âFirst day of school in 9th grade. I am nervous as hell because it is my first day of high school and itâs all new. I walk into my Social Studies Class and am greeted by the teacher who just happens to be Peter Tork of The Monkees. A guy I watched goofing around on TV religiously as a child was teaching me about the world. He was a tough teacher. We had a thing in his class where he would always think that I wasnât paying attention. He would always make a point of stopping what he was teaching and say to me, âWhat did I just say`â I would always answer him correctly and it always seemed to frustrate him. He was very smart and loved to read from Maoâs Little Red Book. I was truly happy for him when The Monkees started touring and he found success again. I took this picture in our schoolyard at New Dimensions High School.â - Matthew Asner (Ed Asnerâs son), Facebook, July 1, 2023
âSince September he has been teaching English, math, drama, Eastern philosophy and âRock Band Classâ at Pacific Hills, a private secondary school in Santa Monica, Calif. A college dropout, Peter got the job on the strength of his interview with Dr. Penrod Moss, the schoolâs director. âI like to hire people who are independent and creative,â Moss said. âI was impressed by his personality and his ability to speak.â [âŠ] While Tork the musician still has dreams of one day returning to the rock circuit, Thorkelson the teacher is happily planning his next course, âMao, Marx and Mama.â âIâm doing something important,â he says. âI never do anything less than important.ââ - People magazine, April 5, 1976
âFor some time, [Tork] said, the students in his high school classes had trouble forgetting their teacher was once a teen idol. âUntil I gave out a few Fâs,â he added, grinning.â - The Clarion Ledger, November 1, 1979 (x)
âI was a schoolteacher in Southern California, and I taught music as well as academics, and I really very much love to teach, and, and I think that if circumstances show me that I am not to entertain anymore or my entertaining career per se winds down, I would very, very much love to coach young entertainers.â - Peter Tork, Headquarters radio, September 1989
â[A]s a teacher, I realized that in order to teach something well you need to understand what your student is going through as they try to learn.â - Peter Tork, The Journal Times Online, August 12, 2005
On a 2018 blog post at the Monkees Live Almanac, one former student, Mark, commented: âBest high school teacher I ever had [âŠ]. Tremendous empathy.â (x)
âI taught English and social studies. And sure, the kids probably saw me as a Monkee, but they got over that in a hurry. Once I lost my temper at the kids, theyâd see I was just like all the others â and I probably lost my temper too many times, since I was in an angry state back then. I have a life now, thatâs the difference. I have a spiritual core. Iâm not Shirley MacLaine but I believe in greater or lesser worlds and consciousness. Most people think of themselves as cut off from each other; others know thereâs a connectedness that can be tapped into.â - Peter Tork, The Boston Globe, August 10, 1989
âIn the mid-â70s, Tork got jobs teaching English, social studies and music at two private schools in the Los Angeles area. The first job, which he enjoyed, was at âa radical progressive school in Santa Monica.â The second was at a school he describes as âa holding tank for budding fascists. I couldnât hack it. I found more integrity in being a singing waiterâ â his next job.â - Los Angeles Times, October 20, 1992 (x)
More about that next job here.

