There's a one hundred and four days of summer vacation and school comes along just to end it So the annual problem for our generation is finding a good way to spend it...like maybe...!!
Building a rocket or fighting a mummy or climbing the eiffel tower Discovering something that doesn't exist (hey!) or giving a monkey a shower Surfing tidal waves creating nanobots or locating Frankenstein's brain (it's over here!) Finding a dodo bird painting a continent or driving their sister insane (Phineas!) As you can see there's a whole lot of stuff to do before school starts this fall (come on, perry!) So stick with us 'cause Phineas and Ferb are gonna do it all Just stick with us 'cause Phineas and Ferb are gonna do it all (Mom, Phineas and Ferb are doing a title sequence!!)

It's been awhile since I posted the delightful "Hen na Hotel Tokyo Nishi-Kasai" Japan, that is staffed by robotic dinosaurs. The front desk.

Receptionist/hostess.

The rooms don't have keys. He assists guests with the system.

Have to say that I prefer the dinosaurs to the creepy humanoids.

Number 2 (1984) by Eiichiro Morinaga, Japan. Number 2 competed in the "1984 5th All Japan Micromouse Competition. … Unfortunately, he had to retire. The design was based on an octagon. This is the mouse that I put all my effort into when I was in college. … The CPU is a Z8000, using wire-wrap. When you turn on the power, the two LEDs in the centre light up like the beat of the heart. … The motor is a stepper motor I found at a junk shop. The motor alone weighed about 600g." – Eiichiro Morinaga.

Ten years ago, Japanese animator Takahide Hori single-handedly created Junk Head, a crazy post-apocalyptic world where humans and mutant mulligans fight for survival. Back then, it was a short film shot at home, with plasticine, mouth noises and a camera in the basement. Today, it's already an iconic saga.
Now Hori is back with a prequel. The new film is called "Junk World" and is released in Japanese theaters on June 13. The events take place a thousand years before the original, and at the center is a robot named Robin, who viewers may remember as Parton.
Something strange is happening underground. A group of humans led by Captain Tris and a team of mulligans led by a Dante clone travel to the town of Carpbar to find out what's going on.
The project is once again completely independent, having raised over $180,000 in crowdfunding. As before, Hori is the director, artist, animator, editor, sound designer, and even voice actor. All by himself. Almost by hand.
It's a rare case of one person creating an entire universe - and every frame of it.
