Peak BioBoost: A Gentle Boost for Digestive Wellbeing
I've been using Peak BioBoost for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with the results. As someone who's always struggled with occasional constipation and bloating, I was looking for a natural solution to improve my gut health. Peak BioBoost seemed like a good option, and I'm glad I decided to give it a try.
Easy to Take and Unobtrusive
One of the things I love most about Peak BioBoost is how easy it is to take. It's a flavourless powder that dissolves easily in water or any beverage. I usually mix a scoop into my morning coffee, and I don't even taste it. This makes it a breeze to incorporate into my daily routine, unlike some supplements that can be bulky or unpleasant to swallow.
Effective Relief from Digestive Discomfort
Since taking Peak BioBoost, I've noticed a significant improvement in my digestion. I've become more regular, and the bloating I used to experience has become a much rarer occurrence. This has made a big difference in my overall comfort and wellbeing. I feel lighter and more energised throughout the day.
Gentle on the Gut
Unlike harsh laxatives or cleanses, Peak BioBoost works gently and consistently. It contains a blend of prebiotic fibres that help to nourish the good bacteria in your gut, promoting a healthy digestive balance. This long-term approach feels much better than a quick fix, and I'm confident that it's contributing to my overall gut health.
Overall, a Great Choice for Digestive Support
If you're looking for a natural way to improve your digestion and gut health, I highly recommend Peak BioBoost. It's easy to take, effective, and gentle on your system. It's made a positive difference for me, and I believe it could do the same for you

The best time of day to drink tea is during morning tea, afternoon tea, and evening tea.
The best time of day to drink tea varies from person to person, as everyone's physical condition and daily habits are different. However, in general, the following three time periods can be considered for drinking tea:
The first cup is morning tea.
It is recommended to drink it between 8:30 and 9:30 am after breakfast (with light tea as the main choice).
Brew 3 grams of tea with 200 milliliters of boiling water. It can help refresh your mind, detoxify your body, and fight fatigue, allowing you to face the day's work with a full spirit.
The second cup is afternoon tea.
It is best to drink it between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.
Brew 4 grams of tea with 180 milliliters of boiling water. It has a certain benefit for lowering blood lipids and protecting blood vessels. When drinking, it is recommended to sip it slowly, rather than drinking it all at once.
The third cup is evening tea.
It is recommended to drink it between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.
Avoid brewing the tea too strong. Brew 2 grams of tea with 150 milliliters of boiling water. It can help lower blood lipids and aid digestion. It should be emphasized that drinking tea after 9:00 pm is not recommended, as it may affect the quality of sleep.

things that make me feel clean and refresh⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🫧
♡ ofc nothing makes me feel super refreshed like a shower. i've talked about this in my other posts but showering is like a reset button and you will always feel better after taking one
♡ using baby powder, especially in the hotter months
ok i am in LOVE with the way baby powder smells and i've been obsessed with using it this summer. it rly helps during the hotter months when u sweat and i highly recommend…💬🎀
♡ a tall glass of water with LOTS of ice (bonus points if u add a lemon wedge)
♡ scents with notes of coconut, baby powder, vanilla, and white floral
♡ a cold sheet mask
i say a cold sheet mask because when the sheet mask is room temperature, its still refreshing but if u leave it in the fridge for a couple of minutes before u put it on it makes a WORLD of a difference i swear…💬🎀
♡ getting off of my phone and doing literally ANYTHING else

id: two digital drawings of a humanoid character and an old, beige desktop computer on a solid, black background. the humanoid creature has a sort of spiky ball of light for a head and its body is covered in wings-they’re on its ankles and arms, as well as two pairs on its back. floating around its head there are smaller, yellow and orange stars. the crature itself is white with light pink and blue accents.
on the first drawing, to the left, the winged creature is holding the computer in its lap, leaning its head close to its monitor, which is displaying a drawing of the sun. its wallpaper shows grassy fields and a blue sky. the computer tower is floating neraby and the computer’s mouse is swung over the creature’s shoulder. one of the wires forms a heart and the computer is shown singing four notes. the characters are slightly turned away from the viewer.
on the other drawing, the creature is upside down, laying on its back with its legs propped up on the monitor. one of its arms is under its head, holding the computer mouse and the other is touching the monitor. this time, the computer’s wallpaper is an abstract drawing showing dark blue waves. there are two windows open-one is playing a song and the other is displaying a photo of a daisy in a grassy field. the computer tower is once again nearby. here, the characters are facing the viewer. end id