Meus ex Machina, Chapter 12: Working Out
Edited public domain image of two hands reaching for each other, lit in deep blue and neon green.
Prev - Working Out - Next - Masterpost - [ AO3 ]
Logan is determined not to slow down the team again. It wouldn't be the first time he'd pushed his body to the limit.
Logan slipped through the locker room door just before it clanked shut, closing in three dozen or so students in the musky, humid air. "Watch it!" he warned a knot of augmented juniors as they chased past, jostling his safety glasses. His cry went unnoticed over their excited laughter.
He sidled close to the only other full Traditional he could spot, a tall, muscular sophomore. The boy may not have been born with Powers, but heâd certainly clutched a winning genetics lottery ticket on his way into the world.
âHey, Lo, check it out!â Andrei cheered, lifting his shirt to reveal a translucent implant above his right hip. âLook what my parents got me for my birthday!â Nodding, Logan watched the lights flicker, micro-adjusting his hormone and electrolyte levels. âNo more charley horses for me, huh?â
âIndeed,â he murmured. No more leg cramps, no more muscle fatigue. And with a daily boost of somatropin, heâd grow at least another foot and a half before he graduated. âCongratulations.â Logan forced a smile, adjusting his now-fogged eyeglasses. âYou will certainlyââ
âAlright boys, listen up!â The wrestling coach stepped up onto a nearby bench and whistled. Two freshmen with new hearing augments winced and covered their ears. He waited for the din to lessen and tapped his wrist, activating the ceiling's vid projector. Thanks to Title IV of the Powerds Integration Act, blah blah blah,â he rolled his eyes and two of the older Powerds glared at him. âWeâre down to one boyâs team this year with space for five Traditionals.â
Five? Logan's stomach dropped to his feet. There had been fifteen Traditionals in last yearâs team plus four alternates. He scanned the room as the coach called out the new teamâs roster. Jake and Kirthi high fived behind the coach, reaching nearly his height now with the summerâs growth injections taking effect. Ben stood in the corner, dark shades covering new eyes.
Logan's mouth went dry when he realized he was the last of the Traditionals team who hadnât yet been augmented. Tim wasnât there, of course, though Logan saw him from time to time between classes, slouched in his motorized chair, waiting for the schoolâs singular elevator.
âAnd⊠Sanders,â the coach finished. Thirty four sets of eyes whipped over to him and Logan tried to stand a little taller. And tried to ignore the other studentâs murmurs.
âItâll be a good year, Coach,â he said.
Coach Roberts nodded, eyes fixed at a spot just above his head. âSuit up, boys. I want you all out and sparring in pairs in five.âÂ
Logan kept his eyes trained down and focused on his own preparations as the locker room exploded in activity. Laughter and slamming doors rattled his teeth, the usual scramble to shed street clothes and don stretchy singletsâor, in the case of several boys, trade in for the next size upâno longer lending him its usual energizing buzz.
The day wasn't finished with him yet. With an odd number of Traditionals on the team, it was a simple matter of the math not mathing to require a Traditional to that be paired with a Powered.
Coach Roberts patted Loganâs shoulder as he stepped up to his side of the mat. âLook, Sanders, do your best out there. No-one expects much more than that from you.â
Logan looked up into Coach Robertâs camera-ringed irises. âYâyes, Coach,â he nodded and turned to face his opponent. The coach had at least tried to give him a chance, matching Logan with a Powered in the same weight class.
But how much did weight class really matter when your opponentâs muscles powered a skeleton stronger than titanium? When your opponent could sense your thoughts, predicting your every move?
He managed to stay on his feet for the first round. Until, at least, his sparring partner grew bored and stopped tamping down on his other abilities. In seconds, Logan was down, face jammed into the mat. He struggled but his opponent countered each twist, each desperate attempt to break free. Finally, Logan tapped out.
The Poweredâa new student Logan hadnât even learned his nameâloomed over him. âGood job.â He tonelessly repeated the teamâs end of match phrase and looked around for his next partner.
Logan pushed up to his feet and wiped the blood from his mouth with the back of his hand and shook his head. âBest two out of three.â
~
âTime?â Logan panted, controller shaking in his grip as he brought the mech's hands together in the ready signal. Heâd boosted the suitâs stabilizers, so from the outside, at least, his durasteel arms moved smoothly. But Logan knew.Â
â219.8 seconds. Better,â V smiled encouragingly but the flatness in his tone and the twitch in his eyebrow said it all. Logan still took entirely too long to properly suit up.Â
He deflated, leaned to one side in the mechâs cavity. Logan pulled in a shaking breath, fighting to slow his panting, and nodded. âIndeed. Better.â Better but not enough.
"Get your bearings and weâll go again,â V suggested, still smiling as he passed him a towel. It was only then Logan noticed he was drenched, sweat dripping from his hair and soaking through his shirt.
Logan smiled his thanksâtried to, at least, and V nodded again, a bottle of electrolyte ready. His smile grew, just a bit. He hadn't yet exhausted V's patience. Logan would keep going for as long as he was willing to help him.
V looked up when Patton approached from the kitchen, hugging a large crate to his burly chest. The scents of strawberries and fresh bread and chocolate chip cookies intermingled in the air as he stopped. He shifted the box to one arm to wave at them. âIâm headed, ahâŠâ He waggled his head vaguely toward the hall and Loganâs brow furrowed before understanding struck.
âIs heâŠâ V frowned and swiped across his tablet, searching. Trying not to be obvious, Logan peeked over his shoulder and caught a glimpse of The Museâs hallway on the screen.
âNo, heânothingâs wrong. JustâŠâ Patton shrugged and looked down at the crate. âAfter yesterday, IâŠâ
Hesperâs cryptic words from last night filled Loganâs mind. âWhat makes you think I didnât trigger your alarms so I could have a little company⊠just like Re used to?â
âCan I help?â Logan blurted out before looking down at his useless half a hand, his broken body. His face burned, stomach knotted in shame at his utter uselessness.
Pattonâs smile was gentle. âUm, thatâs okay, Kiddo. I got this.â He didnât bother to ask how precisely Logan thought he could help in a room he couldnât reach in his mech. In a room he couldnât even enter without assistance. Still holding the giant crate of food with one arm, he gently squeezed Loganâsânot the mechâsâshoulder. âBut thanks. Iâll let you both get back to your drills.â
He gave them another little wave then headed down the hall. Listening to the elevator door open then swish closed, Logan finished his drink and passed V the empty bottle.
âReady?â he asked, switching back to his timer.
âYes.â Logan lowered the mech to a crouch and began to climb out. But Patton's arrival broke the dam on the flood of questions from last night. In his distraction, he nearly fell out of the cavity. âWell⊠wait.â He met Vâs questioning glance. âWhat did Hesper mean⊠about The Prince as a little boy? Did he⊠Did Hesper know him back then?â V scowled down at his tablet but Logan pushed on. âIs that why he called The Muse, âRe?ââ
Tapping at the screen, V started to speak, then his jaw clamped shut. He let out a slow breath before looking back at Logan. âItâs not really my story to tell. IâŠâ He sighed again.Â
For a moment, Logan feared V would try sending him to The Prince with his questions. âYeah,â V said at last. âYeah, thereâs⊠thereâs a history. YouâŠâ V winced and wouldnât quite meet his eyes. âMaybe ask Silvertongue⊠um⊠later, though.â He nodded like it was obvious why he should wait. âYou know?â
Was there more to Silvertongueâs outburst last night, too? âIâll wait,â he promised. âThankâthank you.âÂ
âYeah.â V blew out a short breath and returned his attention to the tablet. âReady for another go?â
Logan dropped the last foot or so, hitting the ground with a barely muffled groan. He climbed up into his chair, replicating his starting point. âIâm ready,â he said, looking up at the suit.
V stared at him for a long moment. âYou know, maybeâŠâ He looked away when Logan tried to meet his eyes, tugging at his sleeves.
âMaybe what?â Logan prompted, bracing himself for what passed for yet another bit of âconstructiveâ criticism.
âMaybe you just need to work on your strength a bit,â he said with a little shrug. âIf you want, I could show you how to modify a couple of the machines in the fitness center toââ
âShow me.â
That was how Logan ended up strapped to the pull-up machine in the teamâs fitness center, the bright automated trainer chirping out his reps into a sweat-proof earpiece. âAnd twenty. Good job! Youâve finished your workoutââ
âAgain!â Logan snapped, tugging at the bar as the platform lowered him to the floor.
âYou have completed your recommended three sets of twenty, Logan,â the interface chirped back. Though its tone never changed, Logan couldnât help but flinch at the sound of his own name. Constructed from heavily modded tech âborrowedâ from Abracadabra, the interface sounded just like the old assignment program back at the distribution center.Â
âI donât care. Again!â He batted at the controls with the end of his left stump but the panel went dark.
âI am unable to comply with your request.â The artificial voice switched over to the main speakers when it ended his session, like it wanted a witness. âPlease try again tomorrow.â
âYouâre better off arguing with the refridgerator, Tin Man,â the Prince chuckled from the corner.
âHow long have you been watching me?â Logan snapped, face warm. While the automated trainer didnât record his strained grunts during his workout, the Prince was the absolute last person heâd want to hear him struggling to do a simple pull-up.
The Prince lifted a barbell packed with 300 pounds on either side. The weight floated up to his chin, before he raised it up above his head and back down to the floor in one perfect, flowing motion.
The weights didnât even clank when they touched the mat.
âLong enough to see you max out your reps,â he said, barely pausing for his own weight routine. âHit the showers or something.â
âIâm not done,â Logan muttered, pushing himself off the platform. Fatigued muscles trembling under the strain, he dropped faster than heâd planned, landing with a pained grunt as his hip grazed the base of the pull up machine.Â
âDonât tell me itâs leg day for you.â
âOh, ha, ha,â Logan muttered, hiding his face until he could control the shameful quiver in his chin. âWith wit like that, itâs little wonder youâre the brains of the team. Oh, no, waitâYouâre not.â
The Prince shrugged and spared him any further conversation, instead loading on another 100 pound plate to each side of his dumbbell. Shaking his head, Logan pulled himself into his chair and moved to the far corner of the fitness room, keeping as many weight machines between him and The Prince as he could.
When heâd found a suitable place, he lowered himself to the floor again, taking it slowly this time. Laying flat on his back with his chair in front of him, he wedged his thighs between the front and back wheels, bracing his lower body for crunches.
It worked well. For a while, at least. To remain steady, Logan had to tighten his abductors with each crunch, pushing against the wheels to keep themâand himselfâfrom rocking with the movement.
He pushed on, the chair straining against its emergency brakes with each rep. Finally, the brake snapped free and the chair flipped back.
âFuck.â Logan pounded his fist and the back of his head against the mat and lay back, eyes closed, as he gathered the strength to push the chair upright. With any luck, the Prince had already finished his strongman routine and left the gym.
Logan was not a lucky man.
âNeed a hand?â
Logan glared up at him from the floor.
âOh, shit, yeahâŠâ He shuffled closer, ears tinged pink as he avoided looking at Loganâs stump. âIâI didnât mean that one. I swear.â He gestured at the overturned wheelchair. âCan I help?â
âIâve got it,â Logan muttered, pushing up and wiggling closer to the chair. He rolled onto his belly then wormed his way into the gap between the back of the chair and the floor. Once heâd gotten most of his body underneath it, he wedged his right hand under his chest and pushed up sharply.
It took two more tries but finally the chair tilted forward and Logan twisted with it, grabbing the strap criss-crossing the back of the chair to steady it before it tipped completely forward.
âDamn,â the Prince murmured.
âYouâre still here?â Logan leaned against the seat back, panting, and in no way ready to either resume his crunches or climb into the chair.
The Prince shifted his weight from side to side, one foot pointed toward the door, the other toward him. Finally, he dropped to the floor and sat about two feet away. Jerking his chin toward the chair, he shrugged. âWhat were you even doing to knock over that beast?â
Logan eyed The Prince and considered ignoring his question. If he really was that nosy, he could just as easily pull up the security footage and that might be worse than simply hearing about it. Sighing, Logan let his eyes fall closed. âI was using it to brace my⊠legs for abdominal crunches. The other machine's not built for me.â
The Prince made a little choked sound in the back of his throat. Not a laugh, butâŠ
Eyes still shut, Logan wiggled back into position and prepared himself for another set. If he could increase his core strength, maybe the one-armed pull-ups would get easier faster.
Loganâs eyes snapped open when he felt movement next to him. The Prince had moved closer, knelt on the floor only about a half-foot away, hands laying open on his lap. His expression was unreadable.
âLay your legs against mine. Iâll brace you,â he said, patting the tops of his thighs and glancing down at where Loganâs legs ended. To the Princeâs credit, the usual mix of pity and disgust flashing over his features didnât last long.
The Prince waited, holding his gaze until, finally, Logan nodded. He moved a little closer, but let Logan be the one to move close enough to touch and set his legs in place. âMay I?â he asked, holding his hands over the tops of Loganâs thighs.
âGoââ Logan cleared his throat, the vulnerability of his position seizing the muscles in his neck. If he'd wanted to, The Prince could pick him up and fling him against the wall and not even break a sweat. âGo ahead,â he finally croaked out. With flat, open hands, The Prince pressed against his legs, holding him in place.
âIâll let go the moment you tell me to,â the Prince said, then fell silent as Logan resumed his crunches.
He loathed to admit it, but focusing on only one set of muscles made the crunches almost enjoyable. Almost. âThis helps,â Logan grunted. âImmensely.â He forced himself up for another two crunches. âThank you.â
âAnytime,â The Prince replied, repeating his own words back at him from last night's skirmish with Hesper.
Logan pushed out the last of the set and lay back, counting down a thirty second rest period. He lifted up again and silently worked through another set. He slowed as he neared the end, muscles screaming in protest. âWhyâŠ" The temptation to ask The Prince about his history with Hesperâand about Reâwas great. He shifted to the next question bubbling in his mind instead. "What are you helping me, anyway? I thought⊠I thought you hated me.â
âI donâtââ The twitch in The Princeâs jaw told Logan he very much did. âWeâre a team,â he shrugged at last. âIf youâre stronger, weâre all stronger. Câmon, Iron Man, that all you got?" Did Logan only imagine a smile behind his eyes? "Gimme three more.â

