don't worry!
Yaoyorozu is now offline
feral cat dad: You haven't changed her username yet, Hitoshi.
farmer toshi: I figure she probably doesn't know our usernames yet so I'll do it later after we tell her ours.
deku deck-you is now online
deku deck-you: Nezu's with Uraraka so I can't visit her right now.
farmer toshi: Is she okay?
deku deck-you: I don't know if I'm allowed to say. Honestly, if it were me and someone told other people I didn't know well without me knowing, I'd call it an invasion of privacy.
feral cat dad: Nezu said Uraraka should be fine. There's no need to worry about her, Recovery Girl is nothing if not adamant on the care of her patients.
deku deck-you: Alright, I'm allowed in now that she's asking for me.
deku deck-you is now offline
life is a nightmare: I wonder how badly hurt she is to want Katsuki there for comfort.

minabeana Oh my gosh, that baby is so cute. I love him already.
winniepie He's so cute.
kiripima Aw, welcome to the world, little guy.
sparklegirl He's cute, Ocha, mon ami!
michipeachy 🥰🥰🥰
farmer toshi: Does Uraraka have a baby sibling?
foil-mecha: Last I heard she was an only sibling.
nat20: Maybe her mom had the baby today?
feral cat dad: Alright, Uraraka is good now, not that I need to tell you since Aoyama apparently stalks people's accounts on everything.
gay salt: Hey, she gave me her account name willingly! I have all the other girl's accounts.
feral cat dad: Anyway. Tokage's also done talking to Nezu. Here's the girls of the hour.
feral cat dad has added Uraraka and Tokage
Uraraka: Hi, guys.
gay salt: Ocha, are you okay?
Uraraka: Oh yeah, Nezu said me and my baby can stay at the dorms.
gay salt: Quoi? Your baby?
Uraraka: Yeah, didn't Katsuki or Aizawa tell you all? That's why I'm moving into the dorms. I went after my match in the Sports Festival with Katsuki and they had to end up doing an emergency C-Section because they weren't finding a heartbeat. Thankfully, my idiot daughter is fine, just chaotic.
gay salt: What's her name?
Uraraka: Uraraka Emiyo.
gay salt: I will spoil her.
foil-mecha: How cute is she?
Uraraka: katsukicryingholdingemiyo.jpg
foil-mecha: Truly a glorious child. I assure you, us 1a students will assist you in your raising of dear Emiyo as best we can.
ranch flavored jello: I'm not good with baby-babies but I'll try.
Yaoyorozu is now online
Yaoyorozu: I'll help as well, once I'm able to.
Uraraka: It's okay if you don't want to, Momo.
Yaoyorozu: I don't believe you were there for it but, in the second rounds, I had to forfeit the match to Todoroki because, in the first round, Tsubasa Yuudai accidentally got glass in my eyes. My win in the first round was a fluke and I was running only off instinct when I got him out of bounds but, since taking the glass out can't fix the amount of nerve damage, I'll likely be blind for the foreseeable future.
Uraraka: Oh gods, Momo, I'd come give you a hug but I can't move around much yet.
Yaoyorozu: It's fine, Uraraka. It was an accident after all, he didn't mean to do that but the smoke bomb I made obscured his vision.
life is a nightmare: If either of you need anything, just text us, someone will get it to you.
Yaoyorozu: Thank you, but I have Toru for now!
Uraraka: Thanks. I'm good, I've got a Katsuki.
nat20: You say that like you've roped him in or something.
Uraraka: Well he's been proclaiming that he's Emiyo's uncle for the whole thirty minutes she's been in this world.
schrodinger better run: To be fair, is he not her uncle by now?
Uraraka: He is. He's the first besides my parents and me to hold her. He's definitely her uncle.
pure: Has he even put her down yet?
Uraraka: katsukiasleepwithemmiyoinhisarms.jpg
Uraraka: No, he hasn't. My mom's about to pick her up though. She's worried she'll fall and I have to feed her and all so he'll be temporarily losing holding rights anyway since I have to make him leave to feed her.
gay salt: He's sleeping, Ocha. Plus, I thought you knew he was 💅
Uraraka: He's gay?
gay salt: No, he's trans, Ocha, us girls had a whole meeting on including our ftm classmates on girl days if they're comfortable with it and you forgot?
Uraraka: Oh yeah, in that case I'm whipping out the titty so my mom can show my how to feed a baby.
Uraraka is now offline
feral cat dad: You kids are going to give me a heart attack one day and I'll put all your names on my tombstone as a reason I died.

idk you yet
my hero academia prompt:
Time Travel - except instead of 1A or 1B or any of the heroes, it’s the Gen Ed class 1D
: : :
It was really random. A regular Tuesday afternoon, no major villains, no new heroes, no special events - everything was normal. They don’t really understand how or why it happened (not that they really had time to consider such questions), just that it happened and none of them could do anything about it without large and unknown consequences.
Consequences that all of them flipped their finger at while running away screaming without ever opening their eyes.
In their defense, this sort of bullshit would make a lot more sense if it happened to anyone that is not them. Like the infamous Class 1-A (which, despite moving up the next two years, were always referred to as 1-A). Because who in their right mind, in their generation, would believe that time-travel would happen to anyone but 1-A?
No one.
Which is why this is such a large problem, because they aren’t 1-A. Hell, none of them have ever even spoken to someone from 1-A! Everyone knew that if you wished to see adulthood, you’d stay well away from 1-A and their shenanigans (and the reasoning has merit because they did get to see adulthood, keeping their eyes and focus firmly away from whatever the hell 1-A got into).
In conclusion, they are very confused and very afraid.
But they aren’t cowards. They have their pride. They’re adults goddamnit! Something like being back in their teen bodies isn’t going to send them spiraling into depression or hysteria.
If they could survive high school the first time around as actual fifteen and sixteen-years-olds, then surely their chances of survival are much better this time. Right? How hard could it be, to act as teenagers and pretend that the newly released video-game was interesting instead of something they already played and grew bored of, or that the Hero Killer is still the biggest threat?
They got this, no problem.

10: explosive issues
”Oi, Wait up!”
You were unaware that someone was talking to you and kept walking until you heard someone running towards you from behind.
You paused as the heavy footsteps reached you and a hand clap your shoulder.
You instinctively grabbed the hand and pulled the person over you and slammed them onto the ground.
Tetsutetsu groaned and rolled over on his side.
“What... what was that for...?” He wheezed out.
“You surprised me.” You said simply.
The teen glared up at you while baring his sharp teeth.
“Hey there-“
You then felt another hand clap on your other shoulder and did the same thing to the mystery person you did to Tetsutetsu.
The kid, who you recognized as the red-head from class 1A, also groaned in pain.
“O-Ow...”
“Eh... you???” Tetsutetsu said, ignoring the pain in his spine once seeing the redhead.
“Me?” The other sharp-toothed teen said in confusion.
“What are you doing here, class 1A prick!?” Tetsutetsu said.
Before the redhead could respond, you spoke.
“This is a school yard, Tetsutetsu.” You said plainly.
The silver-haired teen put the pieces together and blushed in embarrassment. You crossed your arms and glared down at the two.
“Any reason why you both slapped me on the back?” You said.
“Sorry, Dude, I just wanted to get your attention... I guess I was too rough.” The redhead said.
“Same here...” Tetsutetsu agreed.
“stupid was what you were being.” You said before walking over the two.
“W-Wait!”
You paused once more, wanting to yell at the moron for being a nuisance and preventing you from heading to your training area.
“My name is Kirishima Eijirou. As you know, I’m from class 1A.”
“Yes, I am aware.” You said and turned to leave.
“Hold on, Wait up!”
Kirishima started walking next to you and was soon followed by Tetsutetsu.
“What the hell do you want!?” Tetsutetsu demanded.
“You’re the one following us.” Kirishima replied.
“I’m going to have to stop you both before you start bickering.” You said while stopping before turning to glare daggers at the two, who both shut up.
“Why are you both following me.” You said.
Tetsutetsu and Kirishima paused and looked at each other with unsure glances before Tetsutetsu responded.
“W-were supposed to train together this afternoon, remember? You agreed to it.”
You stared at the silver-haired teen for a couple seconds, putting dread into his stomach.
“...did I really?” You asked.
Tetsutetsu gulped but nodded. You stared at him a couple more seconds before letting out a ‘Huh’.
“...okay. And what about you, Hiroshima.” You said.
“It’s actually... Kirishima...” Kirishima muttered but cleared his throat.
“I actually wanted to thank you for, you know, defending the class. It was manly of you.” He smiled at you, to which you mentally cringed at for some reason.
“I, um... okay.” You said before turning to walk.
“Oh, can I come along?”
You let out a ‘whatever’, earning a groan from Tetsutetsu.
“You are so freaking manly!!!!”
You didn’t respond as you twisted Tetsutetsu’s wrist and threw him to the sand. The teen deactivated his quirk and sat up with a pout.
“Damn it, why is it that I suck at this???” He said while dusting the sand off his tank top.
It was 6 in the afternoon at a beach just outside the city.
Yes. It was the spot where that greenette brat and All Might usually trained. Out of spite, you chose to train on the beach, unknown to the two teens with eerily similar quirks, personalities, and teeth.
30 minutes after you three started training, you saw All Might and the sensitive pussy with green hair arrive only to leave once seeing you three. Kirishima and Tetsutetsu didn’t notice as Kirishima was too busy with watching you two while Tetsutetsu was sulking like a sore loser.
Alas, you said nothing as you deactivated your quirk and spat out some blood.
“That quirk is so cool and manly! How are you not in 1A!?” Kirishima said, ignoring Tetsutetsu.
“Fuck off.” You snapped while chugging the bottle of water.
Kirishima was taken aback by this before Tetsutetsu responded.
“They act like that when using their quirk. It makes them aggressive or whatever.”
Kirishima’s eyes widened in realization but nodded and smiled nonetheless.
“Heh, kinda like Bakubro.” He said.
“Oi, what the hell are y’all doing!?”
Speak of the devil and he shall appear...
You three turned to see a familiar blonde person with angry eyes staring at all of you.
“Oh, Bakubro! We’re training!” Kirishima yelled back with a grin.
“Tch! You call that training??? That embodiment of rage is wiping the floor with the metal extra’s face while you’re just standing there.” The blonde said while walking over to you three.
“I’ll show you real fucking training.” He said while pulling his shirt off.
You squinted at the blonde in confusion.
“Why are you taking your clothes off?” You said, earning a harsh glare from the blonde.
“Isn’t it obvious, you damn blood spitter? I’m not gonna get my clothes covered in your nasty blood.” He said.
“It’s not just gonna be my blood.” You said while activating your quirk.
“Bring it, blood bitch.” Bakugou said while getting into position.
“Be careful what you ask for.” You snapped back.
Tetsutetsu immediately scrambled away with a panicked look on his face.
Instantly, you both shot forward with your quirks, creating loud noises that would catch somebody’s attention.
You shoved the teen on his back and kicked him in the stomach. Bakugou wheezed but threw his hand up and let off a small explosion that forced you back a couple feet.
Your ears were ringing and the top layer of your blood dried and vaporized. You were fine otherwise, and when you were still conscious, you could still fight.
“Yo! Guys, stop!” Kirishima yelled.
“Yeah! We could get in trouble for being too loud!” Tetsutetsu yelled, only to freeze when seeing the wild look in your eyes.
“S-shit!” He exclaimed and grabbed Kirishima By the shoulder.
“(L/n)’s going beast mode!” He yelled as you and Bakugou were at each other once more.
“W-what?” Kirishima said.
“When I fought (L/n) last time, they started losing control and went to attack other people. It took All Might and our teacher to hold them down!” Tetsutetsu said.
Kirishima’s eyes widened in shock and snapped his head to watch as Bakugou side-kicked you in the side. In return, you brought your elbow down onto the boney part of his leg.
The bone didn’t snap luckily, but it definitely hurt like hell.
“Son of a bi-“ but before Bakugo could finish, you grabbed him by the neck and tossed him away.
While in mid-air, Bakugou used his explosions to shoot back down at you and brought his leg down, intending on kicking you on the head with his heel.
You were quick to snatch his ankle before he made impact and pulled him closer to you. Your free hand was pulled back, obviously aiming for the precious family jewels hanging between his legs.
Bakugou’s face fell as something hard and unforgiving make impact with his balls and almost passed out from the agony pulsing between his legs.
“Holy shit!!!!”
You felt a body shove you down and try to pin you.
“(L/n)! Calm down! You won! Stop!” Tetsutetsu yelled in desperation.
You let out a guttural growl and lifted the two of you off the ground with ease before falling flat on your face.
Tetsutetsu was confused until he noticed an aura from behind him.
“Aizawa-sensei!” Kirishima yelled in surprise while holding his stunned companion.
The scruffy looking man glared down at you before glaring at Kirishima and Bakugou.
“You all better have good enough excuses as to why I shouldn’t expel you four.” The man said angrily.
Later...
“I received noise complaints from citizens about a bunch of explosions going off on a beach.” Aizawa said while his eye twitched.
The four of you kept your heads down while standing in the nurse’s office. Sekijiro was there behind Aizawa, shaking his head in disappointment.
“The only reason why I haven’t kicked you out of this school is because your principal requested me not to. I don’t understand what you two were thinking trying to fight out of school grounds.” Aizawa referred to you and Bakugou with a scowl.
Kirishima lifted his head with a grimace.
“W-we were trying to train...” but his voice died down at the sight of Aizawa’s eyes turning harsher.
“You should be training in an area where it is allowed, not in a public area such as the beach.” Sekijiro said.
“But, All Might and-“ you started before pausing. You let your head hang and frowned.
“...nevermind.”