3 reasons I can think of, for why the first Three vestiges were too hard to find information on
[Reason 1]
The time they were born in.
Their births, and any records of them, could just be completely undocumented or non-existent.
They were born in times where systems and governments were down, and it's everyone for themselves.
People aren't going to register their existence, especially the Metas, when they all want to stay under the radar and hide from everyone else.
If you're in the middle of a war zone that spread to where you live, and your baby brother was just born, are you really going to go [Oh no! I have to register his birth for that sweet sweet child tax!]?
Or something like that. But still.
There are more important things, like survival, than registering a baby's birth and going through hospital paperwork. And it's been explicitly stated that the first appearance of Abilities caused a Great Depression all over Japan.
The government is gone. There's no point in registering anything anymore.
Yoichi was literally born at a riverside, and never went to a hospital. By the time the first Three are toddlers / young children, Japan is already chaos and up in flames.
Children are actively avoided because they're the most likely to be Meta Humans. No one wants anything to do with them.
Chances are, the records about the first Three never existed, or were destroyed in all the strife.
Or maybe, if some did exist, Kudo destroyed them. I can see him doing that, to protect themselves from AFO or anyone else having the chance to track their personal histories down.
It makes them ghosts. Exactly what would be best for not only their own survival, but anyone affiliated with them. Like family. It makes them untraceable, and invisible to bodies of old authority.
[Reason 2]
The three were a part of the Resistance. They could've kept information about themselves under lock and key, to protect themselves.
Like how Kudo is referred to as Leader, and never by his real name. Even in the void, up to the very end, Bruce still says "Leader" to address him.
I actually HC them as using codenames in the Resistance, exactly to protect themselves from each other, and outsiders. This makes Yoichi an anomaly among them, for going by his real name. Meanwhile,
Leader, Boss = their leader
Bruce = a reference to his Quirk
Codenames about their Meta Abilities, or roles in their cause, to better remember whose nickname belonged to who.
Outsiders won't know the Resistance members' real names. The Resistance can't betray each other by selling each other out for personal information as easily, if no one knows each other's actual names.
At the same time, this alienates them from who they are, and their humanity. They have to make tough choices that would classify them as monsters. And they're locking themselves under a false name.
They're protecting themselves from everything and everyone, including themselves. At least the person committing all these atrocities is [CODENAME], not me.
[Reason 3]
Bruce, when he was supposed to pass previous information to Shinomori, couldn't.
Maybe he didn't have enough time to tell Shinomori the whole story.
Or maybe he did, and passed on the previous holders' histories, but Shinomori didn't pass those on himself.
Or maybe reminiscing Yoichi and Leader as actual people just broke him, and he could only stick to the bare minimum of the history of this Factor.
Notably, the OFA story is known as "All For One's younger brother was sickly and frail, but he had a strong sense of justice."
We never, ever hear Yoichi's name in the spoken history of OFA. All Might couldn't even get their names. And since AFO hides himself so easily, and birth records just don't exist for him as an undocumented birth, Yoichi legally doesn't exist even as a birth.
Bruce is the first one to find the existence of Yoichi's "unformed dud". The Factor that let him pass on his current Quirk to others. How could the information of that dud be passed on, if not from Bruce?
Somewhere, the information breaks during Bruce or Shinomori's turn with OFA.
Bruce never passed on their names. Or maybe Shinomori didn't. But their names weren't necessary to pass on anymore. All Might only managed to dredge what he could, starting from the time society started trying to stand on its feet. Exactly because that's as far as the records went.
[Reason 2] could add credence to why the first Three's names were never passed on. Bruce could've kept quiet about Yoichi and Leader's personal details, not just to help himself stay together, but to protect anything they might've left behind.

crossover goobers so far lol
uhhhh Mei is a seawing , which was literally the first thing i thought of because yk, the whole seawing royal family drama thing and her parent issues lmao. it was just too good to skip out on.
Mks a mudwing because i think it fits great, but he could be a hybrid with something like a rainwing or even sandwing to give him more interest design wise cuz hes kinda boring rn compared to the other two bird of paradise lookin idiots ( and because i didnt want to redraw him to look more like an actual mudwing lmao )
redson is a flamescale because i thought it fit really well given the whole Samadhi fire business , and instead of the ceremony to remove it, it could be a animus touched object that contains that heat (probably the amulet they wear or the glases) that was given to his family who are the skywing royals in this i guess. hes so bright because hes a flamescale, violently saturated dragon pleases the brain worms.

i love hualian's specific brand of misunderstanding because it happens due to their internalized feelings of inadequacy and self denial, and these feelings remain self contained. there is no betrayal or argument of any kind, no big catalyst that changes the dynamic of their relationship in some awful way, no negative assumptions placed upon one by the other. they just happen as they are both testing the waters and working through what they're allowed to want, allowed to have while their individual inability to see themselves as worthy of taking want they want, of being loved gets in the way every time.
and it's so good, seeing them fumble these moments that are clearly veiled or outright confessions and yet continue to grow closer in spite of it. to watch them have this journey and watch them teach each other the things they themselves need to learn. it's good because centuries of self denial wouldn't go away overnight, no matter how perfectly they slot into each others lives. instead we get to see both of them learn that they can start to give and take what they want more and more over their journey, until it culminates in less of a confession and more of an acknowledgement, finally having the ability to reach out and embrace love you feel you don't deserve while also giving love to someone who equally fears they don't deserve it.

Serious Bitch Opinion: lan wangji...would be a terrible chief cultivator. yes, he is righteous and honorable and has a stalwart moral backbone. however, when you are given the responsibility of leading others, the impeccability of your own moral character must come second to what tangible results you can actually achieve for your people. and if you want to actually achieve any tangible results, instead of getting deadlocked forever or getting done in by your political enemies, you have to learn to compromise on some of your ideals. instead of freezing out the people you find morally despicable, you must learn to cooperate with them; otherwise, you will not achieve anything. and in order to achieve your goals, you must learn that not all of your goals are achievable--that, in order to get the more important of your desired measures passed, you must give up on some others.
now, this is almost the polar opposite of what MDZS as a text champions. arguably one of the central thematic thrusts of MDZS is the importance of not compromising on your ideals, even when it would be far more pragmatic to do so. thus, if lan wangji wanted to become a leader who could actually achieve things, he would have to directly contradict one of the most important messages of the very text that valorizes him.
the moral framework employed by MDZS to evaluate its characters and convey its themes is much more focused on ideals than on results. what matters to MDZS as a narrative is ultimately not the results of one's actions, whether one's righteousness led to joy or to ruin, but rather that one attempted to be righteous even in the face of almost inevitable failure. attempt the impossible, after all. the text of MDZS does not follow utilitarian ideas; it does not condemn wei wuxian for ultimately failing to save almost anyone. rather, wei wuxian's stalwart moral character is celebrated in spite of his failures because he, unlike everyone else, tried.
unfortunately--while someone who is only responsible for their own life can attempt the impossible, someone who is responsible for the lives of millions must instead achieve the achievable.