Passing this on :p
Fic authors self rec! When you get this, reply with your favorite five fics that you've written, then pass on to at least five other writers. Letâs spread the self-love! đ
Ahhhhh thank you so much!!!!!! This is so nice of you to send >:] tysm <3
I'm going to recommend both Elisabeth and Endeavour fics because I've spent a lot of time writing for both!! So let's get to it, in no order of preference:
Feel The Night - Endeavour (TV) - rated T, Morse x Jakes, vampire AU, Victorian setting, mystery/romance, ballroom dancing, neck biting, strangers to lovers, 5 chapters / 23.5k
This is secretly a TdV / Endeavour fusion (from before my full-blown euromusical era hehehehehe). I think it's some of the best work on setting and mood that I've done - like I did a bunch of research and actually put that to the page ajdjjjg. Really proud of it even 3 years down the line!!
Flights of Angels - Elisabeth - rated M (references sex), Rudolf x Tod, post-canon, angst with a happy ending, character growth, historical references and commentary, 12 chapters / 20k
My todolf divorce fanfic xD Exploring the deep implications of the common trope of human-to-Todesengel; Tod backstory and worldbuilding, esp referencing the human-metaphor dichotomy inherent in Måté's portrayal; character growth and character development for Rudolf. Yeah I wax poetic but this is actually mostly an exploration of how Måté!Tod and Lukas!Rudolf (because they are very specific portrayals!!!!) could make a long-term relationship work. There are Implications to it. Also, Mizzi Kaspar appears!!!
Vögelein - Elisabeth - rated M (but one chapter might as well be E), Rudolf x Tod, lesbian todolf, 5+1, historical commentary and references, 6 chapters / 7.2k
Lesbian todolf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's literally just "what if Rudolf was born a girl" (and Stéphanie a boy) and goes from there - ie. we end up in the Belgian court which comes with extremely unfortunate implications in the late 19th century. Also Tod is a woman (hehe lyrics reference) because I don't stand for heterosexuality sorry AHSHFHGH. Rudolf also keeps all his (= her) unsavoury historical womanizing because it's so integral to the character, in my opinion. I'm really proud of this >:]
Soft Like Summer Rain - Endeavour - rated M (but one chapter might as well be E), Morse x Jakes / Jakes x Hope / Morse x Jakes x Hope, mutual pining, 21 chapters / 51.6k
My longest fic to date!! I wrote it when I was 18 fun fact: largely in class too xD so some parts I can't bear to reread because I'm afraid I'll find lots of melodrama ahdjg, but it's one of a kind and I'm so proud of what it represents!! Plot: what if Morse visited Jakes over the summer after S3 and things kinda went from there. I can't believe Jakes asking him to come to the US with him actually became canon in S9, 4 years after this fic was published,, half-convinced Russ Lewis reads my fanfic...
Midnight Man - Elisabeth - rated E, Rudolf x Tod, modern AU, yeah um it's a one-shot that's rated E and only 2k words long you can do the math about what happens in it...
My first todolf fanfic xD Lawyer Rudolf. There's an entire unpublished modern AU universe based on this but it's more fun to think about than it necessarily is to write out, especially since the fun parts are just Tod forcibly inserting himself into Rudolf's life as common-law boyfriend/roommate (depression metaphor!!1) and getting up to shenanigans. I don't really have interesting things to say re: it being a modern AU, which makes it harder to write. I've worked on a ballet AU behind the scenes for like 2 years adjhfjjg which is a modern AU that takes the metaphors a lot further... but I haven't managed to write it because I'm not entirely sure how I'll approach it, especially the Tod characterisation in that. But I've done so much research that hopefully I will write something in that universe eventually...
Thank you again for sending this, it was so much fun to look back on what I've written!! >:]
#writing#fanfiction#my writing#musicals#theatre#not putting this in the main tags ajdjf#oh i recently changed my ao3 username to avoid Too Much Congruence between suspicious stuff and serious stuff (ie. smutfic and video essay)#but it's still the same person xD