Aizawa cocked an eyebrow at this but decided to let it slide... for now.
“Bakugou. You have a week of detention. Kirishima, 3 days for you.” Aizawa said before walking past you four.
“The other two will get their punishment from Sekijiro.” The scruffy man said before disappearing behind the entrance to Nezu’s office.
Kirishima and Bakugou begrudgingly followed after their teacher, leaving you and Tetsutetsu.
“Tetsutetsu, you will get 3 days as well.” Sekijiro said.
Tetsutetsu frowned but accepted his punishment.
“Go ahead and go home. (L/n)-san, you stay here. We need to talk.”
Tetsutetsu hesitated before leaving.
Now, it was you and your teacher.
“(L/n)-san. This is starting to get out of hand.”
You could hear the disappointment in his voice, you didn’t even need to look up to see his eyes look down at you.
“You are a strong kid, the best in my class, but your impulsive behavior is getting out of hand.”
You clenched you’re fist while chewing the inside of your cheek.
“It’s not just your behavior, but your lack of control of your quirk.”
Your body slouched even more as you tried to hide your face.
“You lost control once again, this time with no supervision. Do you have any idea what would have happened if Aizawa didn’t show up on time? You could have hurt or killed someone.” He said before sighing.
“Starting next week, you will receive counseling as well as in person training with me. I’m going to make the best hero out of you, understood?” He said.
“Yes sir.” Was all you responded with.
With that, you were allowed to head home. While Sekijiro was turned from you, you rubbed your watery eyes with the back of your hand.
~~~~~~~~~
I’m back in business, baby!
Now you might be wondering why (Y/n) got emotional out of nowhere.
Well, it’s because they were afraid they just ruined their education and was about to be kicked from UA.
Mix the bottled up emotions, their isolated childhood, and some self hatred and you get emotional outbursts like this.
I mean, could you imagine working so hard and getting into the best school in possibly the world only to almost be kicked out because of your behavior or something else?
That would have scared the shit out of me.
*Introduction to my Saito x Toga Fic, a Hero!Toga, Hero!Twice fic that tells the story of Saito and Toga, the power couple of Class 1A and Jin Bubawaigara, a new hero quickly rising through the ranks to #6, and the tragic fate that befell them a year before Midoriya was given OFA and attended UA*
Saito Ichidan didn't know when he first fell for the cute blonde right next to him.
Maybe it was when she was giving out answer after answer during an extremely hard lecture, being correct with every single one of them. Maybe it was when she wore that gorgeous yellow dress at the school dance last year. Or maybe it was when he saw her, sitting there, all alone without any lunch.
He remembered how that day was clearly now. It was an extremely hot day and everyone was complaining about it, with several people saying it was too hot to eat anywhere. He sat with his friends, who were talking about what they planned to do after graduating, with some saying they were Aiming for UA while others had far less ambitious goals of just helping out their families.
Saito admitted, since day 1, the day he learned of the #2 hero Endeavor and his determination, his willpower and willingness to keep fighting no matter the odds, he'd wanted to be a hero. Hell, he wanted to join his agency too, but he'd be happy if he got Mirko's agency. After all, his quirk was useless against people who had quirk that hardened the skin, a weakness Endeavor would not enjoy seeing in his sidekicks.
Then he looked to the side and saw Her sitting there : Toga Himiko, Perfect School Attendee, Constant High Achiever and amazing grade getter (People joked that there was a New Grading Letter just for her 'T' for 'Togariffic' just from All the good grades she got), an amazing sports player, and she had at least a few friends. But she was incredibly shy, nervous, locking up and freezing if anyone tried to talk to her longer than a minute.
There was also the fact that was drop dead gorgeous. Smooth, Silky Blonde Locks flowed from her scalp, her amber eyes, almost cat like in appearance, made her astoundingly cute especially when combined with her natural nervousness. Yes, the fangs were a bit scary, but to be honest, Saito believed it brought mystery to her, and she was a mystery no one had ever cracked.
No one knew what in the world her quirk was, for example. Initially, people thought it was the ability to turn invisible by holding her breath after doing so to avoid talking to a flirtatious jock, but no, apparently, that was just something she could do if she held her breath and focused. Absolutely no one knew about her Quirk and that was what intrigued Saito the most.
What power did the bombshell have?
In the end, he never found out. He had walked up to her, offered up an extra Bento Box nervously, and she quietly and shyly accepted it and that was it. No one knew what Toga-San's goal for the future was, but it was believed she would go to UA, be absolutely amazing there, and either be in All Might's, Endeavor's, Hawks', or her older brother's agency. He didn't know which to believe.
Himiko had kept her secrets hidden under lock and key and now, with everyone having graduated Junior High School, there was three months for everyone to decide if they'd be attending UA or not. He hoped Toga would, he wanted to see her succeed, wanted her to excel. Maybe it was his flaming crush on her speaking, but she deserved to succeed All Might as #2 hero (he'd obviously be #1) one day.
Though, apparently, her grades were starting to slip a few weeks before graduation, weirdly beginning a few days after a fight he had with some punks who said she was a freak but was likely easy. He never liked bullies, double so when they degraded women to nothing but slabs of meat, and triple so when it was his crush they were talking about.
The timing was off and something had obviously changed in Toga's personality as well. She'd been more talkative, open, her eyes wide and predatory, as if she was freed if some massive burden that had held over her for far too long, though she refused to divulge any info about her quirk, saying that a special boy will see it soon enough.
Saito would congratulate the lucky sunovagun if he knew who they were, but they were still unknown.
Mind turning away from his thoughts, he looked at the girl to his side. Still as gorgeous as ever. If there ever was a time to confess their feelings, he guessed now was the perfect opportunity.
"Hey, Toga-San, wait... there's something I've had to say to you." He was surprised she stopped to, since he assumed she didn't know who he was or even knew he existed.
"Oh don't worry, Shounen-Kun. I have something I want to SHOW you...NEED to show you!" Saito smiled awkwardly as she didn't say his name. You can't win them all. As he readied to speak, he almost failed to notice a box cutter in Toga's hand and in the blink of an, she moved!
-----------
This is just a rough draft of the first chapter I have for the idea in my head. What do you all think?
Celebrating Bakugou’s Birthday Headcanons
💥🎊~SFW (very fluffy...the most fluffy)
💥🎊~Bakugou x Fem!Reader (mutual pining)
💥🎊~Happy Birthday to the little rat, here are some hcs to celebrate! 🥳
💥🎊~Tbh I should have just made this a oneshot because that’s basically what it is but in HC format because it’s easier for me to write whoopsies...🥴
💥🎊~I wrote this in like four hours so I’m super sorry if it sucks...it was honestly really hard for me to write with no motivation what so ever but I just wanted to make sure I got something out in time for the baby’s b day! Double whoopsies 🥴
💥🎊~Also long post triple whoopsies 🥳
Tumblr media
💥🎊~ “Here we go, today is the day!” You say to yourself as you wake up in the morning, already excited for what’s to come.
💥🎊~ You see reader, you and the rest of 1A (mainly the bakusquad) decided to surprise the gruff explosion boy for his birthday.
💥🎊~ And as you got ready that morning, you decided to take a little extra time in making yourself look even more beautiful than you already were, examples being putting on a little more makeup than usual or even taking some extra time to learn a new hairstyle.
💥🎊~ You’ve had a crush on the ash blonde for a while now, ever since the beginning of the school year, and it only continued to grow as you watched him become stronger and develop more of a gruff softness with his classmates.
💥🎊~ So this was the perfect opportunity to show him how much you cared, and on top of that you had an excuse for you lookin even more ‘like a snacc’ than usual.
💥🎊~ “Y/N!!!! Come on hurry up!!” You hear you’re best friend Ashido knock at your door, you quickly finish whatever you’re doing and pull yourself together, taking a quick glance at how you looked in a mirror before opening the door.
💥🎊~ “Geez girlie, you look bomb, get it, bomb?” You huff a laugh at the bad joke as she takes in your appearance.
💥🎊~ “I don’t think I’ve ever seen you this spruced up before, well except for that one party you got to go too. Lookin good, ready to try and reel him in?” She teases as she takes a quick snap of one of your bra straps under your shirt.
💥🎊~ “Ashi!!! No. And besides, I’m sure he doesn’t even like me back anyways.” You shoot back as a bright pink blush paints itself on your s/c cheeks. Ashido was the only one who knew about your longtime crush on the ash blonde, and frankly she was the only one you trusted enough. Fortunately for you, she proved liable.
💥🎊~ “Ha, I wouldn’t think so, have you seen the way he looks at you whenever you’re paired up in a match or even during the sports fest?” She asks excitedly as she steps into your dorm room, following you over to your bedside table as you open the top drawer, retrieving a medium sized box wrapped in a bright orange paper, a green bow attached to black ribbons sitting on top of it.
💥🎊~ “No Ashido, and ya wanna know why? Because I’d be in the middle of a FIGHT then!” You playfully yell back as she lets out a laugh at your flustered face. “Plus, I’m sure that’s not even true anyways, there’s nothing special about me that would make him ‘fall in love’” You quote with your hands as you take the gift from your drawer, tucking it under your dominant arm as you grab your purse with the other.
💥🎊~ “Alright, think what you want. Just know that you are a tasty lady with a tasty bod and personality and if he don’t like it back, he doesn’t deserve you.” She chuckles with her hands on her hips as you roll your eyes amusingly in response, nudging her out of the door as you close it behind you.
💥🎊~ “Where is he right now anyways?” You inquire as you and Ashido make your way down the fourth floor hall to the elevator, “Doesn’t he get up really early in the mornings?”
💥🎊~ “Yep, sure does. To be fair I don’t really know what he’s doing right now, but he’s not in the common room.” She responded as the two of you stepped in the elevator, pressing the lobby button that would transport you to the common room.
💥🎊~ “Oh, well I hope someone came up with a good enough distraction so we have enough time to get everything ready.” You say hopefully as the elevator drifted downward, Ashido nodding in agreement. The rest was silence, a few moments going by before the familiar ‘ding!’ sound of the elevator alerted the two of you that you had arrived to the floor.
💥🎊~ You took a deep breath and fiddled with a necklace that hung around your neck, anxiety building of the unknown, and if your secret plan would actually work. Ashido placed a comforting pink hand on your shoulder and flashed you a small smile, you shot one back and took a deep breath, closing your e/c eyes for a moment before stepping out of the elevator.
💥🎊~ “There you guys are!” Kaminari waved happily from the common space, alerting the rest of your classmates that you and Ashido had finally shown. Well...all except for two?
💥🎊~ “Huh? Where’s Kirishima? Wasn’t he another mastermind of all this?” You ask curiously, placing your box on one of tables and signaling to Urakaka to keep an eye on it, to which, of course, she saluted with a bright smile.
💥🎊~ “Oh he’s keeping Kacchan occupied for now, they went to the gym for a workout an hour or two ago.” Your vibrant green-eyed classmate Midoriya replied with a grin, also holding a small box in his right hand.
💥🎊~ You took a sigh of relief, thankful that Kirishima had bought some time...but wait...Midoriya said a couple hours ago...
💥🎊~ oh no...
💥🎊~ “Wait?! A couple hours ago? That means that they’re almost done by now right?” You ask suddenly, startling a few of your classmates in the process, a couple seconds go by before all hell breaks loose, Iida resorting to shouting out orders to his various fellow classmates.
💥🎊~ You and the other girls were tasked with setting up tables and helping hang streamers from the ceilings, Urakaka’s quirk coming in handy as she would hold onto you as you attached the fragile paper material to the bland, off white ceiling.
💥🎊~ Orange and Black sheets were draped over the kitchen tables as Sato and Momo worked in the kitchen, whipping up tea and desserts for the class to enjoy during the party.
💥🎊~ To be fair, all of them would probably be chewed out by said birthday boy for ‘doing too damn much’ but deep down they all knew that he would appreciate it.
💥🎊~ Bakugou, however, never really thought much about his birthday, sure he celebrated it as a child but once he became a teen he kinda dropped it. He never really saw the appeal, I mean...all a birthday means is that you turn a year older right? To him it was just another day, so why did it matter so much to the rest of his class?
💥🎊~ Well, all of you had been through a lot as a class, with all of the villain attacks and heartache never seeming to end. It was rough, and it was hard to deal with. But the 21 of you still managed to get through it together, but part of you feels like Bakugou was hit the hardest by it all. Him and Midoriya of course.
💥🎊~ You’d never really seen him show any emotion aside from anger or brashness, maybe you’d even experienced some sass or a few cocky comments. But that’s about it....
💥🎊~ So why did you care so much about him?
💥🎊~ Why did your heart flutter every time you saw him?
💥🎊~ Why?
💥🎊~ You never realize that you had subconsciously tuned out the happy smiles and giggles and shouting as you don’t pay attention to the front doors opening and the immediate echo of “Surprise!” that comes right after.
💥🎊~ “Y/N!! Look out!” Urakaka shouts from below you, snapping you out of your thoughts, which only resulted in you to beginning to fall from the ceiling as you hear your female friend shout “release!” from underneath you. A scream rips from your throat as your body fails to react fast enough for you to catch yourself. You clench your eyes shut as your vision catches quick blurs of your classmates scrambling after you.
💥🎊~ 1000 thoughts rush through your brain as you brace yourself as best you can for impact in those quick couple seconds.
💥🎊~ But the impact never...came?
💥🎊~ “Oi, the hell was that for dumbass?” You hear a gruff voice say as your eyes open in shock, your mind drawing a blank as you stare up at none other than Bakugou himself, who had caught you in the heat of the moment with that sexy rapid reaction time of his-
💥🎊~ “I....uhhh...” You fail to answer as your eyes dart around the room, only for them to land on Ashido trying her best to hold in a laugh. “ I don’t really...know?”
