“There’s a lot of people that know the price of everything, and the value of nothing”

it's actually less than what I expected, because I remember Pangur and Grim had huge bills for their spays
I'm guessing my location has a lot to do with the price! I'm in Toronto, and most cats here are owned pets.

Simon and Price are the kind of guys that insist on paying for everything on a vacation. They're paying for the hotel, the rental car, food, any stupid knickknacks you want. If you even pull out your wallet, they're going to be all huffy. John will politely tell you not to worry about, he's got you covered. On the hand, Simon's taking your wallet from you, telling you that you don't need to spend your money, you've got him for that.
Johnny and Kyle don't mind splitting things with you. You pay for the hotel, he'll pay for the flights, dividing out the expenses so you've both got money for the actual trip. Johnny gets all lovey-dovey when you buy him things, jokes that you're spoiling him. But don't fret, he'll get you back later. Gaz gets all warm and fuzzy when you pay for dinner, staring at you with a lovestruck expression. He thinks it's so sweet, and it's just one more push towards finally pulling the ring out of his pocket.

Soap and Gaz: *Ribbing Ghost about some of his habits such as picking apart pre-made sandwiches to rearrange them or when he hears something unexpected and goes so completely still you'd think he's a statue*
Ghost: "At least I didn't have a werewolf phase"
Soap: *Genuinely scared for his life cause he was 13 when that happened so how THE FUCK did Ghost know that?* "WHAT?"
Gaz, also had a werewolf phase at 13: *stunned and doesn't know how to talk*
Price: *so only Ghost will hear* "at least I'm not dancing around my feelings with my subordinate"
Ghost, ready to murder: "I will end you and your ability to speak Russian"
Price: *backs away*

So it's kinda interesting how Jinx is basically Caitlyn's own extremely malevolent genie. Every desire she has, Jinx fulfills, but with such a cruel twist that it almost defeats the point.
Want something new and exciting in your sheltered life? Well, one might say nearly getting blown up is pretty exciting.
Looking for a real job to undertake? Here's a convenient pile of evidence leading you straight to the heart of a criminal empire. Good luck getting out of this mess though.
Coworkers making you feel excluded? They can't do that now; they're dead.
Longing to see Vi again? Don't worry. You will be taken straight to her, like it or not.
Mum being too restrictive? Never again!
It's no wonder Jinx is associated with monkeys when her role in the show is ensuring a monkey's paw curls any time Caitlyn has a vague inclination towards something.

Soap is chatty, he talks a lot. More than once someone has told him they ‘learned to tune him out’, that they’re able to ignore him because they’re used to his chatter. It hurts, he admits that to himself but no one else. He’s not used to someone fully paying attention to what he’s saying (Gaz) or actually loving hearing him talk even though they’re not fully understanding everything he’s saying (Ghost).
He was talking while working with Price in a meeting room when he realized he had been talking a lot, so he stopped. Then Price looked up and asked him why he stopped.
“What?”
“The party at your cousin’s, with the weird green cake.”
Gaz and Price fully listens while he talks, taking a moment to ask questions or acknowledge when he says something. Ghost half listens and just enjoys hearing Soap talk even when he’s not mentally there, asking questions to keep Soap talking because he loves his voice. It was almost overwhelming having that acceptance and care towards him.

I definitely can see in the poly 141 restaurant there’s a cat or dog that comes by for scraps and no one can say no to it and feeds it occasionally. Price has no clue until one day he finds Johnny, Gaz, and Reader all playing with the animal.
"Where the hell are they?"
Price is confused, you and Gaz are supposed to be up in the front taking care of a table. And Johnny left the plates in the dishwasher. He checked the walk-in and storage closet, yet y'all are nowhere to be found.
"Check out back."
Ghost grabs a plate, headed out front to serve it before it gets cold. Price heads outside and much to his surprise there you all are, squatting in a circle giggling and cooing at something,
"Leuk at him, poor thin is eatin like he hasnae seen food in days,"
Johnny pouts, petting something. Price furrows his brows, walking closer to see a small cat horking down some small chunks of steak,
"Shouldn't be touching that, don't know where it's been."
The three of you jump, looking up at John's stern face.
"Don't be like that John, poor thing just needs some love,"
Gaz pouts, picking up the kitten that melts in his arms. Price frowns before Gaz passes the cat to you. You stand up, the sight pulls right at his heartstrings; your big sad eyes looking up at him, the cat purring loudly, cuddling up into your chest. He imagines what it would look like if his baby were there instead. The thing couldn't've been more than a few months old, tiny and scrawny. He knew where this was going before you even said the words,
"Fine, you can keep it. Just clean it up and get it it's shots."
And that's how Beau ended up on John's chest, sleeping peacefully while he read a book on the couch. A black ball of fuzz softly nuzzled right next to his heart.