Exploring S.T.E.M
By Dale V. Aldea (Grade 11-Perfection)
As a senior high school student, you've probably heard the term "STEM" being talked around countless times. Maybe you have heard that this strand is for students who wants to be a Doctor, an Engineer, even a Software Genius! But what exactly is STEM? Is it just more than just a senior high school strand? In this blog, we'll dive into the fascinating world of the STEM strand.
S.T.E.M and its origins

STEM is one of many strands you can take up in Senior High School. It stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The S.T.E.M acronym was first introduced in 2001 by a a group of scientific administrators at the U.S. National Science Foundation (Hallinen, 2023). The organization previously used the acronym SMET when referring to the career fields in those disciplines or a curriculum that integrated knowledge and skills from those fields but was later changed to STEM and since then, STEM-focused curriculum has been extended to many countries like the United States, Australia, China, France, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and was later introduced here in the Philippines by the K-12 program.
Decoding the Acronym

S.T.E.M - SCIENCE Science is all about understanding the natural world, from the smallest particles to the vastness of the space. It involves asking questions, making hypotheses, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to discover the basic principles that govern the universe. If you aim to take science related courses or medicine in college, well you're in luck because this strand offers primary education for the said courses.

S.T.E.M - TECHNOLOGY
Technology is everything from smartphones and laptops to life-saving medical devices and cutting-edge space exploration equipment. It's the practical application of scientific knowledge to create tools, systems, and solutions that make our lives more efficient, convenient, and safe. If you're interested in software development, computer engineering, or even app designs in college, this strand is for you.

S.T.E.M - ENGINEERING
Engineering is the art of using scientific and technical knowledge and using it to design and make solutions. From bridges and skyscrapers to renewable energy systems and electric cars, engineers turn ideas into real, functional realities. The field of engineering is big, with specialties like civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and aerospace engineering, to name just a few. Well in this strand you can learn the basics of those courses to prepare yourselves in college.

S.T.E.M - MATHEMATICS
Mathematics serves as the language of STEM. It is the foundation upon which all the other subjects are based. Our high school math classes help us develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and logical reasoning qualities that are highly sought after in any profession. Whether you are planning on taking a career directly related to mathematics or use it as a tool to excel in another S.T.E.M field, its importance cannot be overstated.
Is STEM important?

The S.T.E.M strand in senior high school very important for students like me. The strand prepares students who are planning on taking on courses that are related to science, technology things, engineering, architecture and many more. The strand also focuses on enhancing the students problem-solving skills, critical thinking and creativity. This is a big help, giving us students a big boost in knowledge in the fields of science and math for college.
So keep this in mind, STEM isn't just a some random acronym made for Senior High School, it is a gateway of understanding the world around us. The strand equips students with knowledge and curiosity for the fields in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, creating a path for a bright future. STEM is more than just a strand, it is a journey of discovery and learning to limitless possibilities.