💥🎊~ “Hah?! Whattaya mean you don’t know? You just fell from the ceiling! Watch how you release your quirk pink cheeks!” He shouts as he gently places you back on your feet, keeping a strong hand on your back to make sure you’re steady before removing it.
💥🎊~ Embarrasment rushes through your body, giving you shivers and goosebumps as you quickly look for Urakaka. “Urakaka what happened?” You unintentionally shout in her direction. She flushes profusely and shakes her hands in front of her before moving to cover it.
💥🎊~ “There was a huge spider right next to you on the ceiling, and I didn’t wanna startle you but I know how much you hate them so-“ She starts but interrupts with a very profuse “I’m so sorry I panicked!” that you can’t help but chuckle at. You calm down a little more and thank her for looking out for you before apologizing yourself, but you still can’t help the huge blush that rushes to your cheeks.
💥🎊~ ‘Omg omg omg that did nOt just happen he did nOt jUsT cATCH mE I-‘
💥🎊~ The worries voices of your fellow classmates snap you out of your thoughts once again as you rush to reassure them you’re okay.
💥🎊~ “Y/N are you okay?!” Midoriya and Kirishima ask in unison.
💥🎊~ “Ah! I’m fine! I promise!” You say, only before turning to face Bakugou, who was looking away...almost as if...
💥🎊~ ‘he was embarrassed too...’
💥🎊~ “Thank you, Bakugou.” You say lightly as you flash him a small smile of gratitude, only for him to reply with a rough ‘tch’.
💥🎊~ “Okay! Now that that’s over let’s get this party started!!!” You hear Ashido yell eagerly over the rest of the class, soon enough shouts of agreement could be heard as Sato and Momo appeared from the kitchen with Tea and Cupcakes, along with an actual birthday cake that was hidden in the back of the kitchen.
💥🎊~ You hear a “Tch, nerds” from behind you as you rush to the goods, your classmates following close behind as you help Momo and Sato set up the food and drinks.
💥🎊~ The day continued on with Bakugou putting up an annoyed front as you all agree in shouting happy birthday, blowing kazoos and pulling strings on confetti poppers as he reluctantly blows out the array of candles that are placed on the huge 3-tier cake that Sato had been working on all day. It was truly magnificent, white fondant draped over each of the layers, decorated with orange and green stripes with black frosted roses trimming the third tier, ‘Ground Zero’ written in cursive along the top of the cake that was encased in the roses.
💥🎊~ “Holy crap Sato!! You really went all out!!!” You hear Kaminari say behind you as you hear the clicks of phone cameras sound off around you, all of your friends recording and taking pictures to remember the happy moment.
💥🎊~ A few more minutes pass and each one of you has a cup of tea and a cupcake in hand as you all parade around the birthday boy, much to his surprise and slight annoyance, but he’ll never admit that deep down he was thankful for the enthusiastic celebration.
💥🎊~ Cheap, plastic party hats are passed around and even Mr. Aizawa partakes in the festivities, wishing the ash blonde his own happy birthday as he retrieves a cupcake and teacup himself, much to your surprise.
💥🎊~ Soon enough it’s time for present opening as Kaminari nudges the birthday boi over to the couches, the other 19 of you taking sitting positions accordingly around a coffee table that was filled with presents from everyone.
💥🎊~ “The hell is all this for?!”
💥🎊~ “For you Bakubro, duh.”
💥🎊~ “You extras do too damn much.”
💥🎊~ “But you still love us anyways.”
💥🎊~ “Tch.”
💥🎊~ His gifts include all different items, from boxes of pocky and video games, to even hoodies and fitted shirts and sweats, and of course a custom pair of black crocs with the words ‘ground zero’ spelled across the front in the little attachments...wonder who those could be from?
💥🎊~ “You’ve gotta be kidding me Shitty Hair...”
💥🎊~ “Don’t hate the player man, hate the game.”
💥🎊~ Your eyes widen as you see him reach for your gift to him, and you immediately find the courage to speak up and excuse yourself to the bathroom, when really, you were lying and choose to sneak outside instead.
💥🎊~ “But Y/N isn’t that your gift?” You hear Sero inquire.
💥🎊~ “Yeah but it’s fine! I really gotta go though.”
💥🎊~ “If you say so...”
💥🎊~ You quickly look back and notice that he opens it slower than the other ones, taking out a small index card you had placed in the lid of the box, you quickly glance through one of the window, only to see him reading it before you hide yourself from view.
💥🎊~ ‘Meet me outside, it’s important’ The card read, written in messy f/c gel pen.
💥🎊~ He sighs before quickly standing up and brushing off anyone who questions him, he grunts out a “Ill be back soon, screw off and don’t worry about it.” Before walking towards the front door.
💥🎊~ To his and your surprise...no one followed, and no one even seemed to question it.
💥🎊~ You feel your breath hitch in your throat as you hear the front door open and see Bakugou step out, turning to face you and letting the door close softly behind him. He flashes you the card and you give a small nod in response, almost as if the two of you had just silently confirmed the reason why you even wanted him here in the first place.
💥🎊~ “Well, what is it?” He asks with his usual gruff tone, but for some reason it feels much softer than earlier.
💥🎊~ “Umm...well I-“
💥🎊~ The worry comes up again as your mind decides to draw a blank on you once again, and you can’t help but blush profusely and look away. Why? Why are you like this? Why can’t you just say what you want to say? You hate it, you dread it. This empty and tingly gut feeling in your stomach, almost as if it is truly churning to the sounds of your embarrassment.
💥🎊~ “Well? Out with it already, don’t have all night ya know.” He replies bluntly as he leans back on the rails of the front porch, crossing his arms in front of him as he switches his gaze to the wooden ground instead of your flustered form.
💥🎊~ ‘Come on, out with it already y/n! He’s right here, right in front of you. He paid attention, he didn’t come out here for no reason. Just come on...say it....do it.’
💥🎊~ “Alright, think what you want. Just know that you are a tasty lady with a tasty bod and personality and if he don’t like it back, he doesn’t deserve you.”
💥🎊~ ‘fuck it, here goes nothing...’
💥🎊~ “If you’re not gonna say anything then I’m just gonna go back inside, this is a waste of my time.” He says, causing you’re eyes to widen and tear up. You shake your head silently as he turns his back to you, walking toward the door and reaching his hand out to the handle.
💥🎊~ ...but you grab it just in time...
💥🎊~ “Stop...” The word that exits your lips is barely audible as he feels the shake in your voice.
💥🎊~ “Hah? What is it then? You wanted me to come out here? So if you’re not gonna say anything then I don’t see the appeal in wasting-“
💥🎊~ “ I like you.”
💥🎊~ You feel the world stop around you and the silence that immediately follows as you prepare yourself for the worst. Good lord, the words just came out...they just escaped your lips and you could barely even handle it.
💥🎊~ “What?” Is all you hear back...
💥🎊~ ‘screw it, it’s too late to go back now...’
💥🎊~ “ I like you...Bakugou. I do...and I’m sorry if it’s weird or anything and honestly I’m okay if you don’t feel the same way...but I just want you to know anyways...”
💥🎊~ He only stares in silence, crimson eyes widened with shock.
💥🎊~ “I’ve felt like this for a long time to tell you the truth, and if I’m being honest I’ve tried to shake it off countless times but i just can’t get you out of my head. Whenever you show up and show out, whenever you talk about your dreams of becoming the number one hero...I can’t help but smile and think about how hard you must be working, and how far you must be pushing yourself to get stronger. And I feel it in my heart whenever I see you look my way or whenever you stand tall with a huge boasting smile after you’ve just won a battle. You’re amazing Bakugou...and I know that you’re gonna make it. I know that you’re going to get where you want to be, and I can’t help...but...we’ll I can’t help but long to be there with you as your journey continues...”
💥🎊~ more silence...
💥🎊~ “and I want to be there for you when you finally reach your goal...if you’ll have me of course.” You can only look down at the ground, twiddling your thumbs in anticipation as you let the words just explode from your lips...silence...more and more silence...“I love you...Bakugou.”
💥🎊~ The moments pass painfully slow as the silence fills the air and you feel heartache set in again.
💥🎊~ “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to say all of it at once. I’m sure it’s a lot and I don’t want to-“
💥🎊~ “Shut up.” Is all you hear, and before you can even register the sound of Bakugou’s boots hit the wood...you feel strong and calloused hands engulf your face and wipe away your tears.
💥🎊~ tears you didn’t even know you were shedding...
💥🎊~ “Baku-“
💥🎊~ “I said shut up...ya damn nerd.”
💥🎊~ And you do...as you instinctively reach for his waist, wrapping your arms around it as your bury your face in his chest, finally letting out the sobs that you had kept in for so long...it was finally out...and he finally knew. And all you could feel was relief as you felt his right hand come up to rest on the top of your head.
💥🎊~ “Tch...you girls...always so damn emotional...just like Deku....” You hear him huff out in a short chuckle as you giggle slightly through your tears.
💥🎊~ “I’m sorry...”
💥🎊~ “You know...I’ve been thinking about it...”
💥🎊~ “Oh?”
💥🎊~ “and I think I love you too...Y/N.”
💥🎊~ It takes you a few seconds to even register the words that come out of his mouth. He lets you pull away from his chest and take a few steps back...e/c eyes meeting crimson ones as you stare at him in disbelief, mouth agape.
💥🎊~ “Yo- Your- hold on...you’re joking right?” You whisper with a shaky voice, just loud enough for him to hear as you bring a hand to clutch your chest.
💥🎊~ “Do I look like the type of person who jokes about shit like this? Idiot, of course I’m not joking.”
💥🎊~ “Then that means-“
💥🎊~ “Yeah...I like you too, dumbass.”
💥🎊~ “Holy shit...” You don’t even finish your sentence as you squeal, your hands rushing to cover your mouth, tears starting up again.
💥🎊~ “Oi...” “Holy shit.” “Oi!” “Holy shit.” “Oi!!! Y/N!” You finally snap out of it as your gaze switches back to his, he gives you a look that means it’s time to go back to being serious and you do, pulling yourself together before turning to face him again.
💥🎊~ “So are we gonna do this or what?” He asks bluntly, holding out a pale, calloused palm your way.
💥🎊~ It takes you a few moments to respond...but when you do-
💥🎊~ “Yeah...let’s do it.” You say as you take the hand that reaches out to you, only to be pulled into a deep, sweet, and intimate kiss as the sun sets on the horizon.
💥🎊~ Your first...and his first.
💥🎊~ “Happy birthday...Bakugou.”
💥🎊~ “Katsuki, call me Katsuki.”
💥🎊~WOWIE ITS FINALLY OVER WOOO!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE RAT AND IF YOU SOMEHOW REACHED THE END OF THIS POST I APPLAUD YOU! This took so much thinking for me to write out the way I wanted and honestly I’m pretty darn proud of it...so I hope you enjoyed it too! If you like it then please lemme know what you thought!!! I love talking to you guys! Have a good night and happy 4/20/20!!!🥰🎊💞
"You're late." He spoke tired, peeking at the clock on his wrist the moment he noticed me approaching the table where he had sat down.
"I know." I replied, equally —if not more— exhausted. "I'm sorry." after the apologize, I tossed my things besides the chair I was meant to use, and sat down.
"Had fun with your ex?" his question carried the most obnoxious jealousy, the one that only came up whenever I mentioned Bucky.
"Don't." I whispered, burying my face in my palms as my elbows rested over the table. "I'm not in the mood."
"Oh well, I'm sorry." and just like that, I knew we weren't going to be able to eat together. "I'm sorry I wanna talk about the fact that you ran away to meet with your ex boyfriend, you know, the criminal."
"what the-" sighing, I opened my eyes to glare at him. "What the fuck." my voice was calm due to the lack of sleep. "If you wanted to meet just so you could-"
"You gotta understand I was worried." he cut me off. "you weren't at your apartment, you weren't working, I-"
"Hold on now," I held my hands before me, signaling him to stop mid sentence. "how did you know I wasn't working?"
"I called your boss." he confessed, rubbing his hands together. "I thought-"
"You called my boss."
"You know he's a friend of mine-"
"You called my fucking boss."
"Y/n I-"
"I don't wanna hear it." I snapped, grabbing my things in order to leave the establishment. "I really don't."
"I was worried." I dead ass ignored him while he followed me out to the streets. "I didn't know if you wanted to talk to me, so I called-"
"Why are you even trying to justify yourself?" I inquired, right after I had stopped walking to turn around and face him. "Don't you see how fucked up is this?"
"He was doing me a favor, babe."
"I have a SECRETARY. " I shouted, getting more and more riled up with each word leaving his mouth. "You could've called Wanda."
"But she's not-"
"Your friend?" I sarcastically questioned, readjusting my bag. "She's my secretary and my friend. You know her. Why the fuck would you call my boss? I warned you not to do that ever again and you have the balls-"
"Barnes is no good for you."
"You don't know him."
"Yeah I do." His statement made me frown. If his goal was to confuse me in order to shut me up, he had achieved it. "I know people like him. He's and asshole. He used you and left you all alone-"
"That's not what happened" I cut him off once more. "You're on thin fucking ice now."
"I'm sorry" he apologized, though he left his mouth open, ready to keep fucking it up "but he's not a good person, he and his band of criminals- that's why I came back; I was worried 'cause I knew if he called you, you would go help him no matter what."
A moment of silence.
Something wasn't right.
"what do you mean?" I carefully asked, now appearing to be way more calmed than a few seconds before.
"I mean you were... A long time with him- with them." he sighed, shaking his head. "I'm sorry I did it all wrong I just- I guess I just don't want you to get into all of that again."