Anastasios OfthalmĂłs
Name: Anastasios OfthalmĂłs Age: 14 Height: 5'4" Weight: 135 lbs Birthday: March 3rd Orientation: Graysexual Scars/Piercings/Tattoos: Two piercings in the lobes of both ears and a henna tattoo on his arm in the shape of the House OfthalmĂłs crest that is regularly renewed Trainer Class: Psychic
Appearance: A young teen with androgynous features. He may look feminine at first glance, but a second look will reveal some masculine features (i.e. Adam's apple, hip structure, etc.) He has the famous characteristics of his lineage- olive brown skin, golden hair, and golden eyes, and while he may look rather scrawny, he has the musculature of someone who's trained in self-defense their whole life, so he's not weak by any means. He can be seen wearing anything from the kind of casual traveler clothes a young noble boy might wear to elaborate decorative robes if the occasion suits it.
Defining Features: Anastasios' most notable features are the characteristics of his bloodline- olive-brown skin, golden hair, and cat-like golden eyes that seem to glow. House OfthalmĂłs also has slightly pointed ears (more similar to what you'd expect on a demon or a vampire rather than long like an elf) which Anastasios has inherited as well.
Personality: Anastasios is a very upright and protective person. He'll do whatever it takes to protect the other members of House OfthalmĂłs as he sees them as reliant on him since he'll be the next patriarch. He pressures himself to make the best decisions possible for the happiness of the family and wants to do what he can to make the house a less caste-like environment. Outside of his role as young patriarch, however, he can be very cocky and condescending. He's known for having the kind of tongue that can be both as smooth as silver or as dangerous as thorns depending on the situation, and he's never the one to throw the first punch (but he is always the last.) Despite this, he does have a semblance of a normal teenage boy beneath his maturity and confidence, but he's only willing to show that to the people he feels close enough to open up to.
Backstory:
Anastasios was born the grandson to House OfthalmĂłs Patriarch. As soon as he was born, he was identified by the family god to be the reincarnation of their progenitor. This was later proven as, even for the OfthalmĂłs who learn quickly, he immediately knew his letters, numbers, how to read, and basic math. THe memories, however, didn't come until later, and he didn't realize what Celia calling him 'Esaias' meant until the old memories started to integrate themselves. Sometimes he'd find himself looking for someone who wasn't there or responding in a barbed manner that he hadn't meant to say. He eventually realized that this was because of memories that he hadn't obtained in this life, and he spent a great deal of time trying to separate 'Anastasios' from 'Esaias'. His memory finally started to stabilize when he reached 12, and he finally managed to figure out who he wanted 'Anastasios' to be. And that wasn't Esaias. The Esaias of his memories was a toxic, broken man who couldn't even properly care for the people he loved. Anastasios wanted to be more than that, and he rejected his identity as Esaias in order to do so, even going so far as to get angry and reject Celia when she would call him by his old name. He began taking on work from his grandfather as is became more clear that he would likely be the new patriarch, and by the age of 14, he was performing many of the duties and even had authority to act as the Patriarch's proxy. However, as he prefers to do many things that he could delegate himself, he wound up being the one to investigate the disappearance of one of his distant cousins, Calypso, which is when he met Hikaze, the reincarnation of Esaias' best friend and work partner, Kazuya.
Abilities:
Sight: Anastasios can See what the House calls 'The Ultra-Reality', the true nature of all things, and can interpret it far better than his predecessor due to cognitive training. He can detect health problems, understand intent, and even interpret emotions through the Ultra-Reality, amongst many other things.
Prophetic Dreams: Anastasios can see the Past, Present, and Future when he sleeps, however what he sees is usually determined by his surroundings and visions of the Past and Present are usually of âsecretsâ of the darker variety. Dreams of the Future are often cryptic and more symbolic than literal in nature, and thus require research upon waking.
Weapon Proficiency: Anastasios is trained to handle a variety of weapons from daggers to pole-arms to swords. His preference is for daggers, but he can get by with just about anything. While his Sight can supplement some ability, he would still lose in a fight with someone who makes fighting their livelihood, however.
Self-Defense: Anastasios is proficient in self-defense techniques and excels in hand-to-hand combat. His methods attack the vitals directly and, due to his smaller stature, focus more on using the enemy's momentum against them rather than brute strength.

Epilogue
Wazzup Kuya(?) Kagan!
How you been? It feels weird calling you a kuya since youâre technically me, but at this point, Iâve gotten used to the numerous younger scholars calling me kuya anyways.
In case you forgot who the hell you were, hi! Iâm Grade 12 Kagan. I am writing this letter the day after I took the ACET and two days after we clinched the 2nd seed in the basketball Intramurals. Both situations sucked. You probably already received a letter failing the ACET because I tanked the exam by not reviewing any math concepts at all (sorry for setting you up like that), and we blew a 20-pt lead against the black team because their star player is just that dude. Nonetheless, the experience is what counts for me.
Iâm still on that writing and reading grind, and I hope you are still on it too. Well, I cooled off a bit because Pisay is asking for way too much, but it is what it is. Iâm using this Ugnayan break to work on getting on track with my hobbies and accomplishing bucket list items, and hopefully that bucket list on your end is filled with check marks.
With that being said, thereâs three quarters left to go, and I could not be more terrified. The ACET situation was really a wake up call for me to go full force on my college applications. It was actually a relatively easy exam, except there were strict time crunches and I didnât review. This isnât even mentioning the lack of an exam for UP admissions, which are going to be reliant on grades. I really hope you are in UPD Psych right now, because thatâs currently my dream future scenario and I cannot handle the question marks floating in the air. Lastly, I donât know whatâs next on the curriculum. Heavy requirements are fast approaching (Research defense, Fili research, Bio case study, etc.), and while Iâm not even close to being burnt out right now, I donât want that fuse gone by December. Hopefully, I can make it last.
Well, if youâre reading this, you probably survived the curveballs Pisay and college apps were throwing at you. Youâre about to enter university! Isnât that great? It probably isnât at the moment, but Iâm so excited for the opportunities that will come your way. Professors featured often on ABS-CBN, new classes, and perhaps even beautiful women are around the corner. Embrace the moment, but donât disregard the future. Keep the ones who were with you from the start by your side and perhaps integrate some new ones down the line. Itâs a battle of networking there, Iâve heard. Lastly, get a fucking girlfriend for once. Stop making academics your excuse to mask your true feelings.
Well, thatâs it. Iâm done talking. Iâm not going to ask you any questions this time since I would much rather find out the answers on my own, but please do write back once you get word of your college results. Thanks for everything. Soar high, king!
Sincerely yours,
Kagan

I love the fact that even the people the system is supposedly for - the academics, the ultra-studious, the researchers - also suffer in the end.
I was at one point the highest attaining student in my entire high school. I took 12 GCSEs (you only technically need about 4 most people take 8 or 9), and by the end, learned almost every subject basically cover-to-cover, so much so that I had many a lesson where I just did my own thing because they had nothing left to teach me.
I learned a lot from that. Yes the content of the courses, but moreso life-lessons.
1 - The system is 'designed' for nobody. Those who lag behind, fall behind, are left behind. Those who push ahead, are literally stopped from doing so.
Don't believe me? Here's an example:
I've always been interested in maths. I love complicated mathematical concepts. I love the beauty that emerges from such simple rules. So it follows that I spent basically my entire school career waiting for the curriculum to catch up with what I found exciting. I remember being thrilled at the end of primary school that we were "finally" doing a bit of algebra.
But yet again, by year 11, at the tail end of the GCSE course, I was done. I mean this with full honesty when I say I could get full marks on GCSE maths papers in my fucking sleep. I did it. I finished the course. There was genuinely nothing more to do.
So my teacher let me study higher level stuff. At that time I was planning to do A-level maths so I started working my way through that. Differentials, integrals, complex trigonometry, interesting stuff to my little school brain.
One day the head of maths, accompanied by some sort of important school governor person, walks in and sees me doing differentiation. Flash forward a week, banned. I was banned from STUDYING. MATHS. IN A MATHS CLASS. I was required to do GCSE level work, even though there wasn't any left.
Thankfully, my teacher was like 'wtf no' and sneakily gave me more interesting stuff to do, but that taught me something. The system is genuinely not built to handle exceptional students. It's not built to push people, to challenge them where they are LITERALLY ASKING TO BE CHALLENGED. Nope, it's all standardised. Your passions? Standardised. Your hopes? Not according to data in a spreadsheet. Your life? Don't even think about it.
And that's not me being hyperbolic or edgy. I was not living.
2 - making school your life is fucking. Dreadful.
But it's all I'd ever known. I was always a goodie-two-shoes-teachers-pet-whatever (and kind of still am ngl). But that attitude did such serious damage to me in the long run. It drove me away from others my age, away from socialising, away from dumb fun. I was a serious person who took everything seriously 100% of the time. And so, those were my friends too. The people who's entire life was based on huge ambitions, and numbers on a page at the end of an exam season.
You wanna know how many times I hung out with my high-school friends, outside of school? You wanna take a guess?
0. Zero times. I basically only had a social life at all after one of my not-school friends forced me to download snapchat lmao
Sometimes I feel like I barely had a teenage-hood. I was so strict, so laser-focused that I maybe lost sight of what the fuck I was doing it all for in the first place?
3 - You will work yourself to death for numbers on a page. It will not feel good at the end.
I don't even think I need to explain this one.
Our exam season was split into two halves, with a week's break in the middle. It's supposed to be a break. It's also supposed to be a chance to study, revise, and get ready for the last, grueling weeks of exams.
Given the fact that 'break' and 'study' are kiiind of contradictory, you can probably guess that I actually did neither of those. I just crashed. Fell into a slump and crashed.
And yeah, sure, I picked myself up by my bootstraps and got right back to work at the end of that week. But I don't really consider the stress of failure beating the stress of exhaustion as a huge win if I'm honest.
So, where does that leave us?
Right now, tired. Tired as fuck. I look back on a decade-long life of schooling and education and I don't know who I really am or wanna be.
I bought into the system so hard. I threw myself in and literally came out on top. And I don't even know if it was worth it lmao.
To be fair, there are other things at play. Probably an anxiety disorder, depressive tendencies, and being a young trans girl in an "all-boys" high school is not exactly a recipe for a healthy young person lol
But I can't help but think if it had just been a little less strict, a little less enabling of all those fears and anxieties, a little less focused on achievement over experience, I might have a little bit of better relationshio with myself.
But, oh well. What's a girl to do but build a life for herself. I'll get there. One day at a time. And when I look back on myself as I am today, hopefully, I'll be proud as fuck of the girl who worked her ass off for herself.
A Twitter Thread from David Bowles:
[Text transcript at the end of the screenshots]

I'll let you in on a secret. I have a doctorate in education, but the fieldâs basically just a 100 years old. We donât really know what weâre doing. Our scholarly understanding of how learning happens is like astronomy 2000 years ago.
Most classroom practice is astrology.
Before the late 19th century, no human society had ever attempted to formally educate the entire populace. It was either aristocracy, meritocracy, or a blend. And always male.
Weâre still smack-dab in the middle of the largest experiment on children ever done.
Most teachers perpetuate the âbankingâ model (Freire) used on them by their teachers, who likewise inherited it from theirs, etc.
Thus the elite âLyceumâ style of instruction continues even though itâs ineffectual with most kids.
Whatâs worse, the key strategies weâve discovered, driven by cognitive science & child psychology, are quite regularly dismissed by pencil-pushing, test-driven administrators. Much like Trump ignores science, the majority of principals & superintendents Iâve known flout research.
Some definitions:
Banking model --> kids are like piggy banks: empty till you fill them with knowledge that you're the expert in.
Lyceum --> originally Aristotle's school, where the sons of land-owning citizens learned through lectures and research.
Things we (scholars) DO know:
-Homework doesn't really help, especially younger kids.
-Students don't learn a thing from testing. Most teachers don't either (it's supposed to help them tweak instruction, but that rarely happens).
-Spending too much time on weak subjects HURTS.
Do you want kids to learn? Here's something we've discovered: kids learn things that matter to them, either because the knowledge and skills are "cool," or because .... they give the kids tools to liberate themselves and their communities.
Maintaining the status quo? Nope.
Kids are acutely aware of injustice and by nature rebellious against the systems of authority that keep autonomy away from them.
If you're perpetuating those systems, teachers, you've already freaking lost.
They won't be learning much from you. Except what not to become. Sure, you can wear them down. That's what happened to most of you, isn't it? You saw the hideous flaw in the world and wanted to heal it. But year after numbing year, they made you learn their dogma by rote.
And now many of you are breaking the souls of children, too.
For what?
It's all smoke and mirrors. All the carefully crafted objectives, units and exams.
WE. DON'T. KNOW. HOW. PEOPLE. LEARN.
We barely understand the physical mechanisms behind MEMORY. But we DO know kids aren't empty piggy banks. They are BRIMMING with thought.
The last and most disgusting reality? The thing I hear in classroom after freaking classroom?
Education is all about capitalism.
"You need to learn these skills to get a good job." To be a good laborer. To help the wealthy generate more wealth, while you get scraps.
THAT is why modern education is a failure.
Its basic premise is monstrous.
"Why should I learn to read, Dr. Bowles?"
Because reading is magical. It makes life worth living. And being able to read, you can decode the strategies of your oppressors & stop them w/ their own words.