More silence between us, though it was being suffocated by the traffic and the people transiting the street.
"I'm sorry, I'm being overprotective." he shook his head, rubbing his nape with his palm. "I just- yeah... Sorry."
"It's okay, just don't do that ever again." I warned him, not being able to shake that weird thought of something being wrong out of my mind.
"I guess we won't have lunch together, huh?" my silence alone confirmed his thought, and he nodded to himself. "I'll... I'll text you later, I know you probably don't wanna see me now so I- yeah, I'll give you some space."
"yeah... It'll be for the best." he nodded again and before leaving, planted a peck on my lips.
I waited there for a cool minute before grabbing my phone from my pocket.
Just like I supposed, I had a message from an unknown number that identified himself as Bucky.
Without thinking much, I pressed the call button and waited for him to pick it up.
"Hey" He greeted me. "Is everything okay?"
"Not sure." I confessed. "I need to talk with you about something."
"I thought you were with-"
"No- I mean yeah, yeah but not anymore." before he could make another question, I spoke again. "I don't mean talking in the phone, I need to talk to you in person." the gears in my mind were working on something I didn't understand just yet. "this is- I don't know what just happened but I need to talk with you."
"You're scaring me now." he stated in a lower voice. "What's wrong?"
"When can I meet you?"
"Depends."
"On?"
"How urgent is it?" I pursed my lips, not knowing what I should answer. "Y/n?"
I shut my eyes, pursed my lips and ran my fingers through my hair, now aware of how dramatic I had just sounded. "Don't worry, I don't even know if it's something at all actually."
After a beat of silence, I heard movement on the other side of the line. "You have your car?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Come to my place."
I frowned at his request. "As in, now?" he mumbled a 'yeah'. "I'm serious, I don't know if it's something or if I'm just being paranoid." a sigh escaped my lips. "I'm tired and angry, probably I'm making up things. I didn't think much of it before calling you."
"Alright, so you did it instinctively." I knew now he was actually worried that it could be something. "Maybe it's nothing but better be safe than sorry, right? Come to my place."
"Okay, let me just go home to change and eat something, I'll be at your place around 7 pm or so."
~~~~~~~~~~~~
I pulled up in my car a little past 7 pm, already changed and eager to talk with Bucky about it.
He was waiting in the porch, sat in a racked bench.
"Hey." he replied with a nod and got up as I reached his front door. "I'm sorry."
"It's okay." he replied, motioned me to enter. "I'm- I'm happy you trust me-"
"I don't." I rapidly replied, going upstairs in order to reach his living room. "But this is about you."
"Wait what?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"He also said; 'that's why I came back'." I kept explaining, now comfortably sat on his couch with a glass of juice in my hands. "how the- how to hell did he know you asked me for help?"
Bucky sat across me in a chair, his elbows over his thighs, completely silent though I could practically hear his mind buzzing with all the information I had just given him.
"what does he know about us?" he inquiried in hopes of giving this some kind of sense.
"He knows you used me and 'bout what happened and all." I vaguely explained. "He also knows who you guys are, but that wasn't me, he already had heard about y'all."
Bucky denied with his head, covering his mouth with both hands. "the hell is goin' on?"
"This is- this is all weird." I agreed, shaking my head before taking a sip.
"What was his name again?"
His question caught me off guard.
"what does that have to be with-"
"he said he knew me."
"he said he knew people like you."
"No, he said he knew me."
"He didn't mean it like that." I tried defending my boyfriend.
"What if he did? What if he knows me?"
"He doesn't."
Bucky stared into my eyes as if he wanted to reach my soul through them. "Doesn't it worry you a bit that he might know me?" I knew right away what he was implying, and I didn't like it one bit. "If he knows me, he's probably like me."
"You're crossing the line now, James." I warned, not ready for whatever this was. "He's not like you."
"You know what I meant-"
"If he was like you, I wouldn't even have gotten closer to him."
"Thanks for that." he sarcastically commented.
"You're welcome." the reply was just as dry as his.
"Y/n."
"What?"
"His name."
I sighed, pinching the bridge of my nose.
"Grant."
"Grant what?"
"you said the name."
"Y/n."
"Grant Ward."
Bucky’s eyes went wide with fear and distress as he jumped up from the chair and went to grab his phone.
"What?"
"Stay here." he begged more than requested. "I'm calling Sam- this is bad."
Congrats on the followers! How’s about 29 and tokoyami?
29. If you could switch bodies with a person for one day, who would it be?
A: Ummm Chris Evans. He’s super toned and he’s hot and he’s a dude! 1) I’d totally shoot myself dm’s from his phone for like...bragging rights when we switch back 2) I’d take funny pictures because lets be real, he’s baby and it’d be funny to see him doing funny things and 3) He’s a dude and then I could learn what it’s like to pee standing up! Wow! 4) I’d be famous? For a day? I’d probably hate it but it’d be a cool experience! 5) He’s six feet tall :) A new atmosphere!
Tokoyami x Reader
It was a freak accident, really, when it happened. Aizawa had thought it a good idea to invite another hero class to spar with 1A since it would “teach you to assess an opponent with an unknown quirk”. You’d been excited to see a fresh batch of quirks! Surely it would make for an interesting fight! And that it did…
You and Tokoyami had been paired up to fight a duo from the other class, and already you were over the moon! Truthfully, you’d always had a fondness for him, though you were always careful to hide it. He wasn’t exactly a touchy feely sort of guy, and you didn’t want to ruin anything between you two. You had a tiny worry that being partnered up might distract you from the battle, but this ended up being the least of your concerns.
Distracted though you were, it wasn’t from how his body moved during combat; rather, it was from how it looked on you! It happened in less than a second. You’d been charging at your opponent one second, and then coughing up glitter in the next. When you had finally cleared your senses, you found yourself off-balanced and stumbling with a new-found weight.
Confused, you tried to steady yourself, looking up to see if Tokoyami had managed to avoid the glitter bomb. However, when you scanned the area, you found not Tokoyami, but...you? You rubbed your eyes. Maybe glitter was still in them? But, no, when you looked again it was still you standing there.
Was this an illusion quirk? Why else would there be two of you? And where was Tokoyami? Calling his name, you were stunned at how different your voice was. Your confused twin seemed to turn their head toward you. Confusion riddled your core, and slowly you looked at your hands. These weren’t your hands. Quickly they found their way to your head, and you gasped. This wasn’t your body!
Across the way, your twin, whom you had already guessed was the real Tokoyami, was experiencing the same realization. In your moment of distraction, however, you found yourself unprepared for the next attack aimed at you. Feeling your heavier body fall backwards, you gasped, winded.
Right! You were still in the middle of a battle!
Struggling to lift yourself up with your longer limbs, you got a glimpse of Tokoyami also having a bit of a hard time with his new body. In that instant, you knew you had already lost. It didn’t take your opponents long to take advantage of your situation and win the match. Though, as embarrassing as this was, your class was sympathetic. That body-switching glitter was one hell of a quirk!
As Momo and Ojiro helped the two of you to the sidelines, you overheard the student informing Aizawa of their quirk. “It only works on groups of two or more. Whoever is caught in the glitter bomb switches bodies and quirks. It lasts for 24 hours.” Did they just...say 24 hours?!
As Momo helped sit you down on the bench, you felt even heavier. Turning to look at you--er, Tokoyami, you felt the need to apologize. You weren’t sure what it was, but the thought of having him… inside your body felt oddly intimate and vulnerable. What if he hated it? Were you...trespassing by being inside his? The whole situation was weird and awkward, there was no escaping it.
“Ah, sorry about this,” you said to him, still unused to the different phonetics of his voice. He turned to look at you with your own eyes, an uncanny feeling inside you. His expression was easily readable on your face, something his own body seemed unable to do. Were your emotions always so easy to see?
“Why are you apologizing?” Tokoyami asked in your voice, confusion ridden all over his--your face. Awkwardly, you let out a small, low-pitched laugh.
“I-I mean,” you started, “My body probably isn’t nearly as incredible as yours! And you’ll be inside me for a whole day! So...sorry, right?” As you turned to look at Tokoyami again, you noticed how bright red their face was. Confused, you replayed your statement in your mind once more, then twice more, before it hit you like a brick wall.
“Oh my gosh!” you exclaimed, feeling instantly mortified. You waved your--his hands in front of you frantically. “That’s not what I meant I swear!!!” Tokoyami seemed even more flustered than you, if that were even possible, hiding his blush in his hands since he no longer had the feathers to do so.
As you both tried to calm down from your poorly worded statement, you felt a groan creeping up your throat. This was going to be a long 24 hours, wasn’t it?
Taiyuu oct round 2. | Aimi vs Shou |
@taiyuu-high-oct
*im on mobile so it won't let me add a tab sorry for the wall of text!!!
Tumblr media
To say you were nervous was an understatement, a very, very big one. And that nervousness only got worse and worse as you and your other classmates got closer to where you'd all be separated.
As a new transfer, you'd not managed to form strong bonds with anyone yet, but you didn't know anyone in class 1A that didn't consider you as a good team member, no one particularly disliked you, that you knew of at least.
But that was class 1A class 1B was a different story. You knew for a fact that there were people who didn't like you for your quirk. You didn't particularly mind that at all because everyone's entitled to their own opinions. Still, now that you were going to be facing off against them, it was an utterly different situation.
Aside from the fact that you'd never really used your quirk in combat against another living thing before. Not even in sparing somehow, you'd gotten away with just avoiding activating your quirk for its intended purposes. Instead of using your blades to strike, they'd only ever been activated to defend you from blows, create armor, or other pretty mundane uses.
This morning as you sat with your classmates and listened to the principal, announce the next round of exams. You'd crossed your fingers, hoping that it would be a written one, but of course, it wasn't, why would it be?
This is a school for future hero's to master their quirks, and to protect people,
To master your quirk, you have to use it in combat.
Something that terrified you to do.
The last time you physically used your quirk on someone, they lost an arm. While yes, they would have died had you not done what you had still, the way your blades so easily cut threw his flesh and bone, like it was nothing but soft butter, was both amazing and downright terrifying.
Years of practice have given you the ability to dull your blades at will, which thanks to your classmates and trainers protective gear and quirks of their own combined with upmost discipline on your end have made it so that no one has gotten their skin broken even accidentally.
But still, you knew better than anyone else that a dull blade is still a blade; all it does is make the cut a lot less clean.
Coming to Tayuu has been both remarkable and utterly awful in the fact that it's like removing a bandage that's been on way too long and has kind of grown into the skin. You're excited to get it off, but it hurts like hell to take it off. You're also too scared to just rip it off all at once, so its just kind of dangling there on your skin getting caught and tugging on things which makes it sting even worse.
You knew that you would be using your quirk on others eventually. You knew that you'd have to do it, but now your stomach feels like it's trying to claw its way out of your throat as you got closer to the place where this whole simulation would be taking place.
As far as you comprehended, all there was to do was locate and retrieve the ball. God, you wished that you had the confidence to just think of it like that. But there was also the fact that you were up against a member of the other class. It could be against someone who hated you. It could give them a reason to attack you, forcing you to use your quirk on them, and you didn't want that.
You didn't know much about anyone from the other class. This was the first time since your enrollment that you'd taken part in a class vs. class scenario.
The field of manufactured buildings that replaced the training grounds was so vast that you couldn't even try to see who was on the other side even if you knew it was the other class the fact that you didn't know who you'd be facing off against was nerve-racking enough on its own. Not to mention the fact that you had to defeat them to get a chance at winning probably.
"Lighten up, Aimi! You'll do great!" Ameko, one of the classmates you've gotten close too called at you over her shoulder as she walked with her friends ahead of you. You'd always had a habit of trailing behind the group. Even if no one ever really given you a reason not to feel included. The opposite, they've all been inviting for the most part. Even Lymeron, with her rash personality, people often joke that if she's not trying to fight, then she doesn't love you.
You're still not used to the concept of friends, but that doesn't mean you're not interested, you've just gotta get a better hold on your quirk first then you'd feel comfortable with hug attacks or jump scares. But until then you're happy watching them be happy from a distance. Your only hope at the moment anyway was to make sure you didn't fail them.
You knew that just passing the entrance exam wasn't enough to prove that you'd be a valuable team member, wanted that fact to be carved into stone, and getting passed someone you had no clue about was one step closer you'd get to that goal.
You were on the number one spot which you hated, and you were to stand here and watch your classmates walk farther down the stone column to their own spaces.
It was nothing but something to make your already spent nerves worse. It gave you time to look out over the vast playing field clearly marked with barriers and lines that defined where you were allowed to be and where you weren't allowed to be, it also gave you time to start a complete internal meltdown.
You weren't stupid; these other students had weeks more class time than you did, most of them had a ton more experience with their quirks than you did. The chance that you were going to succeed was slim to none, but you were just stupid enough to take that chance, so when the buzzer sounded announcing the start of the game, you jumped in just as fast as anyone else.
You dodged in and out of the buildings and alleyways, not having any real point of focus other than to find this damn ball orb thing. It was much easier said than done, you could hear the sounds of battle around you, but you weren't particularly concerned with them. You were too busy flitting around looking in each and every window you could reach for the orb.
As time drew onward, you could tell that finding the orb alone was going to be almost impossible, and the threat of an unknown opponent was always on your mind. You could hear explosions going on from other fights you didn't see or hear anything from your opponent at the same time.
But what if that's the point?
What if they've got a stealth quirk made for sneaking, and if they have any kind of tracking ability, they'll have the orb back to their goal before you get a chance to even lay eyes on it.
You got deep enough in thought that you almost didn't hear it—the tapping.