NDA Written + SSB: How to Balance Your Preparation Effectively
Preparing for the NDA (National Defence Academy) examination is one of the most ambitious goals for young aspirants who dream of serving the nation as officers in the Indian Armed Forces. However, the challenge does not end with clearing the NDA written exam â the SSB interview, which follows, is equally crucial and requires dedicated and strategic preparation.
For aspirants aiming for success in both the NDA written exam and the SSB interview, striking the right balance between the two is essential. While both stages test different skills, preparing for them in harmony ensures youâre not just exam-ready, but officer-ready.
In this blog by Centurion Defence Academy â Indiaâs best NDA coaching institute â weâll discuss a comprehensive roadmap to help you balance NDA Written + SSB preparation effectively, boosting your chances of success in the first attempt.
Understanding the Two-Stage Process
Before we dive into the strategies, itâs important to understand the key differences between the NDA Written Exam and the SSB Interview.
1. NDA Written Exam
Conducted by: UPSC
Mode: Offline (pen and paper)
Subjects: Mathematics (300 marks) and GAT â General Ability Test (600 marks)
Duration: 2.5 hours for each paper
Focus Areas: Academic knowledge, problem-solving skills, English, current affairs, science, history, geography, and general mental ability.
2. SSB Interview
Duration: 5 Days
Conducted by: Services Selection Board
Stages:
Screening (Day 1)
Psychological Tests (Day 2)
GTO Tasks (Days 3-4)
Personal Interview
Conference (Day 5)
Focus Areas: Personality, leadership qualities, officer-like qualities (OLQs), psychology, communication, team spirit, confidence, problem-solving.
Key Takeaway: The NDA Written exam tests academic and mental aptitude, while the SSB evaluates your personality, attitude, and leadership potential.
Why Balancing Both is Important
Many aspirants make the mistake of focusing entirely on either the written exam or the SSB. However, this imbalance can cost you the final selection.
If you crack the written exam but are unprepared for SSB, you lose the opportunity.
If you focus only on SSB and fail the written exam, you donât even get to the interview.
Hence, a balanced preparation strategy increases your chances of securing a final recommendation.
Phase-wise Balanced Preparation Strategy
Phase 1: Foundation Stage (8â12 Months Before Exam)
Focus Areas:
Strengthen your core academics â especially Mathematics and GAT.
Build general awareness and current affairs knowledge.
Start developing communication skills and basic personality grooming.
Action Plan:
Daily Study Routine: Dedicate 3â4 hours to written subjects (Maths, English, Science, GK).
SSB Foundation: Read newspapers, speak in English, join group discussions.
Join an Integrated Program: Enroll in a coaching institute like Centurion Defence Academy, where written + SSB training is provided together.
Psychological Preparation: Begin self-awareness exercises, writing stories (like TAT), and observing your behavior patterns.
Phase 2: Intermediate Stage (5â7 Months Before Exam)
Focus Areas:
Master written exam syllabus and mock test practice.
Begin structured preparation for SSB.
Attend mentorship programs and work on OLQs.
Action Plan:
Test Series & Revision: Take weekly mock tests for NDA Maths and GAT.
SSB Preparation Classes: Attend SSB training sessions regularly. Work on WAT, TAT, SRTs.
Join GTO Practice Sessions: Centurionâs SSB ground training helps you get real-time exposure to GTO tasks.
Develop Confidence: Practice public speaking, narrating stories, and giving PPDT explanations in groups.
Phase 3: Final Stage (1â3 Months Before Exam)
Focus Areas:
Intensive revision and exam strategy for NDA written.
Simultaneous readiness for immediate SSB call after results.
Action Plan:
Revision Plan: Solve previous year papers, improve time management, focus on weak areas.
Interview Prep: Work on your PIQ form details, background knowledge, and mock interviews.
Mental Conditioning: Practice meditation, physical fitness, and time-bound psychological tests.
Centurionâs NDA Mock Interview Panel: Take real interview simulations to boost confidence.
Daily Time Management Plan (Sample)
6:00 AM â 7:00 AM Engage in physical training and fitness exercises to improve stamina, discipline, and endurance.
7:00 AM â 8:00 AM Have a healthy breakfast and read the newspaper to stay updated on current affairs and improve reading habits.
8:00 AM â 11:00 AM Focus on NDA written exam subjects such as Mathematics, English, and General Knowledge.
11:00 AM â 12:00 PM Practice SSB psychology tests including WAT (Word Association Test), TAT (Thematic Apperception Test), PPDT (Picture Perception and Discussion Test), and SRT (Situation Reaction Test).
12:00 PM â 1:00 PM Take a lunch break and rest to refresh your mind and body.
1:00 PM â 3:00 PM Revise important topics and attempt mock tests to build speed and accuracy for the written exam.
3:00 PM â 4:00 PM Participate in personality development activities like group discussions, lecturette practice, and public speaking.
4:00 PM â 6:00 PM Perform GTO (Group Testing Officer) tasks or engage in outdoor team-based physical activities.
6:00 PM â 7:00 PM Review the dayâs progress, self-assess, and take feedback from mentors to improve.
After 7:00 PM Do light reading or relaxing activities, have dinner, and sleep early to ensure proper rest and mental recovery.
Tips for Maintaining Balance in Preparation
1. Avoid Over-Specialization
Donât focus solely on the written exam or SSB. Both are equally important. Keep a parallel focus.
2. Know Your Strengths and Weaknesses
Identify where you lag â whether itâs written skills or personality traits. Work smartly to improve them.
3. Take Guidance from Experts
Enroll in a comprehensive coaching program like Centurion Defence Academy, where expert mentors provide both written and SSB guidance under one roof.
4. Donât Wait for Results to Start SSB Prep
Begin your SSB preparation along with your NDA written exam. Donât wait till you clear the written test â thatâs too late.
5. Stay Consistent
Balanced preparation isnât about doing everything in one day. Itâs about consistency over weeks and months.