It was like glass tapping against the glass, and while it was hardly audible over the other fighting, it was distinctly closer, so you played a game of high tension hot and cold with the damn noise. Either it was your opponent or something else, finding anything at this point would be better than finding something.
You were almost at a loss until you saw a faint blue flickering against a shop window. Upon closer inspection, you realized that it wasn't in the shop but the building opposite the road. It looked like an apartment building, and somewhere near the third floor was a light blue flickering glow.
Without thinking, you took the most direct route by scaling the side of the brick building with your blades as climbing gear. You noticed that it seemed more natural to hoist yourself the higher you got.
You hardly paused for a half a second to look for the ball before you busted into the room the glow was coming from with your quirk.
As you stepped into the room, you almost thought that you'd mistaken a ceiling light for your orb because it was on the ceiling.
It confused you for a moment because it looked almost like it was stuck up there, but before you had the chance to get a good look at it, it was getting closer to you, or so you thought. When you moved to step away, you realized that your feet weren't actually o the ground anymore.
You were fucking floating?!
And then it happened again.
That embarrassing thing always happens when you get startled, and you hate it, not only because it shows how little control you have over your quirk but also destroys your clothes.
"Oh, my bad." A voice said from behind you as you struggled to maneuver yourself around in the air, you started to float towards being upside down. As the person made their way around you, you were able to direct yourself towards them just as they grabbed onto the orb-like, it was nothing.
You'd seen them a couple of times in the hallway. You didn't know their name or anything, and to be honest, you didn't know what their quirk was until right this second, but apparently, it was something to do with weightlessness or antigravity. A quirk you'd never really thought you'd be going up against and had no clue how to combat.
Great.
"Hey!" You shouted as they reached for the orb so casually it was insulting. "I was here first!" You added as they looked at you with mild confusion. "Physically, I mean, I guess." They shrugged. "But my quirk is what got you up here so fast, so technically I was here first." They said.
You couldn't do much other than struggle to stay upright as they casually made their way towards the door like it was nothing. They thought that you weren't a threat, and could you blame them? YOu're floating around like a dummy.
You were so frustrated that by the time he was out the door, you were half in tears.
Here you were with your super lethal quirk reduced to nothing but a bumbling fucking balloon floating there pitying yourself.
You then noticed that you were slowly lowering towards the ground.
You didn't go directly after them as soon as your feet hit the ground because you knew that there was a chance that you'd just be floating again if they knew you were closing in on them.
You went outside the building and began climbing downwards but stopped as soon as you noticed yourself feeling lightweight again.
You froze on the spot. You didn't even know if you were breathing. You wanted to be as quiet as possible to remain undetected. You watched as they exited the building threw the main entrance lazily floating tossing the orb as if they were utterly unbothered by the fact that they were in any kind of competition at all.
You took the time you had to analyze, hoping they couldn't freaking teleport or anything else like that.
You watched taking note of the fact that there seemed to be a limited area of zero gravity around them, making everything around them float from papers and rocks in the streets to cars that seemed to lift themselves slightly when they got too near.
But there had to be something that could be done.
You finished climbing back down as they entered an ally way back towards their goal area. You had time, but not much. You had to move now that you had a prime opportunity; it could be the only chance you had.
You ran towards the alleyway, and as soon as you got the feeling of weightlessness, you anchored yourself to the ground with your blades, ruining your shoes but keeping you in place.
All you had to do was keep yourself attached to the ground or to the narrow alley walls to get done what you needed to do.
You didn't give yourself time to second guess the plan and ran for it.
When they noticed you were there, they turned around in shock, but with how quick you were landing a punch square in their snout wasn't hard and it sent them spinning in their quirk.
But it also caused them to let go of the orb, sending it floating up towards the sky. You moved on impulse, not stopping to consider if what you were doing was going to work, but thank god it did!
You were able to use their quirk to help you propel yourself upwards, gripping into the stone of the walls for leverage and kickback off of them to get closer to the orb.
You were able to grip onto it and had hardly an inch of space left on the wall to anchor yourself before you would have continued floating to the freakin moon!
Once you were secured, you looked down to see your opponent floating up towards you and the lack of gravity getting stronger every foot they got closer to you.
There was no point in fighting them. Their nose was already dripping blood that was pooling up from where you probably broke it.
Now all you had to do was get away, and with your blades, that was a done deal.
You didn't think you'd ever ran so fast in your life, and as soon as you felt your full weight on your blades, you left nothing but small box cutter sized blades out on the bottom of your feet just Incase to keep some small grip on the ground as you sprinted.
You started feeling sick the moment you got into view of your goal line. It wasn't a familiar feeling but not something you felt often. Its what happened when you used your quirk too much, your iron was too low, which made you nauseous and faint.
It didn't stop you from making it, though! You ran over your goal line and to the back to place the orb on its pedestal before promptly turning around and spilling your guts all over the ground.
Despite winning, you felt super embarrassed. Your clothes were destroyed, your makeup was running from crying before, you puked all over what was left of your shoes, and there was a possibility that you'd pass out in it.
Whats a win when it cost you all this?
"Good job Otsuka!" A voice you didn't expect to hear chimed in front of you. You looked up to see the principal of the school standing there, smiling at you like you didn't have puke covering the front of your shirt.
Laccadaisy thankfully pretended that she didn't see you using your tattered shirt sleeve to wipe the tears and vomit from your face. YOu didn't think you could have withstood embarrassment anymore at the moment.
"T-thanks, but I could've done better." You said hoarsely because your throat still stung.
"What do you mean? Last I checked your goal in quirk training was to use your quirk in battle effectively." She asked, turning her head confused. "I didn't use my quirk in battle…" you mumbled, not understanding.
She stood there for a moment before laughing at something.
"The battle wasn't to beat your opponent, the point of this test was to get the orb and you did that. You used your quirk to do that." She said confidently. "I could name more than a few people who wouldn't have had such an advantage against Mujuyo Shous Mircogravity quirk!" She added.
"But if I hadn't-" you started
"If you hadn't thought to use your quirk effectively, you would probably be floating in the sky somewhere by now." She interrupted you.
"You're thinking too critically about the whole thing. You did what you meant to do." She added as if that was the end of it before another buzzer went off in the distance.
"Opp, there's another one! I'll see you later! Go to the medbay and get checked, we're all going to meet in the mess hall when everyone's finished!" She called over her shoulder as she made her way towards the latest buzz.
Every step you took towards the med bay, you felt worse, your lightheadedness coupled with the fact that you couldn't keep yourself from shaking made you feel like you should work on your limits as much as restraining your quirk.
You tripped over your own feet about halfway there, and while it hurt when your cheek scrapped the sidewalk, the cold concrete felt good against your skin.
****
You woke up in the med bay still half out of it. The dizziness only got worse as you sat up.
"Here, this should help you feel better in no time!" The nurse said, handing you what looked like candy before you even asked any questions.
"Sorry." You muttered after shivering at the bitter taste of the completely deceiving looking purple gummy.
"For what, dear?" The nurse asked as if she had no idea what you were apologizing for.
"I know I'm a bit heavier than I look, must have been hard carrying me back here." You said.
"Oh, I didn't! Young Mujuyo did! Their quirk makes things like that easy, you know!" She said happily before someone in the cot next to you started groaning out in pain.
The same Mujuyo you'd just sucker-punched in the face brought you back? To say you were confused was an understatement, but you didn't feel like pressing the nurse for more details when you were more hungry than anything else.
When you got to the mess hall, you found a table of your classmates who'd finished their matches, and they welcomed you into the conversation with enthusiastic praise about your passing.
You did, however, catch Shou's eyes from across the room, and even though they lost, they were still laughing with his friends. When he saw you looking at them, they just smiled and gave you a wave-like he wasn't bothered at all.
The capital of Hyoga was tranquil this time of year.  Everyone waited out these remaining few weeks before the first snow.  Winter was the most active time of the year for the Land of Glaciers, and the first snowfall heralded the changing of the seasons.
On the western portion of the capital, in the residential districts, there stood a lovely mansion which could easily be spotted from anywhere in the district.  Other than the architecture heavily contrasting that of Hyogan make, it was teal.  From chimney to foundation, every brick and shingle was the same color.  Within this monocolor abode was a theater, which was empty save for one woman, who was enjoying a pleasant dessert beverage over a movie, seemingly about a special girl who could harness the powers of the rainbow.  Her hair was wrapped in a towel and wore a bathrobe – all of which was teal.  She sighed with content as she watched, almost as if she was reminiscing over days long past.
Just as the movie was seeming to get interesting, the picture was beginning to distort.  The woman ceased the enjoyment of her beverage and stood up, watching as the screen was beginning to shift into an image of a white-haired maid in blue-and-white, who greeted her with a smile.  Knowing her as Sakuya, the woman robed in teal sat back down and put her drink aside…
Sakuya: Madam Shuji.  Sorry to have interrupted that grand movie; it was getting to the best part.
Nora: It’s no problem, Queen Mikazuki!  If you’re here, then somethin’ big must be goin’ down!
Sakuya: Have you been made aware of your pupil’s recent excursions?
Nora: Who, Thiji?  I heard somethin’ about him fightin’ a bunch of ice people lately.  Why, may I ask?
Sakuya: Is your estate empty?
Nora: Yup!  All my appointments and meetings have been taken care of for the day!
Ripples began forming on the screen as the Eternal Human then walked through it as if it were a portal, appearing before Nora in person as the movie resumed behind her.
Sakuya: Then I can speak to you about this personally.  But first, let’s finish this film, yes?
Nora nodded in agreement, and the two ladies watched the rest of the movie to its end, conversing and laughing all the while.  They regaled each other over the days when Thiji, Koyuki, and the others were yet young and full of creative energy.  Once the movie ended, they relocated to Nora’s office (take a guess at what color it was).  Nora shut the blinders and Sakuya closed the door to maintain privacy, during which time she would give her pitch to the Teal Quaintrelle…
Nora: Wait a minute… He’s doin’ what?!  How was I, Elementa’s #1 socialite, not made aware of this?!
Sakuya: That’s partially my fault, Madam Shuji.
Nora: Please, Your Majesty!  Just “Nora” will do for you!
Sakuya: I’ve only been sharing this information with the Handmaidens of Peace so far, but Thiji has accelerated through the Trials much faster tha new anticipated, which can only mean that he is as anxious to become a God as are my sisters.  But if you can get the word out on this, it would mean a lot to me.  Not to mention it could bring untold amounts of publicity to Shuji Studios.
Nora: As temptin’ as that already sounds, I’d have done this without such delicious bait!  To think that the boy I tutored so long ago became an Emperor of an entire continent, and now he’s gonna become a bona-fide God of Winter!  You don’t need to ask twice, My Queen – I’ll happily tell the world!  And it’s gonna go down here, before the First Snow!  They’ll be callin’ it the “Winds o’ Destiny” once this whole thing blows over!
Sakuya, chuckling: I’m glad you saw things my way, Nora.  Just a reminder that you cannot disclose the full details of this event until the moment it starts.  If too much information gets out, it’d spark a lot of undue tension throughout Elementa.
Nora: As if I need to be reminded o’ that!  Gimme a week and the Borealis Stadium will be so filled to capacity that there won’t even be room for SRO!  Let this be known as Shuji’s Finest Hour!
Sakuya: Thank you again, Nora.  I’ll be looking forward to your report.
Nora: Oh, one more thing!  I’m gonna need footage o’ Thiji kickin’ ass across the multiverse!  I know you have some holo-footage lyin’ around somewhere!
Sakuya: Anything you need to get the word out, Nora.  I got you covered.  I must attend to our Eternal-to-be.
Nora: Then you’ve got yourself a signal-boostin’ deal!
After they shook hands, Sakuya’s form began to fade out of the material plane, leaving behind a small orb in the palm of Nora’s hand.  This was no doubt the recorded footage of Thiji’s recent accomplishments.
Nora searched for her hyperdimensional purse and whistled a special tune.  Out from within jumped a fully-equipped stage crew, complete with cameramen, stylists, clothiers, and every other possible accoutrement.  They all seemed eager and raring to go, for they have not been called by their mistress in what felt like ages.
“Ladies and gentlemen, it’s been one hell of a ride with y’all so far,” Nora told them, “but we’ve got the biggest scoop to have ever graced Elementa, and we’ve only got a week to get the word out, so let’s get to work, because once this is all over, even unborn children will know of the Shuji name!”
https://youtu.be/EuKGNGZjUJI?t=11437 (3:10:36 - 3:16:14)
Everyone cheered and scrambled throughout the estate, setting themselves up for the biggest report ever.  Meanwhile, within the Spiral of Time, Thiji had just returned from his final leg of the Trials of Winter.  He had contended with other god-like beings that commanded a great deal of winter’s might, and has learned (and re-learned) just about everything there is to know about ice and its many facets.  The sheer amount of knowledge he had unearthed intrigued him, and that alone motivated him to learn all he could about winter so that he would be that much better off for his ascent.
With his final battle in the Trial thus settled, the Proofs all gathered, circling around Thiji as the latent energies reacted with his body, instilling their knowledge and memories into him.  All he could do from that point was heave a great sigh of relief and fell backwards, landing on his back.
After a few long moments of rest, he rose to a sitting position and noticed a familiar figure walking out of a portal, greeting him with applause.
“Congratulations, Thiji,” spoke Sakuya, “the Trials of Winter have been conquered, and you are now one step closer to achieving your destiny.  How do you feel?”
“As if a two-ton weight was placed upon my shoulders…” Thiji groaned as he struggled to stand, the adrenaline in his body finally giving way to massive fatigue.