Lavanya! Lavanya! Hey, this girl sitting by the window with roll number 38!
Lavanya Adhikari stood up, slightly startled by the teacher's scolding. She suddenly came to a shock from the familiar environment outside to this unfamiliar environment inside.
â Why are you looking outside? Why are you not interested in class? I have been watching you for a long time. It has been like this since the beginning. I am explaining the math of such a complex derivative and you are looking outside effortlessly? You are not bad at courage!
She stood with her face down with mischievous eyes. She really did not hear anything. She did not know anything about all the things that happened in the class. Her mind was on a small bird's nest on a branch of a fire-colored palash tree near the window, touched by spring. How carefully the mother bird was putting insects into the mouths of the little chirping chicks. The red part of the little bird's face shows how immature, how young they are.
â What? The words still don't reach your ears, right? You're still thinking about outside things effortlessly? You haven't learned to respect a teacher, such a big girl! You are in this situation today due to lack of education. Why are you standing silently? Tell me, and did you bring the homework I gave you?
Labanya silently shook her head from side to side.
â That's exactly what can be expected from you. You're a hopeless girl! Why all these samples come to this science department doesn't cross my mind.
Labanya tried to look at the teacher's face once. She had lost the courage to do this, but the teacher spoke her mind right away. Really, none of this periodic table, integration, parabola, hyperbola, thermodynamics, genetics, these things don't cross her mind. Lavanya's parents have forced her to join the science stream. They think that maybe by mixing with some good kids, she will also become interested in studies!
But this creates a big dilemma in Lavanya's mind. Don't good students study in the arts department, or in commerce?
Although this question arises in Lavanya's mind again and again, will she find a fruitful solution to this thought in arts and commerce? Because she really doesn't like studying. No matter which department she studies in!
Her thoughts are interrupted by the teacher's scolding...
â Shit, shit, shit! The shameless girl is still standing. I told her to leave 2-3 times. You are wasting my time unnecessarily. Get out of the class today, I will take you to the principal's room right away. I have heard complaints from other sirs and ma'ams about you, the other-mindedness will go away then...
Again, silently and very silently, Lavanya leaves the classroom. A world where her thoughts are not respected is not for her.
Some of the class looks at her with kind faces. The girl is very friendly; if only she could concentrate on her traditional studies a little... Oh my!
10 years later
â Hey, hey Lavanya, are you here? Are you on a dinner date with someone?
A smile appeared on the lips of the 10-12 young women in front.
Seeing Lavanya's bow, the others controlled themselves.
â Hey, no, no, what are you saying! First tell me, are you okay?
â Yes, yes, we are very good, tell me how you are?
â I am fine too.
â What are you doing now?
â Nothing like that; tell me about you!
â Are we still in this city? I have now become a software developer in a company in Salt Lake. And that Vidhan, you remember, his brother is a big deal, now he works as an intern doctor in PG Hospital. And that Pratsha who used to sit next to you, do you remember? He has recently opened his own law firm in addition to practicing in the District Court. And our Nikita Rani is a different matter. You know, she was studying electrical engineering! Now she has got a chance in the electricity department. And you don't know them, so what can I tell you about them! Although Rishi, Ankit, Rangana, Debarati, they are all now sitting in positions like CEO, manager, PA, junior assistant in big companies. Even if you hear the names of all those companies, you won't be able to recognize them.
A hint of a smile appears on Labanya's lips.
â You are here today... you mean?
â Yes, what else did you leave school and you are nowhere to be found. But our friendship is still there, so we planned a meetup today. The food has not arrived yet, when we ordered it. So I was sitting here chatting and then I met you.
Didn't you tell me, what are you doing now? Also, tell me what you are doing in this high-profile cafe!
Some of the rest of the members of her group looked at Dishari's question, some turned their faces away.
â No, nothing like that...
Just then, the cafe manager's announcement was heard...
â Today, on this special evening, one of the most prominent writers of today, Lavanya Adhikari, is present among us. Today, on this special occasion, I will request her to give a speech. Although I know she has a meeting with a big and famous publisher on the second floor of our cafe, but still I will ask for a little of her precious time... Please, Lavanya Madam, come to this stage and bless it.
Amidst the loud applause and noise all around, Labanya moves forward with the cover of her own personality. Ten-twelve surprised looks remain behind, whose question-filled gazes are overshadowed by the self-earned fame and reputation of renowned writer Labanya Adhikari!!!

Best Coaching Center in shahdara, Delhi: How to Choose the Right One for Academic and Competitive Success
Delhi has long been recognized as an educational hotspot in India. From top schools and universities to countless coaching institutes, the city offers something for every studentâwhether you're aiming for high board scores or preparing for entrance exams like NEET, JEE, or CUET.
But with so many options available, how do you know which is the best coaching center in shahdara, Delhi for you?
This blog helps you figure that out by breaking down what truly matters when choosing a coaching instituteâand introduces a center that quietly checks all the right boxes for students from Class 9 to 12, across Arts, Commerce, and Science streams.
Why Delhi Attracts Students for Coaching
Over the years, Delhi has emerged as a central hub for academic coaching because of:
Experienced faculty and well-established institutions
Access to resources, libraries, and peer networks
Specialized preparation for board exams and competitive entrances
A strong culture of academic discipline and results
Whether you're a high school student or preparing for national-level exams, Delhi offers options that suit every learning style and goal.
What to Look for in a Coaching Center
Before choosing a coaching center, consider the following:
1. Experienced Faculty
The quality of teachers matters more than fancy infrastructure. Look for centers that prioritize strong academic delivery across subjects.
2. Structured Curriculum
Whether you're in Class 9 or preparing for CUET, the syllabus should be covered systematically with enough time for revision and mock tests.
3. Balanced Batch Size
Smaller batches ensure more interaction, doubt-clearing sessions, and better personal attention.
4. Integrated Preparation
Some centers help students balance school syllabus with entrance exam prep (like JEE, NEET, CUET), making it easier to manage time and energy.
5. Accessible Resources
A good coaching center will offer more than just classesâlike doubt counters, practice papers, a quiet space to study (like a library), and peer support.
A Well-Rounded Option: Kaksha Library and Classes
Among the many institutes in Delhi, one space that has gained quiet appreciation among students and parents is Kaksha Library and Classes.
This institute doesnât just cater to toppers or high-rankersâit creates space for every learner, with dedicated classes for:
Class 9 & 10 (foundation building across all subjects)
Class 11 & 12 â in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams
Preparation for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and CUET
What makes it stand out is the blended approach: academic coaching + library access + mentorship. This helps students stay focused, whether theyâre trying to boost their board exam scores or aiming for national-level entrances.
Offline or Online: What Works Best in 2025?
Post-pandemic, many coaching centers have moved to online or hybrid formats. While flexibility is great, not everyone thrives in virtual classrooms. For most school students, in-person learningâcombined with access to self-study environments like librariesâcan be more effective.
Kaksha Library and Classes offers a physical classroom experience, with the added benefit of a well-maintained study library, giving students the best of both worlds.
FAQs: Best Coaching Centers in shahdara, Delhi
Q: Can one institute handle both board exams and competitive exam prep? Yes, if the coaching is structured properly. Look for centers that offer integrated preparation with timelines aligned to school exams and entrance tests.
Q: Is it worth joining coaching in Class 9 or 10? Starting early builds a strong foundation, especially in Maths and Science. It also helps students develop consistent study habits.
Q: Which stream does Kaksha cater to? They offer subject-wise support for all three streamsâArts, Commerce, and Scienceâfrom Class 11 onwards, plus full board exam and entrance prep.
Final Thoughts
Finding the best coaching center in shahdara, Delhi isnât about picking the most famous nameâitâs about choosing a place where you can grow, stay motivated, and receive the support you need.
Whether youâre in Class 9, beginning your journey, or in Class 12 preparing for a critical entrance exam, make sure the institute you choose aligns with your goals, learning style, and pace.