“You worked tirelessly to make it this far, and it shows,” Sakuya stated.  “Now it is time for you to rest; your final Trial is near.  Within one week’s time, when the first snows fall upon Hyoga, your penultimate task will begin.  Until then, you may find solace in my domain, and recuperate unperturbed.  Remember your training; trust your instincts, and ready yourself in mind, body, and soul.  This last trial will undoubtedly be your most daunting.”
The Eternal Human waved her hand and placed her nephew in a stasis field, rendering his body motionless.  The Emperor wasted no time in surrendering to the sweet embrace of slumber, his body drifting through the limitless expanse that was the Spiral of Time.  Meanwhile, Nora was already hard at work getting everything set up for the big broadcast.  She spent the entire week signal boosting and utilizing her various media techniques to inform not only Elementa, but to their allies from other realms as well.  When it came to the power of media, Nora Chelsea-Izumi Shuji could command the attention of even Gods!  Her face was seen on every poster and every television; her voice was heard on every radio and podcast.  There was nothing stopping Shuji Studios from seizing the radio waves.
“Goood mornin’, Elementa and beyond!  This is Nora Shuji here live in the Borealis Tundra to give you what is perhaps the most special report ever!  If you’ve been livin’ under a rock, in a cave, or under the sea all your life, then fear not!  I’m here to enlighten ya!  Our lovable Emperor of Hyoga, Lord Thiji Higuri, has been undergoin’ some grueling trainin’ recently to be bestowed the rarest of honors: ascension to godhood!  He’s been goin’ across the mysterious multiverse and kickin’ the cans of all the guys, gals, and creatures that consider themselves to be masters of winter!  But he’s beaten every single one of ‘em, and now the time has come for him to face his final test against an unknown adversary!  Is it a person from Thiji’s past?  Or a long-lost rival lookin’ to settle a score?  The only way you’ll find out for sure is if you head on over to Hyoga yourself to witness this monumental event!  Tickets are on sale now, and you’ve got only one week before showtime!  But even if you can’t make it, Shuji Studios has you covered: we’ll be takin’ control of the radio waves so that everyone in Elementa can watch the spectacle from the comfort of their own homes!  Are you lookin’ to see what a real battle of ice and snow looks like?  Then you’d better tune in, because this is a once-in-a-hundred-lifetimes chance!  The Borealis Stadium is expected to be filled to capacity, so you’d better act fast and start makin’ your travel arrangements!  This has been Nora Shuji reportin’ to you from the icy bosom of the Land of Glaciers, and remember: If It Ain’t Shuji, It Ain’t Worth Jack!”
From the subaquatic city of Arazsha, to the capitals of all thirteen continents and even the Soramori, news of Thiji’s ascension spread like wildfire.  People from all around the globe began to flock towards the Land of Glaciers, where the greatest moment in Elementa’s history would unfold.
A week’s time had passed, and it was a peaceful, sunny morning in Hyoga.  Atop the glistening walls of Yukiga-To’s outer gates, the leader of the Brides of Winter, Confessor Sylla, sat upon the parapet.  Two more individuals approached her, meeting her gaze toward the horizon.  They were Celuwen, the Virtuemother and Shijima Yukino, the Voice of Winter, and together with the First Bride, they were the highest-ranking individuals of the Handmaidens of Peace.  They watched as the Hyogan skies were dotted by airships and various flying creatures eager to witness the spectacle – one of which was a large airship bearing the image of a multicolored, exploding star upon its sails.  This was the War Star, the airship belonging to the Battle Vixens guild, with the entire crew on deck with their warrior elite: Lupi Flametress, the hot-blooded Knight; Aege Stonemantle, the steadfast Whitesmith; Elua Windgaze, the free-spirited Sniper, and Heal-Do, the calm yet fierce Assassin Cross.
Approaching the Frozen Shore were seafaring vessels and seaborne fauna who have befriended the people of Hyoga – the most important of whom being the Glacierfin Naga, led by Queen Mizu and her council.  Accompanying her was the Mist Queen, Shiro Reina, Mizu’s old friend and former master.
“I knew that man was something else,” Shiro stated, “but never in my life did I imagine him joining Elementa’s pantheon… I’d like a few words with him when this is over before he parts.”
“To ssee a sshorewalker grace the very heavenss would be a sssight for any Naga to behold,” commented Z’hira.  “Let uss make hasste to the sstadium!”
It was truly a sight to behold from the city proper: people from all corners of Elementa and beyond, flocking to one singular location, the stadium slowly filling in its seats.  The Borealis Stadium itself was impressive, to say the least, easily accommodating at least half a million people, including exclusive club seating, skyboxes, and luxury suites – one of which housed the Eternals themselves, and even Nora.  The Teal Quaintrelle wasted no expense in having as many people filling the stadium as possible, and to attract such a crowd could only be possible for a media mogul like her.
And on the far side of the fields stood a solitary ice block, the man of the hour himself within.  Thiji awaited the coming battle, taking this time in solitude to gather himself and focus his power.  It appeared to have been under control - no paling skin or abnormal protrusions from his body.
“Looks like it’ll be a full house, sisters!” Raiko excitedly pointed out.  “This stadium is freakin’ huge!  It should be a landmark!”
“It is,” Homura and Sakuya said simultaneously.
“Where the heck’s Mizore?  She should be watching her son’s finest hour!” the Eternal Succubus asked as she took a big gulp of her drink.
“She’s got her reasons for being tardy,” Sakuya calmly replied.  “For now, let’s get comfy.  Thiji’s battle will be approaching soon.”
In the premium club seats were Princess Seraphina and her entourage: her cousins Kasui & Kasho, along with the Generals of the Tundra Force.  She was excited to see her father’s final performance, along with Queen Shiro and the others – everyone of Hyoga’s Finest had arrived to bear witness to this occasion.  Turning to her immediate left, she would find herself being greeted by a beautiful silver-white fox with nine tails, swinging them eagerly.
“I know he’ll succeed – I will see him in the heavens!” she thought aloud.  This was Da Ji, Purity’s Envoy, and Guardian deity of Amatsu.  A close friend of Thiji’s, she was more eager than anyone to watch Thiji’s performance.
With everyone in place, the time had come to commence the event.  A large teal dirigible flew over the stadium, and titantrons began activating along the outer edges of the stadium, allowing comfortable viewing access from any and all angles.  The Glacierfin Council “seated” beside Shiro and Mizu gazed in awe at the enlarged visage of Nora, and the technology she boasted.
“Thiss woman iss… eccentric,” Zhira commented, “but her pressentation iss not wanting!  Thiss is the marvel of sshorewalker technology!”
“And she’s a fierce fighter besides,” Shiro commented.  “In fact, she taught Thiji martial arts, among other things.”
“PEOPLE OF ELEMENTA AND BEYOND!  ARE YOU READY?!” cried Nora from the airship.  The crowd let out a jubilant uproar of cheers and applause in response.  “To all tunin’ in today, you’re in for the more delectable treat in Elementa’s history: the hour of Thiji’s ascension!  The Emperor of Hyoga himself, Thiji Higuri, has been rampagin’ all over the multiverse to beat all contenders who would get in his way of bein’ Lord of Winter, and now he’s back in the world of Elementa to face his final trial – and you’re all invited to witness it!  Any moment now, his final opponent will make their appearance, and the most epic battle of your lives will commence!  Now let’s hear it for our lovable ice man, the Emperor himself: Thiji Sorin Higuri!”
The ice block shattered and the man of the hour rose to his feet, gazing upon the countless masses applauding him.  He could make out familiar voices cheering him on: his daughter; his niece; Da Ji, and even Shiro.  He couldn’t help but smile at all the people whose lives he touched and changed motivating him one last time as a mortal.  Because after today, he would become a God.
As the hour of judgment drew closer, the Handmaidens’ leadership began to make their way towards the stadium.  However, they would only be able to take a few steps before Confessor Sylla felt a wave of dread wash over her.  She frowned as she laid a hand upon her heart, giving her sisters cause for concern.
https://youtu.be/EuKGNGZjUJI?t=6329 (1:45:29 - 1:47:37)
“Confessor?” spoke Celuwen.
“This pang upon my breast…” she whispered.  “Is this truly Winter’s will…?”
“What did you see?” Shijima inquired.  Sylla remained silent, only pointing towards the heavens above the Borealis Stadium.  The clouds were beginning to part as a single pillar of amethyst-colored light shone through – it was finally time.  Thiji readied himself as a lotus flower fell from above.  Its descent was blindingly swift, and as it touched down, a storm of petals danced throughout the stadium, wowing the audience.  The flower itself grew in size until it was tall enough to fit an adult male, and once the petals parted to reveal its passenger… the world stopped.
Everyone – from the spectators in the stadium, to the people watching from all corners of the realm, to even Thiji himself – was utterly frozen.  Not a single breeze blew through the arctic.  All was still; all was silent.
“Psst.  Hey, Sakuya,” Raiko whispered.  “I know this is for dramatic effect and all, but we kinda need time to move again.”
“This isn’t me, sister,” the Eternal Human defended.  “Even the families of Heaven of Hell are aware of this moment; all of Elementa is still.”
Out from the flower strode a maiden in a violet qipao, her hair and skin flawless.  Angel wings were seen protruding from her back and in front of her ears.  In her right hand she gripped a decorative jian, an oriental broadsword, and flowers began to blossom through the snow upon which she stood.  Her face was tense – not with anger, but with determination, as she glared daggers at Thiji.
Once the perception of time went back to normal, Thiji’s focus shattered.  He beheld his final opponent, his penultimate obstacle standing in the way of his rightful ascension:
The Snow Flower herself, Koyuki Kazahana, was his final opponent.
“Hello, my lord,” Koyuki greeted firmly.  “It is finally time for you to embrace your destiny.”
“The High Empress…?!” gasped Celuwen and Shijima.
“That I did not foresee this until now…What is Winter plotting…?” Sylla asked herself aloud.
“I am certain we will find the answers we seek once we make it to the stadium.  Come, sisters!” Celuwen ordered, and with a strum of her oud, she brought the winds of the north to heel as they swirled around herself and the others, carrying them to the Borealis Stadium.
“My mother… She was an Angel all this time?” Seraphina inquired.
“Always has been, Princess Seraphina,” Shiro replied.  “In fact, she is a Seraph, an Angel raised and trained for battle.  Note the two pairs of wings.”
“Just like my name!  It makes so much sense now!” the Princess giggled.
“That she is a Seraph can only mean that she went to the Dawn Academy at some point... which implies that our Empress is a lot older than she seems!” Hira deducted.
“Preposterous!” scoffed Chui, General of the Wavemenders.  “That’d mean she’d be half a century old at the least!”
“Normally you’d be correct, Wavecaller,” coolly spoke Galetracker Yori Honshou, General of the Hailvolleys, “but if there’s one thing I know about the Kazahana Clan, it’s that they hold a lot of skeletons in their closet - the Pure Branch, especially!”
“You’re not just saying that because your bow was blessed by them, are you...?” the Spring Elf Arasil questioned, rolling her eyes.
“He has a point, though,” Hira followed.  “The Kazahana Clan are the most powerful and prominent family in Elementa for a reason.  Some even say that their capabilities border on the unnatural.”
The others shrugged off the notion and fell silent, refocusing on center field.
“Koyuki, my flower, what are you doing…?” Thiji questioned.  He took a step forward, but would be met with only a blade pointed toward him.  He looked upon his wife and immediately took notice of her demeanor: she wasn’t the cheerful and demure lady by which she was so known and loved.  No, this Koyuki was far different – eyes burning with fervent determination, a fury quelled by the serenity her very presence brings.  He had surmised that she has awakened the Kazahana blood within her, turning the Snow Flower into a weapon of war.
“Doing what must be done, my lord,” she replied.  “You have completed the Trials of Winter, and now your final test is upon you.  Did you think you were the only one training, my Emperor?  I, too, have been honing my skills, preparing myself for this fateful day where we would meet each other – as opponents.  And as many are wont to say: the more beautiful the flower, the deadlier its thorns, and I have been touted as the most beautiful in all of Elementa.”
“But I’ve sworn an oath to defend and uphold your purity!” Thiji interjected, taking a stance.  “Laying a hand on you in aggression is sacrilege of the highest order; the Kazahana Clan is the most powerful in all of Elementa, and drawing their blood is original sin – especially the blood of a Pure Branch member – most of all its head!”
“You’re right: you are still oathbound to protect me, my lord,” Koyuki pondered, “which is why I declare upon this day that you, Thiji Sorin Higuri, shall protect me no longer.  I deem you freed from the manacles by which this oath has bound you, sworn no longer to safeguard my purity!”
The entire stadium gasped; some of the Handmaidens were so taken aback that they began fainting on the spot.  As for Thiji, he was crushed by this so that he collapsed, falling to his knees.  The Eternals watched silently from their box with anticipation, counting on the Snow Flower to carry out their mission.  Thiji wanted to feel utter sorrow, but his heart was not as affected by this as he had thought.  In fact, he was not even brought to tears.  But the same sadness lingered as he rose his head to the heavens, wondering what cruel hand fate had dealt him to come to this occasion.  After loving, serving, and protect his beloved Snow Flower – his destined, star-crossed wife – she casts his oath aside like an old toy.
His head felt heavy now.  The weight became too much to bear that he would once again lower it to the ground, seemingly losing all energy to move.  He was still, as the first snow had finally begun to fall upon Hyoga.  Thiji had shut his eyes, hoping that it was all a nightmare.  But a voice broke through the silence.
“Thiji.  Draw your sword.  If you are to claim your destiny, then you must strike me down.”
https://youtu.be/EuKGNGZjUJI?t=11775 (3:16:14 - 3:19:26)
These words came from Koyuki’s lips.  But it only hurt him further.  Again, the emotional blow was softened by some unknown force.  No response from the Emperor of Hyoga.  Koyuki pressed the matter once more.
“Raise your head, Thiji.  Draw your sword and meet me in battle.”
“What madnesss is thiss?!” Z’hira gasped.
“What corruption has befouled the High Empress?!” Deshir followed.
“Koyuki is incorruptible,” Queen Mizu said telepathically.  “She’s plotting something, but it involves battle.  I know Lady Shiro and Lady Koyuki well; they wouldn’t do things without some ultimate goal in mind.”
Seraphina only watched on in silence, unable to say a single word from the sheer emotion wrought by this moment.  Thiji, again, did not speak or budge.  Thus did Koyuki resort to more direct measures.  With a beat of her wings, she took the the skies, grasping her blade as gravity gave way.
As she descended, memories of Thiji’s past surged through his mind – all of which involved Koyuki.  His most cherished moment, when they were mere children, replaying over and over in his mind.  How tenderly he held her that cold day… how icy wet his face was from the tears he shed for her… and the words he spoke to her:
“Please, Koyuki… don’t go.  I need you.”
He kept that memory closest to his heart all his life, and now it seemed to have been for naught.  Of all the opponents he could have faced, he never once dreamed of raising a blade against Koyuki.  But just like the other assaults upon his heart, yet again, the blow was mitigated.  Why did not feel so crushed as he originally anticipated?  Was his warrior’s spirit taking over?  Whatever the cause may be, he found the strength to rise back to his feet, conjuring a katana of ice just in time to clash blades with Koyuki, a loud ring heard throughout the stadium.  The resulting force sent the falling snow blowing in all directions, pelting the crowd in a flurry of frost and angel down.
“Good, my lord,” she congratulated as she stared her husband down, that same determination in her eyes.  His eyes, however, were filled with something else – cold yet raging.  He did not question why he acted in such a way, only that it felt right.  “For the glory of Hyoga, unleash your soul and face me!”
Tumblr media
And thus the battle had begun.
“Game on, sisters…” Sakuya declared, reclining in her seat.  The two concluded their deadlock and forced each other back to opposite ends of the arena.  Thiji made the first move and sent blades of ice toward the Snow Flower, who answered with graceful dodges to the left and right.  She performed another wingbeat, sending flower petals forward and strewing them about the arena.
Thiji rose his katana and charged, watching the petals explode in a small radius as he came close.  She had set a floral minefield to deter Thiji.  Stepping directly atop a petal, he was sent flying upwards, throwing him off balance.  Koyuki took the skies to meet him, ready to greet Thiji with a series of blade attacks.  He was able to recover from the explosion he triggered to meet Koyuki in a clash of blades once more, parrying her blows with his katana.  Seeing an opening, Koyuki performed a lunge with her sword, aimed at Thiji’s chest.  The Emperor was able to spin in midair to avoid it, sheathing his blade for a brief moment before unleashing stored energy to perform a blinding iai slash at the Empress’ midsection.  The attack hit its mark, but Koyuki’s form vanished into flower petals.
“A flower clone…” he thought to himself.  He made a quick 180-degree turn as soon as he felt Koyuki’s presence, though try as he did to react, the Snow Flower had already grabbed him by the arm, whirled him around, and threw him straight downward.
Utilizing his newfound strength, Thiji turned to face the ground, clenching his free hand into a fist and slammed the ground with all his might, upheaving the floral minefield and detonating all the petals in a beautiful display of flower and snow.  The audience could not help but cheer at the spectacle, scattered cheering for either side to win.  Everyone was beginning to get into the fighting spirit, it seemed.
“You’re gettin’ all this, right, boys?!” Nora shouted to her crew, who all gave a thumbs-up.  “Good!  Ain’t nobody’s takin’ this moment away from us!”
“Thiji... One way or another, I will help make you see,” Koyuki thought as she looked down at Thiji.  She began her descent, seeking to meet Thiji head-on once more.  As they clashed blades once more, she stared once more into his icy-cold eyes.  “Dance with me, my lord,” she invited aloud.  “Bring me the beauty and grace of battle that only you can provide me!”  Her husband pushed her away, and she performed a somersault before sticking the landing, sliding several meters back along the snow.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BU0ehpWSZdg
“Then I shall lead…” he coolly replied before wreathing his katana in frost energy.  She did the same for her blade, enveloping it in a violet aura of floral energy, and their dance began: a graceful and frenetic flurry of steel, as gusts of snow and flowers whirled around the stadium.  The crowd cheered them on as their dance went on, with either side showing little sign of letting up.  For Seraphina, however, the residual energies they were giving off reacted with her own body – so much so that it was beginning to feel as though they had counted on this to happen.
The Alabaster Rose hugged herself, unsure of what was going on with her body…
“Cousin!  Are you well?!” Kasui said as she hurried to her side.  She would then be pushed back as the halo which levitated behind her illuminated, and focused her energies into the heavens, drastically altering the scenery.  Kasho caught Kasui, after which they would look up to notice that the clouds had parted, revealing a sunless sky, with the glorious light of Tsukuyomi illuminating the area.  Once this atmospheric phenomenon occurred, all jubilation ceased, and only silence followed.  All were entranced by the dazzling display.
“What… What is this…?” General Hiro gasped.
“In all my battles, I’ve seen nothing like this before…” Snowmistress Hira stated.
“C’est magnifique…”
Everyone turned toward the source of the voice: the newly-ordained Duchess of Yukiga-To, Masao Inkina Muyo.  “A rarity unlike any other: a joining only made possible through the Higuri Clan and the Kazahana Pure Branch; a vibrant and mystical dance of twirling petals and snowy zephyrs beneath the silvery gaze of the moon: the Beauty of the Four Seasons: the Setsugekka no Utsukushi-sa.”
“How do you know of this, Duchess?” inquired Mikomi Toushou, Nomad of Hope, who sat right beside Su Da Ji.
“I’ve served the Royal Family long enough to learn of the unique bond shared between the Higuri Clan and the Kazahana Pure Branch,” she explained.  “With Great Empress Kaiyuki’s blessing, I was the one who oversaw a young Lord Thiji’s rise to Prime Minister of Yukiga-To before his 15th birthday.  The Higuri have always been the most loyal retainers to them, and of the many bonds that form between Clans, theirs is the most graceful and beautiful in all of Elementa.  The Great Empress told me this secret, and I’ve kept it well-guarded until the time was right.  Their very powers alter the world around them: Lord Thiji, of the snow; Lady Koyuki, of the flower… and Princess Seraphina, of the moon.  Together, they complete this rarest of dances…”
A singular tear fell from her face, compared to the countless others who also shed tears from the serene beauty of the sight – even the Glacierfin Naga cried, never witnessing a more beautiful spectacle since the coming of their Queen.  And up above, Nora and her crew were practically bawling.
“D-Don’t stop filmin’ this, gentlemen – no matter how w-watery your eyes get…!” Nora ordered, choking back tears with little success.  The Eternals, too, were moved by this sight, though Homura was trying her hardest not to show her tears.
“Man… I oughta slap the white off of Mizore for not witnessing her own flesh and blood doing this!” Homura grumbled.
On the eastern section of the stadium, the Handmaidens leadership arrived just in time to witness the show with Nisou and the others.  The Handmaidens either fainted from the overwhelming beauty or were praying in reverence to Winter; Sylla felt utter bliss, hurrying to her nieces’ side to watch with them; Celuwen and Shijima were simply stunned.
The length of their dance was reaching its end; the Borealis Stadium and surrounding area darkening as a sign, until the moonlight was focused only on the circumference of the arena.  The two warriors disengaged to focus all their respective energy into their weapons again, before zooming towards center field to meet one another in one final clash beneath the lunar spotlight.  The ground then began to shake as the residual energies focused onto a singular area – the stadium itself.  A raging blizzard of snow and blossom petals filled the area, contained in a transparent veil of moonlight which protected the audience.  The storm rose to the very heavens, until the barrier would finally break from the resulting explosion, releasing a flash of light which temporarily blinded all who gazed upon it.
Once the light had faded and the skies returned to normal, the crowd beheld the last vestiges of the dancing iceflowers, as both contestants laid on the ground.
“Did… Did he win…?  Is it over…?” Da Ji asked hopefully.  Thiji and Koyuki slowly rose to their feet after recovering from the shock of the explosion, barely a scratch on them, save for a small cut on their cheek.
“Well done, Thiji…” Koyuki said in her mind.  “All under Heaven and above the Underworld will remember this day.  And with this dance concluded, you’re one step closer… But still you must see.  You must further be catalyzed.  Only then will the truth be revealed.  Jenivieve… Liliana… Dr. Rieleigh… everyone… after all we’ve done for him… I pray that you can find it in your hearts to forgive me.”
Grasping her blade, she took to a piercing stance, wings outstretched.  Taking this moment in her hands, she charged at Thiji with all her might, her blade aiming straight for his heart.
“MY LORD, TAKE CARE!!” shouted Da Ji, reaching out to the man she loves.  Try as he could, he was unable to react, his body feeling… cold.  Rigid, even.  He only watched as his beloved wife came toward him at full speed, bracing himself for the inevitable blow…
… But destiny had other plans.
A loud clang resounded throughout the stadium, which such force that the wind generated from it blew everyone off of their seats (figuratively, of course).  Thiji slowly opened his eyes, gasping at what he beheld: his heart was untouched, a strange barrier holding Koyuki’s blade a meter from it!  He rose his head to meet Koyuki’s gaze, who shut her own eyes in response.  And in the midst of it all, Thiji could not help but think that Koyuki felt… relieved by this.
Setting the notion aside, he released his pent-up energy in a radial wave of force which knocked the Snow Flower back towards her end of the arena.  Koyuki caught herself, getting to her knees as she watched Thiji’s body… changing.
“It’s done…” Koyuki quietly cheered under her breath.  The Emperor’s eyes shut as he winced in pain, clutching his chest as he saw his body crystallizing!
“She did it!” Sakuya cheered with a fist pump.  “It’s all on her now.”
“I-Is this a result of the dance, Duchess Muyo?!” Mikomi asked.
“Non,” she answered.  “This is something entirely different; a first-time occurrence for us all.”
As Thiji fought his hardest to stop this process, he dropped to his knees, clutching his chest desperately to stem the pain.  It was then that he heard a voice in his head:
“Thiji… do not fight it.”
His eyes opened, scanning the area for the source, but he saw only Koyuki, and the masses who gathered today to watch him.  The voice called to him again:
“Give in to it.  This is your destiny.  Your time has finally come.”
“I know that voice…” he whispered…
“Come to me… and all will be made clear.”
A protective dome of permafrost formed around Thiji, leaving everyone stupefied.
“The plot glaciates…!” Nora exclaimed.
Thiji reopened his eyes and found himself in a different realm – far from the Borealis Stadium – far from Hyoga – and far from Elementa.  A vast forest blessed by eternal winter; trees turned white and blue by snow and frost; arctic fauna both normal and magical roaming the land.  Light snowfall persisted no matter where one went in the forest, and the wind was calm and serene.  Thiji was beyond awestruck at the stark beauty of this land.  His reverence would be cut short, however, as a snowy owl landed before him, staring at him expectantly.  It lifted a wing and pointed it to the path behind it, gesturing him to follow.
Thiji threw caution to the wind and proceeded down the path, until he would eventually come to a glade of pristine snow and ice.  Waiting for him in the center sat a lone woman robe in an ornate white-and-blue kimono.  Her waist-length hair and skin were as white as the very snow, and icicles decorated her form – from hair ties with red ribbons to lining her obi in a manner akin to strings of charms.
The owl perched itself on a nearby nest, alerting the woman to Thiji’s presence – though she already knew he had come.  She rose from her seat and turned slowly to gaze at Thiji, greeting him with a smile warm enough to melt the snow around her.
“My son – my sweet Yukinko…” she greeted with the most gentle of voices.
“Mother…” Thiji replied under his breath.  He broke into a sprint towards his beloved parent, and memories flashed back in both their minds, to a time when Thiji was a mere child.  This mother of the Emperor of Hyoga was none other than Mizore, the Eternal Yuki-Onna of Ice, and by proxy, Empress Dowager of Hyoga.  He embraced his mother tenderly, for he had missed her so, just as she missed him.  “Where am I, Mother…?  What is going on?”
“Be still, sweetest son,” she replied.  “I will explain.  Firstly, this is my – and soon to be, your – domain: the Antarctic Glade.  I summoned you here personally to help you on your final step towards your ascension.  First, I would ask of you to create a reflection.”
“Yes, Mother,” he immediately acknowledged.   Mizore then used her powers to conjure a large slab of ice before them, while Thiji utilized the powers of the Glacial Guardian to project his memories onto the ice, replaying them as though it were a television.
“Thiji,” Mizore began, “do you recall a certain crucial moment in time where you changed drastically in demeanor?  I will give you a hint: it was during your burgeoning adult years.”
Thiji thought for a moment, which caused the ice to react.  The reflections began replaying a younger Thiji with Koyuki, whom he was on the verge of proposing to, and the actual wedding.  Then it replayed a moment in time with Thiji and Koyuki again, a few years older, but with a third familiar face: flowing, platinum-blonde hair; stunning violet eyes…
These particular moments kept playing over and over as Mizore continued her explanation…
“Your destiny was delayed due the love you shared with the Snow Flower and the Dragon Empress.  Though they may have given you power through love, they had, unbeknownst to them, been holding you back.  This was not your fault, nor theirs, for your love was star-crossed.  However, you have learned all you could, and now you are at the crux of your power; the zenith of your potential.”
“So Koyuki and Liliana… them changing my heart affected me so?” Thiji asked.  Mizore responded with a nod.
“Love is powerful, Thiji,” she said.  “so powerful that it can soften one’s resolve.  Elementa is in need of new protectors, and it is unanimous that none are a better candidate than you to ascend to godhood.  But in order for this to occur, you had to undergo the Trials of Winter – they served as a means of reminding you of your roots as a child born of Winter.  You bear it in all forms: its savagery; its ferocity; its serenity; its beauty.  Your heart needed to be re-hardened, and you have done just that in record time.  To ascend to godhood, you needed to become the undisputed mortal ruler over all things cold and frigid.  This… is the Diamond Prophecy.  You passed yourself off as the Diamond Emperor, but now you can truly be the Diamond Emperor.  This will be your first – and final – transformation.”
“That is why my body was crystallizing!” Thiji realized.  “It was a diamond cocoon!”
“Precisely!” his mother affirmed.  “Koyuki knew of this, and now she stands between you and your ascension.  Though you are among the incredibly rare few to have multiple true loves, you must learn to let them go.  Koyuki wanted you to see that; in time, I am sure Liliana will understand as well.  We are living forces of nature; the limits of our strength far surpass even that which love can bring.  So I ask you, Thiji: will you strike down the Snow Flower – your greatest love – to ascend?”
“I will,” he immediately stated, his expression turning cold.  “I must.”  Mizore took note of this, smiling in approval – not a single bit of doubt or remorse present on his face.
“Then I have done my duty.  Now I’ll just need to give you a little jump-start!”
She lifted her index finger, and condensed the glade’s latent glacial energy into a small orb, resting on its tip.  As it drew closer to his heart, Mizore gave her parting words to her son:
“When next I see you, Thiji, you will be a God.  For now, I think it’s time you left; you have one last show to put on!”
As soon as she touched his heart, the energy discharged and quickly enveloped his body, consuming him in a white light that transported him out of the glade and back to Hyoga.  Everyone watched with bated breath over the glacial dome that has now been hardened into diamond.
“What could be goin’ on inside that dome?!” Nora shouted.  “If you’re still holdin’ your breath, then you’ve got the lung capacity of an Olympic gold medalist!”
“Think she did it?” Homura asked Sakuya.
“For sure.  Look at the dome,” she replied.  The dragoness looked back, noticing that cracks were forming along the dome.  The crowd gasped as the cracks began splitting, growing in length and width.  Light broke through the fractures, which made everyone grow concerned.
“That dome’s about to burst!  Watch out, everyone!!” Nora warned.  The crowd did not have much time to react until the dome burst, sending shards of diamond out in all directions.  The audience and Nora and her crew did their best to shield themselves from horrible lacerations and puncture wounds, only to find that the shards have been trapped in stasis before it would strike anyone.  They looked around and beheld nothing but a glistening stadium of diamond, as Thiji emerged from his cocoon, completely transformed: his normal garb has been replaced with regal clothing; it along with his hair took on an ice blue-to-white gradient; his skin, pallid and pure white, like the snow.  Upon his head was a crown made of pure diamonds, with the shards of the selfsame mineral dancing about him.  Koyuki smiled at the sight of her lord – remade whole once more – his former self, restored.
“Is… Is that Lord Thiji?!” Nora gasped.  “Ladies and gentlemen and everybody tuned in: the unthinkable has happened!  In the heat of battle, the master of ice himself has undergone a PHENOMENAL change, and has stilled the power of winter itself with a mere glare!  This can only mean one thing: we’re witnessin’ the first – and last – transformation of Thiji Higuri, the Diamond Emperor!!”
Tumblr media
The crowd cheered loudly once more, chanting “Diamond!  Emperor!  Diamond!  Emperor!”  Regaining her composure, Koyuki picked up her blade and assumed her best fighting stance.
“Are you prepared, my lord…?” Koyuki called out.  He rose his head and slowly opened his eyes, revealing cold orbs of ice blue to match his emotionless countenance.
“Time to find out…” he answered lowly.
With a few slashes of her jian, she called forth miniature petals which gleamed in the light, as though they were tiny blades in disguise.  She sent them forth to assail Thiji, who responded with a mere tilt of his head, forming a barricade from the diamond shards.  The sound of numerous tiny blades clashing against rock was heard as Koyuki’s attack was nullified.
This, however, was merely a distraction.  Koyuki flew forward at full speeds, drifting around the barricade and kicking up snow as she did to strike at Thiji’s blindside, using her deceptive combat style to find a hole in his defenses.  Fortunately, he was very focused on the battle, effortlessly deflecting her attacks with his katana, now made from diamond.  Koyuki then wheeled around and swung her blade in a clockwise arc, but Thiji easily no selled her attack by planting his blade in the ground.  With his free hand, he made a swiping motion with his index and middle finger, shaving off some of the barricade to send a cloud of diamond towards Koyuki, who had to fly to evade.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen this side of Father before,” an awestruck Seraphina mused.
“He was... a different man back then, Princess,” Shiro followed.  “He was far more cold and calculating in his ways before he was reunited with your mother.  Thiji was well on his way to becoming one of - if not, the most - powerful practitioner of ice in Elementa.  But now, it looks like he’s done just that.”
“How poetic - Elementa’s progenitor of winter, he must first rule it as a mortal,” Sylla thought aloud.  “A pity we will only see this once in our lifetime.”
Thiji then retrieved his sword and slashed it behind him, sending a wave of frost in an arc towards the Snow Flower, who barely rose a floral shield to fend it off, an ice shard or two cutting her face.  Koyuki then planted more lotus flowers on the ground, sprouting into man-sized plants into which she would enter.  As she did, that flower shrunk into the ground, effectively teleporting her to another one nearby, utilizing this tactic to get the element of surprise on Thiji.  Again, it seemed to provide little effect, as he reacted quickly to where she would appear, clashing swords with and forcing her away as she fell into flower after flower to repeat the same tactic.  Another clash, and Thiji pushed Koyuki high into the air with his newfound might, using this time to disable her means of teleportation by shredding each and every flower with his diamond shards.
Running thin on options, Koyuki called upon the heavenly host to fill her with light, swooping down to meet Thiji once more in a deadlock, the resulting force causing another shockwave of ice and flowers to spread, though they were contained by the diamonds which formed a barrier around the arena.  Thiji slid his blade toward the guard of her sword, using his leverage to pull her down to the earth in a kneeling position.  She gazed into Thiji’s eyes as their blades remained deadlocked, and she felt her very soul running cold.  They were devoid of feeling – empty save for the unforgiving chill that his very presence brought.
The Snow Flower stilled the quickness of her heart, keeping her gaze fixed on the only man she ever loved.  She was completely helpless; if she lost this deadlock, this battle was his.  But she saw no point in reasoning with him now, for she had already gone too far – which is what she had wanted all along.  She braced herself for what was to follow.
“I’m ready, Thiji…” she said in her mind.  Everyone watching stood up from their seats, some even on the verge of falling over the arena.  Seraphina couldn’t bear to watch and shielded her eyes.  Mizu and the other ladies covered their mouths in shock at what was going to happen.
“Sh-Should we keep filming, ma’am?” asked the cameraman.
“YES!  No matter what!” Nora immediately replied.  Thiji sent the diamond cloud into the blade, fusing with and hardening its surface, thus increasing its strength.  So much so that he applied just a bit more pressure, causing her sword to split in two… The memories of their teary farewell surged into her mind.  She remembered it all: the words he said to her; the way he held her; the countless tears he wept for her…
… Then, time stood still once more, as the only sound that followed… was steel piercing flesh.
Familiar but unknown
I wake up to the morning sun caressing my face like honey on a platter. The window is slightly propped up enough to feel the early autumn breeze nipping on my skin fresh from just waking up. I lay there in bed for a few more minutes contemplating whether to get up and have enough time to make myself breakfast or ponder around looking at the blank walls until I'm almost late. I don’t even have enough time to go by my regular coffee shop to even get a simple muffin. I turn to get my phone that’s sitting on the nightstand next to my bed. It reads 6:45 am. I sigh to myself and leave my phone back to where it was.
Bothered and lazy, I reluctantly get up from my bed, scratching my head. I slowly creep to my bathroom to wash up. Showering for a little too long for other people’s liking. Growing up, people would tell me that the loneliest people take the longest and warmest showers. To feel the warmth from the water that they couldn’t get from the people around them. Wishing time would go by slower, I get out of the shower. I stand in front of the mirror looking at the person staring back at me. They look familiar but unknown at the same time. I see the bags under their eyes that carry the hours of all the sleepless nights. The blotchiness of their skin being foreign but comforting. The freshly dyed hair that turned from a warm chestnut to a jet black. A known person that slowly became foreign to me. I get out of the washroom and head to my wardrobe. Choosing a navy-blue turtleneck with a pair of dark plaid slacks to go with it, along with a leather belt and a golden necklace with a ring on it that was given to me by my grandmother. I head downstairs to grab my bag and a pair of shoes. Looking at the time it reads 8:30 am. My first class is at 10 am, I head to my usual coffee shop.
I put my car in park outside of the coffee shop and headed in. I open the door and the smell of different coffee beans along the different pasties they have baked surround me, almost as if they were greeting my presence with a hug and telling me good morning. I walk in and Sofie greets me in. “Good morning Skylar,” I greet her back with a good morning.
 Within coming to this coffee shop I’ve grown to like Sofie. I mean who wouldn’t. She’s quite the girl. Hazel eyes that hold in the beauty of nature within them. Long curly hair that hugs her face beautifully but with such tenderness. Her skin that holds the beauty of melanin within it. No taller than 5’5. Overall simplicity but beauty held within her as most people would say.
She stares back at me with the pearliest smile on earth, “The usual right?”
 I nod my head in agreement.
“Okay then, that would be 5.63” I hand her my card and after a few seconds, she hands it back. “Alrighty then one mango green tea and a blueberry muffin coming right up,” She says, her eyes glowing with happiness.
 I step back and I head over to the waiting area. I check the time, seeing that I had about a good hour before 10. I hear my name being called and I go over to grab my order. I bid thanks and goodbye to Sofie. She tells me to have a good rest of my day and I head off to class.
I arrive at my university within 30 minutes. I put the car in park and I grab everything I need for the day. I step out and feel the breeze slightly chill my body. I grab my coat from the back seat and I start walking. There is a small road that heads from the parking lot to my designated building. I grab my earbuds from my coat pocket and I plug them into my phone. Canceling the world and letting the music run through my body while I walk. Trees glooming over me almost as if protecting me from any danger that comes from above. Leaves falling to my feet like raindrops, gentle, but quiet. I watch people as they go by worrying about their own lives, while I worry about mine. A couple on a bench embracing each other while whispering sweet nothings. A young lady rushing to class with her hair in a messy bun looking as if she had just woken up 10 minutes ago.
Getting to class I see that there are already people flooding in, so I take a seat in the middle towards the back rows. After a few minutes, I see that almost the entire class had arrived and were now waiting for the professor. I hear a few seats in front of me two young ladies asking each other where the professor is, seeing that it is 5 after 10.
“Welcome to your Freshman English class,” I say loudly while standing up. With confused looks, I see the students looking to where the voice was coming from. I head to the front of the classroom, feeling everyone's stare on me and nowhere else, whispering asking the person next to them what the hell I was doing. I sit on my desk and set my bag next to me and I take off my coat. I wait quietly glancing around the room to see everyone waiting patiently and a little confused about what was going on.
I go on repeating myself, “Welcome to your freshman English class. This is English 1A, creative writing, and composition.”
I pause and I gaze over once more to the students, most confused stares are still present so I continue, “My name is Professor Goodwin.”
By the time I finished saying who I was all of the confusion had cleared from the air and had left the room. “Refer to me as professor Goodwin or professor. Please do not call me by my first name, well at least not until we have had the time to get to know each other but for now, any of those two options I have said before will do. So, continuing, if anyone wants me to answer any questions of myself, I will gladly do so. I’m pretty much an open book.” Before anyone has the chance to raise their hands, I state one more thing, “Before I start answering your questions, if you do wish to ask one, you will have to stand up and state your name, your major, and then you may ask your question.”
I stay seated on my desk but in a much more comfortable position. A petite young lady slowly stands up and begins to talk in a very delicate voice, feathery like. “Uh... Hello, my name is Pearl Mccoy. I am a biology major... and I wanted to ask how old you were since you look fairly young?”
  While introducing herself I look at her. I noticed that she was too shy to be the first one to ask anything but was fairly impressed. A big move for a shy person. Chestnut hair, shoulder-length straight but most of her hair gets in the way of her eyes. I silently sit there surprised but impressed, however, I try to suppress any emotion that arises within me. “I expected it to be the first question asked. I am 28.” I say with a straight face, however, they don’t seem to keep their cool. Shock was written all over their faces.
“Okay then, next person?”
A tall lanky boy stands up, wearing a dark green hoodie and dark denim jeans. His hair brown, keeping it slightly messy and a bit longer as if he missed his hair appointment for a good month.
 “Hello, professor.”
I nod in response.
“My name is Theo Brooks. I’m a Computer science major and I wanted to ask you, with all due respect of course, if you had a boyfriend?” I lock eyes with him, wondering why the sudden question. Then again, they are young adults. “No, I do not. I am very single and, with all due respect, of course, I am not looking for one any time soon.” He sits back down with a slight pink shade painted on his cheeks.
“Well then,” I say as I stand up from my desk and head 10 steps closer to where the front row sits. I look at my watch noticing that it is 10 minutes before 11. I silently sigh knowing that I have 3 more classes before I have the chance to go back to my sanctuary of a home. “Alright, I think that will be all for today. Be prepared to start the semester next class.” Students start to stand up and slowly start to leave, dreading to go to their next class. Some are wondering what their next professor is going to be like and what the next class holds for them. Wondering what kind of new things, they're going to be able to be introduced to.
